The remaining two chefs will battle it out in the final challenge competing for the last black jacket.

Each of you will have 30 minutes to make your very own unique dish using ingredients from under these domes.
Under each dome are six different ingredients.
When I ring the bell, you will run to the first dome, grab one, - and start cooking.

And then the bell will ring again, and you'll grab another ingredient from underneath the second dome.
You're gonna do the same for the third, fourth, and fifth domes.

In the first of three black jacket challenges, the six chefs will be presented with five domes, each containing ingredients that they must use.

I grabbed filet as soon as I saw it.

Each time the bell rings, they must grab one ingredient from the uncovered dome and combine them to make a dish worthy of a black jacket.
Second dome comes up and we are just out for blood.

After I've tasted all six dishes, I then will reveal which two chefs have earned their black jacket.

I never in a million years thought I would ever be at this point in the competition, you know.
I was always the underdog and I've been working really hard.
First up is Kimberly's Cajun sesame-encrusted tuna with basmati rice.
The tuna's seared evenly around the outside.
Here's the thing: A little bit too heavy on the Cajun seasoning.
- Yes, Chef.
- But overall that is a good dish.

Andrew has prepared a pan-seared spiced filet and couscous flavored with beet and orange.
Why couscous with filet? It was not what I was going for.
I thought it was polenta.
You boiled yours, which It cooks it too quickly, so it's soggy.
It's wet.
Just sort of turns it into a sort of heavy, bland mess.
But you've nailed the filet.
Tastes nice.

Just the garnish.
You know, it's a tough one to get right.
