K.C. Undercover (2015) s03e10 Episode Script

The Truth Will Set You Free

Previously I figured out who's been sabotaging all our missions.
It's Brady.
She can't know that you're a spy and I'm your handler.
The necklace he gave her; I bet you he bugged it.
The Organization developed this new device called the Rain Coat that's gonna stop the Storm Maker.
Brady's gonna show up to steal the plans for the Rain Coat.
Obviously, he has no idea it doesn't actually exist.
Hand over those plans.
Marisa? Thank you.
You saved my life.
He took the bait just like you said he would.
There's only one person that's close enough to Brady that can help us take down the Alternate.
The success of this entire mission depends on Marisa.
Wow, what a big turnout.
The Alternate has the Storm Maker, so we had no choice but to call a code red meeting.
Okay, agents, settle down.
Although maybe we shoulda called it a code black meeting.
Who does he think he's fooling with that dye job? Okay, we've all read the Coopers' report.
It's clear we are in the middle of a hairy situation.
Yeah, a dark hairy situation.
Fortunately, we're no longer completely in the dark.
We're close, but not completely.
We've been monitoring the Alternate for over a year.
They were a low priority and small time until the last couple of months, they found some rich lunatic to fund their operation.
We find that backer, we can take 'em down.
Looks like they're trying to fill the void left by the Other Side.
Do we know who their leader is? No, but we do know, as long as they have the Storm Maker, they're capable of bringing down the entire world.
It's up to us to stop them.
So what you're saying is we could all die on this job.
KC, I know what you're doing.
I tried to save a couple of bucks, did the color myself.
It was a mistake.
Let's just move on, shall we? Yes, sir.
Coopers, I want you to take the lead on Brady.
He's got information we're gonna need.
What about Marisa? Shouldn't we warn her that her boyfriend's part of an evil splinter group? And he is still not the worst boyfriend she's ever had.
The less information she knows, the better.
Okay, people, let's go.
Excuse me, Agent Johnson? Um, do you think I can talk to you privately? - Look, if it's about - It's not about your hair.
It's about Marisa.
Um, although I would suggest you wear a baseball cap until you can see a salon professional.
I keep it undercover.
I keep it undercover.
Hey, KC, what's up? Oh, hey, Marisa.
Just testing out some new gadgets from the Organization.
Hm.
I see you're not wearing that necklace Brady gave you.
Trouble in paradise? Oh, no, no, no.
Trouble with the clasp.
Me and Brady are actually great.
Oh, how sweet.
Sweet, generous Brady.
He's almost too good to be true.
Almost.
Look, Marisa, there was something really important I wanted to talk to you about.
The other night, when you blasted into the alley and saved my life, I realized something.
I realized that I have been a bad friend, and so, I decided to do what you've been begging me to do.
Yay.
You made an appointment to get a decent hairstyle.
No.
I, um, I told the Organization how amazing you are, and Agent Johnson agreed, and he will interview you for junior agent-in-training.
- Wait, what? - Yeah.
KC, thank you.
Thank you so much.
You honestly have no idea how much this means to me.
Knowing that you believe in me, and you got me this interview, it has me feeling so So Uh, sorry, sorry.
The Organization wants to interview me to be a junior agent-in-training? Yeah, and your interview is tomorrow.
Unfortunately, you can't know where the location of the Organization actually is, so I'm gonna have to knock you out and put a bag over your head, but, because you're a friend, I got you a silk one instead of the standard burlap.
It's a lot more breathable and a lot less scratchy.
I'm just gonna have to get back to you on this whole interview thing.
Cool, cool.
Gotta go.
Bye.
Marisa, what Was it the whole bag thing, because once you get used to the smell of your own breath, it's not that bad.
Marisa! You know I can see you, right? I literally have eyes in the back of my head.
Okay, FYI, that is creepy beyond belief.
What are you doing with the keys to Agent Craig's classic 1969 muscle car? Which is ironic, since that's the last year he actually had muscles.
I'm just gonna move it so I can put the trash cans out.
Trash day is Thursday.
Try again, liar boy.
Fine.
I wanted to drive by Monique's house so she could see me in a cool car and think I'm awesome.
And you're not gonna tell Dad, got it? Fine.
Knock yourself out.
Oh, no! Didn't need four eyes to see that coming.
Why would the Organization want to interview me to be a junior agent if I'm already a junior agent? Unless I'm not really a junior agent, in which case, just wondering, who the heck are you? I'm your handler.
Really, 'cause the only thing you seem to be handling is a bunch of baloney.
No, no, no, no.
See, there's a simple explanation.
The Organization didn't want KC to know that you're actually spying No, no, no, Brady, Brady, just stop.
You are a liar, and I know you're a liar, because I'm a liar, and it takes one to know one.
Marisa, you have to trust me.
Everything's gonna be okay.
I love you, baby.
I love you so much that it hurts.
- You're the best thing - Okay, you know what? Brady, stop.
You are lying again.
Fine.
Here's the deal.
I'm an agent with the Alternate, a splinter group made up of young, disillusioned agents from other organizations who have joined together to take over the world.
We want you to be a crucial part of the revolution.
Uh, no, thank you.
Look, I learned all about revolutions in school, and they all end the same way.
Everybody gets killed by muskets or scurvy, and the pretty girl with the blonde hair ends up on the wrong end of the guillotine.
So have fun at the revolution without me.
You're not going anywhere.
I mean, I get Marisa an interview with the Organization, and she acts like I got her extra math homework.
It just doesn't add up.
Neither does Marisa's math homework.
Mom, I'm serious.
I'm worried about her.
This whole situation is just weird.
Okay, I know you think her necklace is bugged, and honey, I hate to bring this up, but is there any chance Marisa's actively helping Brady and the Alternate? No, Mom, no.
There's no way Marisa would ever help them.
No, there is no way I would ever help you.
I think you'll change your mind after you hear this.
Once again, KC's gone rogue.
I hate to say it, but I don't think she's worthy of being in the Organization with us.
So you're ready to do whatever it takes to bring her down? I'm totally on board.
Whatever it takes.
You know what? Fine.
Show that to KC.
I will just tell her you tricked me, apologize, and she will forgive me.
That is what best friends do.
Maybe, but governments aren't that forgiving.
What is that supposed to mean? It's called treason.
You plotted against your own country, and I've got hours of audio to prove it.
If I go to prison, you go to prison forever.
I can't go to prison.
I have prom coming up in a few months.
You're not gonna say a word to KC.
But you are gonna take that interview with the Organization, and figure out a way to get us the plans for that Rain Coat device.
What if they're holding something over Marisa's head? Most traitors aren't born, they're leveraged.
Holding something over Marisa's head? Let's be honest.
Everything is over Marisa's head.
Besides, she's no traitor, okay? Marisa would never betray me.
Hey, Marisa, what's up? Hey, KC, um I just wanted to tell you I'm so sorry for acting so weird earlier.
I guess I was overcome with emotion, and I had to pee, um And I just wanna let you know that I'm really, really excited to meet with the Organization tomorrow.
Great.
I will talk to you later.
Actually, I'm gonna sneak into your house, and put a bag over your head, and put you in the trunk later, but either way, excited to see you.
That was Marisa.
Apparently, everything's all good.
I guess I was just worried for nothing.
You've gotta help me, Judy.
Why should I? Because you're my sister.
That's what brothers and sisters do for each other.
I prefer to think of our relationship as sophisticated humanoid and her annoying housemate.
Besides, I'm looking forward to seeing that vein in Agent Craig's forehead pop out right before he screams at you.
Fine.
I guess we don't have that close sibling relationship I thought we did.
I guess when the chips are down, I can't count on you.
I guess you're just a robot, and not a sister.
Fine, I'll help you.
Step aside, manipulative one.
That's the wrong color! You didn't specify what color you wanted.
I made an artistic choice.
Deal with it.
All right, so ready to prep for your interview? This isn't gonna be anything like studying, is it? No, no, no.
You're actually gonna do this.
Huh.
I see you're wearing that necklace Brady gave you again.
Oh, I have the hiccups.
Or maybe it was just one hiccup.
Nope, definitely the hiccups.
The necklace, yeah, Brady fixed it for me.
He is so sweet.
Did I tell you he got me flowers? He treats me so well.
Maybe some water would help with these hiccups.
Yeah, sure.
Ah! Did I scare the hiccups outta you? You scared something outta me.
Marisa, are you searching my computer for Project Rain Coat? No.
No, no.
I was shopping.
I was shopping for a rain coat, because, you know, the weather report said that rain coats were on sale, and, um Uh I can't do this anymore.
I can't keep lying to you.
Brady forced me to do this.
Okay, Marisa, not another word.
No, no, I have to tell you.
- I have to get this off my chest.
- Sh! Not another word.
- What are you doing? - Sh.
Brady put a listening device in here, and that's how he's been tracking my every move.
There's no microphone in here.
Why is there no microphone in here? Because I'm the microphone.
What are you talking about? Brady tricked me.
Look, I am so sorry, KC.
I have been telling him everything.
I have been spying on you, but I didn't meant to.
I promise it wasn't my fault.
He told me that I was working for the Organization, but I'm not working for the Organization.
I'm working with some sort of splinter group, and I don't even know what a splinter group is, but I know I don't wanna be in one.
Marisa I need you to slow down, because if there's anything that you're saying that will stop me from throwing you out that window, I really wanna hear it.
KC, I am so sorry.
I have never been more sorry in my entire life.
You're my best friend in the whole world, and I never meant to betray you, so I hope you can forgive me, because I am in over my head.
I'm in the deep end of the pool, and I don't have any floaties.
KC, please be my floaties.
All right, I got rid of all the green paint.
What do you think? I think you got rid of all of the paint.
It's a big gray mess.
We need to have this professionally repainted.
Okay, here's a place.
Speedy Paint.
They can fix that door in an hour or less.
Okay, so where do we bring it? They come to us.
Well, I wish you'd mentioned that sooner.
So do I.
I know she's been your best friend forever, but I don't think we can trust her.
Look, I'm not happy with what she did, either, but she is my best friend, okay, and I know that I can trust her.
Plus, she took three lie detector tests and passed.
Honestly, she's never passed three tests in her life, so I really wanna make this right.
Good.
You can start by making nice with Brady.
- What do you mean? - You are gonna spy on him.
You're the only one who can get close enough to him, and we need answers.
We've received reports of three snowstorms happening at the equator, and monsoons in the Sahara.
That means we're running out of time.
The Storm Maker's already been activated.
We need to find it and disable it - before it starts taking out cities.
- What do I need to do? Brady thinks you're a double agent.
You're gonna be a triple agent.
What does that even mean? You're gonna spy on him, spying on us while he spies on No, wait.
You're gonna spy on us spying on him, while spying on no.
You're gonna spy on us and him while he You know what, just get him talking.
We need to figure out who Brady is working with so we can bring down the Alternate.
And this is dangerous, so if you can't handle it, you need to let us know, and we'll come up with another plan.
No.
Like I told my guidance counselor last year and the year before that, I am not dropping out.
Go, me! Ernie! Judy! Oh my gosh! What happened to your car? It seems as if it's been vandalized.
It looks like the Alternate did it.
That car-ruining Alternate.
Does their evil know no bounds? Kids, we need to pack our stuff and get outta here.
The Alternate knows where we live.
We need new passports, new identities.
I think we gotta tell him.
You're right.
Dad there's something you should know.
Judy messed up your car.
It's all her fault.
What?! My fault? He's the one who wanted to take it for a joyride to impress some girl.
Darn fool never even made it to the end of the driveway.
Knock it off, you two.
I already know the Alternate didn't do it.
But you're still gonna need new identities.
- Why? - You gonna disappear.
I'm gonna make you disappear! The Storm Maker test was a massive success.
The whole world is freaking out.
You should feel good.
We got those Storm Maker plans because of your intelligence.
Wow.
There's an expression I never thought I'd use.
Hey, he brought up the Alternate and the Storm Maker.
That opens up the door for her to talk about it, too.
So, Brady, I have a question.
Okay, here we go.
I'm so proud of you, Marisa.
What do you think I should order? They've got chicken parm on the menu today.
That looks good.
And they wanna recruit this girl? Look, guys, this is a lot of pressure.
I'm sure she's just nervous.
Come on, Marisa, you got this.
Let's go.
Chicken parm it is.
Oh, hey, that reminds me.
Who else is in the Alternate? What? Well, you know, when you mentioned chicken parm, it reminded me how I never met anyone else from the Alternate except you.
This was a mistake.
You think? So this Storm Maker machine you mentioned, I would love to see it up close.
Hey, I think we're back on track.
Maybe you could tell me where it is, and I could go check it out myself, all alone, not with anyone else.
Guys, she is completely blowing it, but the good news is, I have a back-up plan.
- Which is? - You'll see.
Marisa, I don't know what you think you're doing, but it's not gonna work.
If you don't wanna spend the rest of your life in prison, you're gonna find out where the Rain Coat is.
Am I being clear? Yes.
Get outta here.
I'm done with you.
Fine.
Worse mission fail ever.
Yep.
That couldn't have gone any worse.
Oh, you spoke too soon, Craig.
She just walked back in.
I'm sorry, but you were just very rude to me, and I don't care for it one bit.
In fact, I'm done spying for you.
That's right.
I quit.
No, that is not the right thing to say.
Craig, I think she's gonna get herself hurt.
And FYI, Brady, or whatever your real name is, I actually know all about the Rain Coat, and I'm gonna help KC use it to destroy the Storm Maker.
Oh, really? Let's go.
Come on, Kira, we gotta get her outta there.
Hey, Coopers.
Where you going? Can't talk now, Marisa.
Brady's about to take you prisoner, but don't worry, we won't let him.
Stay here until we can bring you back safely.
Wait a minute.
Why are you here if you're there? Because I'm following KC's back-up plan.
If it was clear I wasn't gonna be able to get the intel you guys needed from Brady, I was supposed to leave, switch places with her, and she would go back in disguised as me.
But now KC's their prisoner.
Which was her plan all along.
That's my girl.
What are you doing? Why is she here? We have to take her with us.
How many times do I have to tell you to stop falling in love with your targets? Kris and I had something special, okay? Besides, this is different.
Marisa threatened to expose us to the Organization, and she has information about Project Rain Coat.
Fine.
But if I catch you making googly eyes at her, she's going over a roof, just like Kris did.
You told me Kris moved.
Yes, very quickly to the ground.
Well, is Kris okay? Yeah.
Sure.
Why not? Anyway, we'll take Marisa with us.
But once she's locked up, it'll be time to start the storm of the century.
By the end of the day, the world will see just how powerful the Alternate is.
The Alternate will reign supreme.
The Alternate will reign supreme.
The Alternate will reign supreme.
Rob, your name's on TV.
