Greenleaf (2016) s04e01 Episode Script

Original Sin

1 Previously on "Greenleaf" You just stop right there.
We have a search-and-seizure warrant, ma'am.
Please step aside.
Jacob transferred $200,000 of church funds into what turned out to be a personal account.
It's Connie.
She's talking with Phillip Demars again about us joining Harmony and Hope.
I'll see that doesn't happen.
PHIL: Connie's told me she's talked to you in the past about stepping up.
These folks want change, Grace.
You want me to take over the church? This is an opportunity.
Harmony and Hope is a gigantic deal.
Bob Whitmore, he is one of the richest men in America.
What we're gonna need from you this year, Grace, is your voice, a voice that can unify this congregation.
Are you ready to be that voice? You've been beating me down with your holy superiority.
You are just another sinner.
I know that, James.
Aaron and I took a blood test.
Lionel's my father.
You are my daughter, and you always will be.
GRACE: This family, this faith, and we ask that you let it give us strength and sustenance so that we can take back what is ours.
CHARITY: hey I don't know about nobody else in here today But he's been good to me Good to me - So good - good to me Good to me - So good - hey, he's good for me Hey, oh Ain't nobody like you Ain't nobody like you Yeah Whoo! Hallelujah! Thank you, Jesus! He's worthy Give him some praise Give him some praise [CHEERS AND APPLAUSE.]
Yeah.
Oh.
[CHUCKLES.]
Good morning, Calvary! - ALL: Good morning.
- [CHUCKLES.]
BOB: Wasn't that a wonderful performance we just saw, huh? [CHEERS AND APPLAUSE.]
So much energy, wow! And what a blessing it is to be looking down on all these beautiful faces this morning - WOMAN: Ain't that the truth - And hats! [LAUGHS.]
so many hats! I don't think I've ever seen so many beautiful hats in one room.
MAN: Yeah! Anyway, I'm Bob Whitmore, president of Harmony and Hope, and I just want to say welcome to the family.
[CHEERS AND APPLAUSE.]
When Connie Sykes, your amazing Deacon board president, first called me and Phil Demars that's Phil right there.
He's our southeastern conference minister.
He's gonna be officing here for a while, yes.
[APPLAUSE.]
Well, I got to tell you, we were over the moon.
We've been hearing about Calvary for years, all the great things you're doing.
And it was more than one time I said to Phil, "Phil, we got to get in on that, buddy.
" you remember that, Phil? And I bet that's just what he said, too.
Shh.
"We got to get in on that money.
" - but then - James, please.
- You elected - Keep your voice down, please.
To join us, and here we are, and we are so excited.
But I'm not the one that you came to hear jabber this morning.
- You came to hear the word! - ALL: Yeah! Amen, and so did I.
[APPLAUSE.]
So let's get God's servant up here to preach it.
MAN: Yes, yes! You all know her and love her, your new interim head Pastor, reverend Grace Greenleaf! Give it up! [CHEERS AND APPLAUSE.]
Keep it short.
Harmony and Hope.
[CHEERS AND APPLAUSE CONTINUES.]
[SIGHS.]
Amen Alright Amen Uh-huh, hmm Ooh-ooh, ooh Well Oh-ohh, ohh Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh Amen, amen oh Yeah We haven't seen you in church for a while, child.
Where have you been? Getting ready to leave for school.
But September is so far away.
It's called precollege.
Ah, in a rush to grow up.
[LAUGHTER.]
And you sounded just like Bishop today.
Well, he is my father, after all.
And a proud one indeed.
Thank you, Daddy.
Would you be a dear and help me find the coffee and cookies? They moved it.
Everything's different.
Of course, Ms.
Morton.
I'll help you.
Crippled, old thing.
She can't even face us because she voted against us.
James, please don't make a scene.
How you two holding up, huh? I feel like a ghost moving unseen in a house that I lovingly built.
- Mama.
- Mm-hmm? You look like you have notes.
Well, your sermon was rather concise.
Bob told me to keep it short.
- Hmph.
- And you felt required to obey.
With any luck, they'll be out of here in a year.
I'm gonna give that Connie Sykes an earful.
No, Daddy.
We're gonna stick to the plan, remember? We're gonna play nice with Harmony and Hope, and we are gonna win back the hearts and minds of this congregation, and then, when Bob makes me permanent head Pastor after this interim year, we'll take a vote to leave H and H, and I will hand the church over to mama.
If there's a church worthy of the name to hand over.
How many folks do you think just keep coming back week after week for a seance? Look.
There's Connie Sykes now.
- No.
James.
- Excuse me.
What? What? No, James.
Listen to me.
Grace is right.
What? Nothing.
I'm just gonna sit here and watch the two of you suddenly thick as thieves.
You go stomp over there the first Sunday of the new regime demanding your church back? Well, it'll be churlish.
Fine.
I will submit to your feminine wisdom this time.
For now, but not happily.
- Okay.
I'm gonna go meet with Phil.
- Mm-hmm.
Alright.
Well, listen.
Uh, don't forget about Charity and Jacob.
I won't, dad.
I won't.
Lord, I hope she's up to this.
She's the only one in the family that the deacons will sign on for, but I I I share your concern.
Stay here.
I'll be right back.
Where are you going? To pay my respects to the dead.
That woman was on fire.
Yes, she was.
[CHUCKLES.]
Lady Mae, God is good.
All the time.
[CHUCKLES.]
Bob was just saying, Mae, what a wonderful sermon Grace delivered.
Was that a sermon? Well, it seemed more like a minister's minute, like the ones I heard on the radio as a child.
[LAUGHS.]
I knew you'd think it was short.
Well, I wouldn't say short, Bob.
Uh Insufficient.
Well, the offering certainly was sufficient.
Do you know it would never occur to me to use money as a metric when measuring things of the spirit? It's not just about money.
Grace got the folks out the door on time.
- Yes, she did.
- Oh, so that's the new goal around here, huh? To make sure the trains are running on time? Well, did anybody ask Jesus about that? I would like to try - fitting in a third service.
- Mm.
I think the finance committee would like that, too.
- Mm.
- The struggle is real.
Plus, on any given Sunday, we have thousands of members all over the world traveling for business or pleasure who like to know they've told us this.
They like to know, no matter which H and H church they walk into, what they're gonna get.
Like McDonald's.
Like the Lord himself who's the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
You know, Bob, I really don't want to belabor this, especially since it's Sunday.
You know, when I try to restrain myself from any full-on warfare, but there are two things that human beings do together that's best done slowly.
Mm-hmm.
Preaching is one of them.
Mae.
I'm all for long sermons.
Made quite a few of them myself, but I also run a business.
Now, if you two lovely young ladies will excuse me, I think I'd better call home.
I don't know what you think you're doing chatting him up like that, but make no mistake.
Neither I or any of the other deacons care a whit that the Bishop gave you the church.
It wasn't his to give, and no one wants to see you running it not now, not next year, not ever.
Oh, Connie.
What do you want to talk about now? Nothing.
So, we're good to go? Almost.
I saw in your proposal, Grace, one thing two, really, that I think Bob might have trouble with.
Okay.
Your brother and sister, installing them as associate pastors.
Bob's not gonna go for that.
Your brother barely avoided being charged with fraud over at Triumph.
He was framed by Basie Skanks.
And as far as your sister, Charity 40,000 followers on soundcloud - Grace - Th She almost got herself arrested for kidnapping in Florida.
Look, it is important to me to give my brother and sister a place in the structure of this church.
Important to you or your parents? Because it's not important to us, and no one in the pews is clamoring.
Okay, so maybe they don't have to be associates.
Maybe we call them assistants or adjuncts.
I don't care.
Grace, it's never gonna happen.
Ah, so sorry I couldn't be there, Judy, but you know how important it is - to get a buy-in from - [DOOR OPENS.]
Oh, Bishop Greenleaf, hey.
[CHUCKLES.]
Uh, sorry, I I Circulation problem, my feet.
You got a second? For you, Bishop, of course.
Okay, Judy.
You tell that little man his grandpa loves him, okay? Bye-bye.
Sorry I've invaded.
My battery died.
- I needed somewhere to p - don't apologize.
What did you want to talk about? Mike Evans was a friend of mine.
Mike Evans, uh Sorry.
- I I don't - He was the Pastor for the Jericho faith fellowship in Galveston.
Oh, yeah.
That's one of our churches.
But it wasn't always.
You and Phil tried for years to get him to hand that church over, but he wasn't interested, so you you hired a P.
I.
To look into his private life, learned he acquired an addiction to pain medication that he was taking for his back after an injury he sustained while building houses for the poor after Katrina.
And then you shared that information with his board, and they had him removed.
Within six months, that church became H and H, and Mike Evans is dead.
Doesn't sound like H and H.
Oh, it sounds just like H and H.
What it doesn't sound like is God.
Well, I'm glad we were there to pick up the pieces after things went south for your friend.
It's not good when congregations suffer for the sins of their leaders.
Or is it? Maybe you have a different take on this.
If you do, I'd - Bob.
- I'd love to what? I don't know what you're doing here, or why Calvary is suddenly so important to you, or how you weaseled your way in, but I'm gonna find out, and when I do, you're gonna watch your whole magic carpet of a denomination dissolve underneath you like smoke.
And you're gonna fall, boy.
You're gonna fall hard and fast.
You know what, James? Your days are numbered.
I'm gonna pray the Lord releases you from this spirit of resentment.
Can't be good for your heart.
Oh, and, uh, your ex-wife found me after church.
What a spitfire she is.
How did you let her get away? Thanks for the charge.
Hmm.
[CELLPHONE RINGS.]
AARON: Grace.
Aaron, hey.
What's going on? Not much, just here at the office getting some work done on a Sunday.
You know, Calvary's technically open and inclusive now that we joined H and H.
You and Kevin should come visit.
Boy, they really must've paid off Connie Sykes big time, huh? That's just a rumor.
But, yeah.
So, what's up, counselor? How'd church go? Phil said no to Jacob and Charity.
Oh.
I'm sorry.
Yeah.
You knew he might not say yes.
Yeah, I kn I just wanted to be able to give them something, you know? Grace, trying to pay them off with jobs isn't that different from your mother keeping this all a secret.
What? It's completely different.
No, it's just another way to smooth things over.
You know, make it seem like nothing's changed when really change might be what has to happen.
Grace.
Grace? You still there? Yeah.
I'm just dealing with the fact that my little brother just schooled me.
[CHUCKLES.]
[SIGHS.]
Mom, I'm trying to go over my monologue, and winkie won't stop farting.
- WINKIE: Sorry.
I can't help it.
- [CHUCKLES.]
It's your mother.
How's my mother making your son fart? Oh, so now he's my son, now? I'm just saying, how does she do that? She lets Maricel put butter in everything when I told her that winkie can't handle dairy.
Let me move into that cabin, the one Noah used to live in, please? I'll talk to Maricel about the butter.
It's not about that.
I am a grown-ass woman, and I'm about to start going to college.
- Excuse me? - A grown woman talks like one.
I need my own space.
I need my own place.
If anybody is moving into that cabin, it's gonna be me.
- Dad.
- So take a number.
Hey, after that foolishness you pulled with Isaiah, no way we're letting you out of our sight.
Yes, and we switched you over to SCC this year so that we could keep you close.
Nobody can be this close to that.
[CELLPHONE RINGING.]
Can I just ask grandma myself, please? Yeah, sure.
Ask her.
She's gonna say no, too.
Okay.
Well, come on, stink butt.
Who called? Don't worry.
It wasn't Tasha.
Who was it, then? Doris Saunders.
And who is Doris Saunders, Tasha Skanks? When you gonna let that go? It's been a week, Jacob.
A week.
Doris Saunders is a member at Triumph, okay? Well, what she want with you now? I mean, I don't know.
Who knows? How how come I've never met her? Well, how often were you at Triumph? You were always so busy at excellence.
No.
[CHUCKLES.]
For all we know, Basie, Tasha, and Rochelle are still out there somewhere trying to set us up.
Don't call back.
Yes, ma'am.
I want her moved in before I get back from Fairview tomorrow.
Yeah.
I'll make sure it happens.
Every day this office sits vacant is another day her father and all his acolytes can keep nursing hopes this is all some bad dream.
Can you believe she tried to hire her brother and sister as APS? Yeah.
That didn't surprise me.
Her sister's not even a Pastor.
Phil, I can't fault her for that.
Well, you're not thinking of letting her do it, - letting her - No.
- Hire them, are you? - No, never, but I don't blame her.
If I was in her position, I would've tried to do the same thing, even if it was just to say I tried.
Hey, why are you, uh, going to Fairview? Mm, just to look in on Cal.
He's barely hanging on.
You know, I haven't seen a denominational due check from that church in three years.
Yeah.
While I'm out that way, I'm also gonna stop by Bethel, Sinai, Olive Branch do the whole circuit.
Hey, you want me to come with you? We can do the whole little good cop, bad cop.
No, no, no.
You sure you don't want any? No, no.
I'm good, thanks.
CHARITY: So, you got us dookie? Charity, I tried.
Oh.
Oh, I'm sorry.
You tried and got us dookie.
Can you please stop using that foul word? Your nephew is sitting right here.
I'm glad he's here.
He needs to hear it.
Don't expect anything from your sister, and you won't be disappointed.
Did you tell this Phil that you wouldn't stay on as interim without your brother and sister's support? Kerissa, we have next to no leverage.
Do either of you two understand that? If I quit, they will put Phil Demars in the pulpit, and then we'll have dookie.
I'm not so sure what we have now.
You have someone who's trying to get this church back.
Trying.
Yeah, trying.
- What? - Oh, Grace.
I can still remember the first night you came home.
You were saying all that nonsense about how God is the part of us who tries.
Well, right now, trying doesn't cut it, G.
You better preach.
Charity, there's no need for that.
Ever since you came home, this family has been on a swift slide down, and I have slid the farthest of all.
MAE: And what have you suffered that even vaguely compares to what Bishop and I have suffered, are suffering, Kerissa? Mm-hmm.
See, I'm not getting any argument on the net effect of your homecoming.
Okay, you made your point.
Well, if she hadn't have come back, these two would be married and retired.
You would be head Pastor of Calvary.
None of this would've even have happened.
I'm not sure that's entirely true.
Oh, I would've made it happen.
- Really? - Oh, yes.
Fascinating.
Yeah, so instead of sitting here saying that you tried, Gigi, like that's some kind of divine yellow ribbon, you need to go back to this Phil and make something happen for your brother and sister, for anybody besides your own damn self! [SLAMS TABLE.]
Excuse me, mama.
You can, uh, side-eye me all you want, Mae, but I have earned my place in this conversation 10 times over, and my opinion is as good as anybody's.
Not when it is delivered with the stridency of screeching pride.
You want to talk about foul language? Do you ever think about what both your children might learn from your attitude? You must know you in the wrong, Kerissa.
What I know Come on, baby.
Is that I can't live here.
Mm.
You need to handle your business, and keep her out of the wine.
It's been hard moving back.
And what is the hard part, the staff? The 50 acres, or the rent? Which, as far as I know, is free? So, wait.
Is Gigi going to talk to Phil, or or who is it? What what is happening? I'll see she talks to Bob.
Good.
'Cause I'm not going back to singing.
You know Satan can take a gift that God has given you and use it to hold you in bondage.
You know, that's what I'm-a preach about when I'm AP Satan's ways.
I'm-a do a whole series.
Okay, you know what? What makes you think you gonna be AP? 'Cause I am.
I'm gonna be AP before you.
- Oh, please.
- Why you always try to do a - Jacob! - Series on something? - Whatever.
- Whatever what? The sins and stupidity this poor table has seen.
I'm surprised it doesn't just crash to the floor.
[SIGHS.]
Mm-mm-mm.
- You didn't do anything wrong.
- Tell Charity.
And I know I feel sick knowing why Bob probably will, too.
Charity shouldn't preach, anyway.
She probably shouldn't even drive, and does Jacob even want to be AP? Uh, if Kerissa wants it, that's enough.
Kerissa's worse than Charity.
You're right.
But this is not about them.
This is about what you can do to keep this family together.
Can we please just tell them that I'm Lionel's daughter? I am so tired of having this secret hanging over my head.
It's my head that it's hanging over.
I'm not talking about my reputation, mama.
I am talking about who I am, my identity, my life.
We will tell them once we have won this church back, and we're all sitting together in in in victory, unity.
I'll ask Bob about it tomorrow.
Don't ask.
Tell.
[FOOTSTEPS APPROACHING.]
That was Doris Saunders I spoke to earlier.
Why do I even bother talking? Her son plays for the Red Devils, has been having some issues lately, so she's asked me to be his life coach.
- How much does it pay? - I don't know.
But she wants me to go with her tomorrow to meet with the GM.
Good.
[SIGHS.]
[CLEARS THROAT.]
Yes? May I help you? I was just in my quarters, and Yes? [SIGHS.]
When do you see me moving back up in here and us sharing a bed again? When we're remarried, of course.
[CHUCKLES.]
when do you think that should be? Look, I I don't know.
When we're in love.
Isn't that when people do that kind of thing? You're not in love with me? I love you, James.
I I've never stopped loving you, but as far as being in love, I What do you want, flowers and a ring? Yes.
Yes, and more than that, too.
I'm not some country girl who's never been to the pictures.
You are courting a woman now, James, who has had literally everything.
[SIGHS.]
So you'll just have to sweep me off my feet.
How? [SIGHS.]
In ways.
Ways I can't even imagine.
Good to know.
Hmm.
Good night.
[CELLPHONE CHIMES.]
MAN: Hello.
You have a message from AJ: Aj Delahay.
MAN: An inmate at the Yuma federal correctional center.
To retrieve your message, please press one.
If you feel you have received this message in error, please remain on the line, and a correctional office representative [RECORDING CONTINUES INDISTINCTLY.]
Good morning.
Oh, look at my Bible buddy.
Can I move into Noah's old cabin? Did your parents give you permission to ask me that? Yes.
Hmm.
I tell you what.
If you resume our Bible studies.
That's at 5:00 in the morning.
Zora.
Someday, this church will be ours again, which means it will be mine and then maybe auntie Grace's, and then maybe someday, it will be yours.
God will never call me to preach.
Oh, well, maybe he's calling you right now.
Okay.
Well, how about 5:30? [LAUGHING.]
oh, girl.
The key's in my desk.
Thank you.
Oh, don't thank me.
Thank God, because this is the beginning of a great adventure.
Thank you so much.
Hey, Grace.
You got a second? So, are you moving into your new office today? I'll move in when I'm ready.
Bob just wanted to make sure you did it before he got back today.
[CHUCKLES.]
NOAH: Grace, it's Noah.
Call me back.
We really need to talk.
It's important.
CHARITY: And so I feel with all of that behind me, losing Kevin to the gays and my baby to Jesus and shaking off those bonds of fear with Iayama, I am ready to preach.
Grace did bring the idea to us of you being AP, and passionately.
Oh, whatever.
I'm sure she did not express everything that I just told you.
Well, that's definitely true.
See, I knew it.
Because she hates me.
And I would hate her, too.
If Jesus didn't tell me I couldn't, I would.
Well, that's a separate issue.
Look, I know.
You don't want too many Greenleafs, but I'm the good one.
Well, I'm better than Grace, at least.
I tell you what.
Phil, please don't ask me to be the music minister.
No, no.
I hear you.
With that being said, if you were to be my, say, eyes and ears among the Greenleafs, in the service of me making sure that once this year of transition is over that I'd be made head Pastor and not Grace, I'd definitely make you AP in exchange for that kindness.
Are are you asking me to spy? Oh, no.
I didn't say that word, and I never would.
I'm just saying you scratch my back, and I'll scratch yours Pastor.
[KNOCK ON DOOR.]
Reverend Greenleaf.
[CLEARS THROAT.]
Mr.
Whitmore.
Ah, you're all moved in.
I was told it was a priority.
Uh, Phil said you wanted to talk.
Yeah, I do.
Can you have a seat? What's on your mind? PERRY: Pastor Greenleaf, Ms.
Saunders here speaks very highly of you, and now that I've had the chance to sit with you, I do understand why.
That's great, thanks.
Hey, I'll take it.
[CHUCKLES.]
You should hear him preach.
Yeah, well, that's kind of what I was about to bring up.
It's no secret that Dante's a handful.
Even in a game with more than its share of handfuls, he stands out as being a real handful.
That's why we really want someone in this position he'll respect, someone impeccable.
But you've sown your own share of wild oats, if I can trust the papers.
Oh, well, uh, you know, I've been cleared of all wrongdoing at Triumph.
Yes, I know, but you're not even employed by a church at this point.
Is that correct? That is correct.
But, uh, I'm hoping to be reinstated as associate Pastor back at Calvary.
I should hear something by the end of the day.
You know, we've definitely been praying on it.
Perry, he's the one.
God told me.
This man is the one that's gonna get my Dante through this.
Okay, well, uh, it's not like the owners are, you know, connoisseurs of decency, but it sure would help if your name was on some church's letterhead, you know what I'm saying? I'm clear.
Let me get this straight.
You're ready to walk away from this job if I don't agree to hire your brother and sister? Just walk away? Yeah, and it's non-negotiable.
And so what would you do? What would I do if what? If I say, "no, take a hike"? You won't say no.
Ever since you showed up here, you've been telling me how much you need me.
Are you not worried at all about overexaggerating your importance? Are you gonna hire my brother and sister or not? Grace, I've been following you for a long time.
Even back in Phoenix.
Following me how? On TV.
"Grace Greenleaf reports.
" [CHUCKLES.]
I could tell even then, you have more of the righteous truth in you than any TV reporter could hold.
If you can just put your family drama aside, this could be the beginning of a whole new chapter for you as the religious leader God has always meant you to be.
I need for you to hire my brother and sister as my associate pastors, or I'm out.
Putting family first is a mistake.
It's what I have to do.
Grace.
Excuse me, ma'am.
Is it okay if I take this up to your suite and put it away? Yeah.
That'd be fine, Maricel.
Thank you.
Oh, Lady Mae told me to tell you.
Yes? She's fine with me doing your laundry, but she'd like it if you did it on Tuesdays and Fridays with the rest of the house.
[SCOFFS.]
I can just do it myself.
She doesn't want anyone but the staff using the machines.
They're very finicky.
If you could just do it on Tuesdays and Fridays, got it.
- [DOOR OPENS.]
- thank you, ma'am.
[DOOR CLOSES.]
Hey, good news.
Oh, please tell me you got that job.
I have got to get out of this house.
Well, hey, if Gigi gets me AP, we're set.
[SIGHS.]
What? You just told me getting out from under your mother depends on Gigi.
That's not good news.
[SIGHS.]
So, who is this guy? Dante Saunders.
The kid who ran over the confederate statue with his car? Mm-hmm.
My dad's gonna be his spiritual advisor, life coach, whatever.
I'm-a be his love coach.
Did it ever occur to you to pick out someone who isn't total trouble? What do you mean? He's a hero.
I heard his blood-alcohol content when he did it was off the charts.
Who told you that? Roberto.
He came by last night to say goodbye.
Why do you have to leave? Just stay.
Be boring with Roberto.
You can live with me.
Look, I wish I could stay, but I can't.
- [SIGHS.]
- mm-Kay.
I'm gonna miss you.
- You are.
- [CHUCKLES.]
You are gonna miss me.
Come here.
I told him if I didn't get what I wanted, I'm out, full stop.
And? He said Jacob could be AP.
Yes! See? See what? Oh, nothing, just thank you.
What about me? He wouldn't do it.
I'm sorry.
So how come you still have a job? - Because - that was the deal, right? "Give me Jacob and Charity, or I'll walk.
" well, it seemed like once he said how come you not walking, Grace?! Charity, once he said yes to the idea of Jacob, it didn't seem right to just continue oh, so you didn't push for me at all? I pushed as much as I could, and then when it stopped making sense an idea you might not understand so why Jacob and not me? Jacob's led a church, Charity.
Oh, so you on Gigi's side now that you getting everything you want? - Oh, my.
- Well, here goes crazy.
You know what? I will whoop your ass, string bean.
Bring it, butter bean! - Really? - Y'all, stop.
Both of y'all, stop.
None of you care about me.
Would you please stop catastrophizing? Not one of you has walked over to hug me or to say, "sorry, Charity.
I know this hurts.
" if you would just be quiet and have your feelings instead of spraying like some loose fire hose, maybe we could.
Yeah.
Just watch.
KERISSA: Oh, Charity, ple just sit down, okay? Why? Why? Because y'all the ones that's gonna get this church back, 'cause y'all the A-team? Well, when it's all said and done, you want to know who's gonna be preaching and teaching and reaching for every possible star from behind that pulpit? Me! Mm-mm.
[CHUCKLES.]
Go ahead and laugh, Kerissa.
Huh, what? I'm the one that's bringing dignity back to Calvary.
Ain't that right, Daddy? Yes, baby, but don't run Pastor Charity Greenleaf.
'Cause God is good All the time.
Hallelujah.
[LAUGHING.]
He's looking for mama.
Mama's busy.
[CELLPHONE RINGS.]
[CELLPHONE BEEPS.]
This is Phil.
I'm in.
[CELLPHONE RINGING.]
