the crown jewel of the Baltimore
skyscraper boom in the '70s.
But in reality, it was a disaster.

Throughout the top half of the building,
violating all sorts of building codes,
which they skirted
by bribing city inspectors.
Negligence on that scale
would leave this building
- prone to electrical fires.

Firefighters call that a Class C,
which, in the original history,
is what killed Captain Burton
and four construction workers
on the 21st floor.
That's why you're here.
You have to get yourself
and them out fast.

is gonna be a no-go
once things start heating up.

for a direct attack
before this gets out of hand.

that are strung together
in order to form a coherent
mathematical thought.
But this, this is a masterpiece
elegantly constructed by someone
who has a deep
and enlightened understanding
of the laws of physics.
I mean, this is to time travel
what Michelangelo's "David" was to art.
And if only the powers that be
hadn't redacted
that old DARPA file,
then I might be able
to figure out which scientists wrote it
and what their methodology was.
