Wolf Watch (2014) s01e10 Episode Script

De-Void

Oh, hello, everyone.
I'm your host, Jill Wagner, and I've got one word to describe today's guests: "Yummy.
" Please welcome Derek Hale Tyler Hoechlin and Peter Hale Ian Bohen.
Thanks for being here, guys.
- Hey.
- Thanks for having us.
Um, we're gonna have some spring break fun later, but first, Teen Wolf school is in session, and we have lots to discuss about this last episode.
So, um, let's talk about the end of the episode.
Stiles is he back to normal? Uh Kinda? We were just talking about this.
Um, I think he's yeah, I think he's back to good.
And I think that the other body of him that skedaddled is the bad guy.
The Void Stiles is gone? I think so.
I'm gonna go with yes.
Yeah, but, I mean, he was dead as well and then came back, so I guess I guess you really never know.
- You don't know.
- We don't even know.
Even if we did know, we wouldn't tell you.
We finished filming already.
We don't know.
Did you know that your character was gay? - Obviously, we're not - No, I didn't know that.
That's amazing.
Oh, my God, that changes everything.
"I've been playing this all wrong.
" I feel like I actually know Peter now.
So, um, getting back to the episode uh, so what about Lydia? What is going on with her? What happened to her, actually? Do we ever know? Do we ever know? Um, I don't think it I mean, yeah, you'll find out.
We can't it's a big spoiler, 'cause it's a yeah, can't say.
You know, when they when they leave and they turn around, they're both gone, it's important, so It's a great cliffhanger.
It's a great I think it's a great ending.
Do you guys ever do anything like, if you have a scene where you're supposed to have a fight or anything, do you do anything specifically right before the scene? I know I always put on music, like, a certain type of music like, if I'm getting ready to do a fight scene, it's, like, Megadeth and, you know, Metallica, and I don't know what that has to do with what's happening.
Our fight scenes are so choreographed that it's like a dance, and I think, you know, for me, it's right at the end, I just kind of, like, look at the other actor and make sure that we're on board and we know for safety, that, like, we know exactly what we're doing, and no one's doing something else or thinking about there's no push-ups or anything like that? - I well, I mean - Come on, Hoechlin.
If you got to take if you've got to take some gear off If you're sitting on the if you're sitting on the bed and you're not wearing a shirt and there just happens to be, like, a pipe in Derek's loft that's good for pull-ups, like, yeah, I sometimes Okay, I can tell you this about Ian that Ian was, like, juicing the day that, you know, you guys had to have the scene shirtless.
Juicing as in, like, juicing, right? Not like juicing as in like, compressing No, like, juicing, like, vegetables.
Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Just wanna make sure.
- I was like - I don't know.
He might've been doing that.
I remember we talked about we talked about this scene, but I don't remember that being part of the conversation.
When the script came out for that, I was just like, "oh, God.
" Okay, well, Tyler, I see a big wound on your back this episode.
What's the story with that? - Uh - Why can't you heal? Uh, well, because I think we played with this a little bit, uh, before with, like, the mythology of, you know, when you get attacked by an Alpha, the wounds take longer to heal.
The oni are obviously a very strong force.
Uh, so I think the mythology is that, obviously, it takes even longer to heal from an attack from them, which kind of it makes it, obviously you know, raises the stakes a little bit, 'cause it's not as if something happens to you with one of these oni, you're guaranteed to come back.
So how long is it gonna take to heal? I don't know.
I think it's, uh, for the foreseeable future.
I mean, hopefully not long enough for any more of the flies to crawl in, I would say.
- I hate flies.
- I know.
- Especially after - They're so annoying.
Any any bug that flies is just annoying.
Anything to do with flies, right? But now I just think nogitsune.
Um, well, speaking of weird, there was some freaky stuff happening in Stiles' head, okay? We have Allison and Scott making out in his head.
First of all, that's odd.
Second of all, is it considered cheating? What do you think of them hooking up again? Let's get into that as well.
It's definitely, you know, kind of shocking, and for a minute, it takes you back, and you're like, "wait a second.
What is what's are they doing this? Is this a memory? Is this what they really want?" - You don't know if it's real.
- Yeah.
And those are interesting questions.
Uh, is it cheating? - No.
- No.
Um, okay, uh, Ian, Lydia gave Peter the name he asked for.
- Yah.
- Malia.
What does this mean for him? Well, he hasn't met his daughter.
He doesn't know who it is.
And I think that his whole plan is to, um, develop her in what he wants, and so he has to that's the reason that he started this entire thing.
And even to get the claws in the first place with him was because I knew that this was a big thing.
And so now I know I got to find this person now.
Do you believe they're gonna join forces? I have a feeling that, uh that she'll become my protégée, yeah.
- It might be - You do? I think so.
It might be really hard to win her over.
But he's pretty tricky.
- Yeah, I'll make up something.
- Peter's pretty tricky.
I'll totally fib and be really convincing.
Right.
All right, well, now it's time to do the math with our Wolf Stats.
There were three hookups in this episode: Scott and Kira, Isaac and Allison, and Scott and Allison.
Uh-oh.
But that's not cheating.
Uh, two shirtless bodies.
Thanks, Danny and Ethan.
And I counted a whopping four fights.
Stiles is causing all kinds of strife here in this episode.
Uh, but at least no dead bodies, right? Well, at least at least for now.
And for our bonus stat, one very creative use of duct tape.
Well played, Deaton.
All right, so now let's see where we're at for the season.
All right, we have to take our first break, but coming up, so much more to talk about from that episode.
And we've got a sneak peek at next week's episode.
We'll be right back with more Wolf Watch.
Welcome back to Wolf Watch.
I'm Jill Wagner, joined by two gentlemen who would make for a very sexy spring break wet T-shirt contest Tyler Hoechlin and Ian Bohen.
All right, guys, let's talk some more about tonight's episode.
Um, Kira and Scott, they have their first kiss.
Is it romantic? Were we happy with how long it took? Uh, I think it was sweet.
I think it was kind of it was, uh it was nice to see, you know, very much in the same way that, you know, Allison kind of gives Scott the nod at the rave party to be like, "you know, this is okay", "and, you know, we're friends now, and it's fine for us to, you know, have our own lives outside of each other," it was kind of nice to see that moment of, you know, it 'cause I think it does take a while if your, like your first love to really accept the fact that you're moving on to somebody new and allowing that situation to come up again with a different person, so I think it was I think it was worth the wait.
I think the wait was necessary.
I thought it was I thought it was a nice moment.
I liked it I liked it too.
And it also was it was it was tender and simple, - and it wasn't like - It wasn't overdone.
- It wasn't over - No.
Like, they just like, it was enough.
They just had there was a kiss, and that was enough for that moment, and they can do, you know, other stuff later, but I thought it was, like, appropriate.
Almost makes it more meaningful, deeper Yeah, something to be desired.
So everybody's hooking up in the show, it seems like, except for you two guys, Derek and Peter.
Why do they not get any action? Well, I think it's important to like, if everyone hooks up and it becomes an overall theme, then it's like, you know there's got to be some characters that don't.
Oh, that's your excuse.
Good one.
- It works every other night.
- What about you? I don't need this.
- What about you, Tyler? - Everybody else is doing it.
Yeah, everyone else is doing it.
I don't follow everybody.
I'm a leader.
Yeah, we're fighters.
Um, I think it's yeah.
I just don't think it's been appropriate for the story.
I think, obviously, Derek has been horrible in that department.
He got a little hookup with Kate.
I mean, I'm telling you.
You got your stomach licked.
- We did have that.
- We did have that.
We did have that.
At least we had that.
- We'll always have that.
- At least we had that.
You did have Jennifer too.
Jennifer Blake.
- Oh, yeah! - What? We forgot about that! But that was last season.
- And what I'm saying - Now I'm the only one.
What I'm saying is that Derek You are the only one.
You are the only one.
You're the you're totally on your own.
Um But, no, I just I think Derek's made some terrible choices in that and the fact that, like, his last "relationship," if you call it that, was, uh, with, like, a serial killer, so I think you probably question your judgment for a little bit after that.
- Right.
- I would, at least.
Um, maybe give yourself at least, like, a six-month window to, like, not date.
Okay, well, I was kind of disappointed to see that Peter wouldn't sit down with Derek and play chess.
But I do want to know who would win - in a game of chess between - Derek or Peter - Yes.
- Or Tyler and Ian? Both.
- Ian.
- Ian would win.
Yeah.
- Well, I play every day.
- You do play every day? - He plays all the time.
- Yeah.
I didn't know that about you.
Why didn't you tell me anything? Why haven't we played? I would never in my wildest dreams imagine that you would want to play chess.
- Okay, I don't know how.
- Shh! But I'm mad that you haven't asked me.
But what about in the show? Oh, Peter.
Oh, my God, Peter.
- He's Peter's a genius.
- Yeah, Peter would His I.
Q.
is about 190.
I think Peter would would take Derek down on that too.
Well, I was interested in something that he said that chess is Stiles' game.
It's not the the dark, um, kitsune's game.
He said it's not the it's not the game of a Japanese fox.
- I don't - So what does that mean? Like, what what is that game? Are we looking for a whole nother? I think it's just it's a game without rules.
It's a it's a you know, it's a playing field without boundaries.
There's no there's nothing to to go off of as far as trying to predict the next move, because everything is completely unpredictable and just chaos, so In in his world.
All right, well, now, as much as I love talking about what we just saw, there is one thing better: Getting a sneak peek of next week's episode.
All right.
Enjoy this scene courtesy of your good friend Jill.
What do you want? More.
More what? The trickster stories are all about food, Lydia.
The coyote, the raven, fox they're all hungry.
I'm the same.
I just crave something a little different.
I eat what you feel.
And I'm insatiable.
All right, guys, we have to take another break.
I'm sorry.
But coming up, we'll find out, do these guys have the kind of bodies that just look good on the beach or do they know how to use 'em? Plus, we'll hear from our Wolf Watch correspondent, Tyler Posey.
Don't move! Wolf Watch will be right back.
All right, people, we're back with Wolf Watch.
I'm Jill Wagner, spending time with a pair of Beacon Hills hunks, Tyler Hoechlin and Ian Bohen.
And now it's march, and a lot of students are on spring break, and what do people like to do on spring break? They like to take shots.
Well, we're gonna have these two guys take a different kind of shot.
We've set up this pair of basketball hoops, and you two will simultaneously try to sink as many baskets as you can until this timer full of mountain ash runs out.
Whoever successfully makes the most shots will be our winner.
But there is a catch.
You guys are gonna have to wear those gloves while you shoot.
You got it? This is how I usually practice, - so I feel like I'm - You ready to play? - Let's play, come on.
- Let's play Beacon Hills B-ball.
All right.
Loser's buying dinner.
Okay, fellas, have you got your balls in your hands? You know what I'm saying.
You would.
You would.
All right, on your marks.
Get set.
Go! - One.
- Wow.
You guys are good.
- Tyler, did you miss? - Harder than it looks.
- Come on, Ian! - Oh, geez 5.
Uh-oh, 6.
We got money on this.
My money was on Tyler.
8.
No, you didn't.
You're lying.
10.
Shut up! - 12 - Oh, no, get out of here.
- Oh, one-handed! - I'm counting Time is running out, boys.
You better hurry.
- Come on.
- Come on, focus, focus, focus.
Time is - No! - Up! Time's up.
Stop! God! That was amazing.
Tyler is our winner.
Shameful.
And, Tyler, for winning, you get this wonderful Wolf Watch winner T-shirt and mug.
Hey! - Yes.
- Whatever.
Drink with pride.
And, Ian oh, I'm so happy to give you this, Ian the Wolf Watch loser mug And T-shirt.
Mine's better.
And you guys have to promise me next time we go out, you're gonna wear 'em.
- Oh, yeah.
- Okay, pinky swear.
Wait.
Does that say that on the shirt? - Yes.
- Oh, my yes.
And you're gonna wear it to the gym.
Yes.
That makes me so happy.
Okay, now it's time to check out another Tyler Posey mission as our Wolf Watch correspondent.
Take a look.
Hey, I am Tyler Posey here with a very special fan edition of Posey's Poll.
I got together with some of the biggest Teen Wolf fans, and I asked them who they thought was going to be killed this season.
This should be very interesting.
I think it's gonna be Derek.
He's got this whole thing where's trying to, like, fix what he's done wrong.
I think he's eventually going to make up for what he's done wrong through dying.
- I think it might be Lydia.
- Ooh! - I like that.
- You know, something shocking.
Uh-huh, why? Just because it's shocking? Yeah.
I was going with Stiles.
Because of that demon thing, and then the Japanese guy was like to Argent, was like, "you have to kill whoever the demon possesses.
" Well, I definitely think it's not Stiles, because it's just so, like, pointed toward him that I'm like, it can't be him, so I think it's gonna be Allison, 'cause there's three different kitsunes in the mythology.
The actual evil kitsune possessed her and has one of them just making Stiles do his dirty work, and that way he'll gain power.
That's a really cool theory.
I think it's going to be Derek.
They're bringing him back, and he's kind of being a better person this season than he has been.
You know, he's kind of been a jerk, and if he would've died in the first couple seasons, he would've been he would've died as a jerk, but now he's a good guy it would make sense.
- Probably might be Kira too.
- Okay, that's a new one.
- Yeah.
- I like that.
I mean, I don't.
It would be horrible to see her die.
But that's kind of cool, you know.
Bring someone in and kill them off right away.
I'm kind of not really prepared.
I feel like it's gonna be worse than motel California, - and that was really emotional.
- Mm-hmm.
So I'm kind of really scared for the end of season three.
Let's just assume that Jeff was a liar, and everyone's gonna live.
You know what? It was just a ploy to get fans to watch the show.
- Ooh.
- So sorry, fans.
There won't be any death this season.
This has been another edition of Posey's Poll.
Take it easy, everybody.
Yay! That's my boy.
All right, time to take one last break, but coming up, we'll shine the spotlight on our Alpha of the Week, and you'll get a preview of next week's episode of Teen Wolf, presented by AT&T.
We'll be right back.
Welcome back to Wolf Watch.
I'm here with Tyler Hoechlin and Ian Bohen.
Now, I know that you both have a lot of fans, and, Tyler, our Alpha of the Week is clearly a huge fan of yours.
Her name is Lily Schwartz.
She lives in Ohio, and she named her tumblr hoechlinarmy.
And we have Lily on video chat, and she does not know that Tyler Hoechlin is on the show tonight.
Welcome to Wolf Watch, Lily.
How are you? Hi! I'm great.
Hi! There you are.
I have a surprise for you.
I have Tyler Hoechlin here with me here today, and Ian Bohen.
What do I say? Hi! Yeah! She can see you.
How are you? I'm great.
How are you? I'm good.
It's nice to meet you.
Nice to meet you too.
Thank you thank you so much for all the support.
You're awesome.
I see your stuff on Twitter all the time, so thank you.
- That means so much.
- Thank you.
It means so much to hear that from you.
Um, you know, your friends went all out to make you the Alpha of the Week.
I know I got a lot of requests on Twitter.
How does that feel to have so many people support you in what you're trying to do? It's amazing, because I keep telling them we're here to support Tyler; you don't have to support me, and they still do, and it's just an amazing feeling.
So, Lily, why "hoechlinarmy"? I know Tyler from some of his past acting.
Um, I saw hall pass and a few things he's been on, and I thought he was amazing, of course.
You mean you followed his body of work? Of course.
I just wanted to create something that would support him and I thought multiple people would be even better, so an army was just an amazing thing to do.
You got a big army.
Lots of people that love Hoechy.
You know, I have these guys here with me today.
Is there anything you would like to ask them? Yeah, if everything that happened in Beacon Hills was actually happening in real life, what would be your safety plan? - Move? - Oh, God.
- Helicopter.
- Move? I would I would leave.
I don't know I don't know why half the people that are there are still there.
Right? - I would've left a long time ago.
- Yeah.
Any more questions? Um, what do you think your character looks for in a love interest? Someone who doesn't kill people First of all.
I mean, that's new on the list.
I don't think that was on his list before last season.
I feel like Derek would need, like, a really strong girl that could, like, kind of anchor him.
Kind of like Allison did for Scott in season one, how she could, like, really anchor him.
I think that would be a huge thing for Derek.
Um, I think Peter would need unconditional loyalty and someone that he could trust because he does so many bad things and he's not trustworthy.
And then I think if he could find someone that he could give himself into and truly believe in as a person, I think he would fall in love, which would be great for him.
Congrats again to Lily, our Alpha of the Week.
Are you happy? I gave you Tyler Hoechlin.
I'm happier than the world.
Awesome! Well, we're happy.
Bye, Lily! Thank you for coming on the show.
Bye! And now, for your viewing pleasure, a preview of next week's episode of Teen Wolf.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy.
Next on Teen Wolf Are you saying that Stiles is dying? He is, you know.
- How do we stop him? - You can't! Someone's about to die.
Seems like something big is gonna go down.
I'm counting the seconds until next Monday at 10:00 P.
M.
When we can see the full episode here on MTV.
And after that, stay tuned for another new episode of Wolf Watch.
I want to thank my guests Tyler Hoechlin and Ian Bohen.
You guys were amazing.
