Yeah.
Yeah.
I can't really afford it.
I'm thinking that if I go with this one,
I probably need a house move.
Okay.
Yeah.
Well, I mean, there's
always house sharing.
I mean, my sister was going to move in
with me, but she's, that fell through.
So, rmaybe?
Yeah.
I'll give you my number.

[MUSIC]
Hey mum and dad
I just wanted to do a V log.
And to show you that I/ve got
a new place here.
So this is the new place.
This is the front door.
Let's go in.
Then we've got my kitchen.
Which is nice, and.
Oooh, there's a beautiful view out there

How cool.
Awesome.
Oh and that was our jetty looks like it's
a bit flooded at the moment

I love you and hopefully
I'll see you again in Melbourne soon.
Bye.
Hey.
Hey.
Um, I just wanted to say
I'm sorry for coming in before.
You can't just come in

You scared me.
What's going on?
Did you open the window?
No.
Are you sure?
No, I mean, yes, I'm sure.
And did you get up earlier?
No.
It's three o'clock in the morning.
Come on, you should go to bed.
Okay.
You okay?
Yeah, just a bit tired.
Yeah, what happened last night?
Well, I think, I don't
know whether I was dreaming
or not, but I kept
hearing these noises outside,
so I was sort of sleepy,
but I came out and checked things,
and then I realized that
the window was open.
So yeah, yeah, I don't know.
I'm pretty sure it was closed before.
Okay.
I think maybe just
being in these walls so much
might not be healthy for
a mental headspace, maybe.
As well, it might be a good idea,
maybe just to have a break, you know,
just take a break today,
and then just see how things go.
Because yeah, last night,
that didn't seem too good.
I'm worried for you.
Yeah, I'll go and do
something today, go out.
Hmm.
All right, oh, I better get that.
Okay.
All right.
Just fun at work.
Yeah, right.
Mm-hmm.
I just need you to move your car,
I'm running late for work.
I just can't get my car out.
[LOUD SCREAM]
I haven't forgotten you, dear.
What do you want?
Jesus!
It's you.
Yes, I've just come to get my keys.
You were knocking on the door though.
Why were you knocking so many times?
I only knocked once.
What?
I've been trying to get
a hold of you all this time.
Colleen, you haven't
answered any of my calls.
What's going on?
I don't know, sorry.
I think you need some air.
I think just go for a
walk, clear the mind.
Yeah.
Don't forget your keys.
Or your shoes.
Hey.
Hello.
You okay?
Are you home alone?
Um, yeah.
Really?
Yeah, why?
Are you in the window?
Window.
Yeah, in the door.
Um, come inside.
What?
Come inside.
There's someone in the house with you.
No, there isn't, Em.
No?
No.
Are you sure?
Why?
Because I can see someone in the window.
What window?
Go to the door, the door.
Em, you're dying to freak me out.
There's someone in the house, okay?
Just listen to me, okay?
There's someone in the house.
Em, I'm in the house.
No one is here.
I'm walking around and there's someone.
Em?
Hello?
Are you okay?
I'm fine, everything is fine.
Just come inside, geez.
Okay.
Hey, what's going on?
Look in the fridge.
What's in the fridge?
Look in the fridge.
What is in the fridge?
What is it?
It's a heart in the fridge.
Look in the freezer as well.
There's a head in the freezer.
There's nothing in the fridge.
Nothing in the freezer.
What?
What's going on?
What are you...
Okay, it's just sleep.
Needs some sleep.
See?
It's okay.
You just need some sleep, right?
Okay
just need some sleep.
It's been a stressful week.
Okay, come on.
Back off!
What's going on?
I heard you.
You're fucking messing with my head.
You're messing with my head!
No, I'm not!
Back off!
Move away from me!
Calm down.
No!
It's okay.
You were running down the hallway!
Get away!
Get away!
Leave me alone!
I'm gonna get you some help, okay?
Go away!
Okay, so I'm doing this vlog because some
strange things are
happening in this house
and I wanted to explain it to you guys.
Last night I woke up and I went to bed
normally and I woke up
and I had this like this on
my shirt and I don't know how it got
there and then I was like am I stabbed?
Like did my house make a stab me in the
middle of the night and
then I checked and I was
like I'm in this...
Okay, I'm getting all these weird sounds
and they keep coming
from like over here.
And I swear to God
something's in the house.
And like...
When I went to her
bedroom, she wasn't in the bed.
It was just like pillows in the bed so I
thought she was playing a
practical joke on me like
freaking me out or something and then I
turned around and she's
like hanging there from the
roof, like dead and then I was
like what am I going to do?
I don't know, because I've got
her blood on my shirt, right?
I've got her blood on my shirt.
Then I went outside and I buried her.
And they're probably gonna think it was me.
It's so fucked up.
Because she's dead, right?
And I didn't do it and
everyone's going to think it was me.
And it wasn't me.
And I'm pretty sure
they're gonna come after me.
So I wanna do this in case
something happens to me.
Message deleted.
There you are.
Thank you.
Do you know what happened to me?
Well, you had a bit of a fall.
It was actually quite spectacular.
It was just suddenly bang,
you were flat on your back.
But you know that cut
on the back of your head
looks a bit nasty.
Thanks for helping me.
It's all right.
But how on earth did you fall like that?
I just tripped over a stick.
Oh?
Are you sure?
Yeah.
Look, I'm gonna be honest with you.
I think you're hiding something.
That house that you're living in,
well, it's just got this weird history,
a horrible history of
weird things happening.
Hmm.
Can you tell me like what things?
Oh.
Look, I really didn't wanna dredge up
all these horrible memories,
but it was a long time ago.
There was this, oh, I think
it was about 20 years ago.
There was this family,
or the people that lived in this house.
Well, they were just weird.
They just kept to themselves.
They were like a cult.
You never saw them coming or going,
except for one girl that
always was the one person
she'd go out and do all the
shopping and run the errands.
She'd never look at you.
She'd just get in the car and go.
She always had sunglasses
on and a hat pulled down
over her face.
And when she walked along,
she'd just be looking at the ground.
She wouldn't look sideways.
She didn't wanna make
eye contact with you.
And I'd wave to her,
but she just ignored me.
And then, then one day,
I refer to it as the event.
I refer to it as 'the event'
She'd gone to the police station and
begged them to help her,
to help her get away from this cult,
get her to a safe place.
But they didn't really believe her.
They just thought she was a loony.
So I guess she left the police station
and went on to do her shopping
because she didn't get back
to the house until much later.
But in the meantime, they must have
thought better of it.
And they sent this young
officer around to check on it.
And oh, that horrible,
horrible man, the leader,
he just denied everything.
He said, "No, it's just a huge, big
extended family living here.
There's nothing wrong."
The girl's the problem.
She's just a troublemaker.
She just wants to have
everything her own way.
And of course, this
young officer just, she left.
And didn't think any more about it.
So the girl, when
she'd done her shopping,
she had no idea, because she didn't know
the police had been here.
She didn't know. She was totally unaware.
And when she got there,
she was just walking
straight into a trap.
That man. He just ordered all the other
members to tie her up.
And that's what they did.
They tied her up and they gagged her.
And then they dragged
her down to the riverbank.
Oh, God, I had...
I didn't want to remember this.
I didn't want to remember this at all.
But then
what they did
did next, doesn't
bare thinking about
was like some sacrificial ritual.
They dragged her down to the
down the garden and
they strung her up
to the palm tree
next to the old, big
gum, and they
they hung her.
They hung her.
And then...
Oh, my God.
Then
it doesn't bear thinking about, but
then they cut her up.
They cut her up into pieces.
And piece by piece they
threw her in the river.
I've never seen anything
so savage in all my life.
Anyway
I was just rooted to the spot.
I was paralysed, I was
horrified and I was frozen.
Luckily, thankfully, the
neighbour on the other side,
she called the police and because
suddenly they were just
flashing blue lights and sirens and,
and then
they were all rounded up.
Everyone from that house.
And the trial just seemed
to go on forever and ever,
but eventually they were all found to be
criminally insane and
thankfully, they were all locked up.
All of them.
Forever.
They did drag the river, but
they never found her body.
It was strange.
Do you know what she looked like?
Look... Oh, yes.
Youngish.
Late 20s.
Slim.
Long, dark hair.
As I said before, she always looked
unhappy and nervous.
There was this kind of tension about her.
Ah I've gotta go.
Are you all right?
Ah!
Ah!
Please just let me go.
It'll all be over soon.

Hello?
Please, I'm alone.
I'm from next door.
They're trying to kill me.
I know it sounds crazy,
but I need to come in.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
Please, I need to come in.
No, no, no, can't help.
Please I'm not safe.
What am I gonna do?
God.
She's not here.
This is my house.
My house.

Ah I've gotta go.
Are you all right?
Ah!
Ah!
Please just let me go.
It'll all be over soon.
[CREEPY FEMALE VOICE MELODY]
[SCREAMING WOMAN]
My house.
