It's an honor to work with you
on a Netflix Original series.
Yes, the day has finally arrived.
[producer 1] We talked about you
and Netflix working on a fun project.
The elevator pitch for the project is
Kian opening up a B&B
for young people in Ulleungdo.
That's the premise.
You can do whatever you want,
without constraints or conditions.

What do I need to do for the people
who are coming as guests though?
That's what I'm wondering.
The bedding needs to be washed.
Do we do that?
[producer 2]
B&Bs and similar accommodations
typically provide
a place to stay and meals
But the thing is, if we run the place
according to my standards,
the bedding only needs to be washed
one time.
Use it for seven days, wash it, dry it,
go with that until the end.
We could ask the guests to keep it clean
for their own sake.
As for food
I'm thinking, just coffee in the morning.
-[production staff laughs]

We won't charge the guests for the rooms.
Should be fair. What else?
For the cleaning, it'd be good to do
the cleaning together in the morning.

I think it'll be memorable
when they look back on it later.

I like things to be cost-effective,
so I want an efficiency theme.
As for rooms, I'm thinking
we can have one big room.
I don't think any
international celebrity will go for this.

I keep trying to emulate the military

How far does your imagination extend
on this project?

instead of something standard,

so I put the openings together.
