Every time they choose
the one point of entry
that is being monitored the least,
which begs the question
of how they're managing it.
This is only my supposition,
but I believe that sensitive intel

getting leaked out to Cat's Eye.

I am considering the possibility
that someone in this precinct
is cooperating with them.
