I think their positive thoughts…

'Cause they've just remained so strong,

I'm really grateful that they are,
but the bit I'm actually struggling
with the most is them being in incubators,
and not even being able to feel
like a proper mum to them.
[Zion] Of course.
[Jesy] It's just really unnatural

when you've had babies

to have them… [sniffles]

-[crying]
-[Jesy] When they're crying,
my natural instinct
is to just go straight over to them,
and be able to, like, pick them up
and comfort them.
And I can't.
And you're only allowed to get a cuddle
with them for two hours once a day,
and that's just so unnatural.
And I hate when we get to cuddle them,
and I literally have to look at the clock,
'cause I'm like, "Oh, God,
they're gonna be taken off of me
in, like, ten minutes,"
and I hate that so much.

it wasn't gonna be good.
[audience] Little Mix!
Little Mix! Little Mix!
[Jan] It was just horrible.
You could've cut the atmosphere
with a knife.
Jesy Nelson had to leave a performance
after suffering from a panic attack.
At this point, she was broken.
I knew she'd done something.
Jesy is unwell tonight
so won't be joining us.
That was when she was really
at rock bottom.
[Jan] I personally believe the girls
weren't really there for her.
I don't know. I just didn't feel like
they were my sisters.
Like no one cares.
