Got to Get Out (2025) s01e06 Episode Script

Wheeling and Stealing

1
[clock ticking]
[mysterious music playing]
[Simu Liu]
It's nearing the end of day six
and a three-person team
has a shot of winning $186,700.
Yahné is pretending to be
on defense in the watchtower,
Rob is dancing badly
in the window to distract Omarosa
from pushing the button, and Rashad
Wait, wait, where is Rashad?
Oh, that's right.
He just jumped out
this window and took his shirt off.
[Rashad]
Might as well.
[Simu]
But, hey, flex 'em if you got 'em.
I'm holding my composure,
I'm nervous, my heart is beating
and I'm just thinking, like,
I gotta get outta here ASAP.
[bombastic music playing]
[panting]
[Athena V.]
What the hell?
Om, push the button!
Push the button!
-[Spencer] Hit the button. Hit the button.
-[Athena V.] Somebody better push that.
-Who is it? Who is it?
-[Lindsey] We got the button.
-[Steve H.] Who was it?
-[Lindsey] It's Rashad.
[Omarosa]
Where?
[dramatic music playing]
[Rashad] I feel like I had
to be the closest to get out
other than my guy, Stein.
[Simu] Oh, man, their confidence
really had me thinking
they were getting out.
I guess now we know
speed isn't everything.
[Rashad]
Somebody yelled, "Hit the button."
I'm like, damn, like, we almost had it.
The lever doesn't work. Oh my gosh.
But now I'm, like, back in defense mode
because if we not getting out,
neither are you.
Ugh.
Shit.
The lever wasn't working.
-[Rob] There he is, look at 'em chest.
-What you mean?
Baby, let me
tell you something.
If you don't do nothing else,
and you take that shirt off and run again,
it is enough for me.
Rashad has the most athletic body.
It's hot, babe.
You blessed me today.
That was crazy.
Anyway, there's four days to go.
The stakes are so high
and time is not on our side.
This is a game that we need
to be playing harder and harder.
I've come in here to win
and not one single person
is going to stand in my way.
I've been locked in here
for too long, honey.
[intense music swells]
[Simu] Twenty strangers
locked in a house trying to escape
and steal a prize
climbing to a million dollars.
What's stopping them?
Each other.
-What's at stake?
-[alarm blaring]
[Susan]
Hit the button!
-[Spencer] Hit the button!
-[Simu] Everything.
What's behind door number three?
Omarosa.
This is Got to Get Out.
[mysterious upbeat music playing]
So, my friends have been locked inside
this luxurious mansion
for about a week now,
and it's probably starting
to feel more like a cage.
Stein and Cynthia escaped
with a third of the million-dollar prize.
So, with only two-thirds left
for the remaining 16,
things are really heating up.
I mean, look at the size
of these AC units.
These things were not cheap.
The pressure is on
and everyone is desperate
for their chance to take the pot.
-What you doing?
-[Omarosa] Stalking people.
Good, stalk me.
[Omarosa] The money clock
is almost $300,000.
That is a lot of money.
I'm gonna go look
for my green light and then I'm gonna run.
If I escape with the money,
I will be able to complete
my law school education.
Passing that bar is the most
important goal that I have in life.
So, I will never give up.
There's not one single individual
that would make me
choose them over the money.
No one, and I do mean
no one is going to keep me
from taking this money.
-[Val] Yo.
-[Steven G.] Yo.
[Val] I've got to get out today.
-[Steven G.] Yeah.
-I've got to get out.
[Steven] Yeah, today is the day.
[Athena V.] I've been waiting
to have the jackpot really high,
but I'm realizing
we're running out of time
to get out of this house.
-[Omarosa] You see anything?
-[Athena V.] No.
I got a clock that's ticking
and I gotta go.
[ticking]
[Steven G.] I feel like my time's
running out in this house,
so I gotta figure something out
to get out of here.
I have an injured leg.
Um, that was not my plan
to have an injured leg in this game.
[Susan]
Be careful.
[Steven G.]
Susan had me run
and I was not warmed up, I wasn't ready.
And I went zero to hundred so quick
that my hamstring popped.
So, my strategy has to change
because, obviously,
I can't make the runs.
I'm playing a completely
different game.
Like, I'm not trying
to hide anything anymore.
There's no point in hiding.
Are you stationing at the window?
[Spencer]
Yep.
This is by far the craziest thing
I've ever done in my life,
but I'm a positive thinking person,
so I still believe
it's possible to get out of this house
with a lot of money in your pocket.
But everything
needs to work out perfectly.
You just need the perfect storm.
[Simu]
Ask and you shall receive.
[thunder crashing]
Really?
What's going on with that?
Bro, what was that?
All the lights in the house
are flickering.
It's like the mansion was shocked
by lightning or something.
[gasps]
This is torture.
-[Rashad] You a'ight?
-No.
-I hate loud sounds.
-[Rashad] Oh.
[Spencer]
They need more generators.
[Yahné]
Something going on down
-[Susan] What happened?
-[thunder crashing]
-Oh!
-[Athena S.] Something's happening.
-What's going on?
-Stay together.
[Shane]
Yo, yo, yo, yo, yo!
-Wait, it froze.
-[Susan] Whoa.
-It froze.
-Whoa.
-Why'd it freeze?
-[Kim] Think somebody got out?
-[Athena S.] Anyone at the button?
-[Steve H.] Does the button even work?
[ticker tape machine
ticking rapidly]
-Ticket!
-[thunder crashes]
[Simu] On today's forecast,
100% chance of thunder, lightning,
and another game-changing twist.
Let's go to Rob for more.
Rob?
"An electrical storm has swept through
"and left the money clock powerless.
-Ugh!
-[Doodles] Uh-oh.
[Rob] "Fortunately, the house
has an auxiliary power room
"and it can be restored manually.
Oh, man.
[Rob] "Head there
and keep the money clock going
"by walking on the wheel inside
one at a time.
It's time to get your mental
and physical game on."
[Athena S.]
Freakin' hamster wheel.
[Simu] That's right,
my trapped little hamsters
finally get a wheel of their own
to keep them busy.
Alright, who's going first?
'Cause I gotta change.
[Simu] One at a time
and in a random order of their choosing,
the players will need to walk
on the hamster wheel
in order to keep
the money clock ticking up.
In addition, a few lucky hamsters
will receive exit strategies
generated by the wheel.
[Rob]
Do you wanna go first?
-[Spencer] I'll go whenever.
-[Rob] Yeah, I'll go second.
[Athena V.] I can't believe
we're gonna have to run on this.
[ululates]
Ooh.
Alright, let's get to it.
It is now or never, do or die.
If you're getting out of this mansion,
now is the time.
So, let's go.
Oh, my God, this is crazy.
[electricity powers down]
How? How? How?
How have I still
not gotten a exit strategy?
I am just devastated.
I don't get one from the clue room,
I'm not gonna get one
from the hamster wheel.
Like, how am I possibly
gonna get out of this house?
[bleep].
Oh! Oh, yeah.
[Rob smacks lips]
Damn, that's good.
This hamster wheel is no joke.
Bring me that money, baby.
Physically, mentally, emotionally,
I'm just drained.
But Rockstar Focus
gives me that mental boost
just to stay locked in.
-[electricity powers down]
-"No exit strategy."
[Simu] Bummer about
the exit strategy, Rob,
but, hey, at least
you're focused and energized.
Should be good for my butt
'cause I'm going uphill.
How much longer?
-[electricity powers down]
-Ugh! "No exit strategy."
"No exit strategy."
[sighs]
[suspenseful music playing]
[Val]
"The pool room door"
I am excited that I have an exit strategy
so I could play offense.
The most valuable thing in this house
are exit strategies,
and I got one of 'em.
Cool.
[Simu] He knows he's allowed
to sound excited, right?
I mean, when the pool room door
opens tonight,
he could walk away with $320,000.
[dramatic music playing]
[Steven G.]
It's about time.
[Simu] Steven G. has received
the second exit strategy
through the red bathroom at 360,000.
[Steven G.] I think right now
at this point in the game,
to really have power
is having a strong exit strategy.
My goal is to team up with somebody
that I could put it together
and make it happen.
[Spencer]
It's time to leave the house.
Oh!
[Simu] And ladies and gentlemen,
please welcome back
to the Got to Get Out stage,
you know it, you love it, you'd use it
if you had one, the kill switch.
[comical fanfare plays]
Spencer must do
a cannonball in the pool
to deactivate the lever for three minutes.
And, remember,
this kill switch must be paired
with another exit strategy
to work effectively.
[Spencer]
I finally received a clue.
I'm so excited, but then I realized
this is just a bonus piece of a clue.
It's not just a green door.
So, I'm trying to figure it out.
[Athena V.] I haven't gotten
any exit strategies in this game.
Mm!
There's a lot at stake here.
Alright.
I wanna try really hard
to get this money for my students.
I create and design mathematics curriculum
for schools across the United States.
Damn, my quads.
I wanna help
the special education students
and build after-school programs,
so I need this.
[shouts]
"This is a secret door."
Oh, shit.
Oh, shit!
I'm so out of breath, but it was worth it.
There's a freaking
little booby trap door.
-[lock clicks]
-Shit.
What happened to it?
It went [exhales]
[dramatic music playing]
"You've received
a wheely powerful exit strategy.
"Walking on the wheel
will turn the clock green
"and disable the lever on the watchtower.
"The lever will be disabled
for three minutes
if someone is walking.
One-time use."
[pants]
I got a really, really good clue
for the first time.
Ohh!
[Simu] While one player
powers the hamster wheel,
another can escape through the secret door
at the side of the house.
For as long as she's on it,
the wheel will also disable
the lever on the watchtower.
Everyone has now completed
their turn on the hamster wheel
and the money clock
is working properly yet again.
Athena is the first person
with an exit strategy who can use it.
[Athena V.]
Oi!
Okay, this clue is crazy
but I need another person.
I got it.
Doodles, he's gonna run.
I do honestly believe
that Doodles will split the pot
if we get outta here.
This is the opportunity
we've been waiting for.
We got this.
-You got something?
-[Athena V.] I did.
But no one can do it without me.
Like, I have to be there.
Do you wanna
tell me what it is?
The lever's gonna be
shut off for three minutes.
Okay, so you have a disabler?
-Correct.
-Okay, cool.
But we don't have an exit strategy.
I do.
-You have an exit strategy?
-I have it all.
You have, you have an exit strategy
and a kill switch?
Yes.
How'd you get both?
I'm lucky.
That's ridiculous.
Correct.
[Doodles] Ultimately,
this is somebody that I trust
and lo and behold,
Athena has an exit strategy
that requires two people
to trust each other.
It's poetic.
So, we need
two, two people simultaneously
and then we need someone by the button.
[Simu] Enter stage right
wearing exactly the same outfit,
no, I don't know why, Kim.
There's a hidden door that's
never been used before.
[loudly]
What?
It's a door that's never been used?
Okay, well, that's great.
-It's crazy.
-[Kim] I know.
So, should he run?
I mean, I'm down to run then.
-People--
-And for her, I will 100% take you.
-Thank you.
-One hundred percent.
I can do whatever,
whatever you want.
-Pinkie swear?
-Sure.
-He's honest. I trust him.
-Yeah.
[whispering] Then you guys
cause some sort of distraction, I guess.
-I'll just take my top off.
-There you go.
The plan is, I need Kim by the button,
her big cantaloupes
can just be hovering.
[Kim] [whispering]
Get it done, baby
We're not far from $300,000.
[Athena V.] And Doodles,
he's gonna go in his room,
he's gonna wait in the bathroom.
When I'm ready for him,
I'm gonna go down there,
then he's gonna come out and follow me
into the hamster wheel
'cause we gotta do it immediately.
Can we actually pull this off?
[Simu]
It's possible, Athena, but watch out,
there's a new spy in town.
[Omarosa] So, my plan is to shadow
everyone to kind of stalk them
and I'll just piggyback on their exits.
I've been building rapport,
building relationships
so people let their guard down
and then I go in for the attack.
[shower running]
[Kim] How are you going to do this?
Is she coming back down here or what?
[Doodles] Yeah. She gonna knock on
the door and take me.
[Kim] I'm going to go to the buzzer
right now and just stay there.
I just followed Kim
back to the back bedroom
and there I found Doodles in the "shower".
[shower running]
[ticking]
[Kim] We've gotta get out of here.
It's like $299,9
[Doodles] We gotta go.
[suspenseful music playing]
I discover that they're
going out of a new exit,
something that no one
in the house knows about,
except for Doodles, Kim, Athena, and me.
Please, God, make this work.
Please, God, get me outta here.
[tense music playing]
Val, so, at your studio,
it's just ballroom dancing, period?
All types of partner dancing,
salsa, bachata.
We primarily have private lessons.
So, you could have a, a lesson
with an instructor,
handsome young man.
Are they handsome like you, Val?
I'm at the button,
this is where I'm supposed to be
so Doodles can hopefully make a run for it
and get us out of here.
[tense music playing]
[exhales deeply] Time has come
Dan-dan-dan.
[music continues]
My stomach is so [bleep] full,
it's ridiculous.
[whispers]
Let's go.
[whimsical music playing]
[Athena V.]
Come, come, come, come, come.
[Doodles]
Yes!
[Athena V.]
You have to be very careful.
[Doodles]
Close it, close it.
Okay, that door right there, I'm gonna run
and when I run on the wheel
[Omarosa]
Hi.
[Doodles]
Oh, man.
[Athena V.]
What the hell?
How the heck did Omarosa
get behind us like that?
She's gonna mess everything up.
This is ridiculous.
[Omarosa]
There it is, there's the lock.
How did I not notice it earlier?
[suspenseful music playing]
[gentle music playing]
Go, bro, [bleep] go.
[Doodles]
Omarosa is a force of nature.
Omarosa, you can't follow me.
[Omarosa]
Why? It's green.
I turned to Omarosa,
I'm like, "You can't follow.
"Don't screw up my run.
"This is the best chance
that we've got
to make it out of the house."
It's green, I saw it.
You're killing me.
OK, since I'm running
I get to choose who to take with.
[Doodles] I tell Omarosa,
"I'll split the money with you
if you don't screw up the run."
I'm not going to ruin it. I'll stay back.
OK.
[Omarosa] I have successfully
pushed my way to their escape plan.
And I believe Doodles
is going to split the money with me.
I hang back to see
how he's going to approach his run
and if Doodles stumbles,
hey, I can make it to the gate.
[Doodles] It is exhilarating
to be out of the house.
You are in the danger zone
as soon as you step out.
Who's booking private lessons, couples?
Single women, mostly.
[dramatic music playing]
I start going for the oval
and I see a bike behind me.
[Simu] Oh, I was wondering
where I'd left my bicycle.
Ugh. Silly Simu.
[Doodles] I don't know
if I'm running fast enough.
So, I think this is my only chance.
I grab the bike and take off pedaling.
[thrilling music playing]
I start pulling the lever,
but it ain't working.
So, I'm like, "Oh, no!"
[bleep] that.
Hit the button!
[Doodles]
Crossing my fingers for a miracle.
I need to get out!
[Rob]
Hit the button!
Hit the button!
[slow dramatic music plays]
[Rob]
Hit the button!
Hit the button! Hit the button!
[dramatic music playing]
Hit it!
[Rashad]
Hit the button.
-The button!
-[Yahné] Hit the button! Hit the button!
[bleep].
[Rob]
Hit the button!
[Doodles]
[bleep] hell.
[pants]
I have come so close
to escaping so many times.
No!
I wanna get out so badly,
but it is hard, y'all.
[Doodles shouts]
Unreal, dude.
When I see Doodles get caught,
I'm a little disappointed.
I thought I had a shot at exiting tonight.
Touch the gate for good luck.
Tell Mama I said hi.
Damn, that could be us in that car.
-[Steve H.] Who was it?
-[Rob] I have no idea, they were crawl
-They were crawling.
-I hit the button.
-[Shane] Let's go, Demi!
-[applause]
-Who is it?
-[Rob] Doodles.
[Athena S.]
Doodles and Omarosa? [laughs]
[Val]
Good job.
[demure gasp]
-[Omarosa] I wanna go home, Doodles.
-[Doodles] I know.
[Omarosa] We almost got away
with a successful escape.
I'm gonna keep trying
to extract information
from someone in the house
so I can try to escape.
Every single chance that I get,
I'm going to make a run for it
because, hey,
anything can happen in this game.
Let's go, baby.
Woo!
I gave up $112,000 in the beginning
and after seeing Cynthia and Stein
get out with $312,000,
I'm making sure nobody's taking my money.
It's not happening.
Let's go, baby,
we up here all day, all day.
[Athena V.] My only thing
that I'm scared of
is that Omarosa destroyed the plan.
What hole did she pop out of?
That was pretty messed up.
[Kim]
There's Doodles.
[Athena V.]
That sucks, man.
[sighs]
-[Doodles] Unreal.
-[Kim] Omarosa [bleep] it up
because why was she walking with him?
[Athena V.] She popped out of nowhere.
It was so [bleep] up.
[Omarosa] Are you impressed with
how I did my detective skills on y'all?
That was very nice.
I'm continually impressed by you, Omarosa.
I'm so freakin' frustrated.
I feel like I could've gotten out,
but Omarosa threw me for a loop.
Her strategy in this game
is to get out at any cost.
And she's just causing chaos.
If she has to screw somebody over,
so be it.
She was just standing there
walking to [bleep] it all up?
[Athena V.] Correct.
Like, she didn't even give us a chance.
It's a game, I get it, but
[Kim]
But, no, bro, come on, man.
[Athena V.] Well, whatever, it's a game.
It just means we have to step up our game.
I don't know
who to trust at this point.
Everyone's very loud in this house
and so easy to eavesdrop.
If I get another exit strategy,
I'm gonna keep it to myself
and I mean that.
[Simu] Well, Athena's run
turned out to be a wheely big disaster,
but there are still
two exit strategies in play.
Val from the pool room door
and Steven G. from the red bathroom.
In addition, Spencer still has
his cannonball kill switch.
Will he be able to find a partner
and make a splashy escape
or will he come up dry?
[Spencer]
This clue is a bonus clue
for somebody else's exit strategy,
which now means I have to split the money
and find somebody
that's clues matches up good enough
to create a powerful
exit strategy that works.
I have a thing that helps
somebody that can get out.
[Rashad]
Spencer's an opportunist.
He's like, "I wanna get out with anybody."
-Not like that.
-I didn't get that.
So, we are not on the same game plan.
-Did you get one?
-No.
-For real?
-[Shane] For real.
-Ah, dang.
-Did you?
I did, and I was hoping you had one.
[Shane]
Spencer is always picking at people,
trying to make people
feel uncomfortable.
I needed you to have a clue.
[Shane] And only God knows
what type of schemes
he's using that for in the background.
-Do you have one on you?
-I do, I swear.
Mine's really good.
You'd have to be the runner
so you wouldn't have to trust me.
[huffs]
Spencer probably really think
he can outsmart me.
I know that he's sneaky.
I don't trust Spencer at all.
Let me know if you
want a bonus to your exit
'cause I can't leave with mine.
I'm desperate to get this freakin' money.
I will do whatever it takes to win.
So, it's gonna be
a little challenging figuring out
what this piece of freakin'
exit strategy I can connect
with one of these
lying, shady individuals I'm living with.
I don't take a clue and waste it.
-You give up?
-[Val] I'd rather nap.
[Spencer and Val laugh]
Another day, no [bleep] exit strategy.
Unbelievable.
Yeah, I'll tell you mine.
I can make the lever
not work for three minutes.
Go cannonball in the pool.
-[Val] No [bleep] way.
-Yes.
-No.
-[Spencer] I swear.
But you don't have a door?
I do have a door.
-Don't lie to me.
-I swear to God, the pool door.
Bro, then we got it.
Ha, it's a perfect match.
The stars are aligning,
this is feeling like
my ticket outta here.
It's [bleep] now, dawg.
I'm thinking this is too good to be true.
[Val] Spencer is a lone wolf,
there isn't complete trust,
but he has a kill switch that he wasn't
able to pair up with anybody.
So, I finally have a chance
to escape with a lot of money.
Let's do it, let's, let's go for it.
[Spencer] I don't think
I've done a cannonball--
Like, I'm gonna break my legs.
-[Val chuckles]
-Like, this is my plan.
I would be at the button,
say to somebody, watch the button
while I go to the bathroom,
and I'll do a little baby cannonball
to disarm the tower.
You go out and count to 100.
So that way I can get back and
try to be on the button.
Okay.
So, the play is this,
Spencer, he's playing defense.
You are so suspicious-looking.
[Rashad] You know,
I just try to get my answers
without, like,
asking you sometimes, you know?
Like, I'm gonna get you,
don't you worry.
At that time, the door
in the pool room opens up,
I go through the pool room.
[upbeat music playing]
[ticking]
[suspenseful music swells]
[Spencer] Demi, will you stand
by the button real quick
while I just go see where Val is going?
[Demi]
I'm in the bathtub.
Oh, my God, she's in the bathtub.
[Demi]
I'm so sorry.
[Val] Hiding, waiting
for your moment to run,
to me, is probably
the most stressful part.
In this house,
everyone is constantly on guard
and most people are playing defense.
And so, when you're outside
waiting for that right time,
you're anxious about the watchtower,
you're anxious that someone on the inside
sees your green light.
I start off by counting
what I think is the tempo
of the seconds,
but it's very hard to coordinate
because we're not together.
My adrenaline is pumping.
One Mississippi, two
You know, and I'm just
counting in my head.
What time do you think?
It's midnight.
[Yahné] I don't know,
but I hope it hurries up.
[Spencer]
I'm having a lot of fun right now.
I mean, I'm tiptoeing around,
I am cool, calm, collected.
[upbeat music playing]
I enjoy being sneaky and trying to outplay
other human beings to win money.
[Yahné]
He left the button?
[Kim]
Spencer!
[Spencer] I am executing
this mission perfectly.
[lever powering down]
Now it's up to Val to get us
home free with our $220,000.
Nobody at the button.
Spencer!
[Yahné]
Who's on the button?
-This [bleep] guy.
-[Yahné] Hello?
[Spencer] I'm right here,
just putting cold water
on my freakin' head to stay awake
'cause caffeine doesn't work anymore.
[Kim laughs]
Ah!
[Val] One thing I remind myself
is to keep your composure, not to rush,
and I'm just waiting for Spencer
to deactivate the lever.
Have you ever been to Picklefest?
[Susan] Nuh-uh,
I'm not that big of a pickle fan.
Yeah, me neither,
like, what the [bleep]?
I'm at the button
waiting for Val to get through the gate
and to pull up in the Rolls-Royce
and say, "Hey, Spencer, great cannonball,
let's go split this money
and get some freakin' drinks."
But I remember saying
he was gonna count to 100.
It's taking a long time, way too long.
[clock ticking]
Oh, I just saw someone outside.
Yep, I'm gonna get him.
[dramatic music playing]
