Got to Get Out (2025) s01e08 Episode Script

Endgame

1
-[clock ticking]
-[dramatic music playing]
[Simu Liu]
It's been a nail-biting 10 days.
-[ticking]
-[beeps]
On day one,
20 strangers set their sights
on the million-dollar prize.
Three days later,
Cynthia and Stein stole $312,000,
a third of the pot.
This is crazy.
[Simu] Leaving everyone else
in an epic clash
for the remaining two-thirds.
Yo, if you playin' defense,
you not doing a good job.
Hey, watch your mouth
how you talking to me.
[Athena V.]
[squeals] Doodles!
[Simu]
Alliances were made and broken.
[Susan]
I believed you.
[Simu]
And now, the end game is here.
In the final hours, can any of them
make the biggest steal of the game?
Oh, this is nerve-racking.
[Simu]
Or will defense win it for all?
[Kim]
Stop stressing me out.
[Simu] Tonight at sundown,
the clock will stop.
This house, it's about to melt in here.
Yo, who's seen Spencer?
[Omarosa]
Open the door.
-[Simu] How will it end?
-Button, button, button!
-[Susan] Button!
-[Rob] Hit the button!
Hit the button!
It's like a horror movie.
[Simu]
It's their last chance.
This is Got to Get Out.
It's day 10, their final day in the manor.
The clock is sped up and will reach
its final amount at sundown.
Last day.
[Simu] If the players
can employ a strong defense
and prevent any escape attempts
from succeeding,
they'll split the final pot of $687,940,
giving them each $43,000.
But all it takes is
one perfectly executed plan
for someone to take
the whole pot for themselves.
Give me a sign, universe.
Give me a sign.
It feels so good to be able
to make it to the last day,
but everyone's on edge.
Everyone thinks
everyone's lying to each other.
No one trusts anyone.
[Steve H.]
I'm right at the finish line.
I'm not here for any other reason
other than to earn money
that I can use for my life and my family.
[Kim]
At the end of the day,
I'm just ready to win
and get the hell outta here.
So, send prayers, guys.
[ticking]
Hey, we're at 600.
Six hundred thousand dollars!
Last day, let's see what happens.
[Simu]
With over $600,000 on the clock,
I'm kicking it up a notch.
Everybody, I have an announcement.
Everybody come in the living room.
[Demi] Everyone to the living room.
Announcement.
[Omarosa] May I have
your attention, please?
"The end game is here.
"It's almost time to leave.
"The moving trucks are arriving
-Ugh.
-and the windows are being boarded up."
[Susan]
Ugh! [groans]
[Omarosa]
Game changer.
Yeah, it's completely covered.
[Kim]
Damn, girl.
-[bleep] this. Look.
-[Omarosa] This is crazy.
[Spencer]
Game over.
[Rashad]
Yeah, forget everything y'all knew.
[Shane] Whoever gets
an exit strategy wins at this point.
This is just a shootout.
If you can't see out the window,
how are we ever gonna know
when someone's outside?
So, it is a massive game changer.
Right now, the watchtower
is the most important spot
in this whole house.
A lot of people are starting to panic,
but when I think about it
from an offensive perspective,
it's never been better.
[Simu] And now it's time
for the last exit strategies of this game.
Those who receive one
will hold a lot of power.
Those who don't
will have to persuade their allies
to include them
or defend the pot at all costs.
Alright, let's get this party started.
[ticking]
You know, I've always considered myself
to be a diamond,
made under pressure.
There's a lot of money at stake,
there's legacy.
I want to be one
of the biggest winners of this show.
Truthfully, I'm willing to do
whatever it takes to win.
"No exit strategy."
Alright, looks like I gotta
get in with someone else,
or I gotta lock down on defense.
[Simu]
Hey, that was my line.
[ticking]
Give me something good.
This is the largest amount of money
that's ever been on the clock.
I'm just trying to keep my composure
because I am not going back
to Jersey with $30.
I wanna be able to retire my dad
and to take care of my mom.
"No exit strategy."
Okay.
Now I have to count on my alliances.
I worked so damn hard
to build a bunch of friendships.
So, I'm hoping maybe Steven,
a fellow first responder,
if he gets any clues
or any exit strategies,
he's gonna take me with him.
Give me something good.
"No exit strategy."
Not having an exit strategy
means that I gotta team up
with people that have one,
and I hope Val is my guy.
[ticking]
"No exit strategy."
Come on, man.
Last [bleep] day.
Susan, Spencer, and Steven,
those are my guys.
So, I'm just hoping that one of 'em
has an exit strategy
and we can conspire to,
to make that escape together.
[Spencer]
Please, God.
[ticking]
-I'm like, "God, I am praying.
-[celestial vocalization]
"Please do some divine intervention here
and bless me with a miracle."
[slow, dramatic music playing]
[inhales and exhales deeply]
"The blue bedroom will open
at $625,000."
Thank you, God.
I'm feeling this is it.
This is answered prayers.
Glad everyone failed
and the money is still waiting for me.
I'm feeling very confident
that I am going to win
some serious money right now.
[suspenseful music playing]
[bleep].
I am pissed off.
"No exit strategy."
The suspense.
Today is such
a nerve-racking, stressful day.
I'm anxious, and I want
this day to be over,
but in the right way.
"You have received a locksmith.
"Stand in front of any lock,
turn an imaginary key,
and say, 'I am the locksmith,'
and the lock will turn green."
[Simu] Lindsey the locksmith,
I do love an alliteration.
So, once the money clock hits $632,000,
our resident lock lady
can choose any door she likes
and make a run for it down the driveway
towards life-changing dollar bills.
This is, literally,
like the golden ticket.
[softly]
Thank you. Thank you.
The last chance.
[ticking]
[exhales]
Let this be what I need.
Six hundred thousand dollars
is on the line right now.
I gotta get this money
and help my students out.
This is a competition.
May the best woman win.
[suspenseful music swells]
"You have received an open sesame.
Pick anyone in the house,
they are your partner in crime."
[Simu] Athena is stunned,
and, frankly, so am I.
You know, just yesterday,
Doodles was questioning her faith.
I have faith, I have faith.
Your faith is not going to win this game.
[Simu] Yet somehow,
her faith has gotten her
another exit strategy today.
[Athena V.]
This is my second chance.
I needed my opportunity
to have the jackpot really high.
Now I just have to choose
someone who I can trust
to split the money with me.
[Simu]
Somebody you could trust, huh?
What about the guy
who shouted at you last night?
You just gave away $444,000.
[Athena V.] Tomorrow will be more money.
[Simu] I'm guessing Doodles
won't be Athena's first choice,
so he better hope he gets
an exit strategy of his own.
[ticking]
Something good.
I have tried so many times
to get out of this house,
and lo and behold, here I am
on the final day, still trying to get out.
Come on.
Crossing my fingers for a miracle.
-[ticking continues]
-[suspenseful music swells]
Whoa.
Ooh-ooh! This is something good.
"Take the eight ball
from the billiards room
"and drop it into the pool
and the lever in the watchtower
will be disabled for eight minutes."
[Simu] Hmm.
What an interesting turn of events.
Doodles's eight-minute kill switch
and Athena's open sesame
would pair well together
if only they hadn't broken up.
[Doodles]
[exhales] Okay, final day.
Athena and I have been
playing this game together,
but we just had this huge fight.
So, on the final day,
I need to build relationships
with as many people as possible
who would be willing
to give me exit strategies.
I can kill the watchtower
for a pretty long time today.
So, if anybody gets anything
and wants to get out
My strategy is to tell everybody
that I have a kill switch
I can kill the, the lever.
and then everyone else will tell me
if they have an exit strategy to match.
[Rashad]
Did you go already?
Yeah, I can kill the lever.
There you go.
Kill it for a long time too.
[whistles]
[Shane] That puts you
in a really great position, brother.
Cheers.
Doodles is very over the top.
And as the days are going by,
he's exposing his more
aggressive personality
and I definitely don't trust him.
[Doodles] Nobody is including me
in conversations.
Nobody's asking me questions,
and no one has approached me yet.
If I don't find an exit strategy,
I'm screwed.
[dramatic music playing]
Please, for the love of God.
[Athena S. exhales deeply]
"No exit strategy."
[ticking]
Please be something.
It's a lot of money on the board.
That's what I want.
That's why I'm here,
and I won't be happy
unless I walk out of this house
a richer man than I walked in.
"No exit strategy."
Again.
The money is over $600,000
and I don't have a clue this morning.
So, I have to make up a clue
because that's just what I do,
and I have to make sure
that everybody thinks
that I've got something
even though I don't.
[Simu] And so,
for the final time this season,
allow me to introduce
the Got to Get Out starting lineup.
Athena, the goddess of mathematics.
Spencer, president
of the Heidi Montag fan club.
Lindsey, the model of mischief.
Doodles, master of games
and breaker of hearts.
And Steve.
[Steve H.]
The best thing is getting a clue.
The second best thing
is having everybody think
you've got a clue.
[Steve] If I could disable
the entire thing
I could work with somebody
who has an exit time.
I'm telling everybody, "I got you.
I can disable everything,
you just say the word."
So, this way I start
knowing everybody's plans,
even though there's nothing
I can really do to help them.
If you find something and it works,
will you cut me in?
That's all.
[Simu] Oh, it's really nice to see
Liar Steve returning to his roots.
Now let's check in
on some of our defenders.
[Rashad groans]
-What's up, player?
-[Rashad] Chillin'.
-What you get?
-Nothing.
[Rashad]
I want to win.
In order to make that happen,
I gotta go back
and play some defense, hardcore.
All the windows are boarded up.
I went to the window in the front.
There's a little crease that has,
like, this much of a hole in it.
And only thing you can see is blur.
That's what I needed.
[Simu] So, when I said
board up the windows,
I-I didn't necessarily
have craft paper in mind.
Well, good on the running back
for finding the hole
in our flawless defense.
We're all walking and we can't even
see out the [bleep] windows.
Like, what are we doing, guys?
[Rashad] At the end of the day,
I'm leaving with money.
I never lost. Do you understand?
I can't-- It does not matter what I do.
If I'm showing up, I'm winning.
Y'all are trippin' if you can't see that.
[upbeat music playing]
Hey.
Hey.
This is awkward.
You telling me you don't believe in me
makes me not, like
-I'll let you guys hash this one out.
-Like, that, that alone
like, that's so hurtful
'cause I really did like you, so
I-I felt the same. I really did.
[Athena V.]
Last night, Doodles lost it.
I did not expect him to go and yell at me
and go off on me hard.
He was so hurtful.
It's completely destroyed my game.
Did you get a clue today?
I got a lever killer.
[Athena V.] He said he has something
that I need to win
and I have something that he needs to win,
but I don't know if I could trust him yet.
I have a good one too.
[Doodles] I think Athena
has an exit strategy,
so I need to apologize
for all the commotion.
I'm ready to put on a show
so she trusts me again
to help me get out.
And I, I apologize for screaming at you.
I apologize for saying
that I didn't believe in you.
That came out
because of the way that you had acted.
You screamed at me.
Like, that was really horrible.
And I've never done that to anybody.
Like, that made me
really question you a lot.
Like, how can somebody be
so Jekyll and Hyde?
You know, I'm getting
really, really suspicious.
He's just sketchy all around,
and I'm not buying it.
If you're not gonna share it,
that means I'm on defense.
I'm saying that I'm on defense,
but, really,
I still wanna get out with her.
I need to find a way
to make things up to her.
It sucks that it comes--
it's coming to this.
-It really does.
-It does.
[Producer] Are you worried about
your own moral values?
No, I'm worried about
the audience reaction.
[Simu]
Ah, the devious Doodles.
Anyway, Doodles has until $640,000
to convince Athena to trust him.
Before then,
Lindsey's exit time comes into play,
but coming up first is Spencer's.
Let's get me out of this house.
For the last nine days,
finally, I figured out
who are the most trustworthy people
who can help me pull this off.
I have had a alliance with Val.
I trust him,
and I love firefighters
and law enforcement,
so that's the type of people
I want on my squad.
It's a likable freaking group of people.
I got a plan.
Our fastest person is gonna do the window.
[Rob] What-- D-Do you have
a lever or-or a thing?
-I got a window.
-[Rob] Okay.
[Spencer] We got this,
we're getting the money.
[Rob]
I'm down.
[Steven G.]
Yeah, it's smart.
[Spencer] For this mission
to actually be successful,
you need to have
four very capable exit strategy operators
and I have them.
Val, he's our movie star,
he's our Brad Pitt.
He's gonna be my runner.
He's gonna dance his way
to the freakin' Rolls-Royce.
Beautiful.
[Spencer]
I'm gonna have our Bruce Willis
and Die Hard East Coast sergeant
of the police force, Rob,
who's gonna distract Susan the mobster
while she's up in the watchtower.
[Susan]
Oh, my home sweet home.
I ain't trusting nobody up here.
[Spencer] And then we got
our Canadian firefighter model, Steven,
who's more of our George Clooney
in the hallway of the watchtower.
Do whatever he's gonna do
to keep nobody running down there.
Then we got me.
[epic music plays]
I'm more like the Dr. No
from James Bond.
Causing mayhem, trying to confuse everyone
and then try to distract Rashad,
the leader on this defensive team.
My plan is, I'm gonna hit
the watchtower on myself
to get the purple light,
put myself into jail.
So, while I'm in jail, I can be yelling
and cause some type
of commotion, distraction,
get Rashad away from the window.
Whoa, whoa, whoa,
I see Doodles, I see Doodles.
Hold on, I gotta, I gotta get--
Do-Do it. I'll do it.
Are you doing it or I'm doing it?
Go ahead.
-[Steve H.] Who did we take out?
-[alarm blaring]
[Rashad]
It's a diversion, tighten up.
[Lindsey] I don't want to risk
somebody getting out before me,
so I need to protect the pot
until my moment has arrived.
It's purple, you're going to jail.
Wait, who pulled?
-[Spencer] What is that?
-Who pulled?
Who do you think?
Now I gotta make use of this jail time.
Figure out how I can keep
trying to do some distractions here.
-Rashad.
-[Rashad] Yes, sir.
-Will you come talk to me in jail?
-[Rashad] Oh, yeah.
Spencer is up to something.
So, I completely gotta keep my eye on him.
[tense music playing]
[beeps]
[Val]
This is our last chance.
Me crossing the line
will give me the power to control
who I split the money with,
and I would split the money
with all three of these guys.
And I know this is
gonna be a storybook finish.
[Rob]
Make sure no one comes up.
I'm on it.
[Rob]
I got back here.
[snaps fingers]
Go! Go! Go!
Susan, we'll switch.
-Change of pace.
-[Rob] Okay.
All I have to do is make sure
that lever doesn't get pulled.
I need to distract Mama Susan
and, hopefully, we can get this money.
Alright, can you look over my shoulder?
I'll look this way.
[Spencer]
Rashad, power play right now.
[Rashad]
Let's do it.
I'm looking out this window
for something to change
in like a blur.
Cut you in on a power play.
Come whisper.
[Rashad]
Nah, I know how that work.
[Spencer] With such big stakes,
with so much money on the line here,
I have to cause a commotion
so that I can get him to look
at-- for five seconds at me
so that Val can just get past
that line of sight he's in.
Hey, Rashad, look.
Rashad, oh, my gosh!
[Rashad] Spencer was yelling at me
trying to distract me.
I feel like something's coming.
So, I'm even locked in more.
So, I'm looking out of this window
and I'm trying to figure out
where everybody is.
-I ain't trusting nobody.
-Yeah.
Gotta [bleep] make sure no one's coming.
[suspenseful music playing]
I see a blur come across.
Hey, hit the button!
I'm screaming, "Hit the freakin' button!"
-Hit the button.
-[Steve H.] I'm not hitting it.
-[Lindsey] Don't hit the button.
-[Rashad] Hit the button.
[Steve H.]
Who is it? What is it?
[Rashad] [groans]
Hit the button.
[suspenseful music playing]
[Rashad]
Hit the button. Hit the button!
-Who is it? What?
-[Rashad] Hit the button. Hit the button!
Hit the button.
[laughs]
Y'all tried the good one. Gosh!
[bleep].
[Val] I'm literally a couple of feet
away from the gate.
I'm very, very frustrated.
I was envisioning
standing in front of that Rolls-Royce
and holding that money and, and,
you know, share the winnings with my boys.
Are you [bleep] kidding me?
[Rob] What the [bleep]?
I thought you had it, man.
[inhales and exhales]
This was our best chance
of winning life-changing money.
[Demi] Rashad, I have never in my life
seen something like that.
Whew, that was a good one.
It's more exhilarating
playing defense than offense.
I dang near broke my toe
and injured myself protecting the money.
I never lost. Do y'all underst--
I can't lose. I can't lose and won't lose.
[sighs]
[Spencer] I see Val
coming around the corner.
He didn't get out of the house.
That was my last chance to win this money.
That was That was hard.
Anybody else in that window,
Val is beating,
and it's just unfortunate.
We have somebody that can run a four-four,
racing my dancing friend.
Gotta find the loopholes.
[buzzer buzzes]
[Simu] Spencer and his Ocean's Eleven crew
almost pulled it off,
but now this ragtag group of guys
will have to join
the defensive team
that just ruined their plan.
[Rob]
This is devastating.
And then I have to regain my focus
because I can't let
anyone else take this money.
Stay by the button.
So, I'm playing defense.
I'm gonna mess with everyone.
Someone was out there.
Alright, I'm just gonna,
I'm just gonna hit the button.
Be on [bleep] alert.
[Kim]
Now stop stressing me out.
Yo, who's seen Spencer?
It's chaos in this house right now.
I'm gonna end up
in jail again, aren't I?
People are running around
doing all sorts of crazy stuff.
[Spencer]
Hit the button! Hit the button!
[Kim] Hit the button! Hit the button!
Hit the button!
[buzzer buzzes]
It's the last day.
We're not playing this game
for just a little bit of money.
We're all playing to change our lives.
Start the clock.
[ticking]
-[Lindsey] Wild.
-[Shane] Wild.
Buck wild.
Lindsey has looped me in
on her escape plan.
[whispering]
What do you have?
I can open any window or door
anywhere in the house.
Shut the [bleep] up.
Obviously, like, kinda my girl
in the house or whatever.
And, obviously,
I wanna win a lot of money.
So, just increasing our chances.
Her and I are working together
with one other person.
[whispering] Brother, so what time
can you start it?
Steve H. has looped me in
that he has a disabler
and can disable the button and the lever.
I can disable everything for 15 seconds.
-[Shane] Everything?
-Everything, up and down.
[Shane] And if I can time it right,
especially with the windows boarded up,
I know I can get to the gate.
[Simu]
Uh, excuse me, Simu here.
May I just remind everyone
that there is no such thing
as a button disabler.
Anyway, let's go back
to our other lovebirds.
[Athena V.]
Oh, why are you following me?
Stop it.
Do you want some space?
I just need to keep you in eyesight.
Athena and I
are in this really weird situation
where we both have information
that the other person needs
in order to win the game.
So sorry.
But if we don't trust each other,
we'll both lose.
I, I have to.
And so, I know it's go time.
I put on my best acting face.
I have to convince Athena
that she can still trust me.
There's a really
famous game theory situation
called The Prisoner's Dilemma,
and two people have to choose
to cooperate or not.
[voice breaking]
And if they can cooperate, they both win.
[sniffles]
[inhales and exhales]
Why are you crying?
Huh?
Neither of us have an incentive to.
To what?
To actually work it out.
But why are you so emotional about it?
I don't know.
I have such a hard time figuring out
where Doodles begins and Nick ends.
I really don't know who's who.
You said it really does
come down to two people.
-Wow.
-Choosing to cooperate or not.
[Athena V.]
Because we both have the power.
Yeah.
[sniffles]
[Demi]
Doodles is sobbing uncontrollably.
[exhales]
I'm like, "What show am I watching?
"What's happening?
"This has to be acting,
like, this has to
What in the actual [bleep]
is this theater happening right now?"
[Doodles]
Your situation is so poetic.
That's why I'm crying about it,
because this is--
it's literally it.
[Spencer]
My knee was a hundred percent
and I could sprint this whole house,
it'll be on right now.
So, if we can't figure it out,
then we're destined to do this forever.
-[Spencer] These two
-[Val] Is he crying?
-Who?
-[Val] He's [bleep] crying.
[Spencer]
Demi, how are you watching this?
[Demi]
I don't know if they know I'm here.
What kinda shit is this?
-You guys okay?
-This is just--
Enough oxygen in here?
Both yes and no.
-At the same time.
-Well, the clock is ticking,
so we have to figure out a solution.
Yep.
[Athena V.]
I really don't trust anyone,
but Doodles literally has a kill switch
and I have an open sesame.
[Simu] Doodles still
has time to cry his way
into Athena's exit strategy,
but our Lock Lady Lindsey is up first,
and she's in cahoots with Lover Boy Shane
and Fake Clue Steve.
-You should be free.
-[buzzer buzzes]
-Oh, I am free, I'm free. Yes.
-Free Steve. Free Steve.
-Free Steve.
-I'm free.
-Justice for Steve.
-I'm going back down to the buzzer.
It's not easy getting outta here.
-It's not easy.
-[Spencer] Yahné.
Will you follow Shane for me?
My legs are hurting.
Hell nah.
[Shane] Brother, I'm just doing laps
like everyone else right now.
Great, I'll do 'em with you.
-[Shane] Yeah, no doubt.
-Keep you company.
[Shane] The money is
at an all-time high right now.
So much money,
my heart is pounding out of my chest.
I can't sit still.
Everyone thinks I look suspicious.
-Who? You know something I don't?
-Like, I I don't.
Looking at y'all that haven't run yet.
[Shane]
And I am still team offense, okay?
I came here to take risks.
I came here to walk away
with a lot of money,
and as long as I still have a chance
to walk away with a big bag of cash,
I'm gonna do whatever it takes to get it.
[Susan]
Kim, you sure you got this?
-I'm trusting you.
-I swear on all six of my kids.
-[Susan] I'm trusting you.
-Hand to the Bible.
[Omarosa] We're still in this game.
Time is money, bruh.
I'm playing defense, baby.
[Lindsey]
We don't have time.
Everyone is in position. This is it.
I'm ready to go.
[intense musical buildup]
[Shane] [whispering]
Yo. Do whatever you gotta.
[Lindsey]
I'm, like, freaking out.
[ticking]
[tense music swells]
-I am the locksmith.
-[beeps]
[indistinct].
As Shane runs out,
Steve turns the burner on the stove
to activate the button disabler.
The plan is foolproof.
[Simu] [laughs] This should be fun
because, just a reminder,
nothing is actually disabled.
[Shane grunting]
[Shane]
This is the sprint of my life.
We have $632,000
and a fairy-tale ending on the line.
-Yeah!
-I just think I heard a [bleep].
-Oh no, I heard a--
-[Shane] Yeah!
-Yeah!
-Guys, he's running. Hit the button!
Hit the button!
[Val] Hit the button! Hit the button!
Hit the button!
[alarm blaring]
Button! Button! Button!
Button! Button! Button! Button!
[alarm blaring]
-[Val] Hit the button! Hit the button!
-[Kim] Hit the button!
We're clicking, we're clicking,
we're clicking.
[Demi]
Keep hitting it, keep hitting it.
[Steve H.] I couldn't.
I tried to turn it on.
Just, just as, you know, the button,
the flame came on.
And then So, I don't know--
So, it wasn't hit right before,
maybe it worked, I don't know.
-Let's go
-Go, go see.
[Lindsey] I can't figure out
for the life of me
what went wrong.
[sighs]
[laughs]
Nice try, Shane.
-[Athena S.] Womp, womp.
-[Shane] Gotta, gotta give it a go.
I am absolutely devastated.
It is so hard to walk back into this house
knowing I was so close,
but, just, I didn't make it.
I guess I should have kept following you.
-I found the garlic bread.
-[Shane] That's huge.
[Simu]
Shane may have lost over $600,000,
but there's always garlic bread.
Yeah, he's right, though.
With those abs, it's always
best to stay away from carbs.
Trust me, I would know.
And with that, folks, we are down
to our very last escape opportunity
of the entire game,
Athena's open sesame.
Doodles wants in
on her plan with his kill switch,
and Steve is pretending
he has a button disabler to help.
[Omarosa]
Be on high alert, everybody.
Money's rolling.
[Simu]
With $640,000 on the line,
Doodles is making one more attempt
to talk his way into Athena's plan.
[Doodles]
You need to talk to Steve.
He has what you need.
[Athena V.]
I don't wanna work with Doodles,
but he said he has a kill switch,
and Steve has a disabler.
This could be the piece of information
that I need to win.
Stay up here.
[Simu] And so,
Athena has gathered her troops
where all the best and most
successful strategy sessions are formed
hiding behind a table.
I have an Open Sesame.
At what time?
I trust Liar Steve, as ironic as it is,
and you're the only option.
I like you.
[Athena V.] [whispering]
Um
You're also still the only one I trust.
This is the last day.
I'm willing to do whatever it takes
'cause I want to win.
So, even though
Doodles really hurt my feelings,
I gotta include him in my plan.
-You know I trust you.
-[whispering] I know.
Like, I believe everything
you're telling me
and I accept your apology
and I still care about you.
Thank you.
Okay, this is a nice moment. Okay, yay.
Alright, so [whispering indistinctly]
I haven't gotten any indication
that anybody thinks that I'm lying,
and that astounds me.
[Simu] You and me both, Steve.
You and me both.
[clock ticking]
[Doodles]
This is the end of the game.
Athena and I, we're at the final moment.
It is really the culmination
of our entire relationship,
our entire path in this game,
and we can win together.
I'll let anybody near the button
as long as I'm here and we'll hit it.
Funny, nobody trusts anybody right now.
Keep an eye out.
[Athena V.]
Doodles literally has a kill switch.
He has eight minutes,
and Steve is going to disable the button.
We got this.
This time we have a perfect plan,
a perfect strategy.
[dramatic music playing]
[electricity crackles, powers down]
[Susan] Rob, come over here.
[Rob] Mm-hm.
-Change of pace.
-[Rob] Okay.
-[clock ticking]
-[Rob sighs]
[Doodles] This watchtower
is now actually disabled.
The first part of this plan is done,
but then I also need
to get to a door or a window
and then hope, hope, hope that it opens.
[knocking]
[Omarosa] Who's missing?
Somebody's in the red bathroom.
Yo, red bathroom door is locked.
-[Athena V.] Open sesame.
-[Shane] Yo, unlock the door.
[Athena V.]
Oh, my God.
Omarosa just starts
banging on the door.
I do not budge.
-Red bathroom is locked.
-[Athena V.] [whispering] Open sesame.
The red bathroom door is locked
and I don't know who.
[Shane] Someone locked themselves
in the red bathroom.
-Huh?
-Someone locked themselves
-in the red bathroom.
-Okay.
[Athena V.] [whispering]
Open sesame. Open sesame. Open sesame.
I'm shaking right now.
There's a big gamble with open sesame.
You never know who's gonna be the runner.
Open sesame. Open sesame.
And one of our two windows will open.
Open sesame. Open sesame.
[Doodles] [whispering]
Open sesame. Open sesame.
[clock ticking]
[Doodles/Athena V.] [whispering]
Open sesame. Open sesame.
Open sesame. Open sesame.
[beeps]
[thrilling music playing]
[clock ticking]
Oh, do you mean
just something to pick it with?
[Athena V.]
Open sesame. Open sesame.
Open sesame. Open sesame.
[Kim]
Open the [bleep] door.
People trying to get in,
I'm trying to get out.
[Kim]
Open the door!
It's like a horror movie.
[dramatic music playing]
Oh, this is [bleep] nerve-racking.
[tense music playing]
[Susan]
Pull it! Pull it! It's Doodles.
-Hit the button! Run!
-[crosstalk]
Hit the button!
[Susan]
Button!
Button!
Button!
-[Kim] Hit it! Hit the button!
-[Shane] Hit the button!
-[Kim] Hit it!
-[Shane] Hit the button!
-[Kim] Hit the button!
-[Shane] Hit the button! Hit the button!
[gate creaking]
[panting]
-Woo-hoo.
-Wow.
My game is toast. Um
I'm totally baffled.
How did this happen?
Come out. Come on.
What, are we, like, five years old?
Nice try, Doodles.
[Doodles]
Athena, I didn't make it.
[Athena V.]
We had this in the bag.
How did this fail? How?
[Simu]
How you ask?
Well, why don't I let you in
on a little secret?
[tires screeching]
[Steve H.] Ever since day one,
nobody wanted to work with me.
I'm so pissed.
He's a <bleeps> liar. That's it.
So, yesterday, I decide
I would just make up a clue
to get into someone's plan,
steal the money and get outta here.
[whispering]
I had a way to kill the button.
But now we're getting into the point
where people are gonna
take almost everything
and leave with everybody else
getting, like, 800 bucks.
-[ticker tape machine whirring]
-Please be something.
"No exit strategy."
I'm a dad.
I don't want to fail
to bring some money home.
And today, I couldn't
trust anybody completely
to split this money,
especially Athena and Doodles.
If I can disable the entire thing
will you cut me in?
So, I made up the clue,
but this time
my made-up powers are defensive.
[whispering] Doodles and Athena
have an open sesame.
I needed to make sure
that I leave this house with $43,000.
If we make everybody believe that I have,
like, a kill switch for the button
that don't wanna work with me.
Okay, yay. Alright, so
[whispering indistinctly]
You're gonna tell me what you've got
and I'm just gonna mess up your plans.
Mine is bulletproof.
And I will hit that button,
or I will rat somebody out,
or I will do whatever I need to do.
Come here, come here, come here.
I'm gonna make sure
that I walk out of here with something.
Listen
So I know of two different
plays coming up.
And that's what I did today,
defending the money,
trying to keep the money.
[Shane]
Hit the button!
And I was successful in doing it.
[Simu] Well, I can confidently say
I did not see this one coming.
It was Liar Steve all along,
the ultimate defender.
[Steve H.]
Please get me.
[Simu] And to think he was stuck
in a trash can only a week ago.
That's what I call growth.
[Demi]
The sun has gone down.
I feel relieved that basically we're done
and no one stole the money.
Woo!
Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah!
[Shane] Guys, guys, guys,
like, 800 more seconds.
What?
-Come on.
-Keep going, keep going, keep going.
-Hey, hey, hey.
-[Rob] Come on.
-[overlapping chatter]
-[all cheering]
I played this game hard.
I gave it 150% for 10 days
to be so defensive
and really pay attention.
It's exhausting.
You know, I'm proud of it.
[all cheering]
[excited chatter]
[cheering grows louder]
Let's go!
[whooping]
[Doodles] Oh, hey.
Oh, oh. Hold up, hold up. Yo.
Wait a minute.
[Susan]
"Look inside the fireplace."
-[all cheering and clapping]
-[Rob] Oh, baby.
"Each and every one of you
has won $42,996.25!"
-[all cheering]
-Oh!
[Athena S.] Got to Get Out!
Got to Get Out!
Got to Get Out! Got to Get Out!
-Got to Get Out!
-[all cheering] Hey, hey, hey, hey!
-[Shane] Let's go!
-[contestant whoops]
[Rashad] The game was hard,
but we were the first to do it.
So, whoever comes in the house
wanting to play defense,
I hope they remember me.
Never lost 'cause
I'm leaving with $43,000.
I never lost.
[Yahné] "The gate is open,
the door is green.
Congratulations.
Make your final escape."
[Omarosa] Let's get out of this bitch.
Oh, my God.
It sure feels good, I guess.
I mean, it would feel better
if I had more money.
Oh, [bleep] God.
The person I got to know best in this game
was actually Doodles AKA Nick.
How does a full-out relationship
happen in a matter of three days?
Like, we already argued, fought, screamed.
Well, he did the screaming,
but I forgive him.
Holy shit.
-[Omarosa] [squealing] We did it!
-[Lindsey] We did it.
We did it.
Oh, my goodness.
[Shane]
Oh, that's good.
Forty-three thousand dollars,
I can pretty much
pay off my student loans.
I'm just absolutely
over the moon and thankful
and, hopefully, I can get this model
to continue talking to me
when I leave this house.
[indistinct excited chatter]
[Rob] I was one of the first people
to get a real clue to escape this.
I could have won $112,000.
[Susan]
I can't believe we got through.
[Rob] But $43,000 is more than
I've ever gotten at one time
in my entire life.
I'm so grateful for everything.
This entire game, for the people here.
I'm gonna take the 43,000 to retire
my dad and to take care of my mom.
This is for them.
[Omarosa]
I've gone so hard in this game.
I've got the bumps and the bruises.
I've jumped out of windows.
Hey, I'm 50 years old.
I'm very proud of how I've competed.
I'm taking my pants down!
[screams]
HR! HR!
-[Spencer] The bear.
-[Omarosa] [laughing] HR!
-HR! Get out!
-[Kim] Out! Get out!
Good game, good game.
Let's go.
[Simu]
And that brings us to the end.
My friends are finally free
to do what they were trying to do
this whole time, get out.
A task that only two people have managed.
[Stein]
Yes!
[Simu] Cynthia and Stein
each walked away with $156,000
-Now we're splitting $312,000. [laughing]
-Oh, my God!
[Simu] which is a lot more than
this bunch are running away with.
Everyone who entered this game thought
they had at least a chance of winning
a million dollars by themselves,
and technically they did.
[Omarosa]
We gotta go.
[Simu]
But sharing's not so bad, right?
[whooping]
[cheering]
[Shane] Let's go!
[whooping continues]
Let's go!
[sighs deeply] It's over.
I am going to go to church
and I'm going to apologize
and confess everything
I've done in this game.
[Doodles]
Let's go, brother!
I am going to buy my wife
a giant gift when I get home.
It's been a heck of a ride.
My girlfriend has
a list of rings ready to go.
[Kim]
Thank God.
I had a way better plan than $43,000,
but I'm happy
and I had a really good time.
-[Rob whooping]
-[Susan] Yes!
[laughter]
[Spencer]
I'm disappointed.
I really would've liked
to have left here with
a large, significant
life-changing amount of money,
but I'm glad everyone has some money.
-[Rashad] You got room for two?
-[indistinct chatter]
[grunts]
[Simu]
And they all lived happily ever after.
First stop, Kim's wine cellar.
[bombastic music playing]
[music fades out]
