only in schizophrenic patients.

and psychiatric origins.
So we need to dig deeper.
This could be a first psychotic break
or Nora's body is hiding something.

And while we wait, begin treatment.
Catatonia looks benign,
but if left untreated,
patients can develop rhabdo
or even renal failure,
so it's important
we break Nora out ASAP.

how to treat catatonia?
Benzodiazepines,
which seems counterintuitive,
as they're normally sedating,
but they work.
