Since the focus of my grant

to investigate potential
corruption at Hudson Oaks
focus being on its director,
Dr. Amelia Fredrick.
Now, there are
conflicting reports on exactly
how Amelia got her start,
but here's what we know for sure.
Beginning in 2017,
Amelia rose through
the corporate ranks
at Riverdale Healthcare, a chain
of psychiatric hospitals,
until she was named director
at Hudson Oaks,
one of their premier facilities.
Since her appointment,
inpatient care and therefore
revenue has soared.
But why is that?
I have spent every free minute
of the last few weeks
looking into this
and found online posts
from former Hudson Oaks patients
sharing their experiences.
One woman describes going in
to have her meds adjusted
and ended up being held
for seven days.
Another went for therapy
and was held for six days.
And let's not forget Regan,
