Monica contacted Wegner last week
on behalf of a fictional buyer
to arrange a pass-through purchase
of a battalion's worth
of heavy weapons.
Their meeting has yet to be set,
but SIGINT suggests
that Wegner is coming
into town tomorrow.
It is known that he travels
with a hardcore security detail,
so, we're going to need this takedown
to be fast and overwhelming.
Simultaneously, the LAPD, MI5,
and Berlin Police
will be executing raids
on Wegner's operations
in their respective cities.
All in all, this needs to
be the smoothest operation
any of us have ever pulled off.
And it all relies on our ability
to control Monica Stevens,
