the building's full permit file,
found this.
They revised the roof plans
after they started construction
to make way for a bigger HVAC system,
reversing the orientation of the beams.
The actual orientation
shows the burn patterns
prove that Cruz didn't
cause the collapse.
The fire did.
So if he hadn't done what he did,
all of those civilians would have died.
The review board needs to
see that as soon as possible.

Otherwise, the brass will find out
you went rogue and did
