Georgie!
I entered the Springview

Tanner wants to sell me
his ranch on Salt Spring Island.
You certainly won't have
any problem finding a buyer.
- Just won't be me.
- (GRACIE) This is what I do.
I get ranches out of the red

River, you're a really great friend.
Dex is bad news.
It was your fault,

Look, I'm trying to
make it up to you, man.
What the hell was that?!
It's like he said, he had it coming.
I want you gone in the morning.
(KATIE) You threw all of this away
