Like any sexual position, it'd be proceeded by foreplay, a central part of intercourse which makes penetration easier.
Foreplay is extremely important firstly, just so you allow the man and woman to be fully aroused, you allow the entrance of vagina to open out, the length of the vagina to lubricate, and for the vagina to enlongate, and to bloom at the end to allow penetration to take place without any discomfortable pain.
Foreplay involves just normal kissing, it may involves touching, massage.
Foreplay can extend beyond that to manual stimulation with the hands on the genital areas, the vagina and penis or even an oral sex.
The stimulation, stroking or sucking make the breasts grow in size and nipples harden: they can increase in height by up to a centimeter.
The genitals become excited too the labia flushes to a red color and can swell up to 3 times its normal size.
The stimulation of foreplay causes 60 times of the normal amount of blood to rush to penis, making it fully erect so both bodies are now fully prepared for intercourse.
The missionary position is scientificly thought to maximize your chance of production.
Physiologically and emotionaaly it's probably the most intimate sexual union you can achieve The missionary position is quite simple: the woman lies on the back someone may have posiblly known she will part her legs, she may have her knees bend or relax straight out the other side, the man will then get on top of her and enter from above, usually with woman maneuvring about it slightly.
To explore what happens to the body during a missionary position cameras have been attached to the couple's skin the woman's nipple, man's penis and inside the vagina.
In the missionary position, the lower lips open slightly, this allows the penis to penetrate almost directly right up to the hilt and in this position, you get direct stimulation of the clitoris from the pubic ? of the man.
The glands, or head of the penis, ? is highly sensitive and here they rub along the vaginal canal in this position is very stimulating for the man.
The woman's nipples stay erect throughout intercourse.
Penetration in this position is thought to lead to orgasm for woman as it stimulates the G-spot.
The G-spot is an area of a very sensitive tissue which is just on the front wall of the vagina about 2-3 inches in or so, and during this position, the missionary the penis will stimulate this.
As the woman approaches orgasm, she may feel her heart beating in her vagina and the throbbing in her pelvis.
At climax she experiences involantary muscles spasms in the outering of her vagina and anus.
The male orgasm pulls semen to be ejaculated deep inside the vagina and it's thought that sex in the missioanry position is much more likely to lead to conception.
The missionary position allows a pool of semen to collect at the surface next to the womb and this can make it easier for woman who is trying to conceive After orgasm, the erection subsides rapidly and the major and minor lips of the vagina shrink back, both bodies now returned to pre-aroused state.
You may have thought the missionary position was a little dull.
but there is far more into it to meet the eye, but if you'd like to try something even more adventurous, we will be demonstrating other sexual positions in the coming weeks.
Now: sexually tansmitted infections are something we do ratherly ignore but here is what can happens if you do.
The old French word for brothel, clapier is thought to be the original slang term for gonorrhea, the clap.
It remains the most common sexually transmitted infection in the world.
Up to 2/3 of new cases are in young people under the age of 25 many of whom would not know what they have.
Gonorrhea has been known about as a bacterial infection for over 150 years.
Although the clap may not sound like serious but untreated, gonorrhea can cause both serious and permanant health problems in both men and women.
Gonorrhea is a bacteria that spreads from sexual contact either oral sex, or unprotective vaginal and anal sex it can infect the throat, it can infect the rectum and it can infect cervix, and urethra of women and erethras of men.
Gonorrhea is highly infectious you stand up to 1 in 4 chance to catch it from your infected partner throughout unprotective sex.
More men are diagnosed with gonorrhea as their symptoms are easy to spot.
This slide shows the case of a young man who is complaining of discharge.
You can see, this is a thick yellow discharge coming out of the tip of the penis, there is some slight redness around the head of the penis also.
This yellow discharge which has been there for about 3 days and it was intensively painful when he went for a pee he described that it is just like that pin broken glass.
If gonorrhea isn't treated at this stage the infection can spread up to walls of the bladder, down the channel which connects to prostate gland and into the testicle, where it causes severe inflammation.
It can cause epididymitis, inflammation of the tubes around the testicles and the testicles themselves, and it can be very painful conditon.
If you are a man, you are quite likely to notice you've got gonorrhea, but about 80 percent of women may not experience any symptoms at all.
Gonorrhea is more of a problem for women because they can not have a slight discharge, no discharge at all and they don't know they got the infection, and of course, after a while the infection can travel through the uterus into the Fallopian tubes and cause condition called pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) and that is where tubes float with scars, blocked and get all contorted and then it becomes a really painful acute condition and if that is not diagnosed and treated appropriately the tubes can be damaged permanantly, and womb can be yeld with tube infertility and chronic pelvic pain.
The gonorrhea bacteria can attack the body in some quite surprusing places: this slide shows a young man who has the gonorrhea of the eye.
How would somebody get gonorrhea in the eye? Well, obviously, if somebody has a discharge from the penis and goes for a pee and the discharge in on the finger, and they rub their eyes you can easily transmit to yourself like that.
There are other ways, just use your imagination.
Gonorrhea is currently on the rise among the young people and particularly in cities.
So what can you do to protect youself? You can either say no, you can say yes, but always with a condom and you can say, see, oops, we've made a mistake, let's go and get ourselves checked.
It's amazing the gonorrhea is still on the rise after all these years.
Use condoms every time you have sex to protect yourself and remember you can catch gonorrhea in the throat too from oral sex.
Now: many people acqaint sexyness with being thin, but 40 percent of women wear size 16 or over, so can you still have gret sex even when you are overweight.
Swedish researchers found in a study of 2100 women there were no significant differences in terms of satisfaction with sex life between obese people and normal weight people, but in order to achieve that level of satisfaction overweight people need to make adjustments to their love making.
Depending on your size, the penis and vagina become more hidden in an excessive load of fat, so not all sexual positions will be achievable.
Can you still lead a fulfilling sex life? Of course, these people can still have sex and very full and satisfying sex life.
You don't have be looking like to stick to be a a model in order to be sexy.
Lots of people will find these people sexy, culture will find these people are sexy, for example, the Caribbeans generally tend to like corpulent wowen so do a lot of Americans and we ajust conditioned in this country to think that skinny is beautiful, that is not neccesarily the case.

Because the man supports his weight on his arms and being a big guy, you now, you can't be there so long, you know every time you stand before you are are tired out as well as ?, you do turn this way which is nice selfishly being big, it's not nice for the person underneath because, obviously, gravity takes effect, you know.
So it is not best the thing in the world, unfortunately, because you can't really do a lot, I mean, you can't move, it's hard to get up, because it's likewhen you are like that you got to use a lot of energy to push off and back off if you need to get up the way.
If you can't get into certain position at the time don't kill the mood, don't spoil it just go to something else: make a foreplay, but carry on amd keep on going, going.
bacause at the end of the day, it's not all about the penetration.
An alternative to penetration is for the man to rub his penis along the fat foam on the woman's body, this type of sex can be performed with greater ease.
But whichever way you choose to have sex if you are overweight, you need to be cautious.
The health risks associated with being obese for a man are at a much greater risk of a heart disease, about 4 times the normal rate, but at the time you become a super obesed, you are looking at as many as 20 times the risk of heart disease, 40 times the risk of diabetes and of course, erect disfunction problems, having and maitaining erection and just physical inability to become sexually active.

The missionary position is scientificly thought to maximize your chance of production.
Physiologically and emotionaaly it's probably the most intimate sexual union you can achieve The missionary position is quite simple: the woman lies on the back someone may have posiblly known she will part her legs, she may have her knees bend or relax straight out the other side, the man will then get on top of her and enter from above, usually with woman maneuvring about it slightly.
To explore what happens to the body during a missionary position cameras have been attached to the couple's skin the woman's nipple, man's penis and inside the vagina.
In the missionary position, the lower lips open slightly, this allows the penis to penetrate almost directly right up to the hilt and in this position, you get direct stimulation of the clitoris from the pubic ? of the man.
The glands, or head of the penis, ? is highly sensitive and here they rub along the vaginal canal in this position is very stimulating for the man.
The woman's nipples stay erect throughout intercourse.
Penetration in this position is thought to lead to orgasm for woman as it stimulates the G-spot.
The G-spot is an area of a very sensitive tissue which is just on the front wall of the vagina about 2-3 inches in or so, and during this position, the missionary the penis will stimulate this.
As the woman approaches orgasm, she may feel her heart beating in her vagina and the throbbing in her pelvis.
At climax she experiences involantary muscles spasms in the outering of her vagina and anus.
The male orgasm pulls semen to be ejaculated deep inside the vagina and it's thought that sex in the missioanry position is much more likely to lead to conception.
The missionary position allows a pool of semen to collect at the surface next to the womb and this can make it easier for woman who is trying to conceive After orgasm, the erection subsides rapidly and the major and minor lips of the vagina shrink back, both bodies now returned to pre-aroused state.
You may have thought the missionary position was a little dull.
but there is far more into it to meet the eye, but if you'd like to try something even more adventurous, we will be demonstrating other sexual positions in the coming weeks.
Now: sexually tansmitted infections are something we do ratherly ignore but here is what can happens if you do.
The old French word for brothel, clapier is thought to be the original slang term for gonorrhea, the clap.
It remains the most common sexually transmitted infection in the world.
Up to 2/3 of new cases are in young people under the age of 25 many of whom would not know what they have.
Gonorrhea has been known about as a bacterial infection for over 150 years.
Although the clap may not sound like serious but untreated, gonorrhea can cause both serious and permanant health problems in both men and women.
Gonorrhea is a bacteria that spreads from sexual contact either oral sex, or unprotective vaginal and anal sex it can infect the throat, it can infect the rectum and it can infect cervix, and urethra of women and erethras of men.
Gonorrhea is highly infectious you stand up to 1 in 4 chance to catch it from your infected partner throughout unprotective sex.
More men are diagnosed with gonorrhea as their symptoms are easy to spot.
This slide shows the case of a young man who is complaining of discharge.
You can see, this is a thick yellow discharge coming out of the tip of the penis, there is some slight redness around the head of the penis also.
This yellow discharge which has been there for about 3 days and it was intensively painful when he went for a pee he described that it is just like that pin broken glass.
If gonorrhea isn't treated at this stage the infection can spread up to walls of the bladder, down the channel which connects to prostate gland and into the testicle, where it causes severe inflammation.
It can cause epididymitis, inflammation of the tubes around the testicles and the testicles themselves, and it can be very painful conditon.
If you are a man, you are quite likely to notice you've got gonorrhea, but about 80 percent of women may not experience any symptoms at all.
Gonorrhea is more of a problem for women because they can not have a slight discharge, no discharge at all and they don't know they got the infection, and of course, after a while the infection can travel through the uterus into the Fallopian tubes and cause condition called pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) and that is where tubes float with scars, blocked and get all contorted and then it becomes a really painful acute condition and if that is not diagnosed and treated appropriately the tubes can be damaged permanantly, and womb can be yeld with tube infertility and chronic pelvic pain.
The gonorrhea bacteria can attack the body in some quite surprusing places: this slide shows a young man who has the gonorrhea of the eye.
How would somebody get gonorrhea in the eye? Well, obviously, if somebody has a discharge from the penis and goes for a pee and the discharge in on the finger, and they rub their eyes you can easily transmit to yourself like that.
There are other ways, just use your imagination.
Gonorrhea is currently on the rise among the young people and particularly in cities.
So what can you do to protect youself? You can either say no, you can say yes, but always with a condom and you can say, see, oops, we've made a mistake, let's go and get ourselves checked.
It's amazing the gonorrhea is still on the rise after all these years.
Use condoms every time you have sex to protect yourself and remember you can catch gonorrhea in the throat too from oral sex.
Now: many people acqaint sexyness with being thin, but 40 percent of women wear size 16 or over, so can you still have gret sex even when you are overweight.
Swedish researchers found in a study of 2100 women there were no significant differences in terms of satisfaction with sex life between obese people and normal weight people, but in order to achieve that level of satisfaction overweight people need to make adjustments to their love making.
Depending on your size, the penis and vagina become more hidden in an excessive load of fat, so not all sexual positions will be achievable.
Can you still lead a fulfilling sex life? Of course, these people can still have sex and very full and satisfying sex life.
You don't have be looking like to stick to be a a model in order to be sexy.
