There's an elephant in the
room I'd like to address.
Last semester, I stepped
down as head coach
due to a mental-health issue.
I was diagnosed with Bipolar II
Disorder after I left the minors,
and when I was at my lowest,
Bringston gave me a second chance
as well as access to
resources to stay balanced.
Now, at Bringston, we care about
cultivating strong, young athletes
and well-rounded human beings.
It's the body and mind for us here
no shame, just support.
