This is what I'm really
excited about.
- I'm Christina.
- Hi.
I've built a thriving design
business in California.
- I'm so glad you love it.
- And while the coast is my first love,
the country has been
calling my name.
- I feel like I'm in a dream.
- It's time for a new adventure.
Are you designing a chicken

Yes.
Time to expand the business.
Along with my friends and
family, we're making a move.
Spending more time
in Tennessee.
Come on, we're going
to be best friends.

- I've got new clients.
It definitely is us.

Bye. Okay, so ideally I want
to open this entire space up.
We can't be setting stone
on that plan
because I don't know what's
going on behind all these walls
and we definitely need
a contractor,
but that's a good start and now
we can head down to the kitchen.
- Where they make the pasta.
- Okay.
Nothing's changed in here.
Where do I begin here?
Everything needs to go.
Okay. So, before we do
the big one,
which is this whole space,
let's talk about how much
you guys are looking
to spend here.
There's so much that I really
can't put a price to it.
So I'm assuming a lot.
Yes.
That's a very good assumption.
So we'll get a bid.
- We'll get a bid, yeah.
- And then we'll decide how it looks
and what exactly
you guys want to do.
What are your guys' styles?
I know, not Tuscan.
We're looking for, like, more of
a modern farmhouse type of look.
Carrera marble, like,
veiny countertops, waterfall.
Just sleek, nice designs,
clean white walls, black lines
around the windows.
Just the opposite of this.
Right. So more of a West Coast
look, but more farmhouse vibes.
- Absolutely.
- Modern farmhouse.
- Mm-hmm.
- It's right up my alley.
Kevin and Katie have a lot
of design experience
from doing their own
house flips in the past.
So I'm happy to be here
to help collaborate with them
and execute their vision.
There's definitely a couple
of unknowns in here as far
as what type of load
these walls are carrying.
So if it works for you, we can
definitely get a contractor here
in the next couple of days.
We can get a formal bid
and a game plan going.
- Sounds great.
- Anything else?
Help.
- Don't worry. I got you guys.
- All right. Good.
[Christina] All right.
Now that our new contractor JB
has opened up the walls
and provided a bid, I'm headed
over to Kevin and Katie's house
to talk about
what can be done.

- In person. Good.
- I know.
Look around.
This is our chaos.
[Christina] How's it going
living here?
Uh
- Living here
- I think it speaks for itself.
You guys want to talk about
the scope of the work?
So, here's what I would love
to do in here.
Remove some of these walls.
I would love to take this wall
back to this door right here.
[Kevin] Okay.
[Christina] I think that would
make it feel much more open.
I would also like to take out
this wall as far back
as it goes on the pantry
all along here.
Again, just open up the space.
That way we can do a really
large island in the center.
- [Kevin] That'd be great.
- We like to entertain,
so I think that is perfect.
[Christina] Over here,
we could do a large pantry.
We could then do the stove
with a nice range hood,
and then we could carry the
uppers and lowers all the way around.
We could do a large sink
with a huge window facing out
to this beautiful view.
- Love that.
- Continue uppers and lowers all the way down
until you run into that wall, and
then we could definitely utilize
this space over here.
We could create a couple
more pantries
with a large refrigerator
in the middle.
[Kevin] Sounds great.
What did the downstairs
come in at?
Right about $100,000.
And what was the upstairs?
[JB] $130,000.
[Kevin] Yes. Uh, we need
to talk.
We've kind of been going
over the numbers,
and I think there's going
to be an issue
with the renovation.
We've kind of been going over
the numbers,
and I think there's going to
be an issue with the renovation.
We really want to do
the downstairs,
but upstairs just isn't
going to work out.
- Okay.
- It's just we have a certain amount of budget,
and I think if we took both
projects on,
it's just going to be too much
for us at this time.
- So
- Understandable.
I know it is a lot of work, so we
can always revisit the upstairs later.
- Yes.
- Focus on the downstairs.
- Yeah.
- It needs the most TLC.
- Yes.
- And I know you guys are very excited to get rid of
- all the faux.
- Yes.
Yeah, we really I think
this is where we're doing
the most of our living
and entertaining,
and I think this is what
we really want to focus on,
and just being open and bright
and beautiful when you walk in.
Okay. So last time
we were here,
we talked a little bit
about style, but, Katie,
now that I have you here too.
Style-wise,
what are we thinking?
So despite always
being in black,
I really love just white
and open
and just bright space.
Little bit of farm being
in Tennessee,
- Yep.
- but a little bit more on the chic side.
Okay. Perfect.
This is going to be fun.
It's going to be
a big transformation.
- Huge.
- Yeah.
I'll go shopping, pull
some materials,
and then in about a week
or so we can meet back here
- and start designing this place.
- Sounds good.
- Cool. Perfect, can't wait.
- All right.
[Kevin] Awesome.
We really want to make
Tennessee a fun home
for our family, and what better
way to do so than with animals?
- What's up, Blake?
- What's going on?
- Hi.
- You bring us some friends?
Yeah. Nice little farm
starter package.
- Yeah.
- Awesome.
- Hi.
- How are you?
Thank you so much.
She about ran through
the door to get out here.
Blake brought us over
our own mini Noah's Ark.
Decent little selection.
You got some baby chickens,
some ducks.
- Let's go for it.
- [gasps]
Oh, my God. I don't know
where to go first.
It's, like all they care about
is eating.
[Blake] Well, they're not
cats. They're farm animals.
[Christina] Come on,
let's play.
You can't escape me.
I'm coming for you.
Don't run away,
little friends.
Let's see if you can get
one animal to come to you
instead of you chasing
them around.
So what exactly does having
two black sheep,
four goats, 100 chickens
and roosters,
- 100?
- and two mini donkeys, what does that entail?
It's going to be more
work than you think.
You want to come out
every day, check on 'em
make sure everything's
inside the perimeter
and nothing's escaped.
You don't have to go chase
everything down in the woods.
- Okay.
- And make sure everything's got water,
everything's fed,
gather the eggs every day.
But you understand
everything, baby?
Uh, you're still going
to help me.
There's no, "I understand and
I'm going to take care of it all."
You want the fun,
you got to help.
You're in the South now.
This isn't California.
You're not just having
somebody come do it for you.
We got to do this together.
- I'll help you.
- What experience do you really have with animals?
[Josh] I kind of had
a mini farm growing up
with horses, goats,
pot-bellied pigs.
We even had a turkey, uh,
chicken,
so yeah, I think that
constitutes a farm.
- That definitely counts.
- Yes, so I'm a farmer.
Do they need padding
for a bed?
I'd probably get a bale
of straw or two.
I mean, it actually sounds like your
job's going to be pretty easy, babe.
Oh, my job? I thought this was
you were helping me
and suddenly it's my job?
- Come on, let's play.
- This is a family effort here.
- It'll be rewarding.
- Yeah, of course.
I mean she's obviously
reaping the rewards right now
and I'll be cleaning up
the doo-doo.
Come on, we're going
to be best friends.
[Christina] Guys,
this is not okay.
The chickens have
flown the coop.
They're literally trying
to vacate the premises.
Where were you on
that one, farmer?
- Can you please go back home?
- [Kevin] Chicken, go back in.
You know what? I told you in
the beginning, the coop we had
wasn't adequate enough
for animals,
yet you insisted Blake bring over
the Noah's Ark and fill our property.
Well, I guess it's time
to build a luxury coop.
We started the renovation and
since Kevin has done some flips
on his own, he's decided
to do some work here himself.
Doing work yourself is definitely
a great way to save money.
It doesn't happen often
on my projects,
so we'll see how it goes.
Well, Katie and I
have been flipping houses
for the last 10 years.
We really are DIY type
of people,
but also why pay someone
when you can do it yourself?
We can reallocate the money
and buy appliances,
furniture and all those other
things, so it just kind of made sense.
Kevin and Katie
are super cool.
She's in fashion,
he's in music,
so I want to bring over some
materials that are super unique to them,
completely opposite of what they
had going on in that old Tuscan kitchen.
- Hello.
- Hey.
- Hi.
- Hi.
Hey, Kevin, do you mind
giving me some help?
[Kevin] Yeah, no problem.
- Thank you.
- Yup.
- Oh, let me help you.
- Hi.
- No, we're good now.
- You're good.
No, I'm good. Thank you.
- It was just
- Do you have a table I could put some stuff on?
Ah, I could figure that out.
Hold, please.
Voila.
Oh, okay.
And voila.
Oh, I probably can make
this work.
Ah.
There we go.
Okay, so I know Katie
that you said white cabinets,
but I brought
a couple options.
We can do a pop of color.
So we have a black
or a medium gray.
So many options.
We have pull handles
and countertops.
Those are pretty.
So I think maybe first things
first, we figure out cabinets.
I am torn between
doing everything,
you know, white, but I also
like something maybe
- a little bit darker also.
- Do you like either of these colors?
- The darker, the black.
- I think so too.
- Yeah, darker, the better.
- Yeah.
Cool. Is there any countertop in
particular that's jumping out at you?
Yeah, I definitely like
the more veins,
I'm kind of, I think torn
between these two.
- Maybe this one?
- All right, perfect.
I think that's really pretty.
So now we need to look
at pull handles.
So there's more bold,
larger,
or you have little
more classic?
Definitely more sleek.
- Okay.
- Like, I love this.
Okay. Perfect.
Now that we have
the majority designed,
what are we thinking
for the flooring?
All right. Let me move some
of this out, I want to see it again.
I mean, this is really,
really pretty,
and I think it's classic.
Yeah, but it's also safe.
It is. And we're not safe.
Nope.
- We definitely
- No, we are not.
Yeah, I think we should do
this. I always love that look.
Yeah. I know it might be
complicated to install,
but I think it would
look way better.
It's actually not too
complicated either.
So if these weren't
designed like this as boards,
then very complicated.
Time consuming, expensive,
so many cuts,
- Yeah.
- but the fact that it comes like this,
- it's pretty easy.
- Which way would you lay the floor?
I mean, we could lay it out.
Here's this way.
My thing is I kind of just
feel like it makes it feel longer.
Your front door's right here.
So you're walking in, and this
way is going out that way.
I like the idea of things
being bigger,
the room being bigger.
I feel like especially
from the front door,
was your heart telling you
that way?
No, I think
I guess it depends,
like, if you're sitting
around the couch,
like, all of that, depending
on where you are in the space,
I see that.
I totally hear what you're saying
about in the family room area,
but also in there, you're
going to have a ton of furniture,
-you're probably going to
have some layered rugs, -True.
and so it kind of gets covered,
whereas here, this is very open.
Yeah, I agree.
When laying flooring
in different directions,
there's really no right
or wrong.
It's just personal
preference,
and when it comes to the
chevron, it's going to be beautiful
no matter what, but I love
the idea of it flowing outside
to that beautiful backyard.
Final decision?
- Yes.
- Final.
Okay. I can't wait to see it.
I'll get everything ordered.
It's been a few weeks since I've
been by Kevin and Katie's project,
and oftentimes in this job,
I play marital mediator,
and apparently they're having
an issue, so I'm stopping by
to see what's going on.
- Hello?
- We're in the kitchen.
- Hey, in the kitchen.
- Hi, guys.
- Hey.
- How's it going?
- Good.
- Hi.
- How are you?
- Good.
- Well, you still have a kitchen.
- Kind of.
- No flooring.
- Half kitchen.
- Right.
- Good job,
you made some
really good progress.
- Oh, yeah.
- He's been working hard, for sure.
All right, so what's going on?
I'm hoping that you can
help us settle a debate that
we've been having
for a little bit.
The last thing in here
is the window,
so we have a small window,
we have this big door.
We definitely, we want to get rid of
both and just do something centered.
- Right.
- I'm for a six-foot window
with some nice,
rustic shelves.
- Kevin is big, huge window.
- Big window.
How big?
Like, nine feet.
-So that would extend from
like here to, oh, wow, -Mm-hmm.
that's a big window.
Oh, wow, that's a big window.
I think it'll show a lot
of natural light,
it'll look great, and I don't
understand what you want
to put on the shelves.
What are you, what are
you even thinking?
I mean, obviously, like,
my plants and accessories.
What, some like, live, love,
laugh crap?
Exactly, because you know
that's so me.
Do you not see
the plants outside?
There would be
a gigantic window
showing all sorts of plants.
Normally, normally, I would
always say 100% floating shelves.
I love them, I always
put them in my own houses.
However, I do love
a golf course.
And I think, if I'm right,
you guys bought this house
- for that view, right?
- Mm-hmm, we did.
- Yeah, we did.
- So I feel like in this case
the bigger the window,
probably the better.
- Christina.
- Sorry.
I thought you were going to
come in here and back me up.
But I do feel like you can
still decorate the kitchen
super cute, like,
cutting boards, little plants,
things like that, so it'll
still have the warmth into it.
Will the upgraded window
cost be an additional expense?
- A little bit, maybe about $1,000.
- [Kevin] How much?
You can't put a price
on sweet, sweet victory.
- [all laughing] - I feel like
I'm on a winning streak.
And I have another project
that I'm working on that
I want to show you
and
- validate that it's yet another good idea.
- Where is it?
Uh, it's over here.
And, Katie, is it something
that you like?
Actually, surprisingly,
I think this is a win.
- This is good.
- Surprisingly?
I was going for modern,
really clean lines
and wanting something
really bright,
but I think he did good.
This is the old mantle
right here, right?
[Kevin] This was the old
grandma mantle.
[Christina] I mean, everything
looks better in matte.
Absolutely.
We like to save at least one
thing when we do a house,
you know, and this was
definitely a conversation piece
- for all the wrong reasons before it was painted.
- Yep.
And I remember the first
day you came, you were, like,
I do not like it.
[Christina] Yeah, it literally
looks brand new.
It looks super cool.
I love the matte.
- You do?
- Yeah.
Yeah, I think we need, like, a
dark, like, kind of bold moment.
So I think this will be
really cool with
some dark marble.
You said I was
your bold moment.
- You still are everyday.
- Okay. All right.
And what do we have
going on here?
These are LVL support
beams, and we're putting
that up, so we can open up
all the walls.
This whole room
is just going to be open
- to one big room, right?
- That's right.
That's going to look
incredible.
- So excited.
- Can't wait.
It's coming together.
All right, guys, let's go.
Let's make some s'mores.
What do you mean?
Don't we need the metal stuff?
The metals? No.
We use sticks in the country.
There's lots of sticks here.
Let's go find some sticks.
So in California, when Christina
wants to do s'mores with the kids,
it's over a propane flame,
fake rocks, not a real fire.
In Tennessee, we're going
to do things differently.
Audrey, you want to get
one of those?
Three marshmallows at a time.
That's a good one. We
can fix it. Watch yourself.
- You'll give that for Taylor?
- Yep.
[laughs]
I got a mother lode.
Real sticks?
Yes. Real sticks.
They're sanitary.
Okay.
Let's clean this up
and get it ready, Brayden.
So you don't get too much stick in
your mouth with the marshmallows.
Oh, look at that.
Nice point.
A couple Grahams,
some chocolate.
Yes.
Kind of hard with
the stick situation.
It was gross?
Do you want a regular
marshmallow stabber?
[Josh] Where did you find
those?
Those are so unacceptable.
We bought these for here
a while ago.
- We use sticks.
- Well, some of us do.
I use this.
They painted the house?
Looks so good.
Kevin and Katie love a black
and white palette,
so I'm not surprised they
chose white with black
for their house exterior.
Okay, so let's talk fireplace.
We have some options
for the insert.
We have this beautiful
matte black now,
and the flooring looks so
nice with the matte black.
Ad I know you guys like black,
so we have some black options.
This one has a little bit
of a thicker white veining,
a little bit shinier.
This one has some kind of
cool bronze flecks to it,
and then this one I feel like is
just a really pretty combination
of a subtle amount
of the white.
- I'm not into that one.
- This one?
It looks like someone
spilled some milk.
Okay. Katie, what's your fave?
I think I really love,
like, these two here.
Okay. I think both of
these two would be
a really good option.
I definitely have
a favorite of these two,
but what do you guys think?
- This one for sure.
- Me too.
This one looks
so nice with the matte black
and the flooring.
It's just like it really
makes this pop,
but it also just feels
really subtle.
- So pretty.
- It pops in all the right ways,
so I'm definitely into it.
I think it really does make
your hard work look extra nice.
It looks like it was
meant to be here.
Yeah. It's really pretty.
So, I see that all
the flooring has come up,
and the faux kitchen
is finally gone.
- It's faux no mo.
- It's faux no more. Mo.
- All right. Want to go check that out? Okay.
- Let's do it.
[Christina] I can't believe how
much bigger it feels in here.
How amazing does this look?
- It's so good. I'm ready to go.
- It's, it's big.
It's going to be great.
It's going to be epic.
I think when you have
that view out there,
I think you're going
to be super happy.
This is really the last thing
left that's faux
is this bathroom.
I love a super unique
powder bath
because I think it's the one
place that you don't actually have
to see a lot, and it's just the
thing that guests always use.
Maybe incorporate
some black back in there
with either a black
wainscoting or shiplap
on the bottom.
-Well, you know I love
black and white, -Yes.
- so speaking of, I have a little bit of a twist.
- Uh-oh.
Dun, dun, dun.
- This is a good change.
- I have no idea what's going on.
Okay, so I have something new.
You haven't seen it either.
I know that we already
talked about materials
-for the kitchen, but I
found this amazing tile -Yes.
that I think would just be
a game changer in here.
That is so pretty.
- Dang.
- What do you think?
So you guys.
- It is, right?
- Yes.
I think it's beautiful.
I think it looks
very expensive,
and I'm terrified to ask
what that costs.
How much do you love it?
How much is it?
How much do you love it?
How much is it?
It's $60 a square foot.
Mm-hmm.
It's $60 a square foot.
Mm-hmm, and how much square
footage are we going to need?
I don't know. That's your
neck of the woods, not mine.
I picked out the pretty tile.
It's not a ton of square feet,
but what's the best guess?
Maybe 20.
All right. So, 60 times 20,
$1,200.
- Totally worth it.
- Yeah, for sure.
- Right?
- Okay. And I feel like also now that I saw this,
I can pull some materials
for the powder bath
that I think will look
super nice with this,
maybe, like, black and whites,
some cool wallpapers,
and, like, maybe a really
interesting floor tile,
- Yeah.
- some geometric.
- That would be great.
- Okay, perfect. So fun.
I'll bring those
next time as well,
and, yeah, it's all
coming together.
- Great.
- Sweet.
Yeah, I'm excited. It's
like we're moving forward.
- I know.
- It's so nice to feel kind of in progress here.
I feel like next time it's really
going to start feeling like home.
Okay, so I brought some
materials for the powder bath.
There are some amazing
wallpaper options,
so we're kind of going
for that, like, moody vibe.
We kind of have,
like, this really cool, like,
peacock vibe going.
I'm not sure, Kevin,
how you feel about that?
I mean, it's a little
Art Deco, I don't hate it.
Okay. And then we have
these different kind of
floral options.
Anything jumping out at you?
Yes, I love it. Well, I'm just
going to say this is a little
too reminiscent of what
the house used to be.
- [laughs]
- I mean, this is really cool,
but I feel like we need
a little bit, I like the light.
Do you want to see, like, kind
of put the whole thing together
and then decide maybe
between these three?
- Sure.
- Okay. So check out this flooring.
This is super cool.
That is beautiful.
Wow.
Okay. Get the
Get the feel.
Or there's this one,
it's a little more simple.
Okay, so are there
any wallpapers that
we're passing on, so we can
clear off the table a little bit?
- Yes.
- Which ones?
Well, for sure
the peacock is going.
- Yes.
- How about this one?
I think that this one might be
a little too dark.
Uh-huh.
- I think this one is beautiful.
- Me too.
I love the large scale
flower versus this.
- It's, like, very floral.
- Yeah, totally.
I like this a little bit
more abstract.
Okay, so these two colors
would be the option
for the paneling,
which we would run around
the powder bathroom
about four feet up.
So we have more of a black
and then we have a black
with about a hint of green.
I love the green.
I think going with
a little bit of color
versus everything
that we've done already
is black and especially
the kitchen.
In that case, I feel
like if it was me,
I would definitely go
with this flooring.
- Oh, for sure.
- It's a little more wild.
This one, I feel
like kind of everyone
- It's been done.
- It's been done.
Yeah. That is so unique
and I feel like very us.
[Christina] I love it.
Are you good?
- It's awesome.
- Thank you so much, Christina,
for giving us the nudge.
Adding this to the renovation
is just, I think, it's needed.
Well, great job because
choosing that backsplash,
like, I love the boldness to it
and I think this compliments it
really well and it's going
to look so cool.
It really will.
It's going to be amazing.
All right, guys.
You ready?
- No.
- Let's get going.

Do you miss the puppy?

That's Stella's toy.

Of course,
James can do everything.

I love their friendship.
I love how much

you guys are looking
to spend here.
There's so much that I really
can't put a price to it.
So I'm assuming a lot.
Yes.
That's a very good assumption.
So we'll get a bid.
- We'll get a bid, yeah.
- And then we'll decide how it looks
and what exactly
you guys want to do.
What are your guys' styles?
I know, not Tuscan.
We're looking for, like, more of
a modern farmhouse type of look.
Carrera marble, like,
veiny countertops, waterfall.
Just sleek, nice designs,
clean white walls, black lines
around the windows.
Just the opposite of this.
Right. So more of a West Coast
look, but more farmhouse vibes.
- Absolutely.
- Modern farmhouse.
- Mm-hmm.
- It's right up my alley.
Kevin and Katie have a lot
of design experience
from doing their own
house flips in the past.
So I'm happy to be here
to help collaborate with them
and execute their vision.
There's definitely a couple
of unknowns in here as far
as what type of load
these walls are carrying.
So if it works for you, we can
definitely get a contractor here
in the next couple of days.
We can get a formal bid
and a game plan going.
- Sounds great.
- Anything else?
Help.
- Don't worry. I got you guys.
- All right. Good.
[Christina] All right.
Now that our new contractor JB
has opened up the walls
and provided a bid, I'm headed
over to Kevin and Katie's house
to talk about
what can be done.
- Hello.
- Coming in.
- Hey, guys.
- [Katie] Hi. It's so nice to see you.
- Nice to meet you.
- Nice to meet you.
- In person. Good.
- I know.
Look around.
This is our chaos.
[Christina] How's it going
living here?
Uh
- Living here
- I think it speaks for itself.
You guys want to talk about
the scope of the work?
So, here's what I would love
to do in here.
Remove some of these walls.
I would love to take this wall
back to this door right here.
[Kevin] Okay.
[Christina] I think that would
make it feel much more open.
I would also like to take out
this wall as far back
as it goes on the pantry
all along here.
Again, just open up the space.
That way we can do a really
large island in the center.
- [Kevin] That'd be great.
- We like to entertain,
so I think that is perfect.
[Christina] Over here,
we could do a large pantry.
We could then do the stove
with a nice range hood,
and then we could carry the
uppers and lowers all the way around.
We could do a large sink
with a huge window facing out
to this beautiful view.
- Love that.
- Continue uppers and lowers all the way down
until you run into that wall, and
then we could definitely utilize
this space over here.
We could create a couple
more pantries
with a large refrigerator
in the middle.
[Kevin] Sounds great.
What did the downstairs
come in at?
Right about $100,000.
And what was the upstairs?
[JB] $130,000.
[Kevin] Yes. Uh, we need
to talk.
We've kind of been going
over the numbers,
and I think there's going
to be an issue
with the renovation.
We've kind of been going over
the numbers,
and I think there's going to
be an issue with the renovation.
We really want to do
the downstairs,
but upstairs just isn't
going to work out.
- Okay.
- It's just we have a certain amount of budget,
and I think if we took both
projects on,
it's just going to be too much
for us at this time.
- So
- Understandable.
I know it is a lot of work, so we
can always revisit the upstairs later.
- Yes.
- Focus on the downstairs.
- Yeah.
- It needs the most TLC.
- Yes.
- And I know you guys are very excited to get rid of
- all the faux.
- Yes.
Yeah, we really I think
this is where we're doing
the most of our living
and entertaining,
and I think this is what
we really want to focus on,
and just being open and bright
and beautiful when you walk in.
Okay. So last time
we were here,
we talked a little bit
about style, but, Katie,
now that I have you here too.
Style-wise,
what are we thinking?
So despite always
being in black,
I really love just white
and open
and just bright space.
Little bit of farm being
in Tennessee,
- Yep.
- but a little bit more on the chic side.
Okay. Perfect.
This is going to be fun.
It's going to be
a big transformation.
- Huge.
- Yeah.
I'll go shopping, pull
some materials,
and then in about a week
or so we can meet back here
- and start designing this place.
- Sounds good.
- Cool. Perfect, can't wait.
- All right.
[Kevin] Awesome.
We really want to make
Tennessee a fun home
for our family, and what better
way to do so than with animals?
- What's up, Blake?
- What's going on?
- Hi.
- You bring us some friends?
Yeah. Nice little farm
starter package.
- Yeah.
- Awesome.
- Hi.
- How are you?
Thank you so much.
She about ran through
the door to get out here.
Blake brought us over
our own mini Noah's Ark.
Decent little selection.
You got some baby chickens,
some ducks.
- Let's go for it.
- [gasps]
Oh, my God. I don't know
where to go first.
It's, like all they care about
is eating.
[Blake] Well, they're not
cats. They're farm animals.
[Christina] Come on,
let's play.
You can't escape me.
I'm coming for you.
Don't run away,
little friends.
Let's see if you can get
one animal to come to you
instead of you chasing
them around.
So what exactly does having
two black sheep,
four goats, 100 chickens
and roosters,
- 100?
- and two mini donkeys, what does that entail?
It's going to be more
work than you think.
You want to come out
every day, check on 'em
make sure everything's
inside the perimeter
and nothing's escaped.
You don't have to go chase
everything down in the woods.
- Okay.
- And make sure everything's got water,
everything's fed,
gather the eggs every day.
But you understand
everything, baby?
Uh, you're still going
to help me.
There's no, "I understand and
I'm going to take care of it all."
You want the fun,
you got to help.
You're in the South now.
This isn't California.
You're not just having
somebody come do it for you.
We got to do this together.
- I'll help you.
- What experience do you really have with animals?
[Josh] I kind of had
a mini farm growing up
with horses, goats,
pot-bellied pigs.
We even had a turkey, uh,
chicken,
so yeah, I think that
constitutes a farm.
- That definitely counts.
- Yes, so I'm a farmer.
Do they need padding
for a bed?
I'd probably get a bale
of straw or two.
I mean, it actually sounds like your
job's going to be pretty easy, babe.
Oh, my job? I thought this was
you were helping me
and suddenly it's my job?
- Come on, let's play.
- This is a family effort here.
- It'll be rewarding.
- Yeah, of course.
I mean she's obviously
reaping the rewards right now
and I'll be cleaning up
the doo-doo.
Come on, we're going
to be best friends.
[Christina] Guys,
this is not okay.
The chickens have
flown the coop.
They're literally trying
to vacate the premises.
Where were you on
that one, farmer?
- Can you please go back home?
- [Kevin] Chicken, go back in.
You know what? I told you in
the beginning, the coop we had
wasn't adequate enough
for animals,
yet you insisted Blake bring over
the Noah's Ark and fill our property.
Well, I guess it's time
to build a luxury coop.
We started the renovation and
since Kevin has done some flips
on his own, he's decided
to do some work here himself.
Doing work yourself is definitely
a great way to save money.
It doesn't happen often
on my projects,
so we'll see how it goes.
Well, Katie and I
have been flipping houses
for the last 10 years.
We really are DIY type
of people,
but also why pay someone
when you can do it yourself?
We can reallocate the money
and buy appliances,
furniture and all those other
things, so it just kind of made sense.
Kevin and Katie
are super cool.
She's in fashion,
he's in music,
so I want to bring over some
materials that are super unique to them,
completely opposite of what they
had going on in that old Tuscan kitchen.
- Hello.
- Hey.
- Hi.
- Hi.
Hey, Kevin, do you mind
giving me some help?
[Kevin] Yeah, no problem.
- Thank you.
- Yup.
- Oh, let me help you.
- Hi.
- No, we're good now.
- You're good.
No, I'm good. Thank you.
- It was just
- Do you have a table I could put some stuff on?
Ah, I could figure that out.
Hold, please.
Voila.
Oh, okay.
And voila.
Oh, I probably can make
this work.
Ah.
There we go.
Okay, so I know Katie
that you said white cabinets,
but I brought
a couple options.
We can do a pop of color.
So we have a black
or a medium gray.
So many options.
We have pull handles
and countertops.
Those are pretty.
So I think maybe first things
first, we figure out cabinets.
I am torn between
doing everything,
you know, white, but I also
like something maybe
- a little bit darker also.
- Do you like either of these colors?
- The darker, the black.
- I think so too.
- Yeah, darker, the better.
- Yeah.
Cool. Is there any countertop in
particular that's jumping out at you?
Yeah, I definitely like
the more veins,
I'm kind of, I think torn
between these two.
- Maybe this one?
- All right, perfect.
I think that's really pretty.
So now we need to look
at pull handles.
So there's more bold,
larger,
or you have little
more classic?
Definitely more sleek.
- Okay.
- Like, I love this.
Okay. Perfect.
Now that we have
the majority designed,
what are we thinking
for the flooring?
All right. Let me move some
of this out, I want to see it again.
I mean, this is really,
really pretty,
and I think it's classic.
Yeah, but it's also safe.
It is. And we're not safe.
Nope.
- We definitely
- No, we are not.
Yeah, I think we should do
this. I always love that look.
Yeah. I know it might be
complicated to install,
but I think it would
look way better.
It's actually not too
complicated either.
So if these weren't
designed like this as boards,
then very complicated.
Time consuming, expensive,
so many cuts,
- Yeah.
- but the fact that it comes like this,
- it's pretty easy.
- Which way would you lay the floor?
I mean, we could lay it out.
Here's this way.
My thing is I kind of just
feel like it makes it feel longer.
Your front door's right here.
So you're walking in, and this
way is going out that way.
I like the idea of things
being bigger,
the room being bigger.
I feel like especially
from the front door,
was your heart telling you
that way?
No, I think
I guess it depends,
like, if you're sitting
around the couch,
like, all of that, depending
on where you are in the space,
I see that.
I totally hear what you're saying
about in the family room area,
but also in there, you're
going to have a ton of furniture,
-you're probably going to
have some layered rugs, -True.
and so it kind of gets covered,
whereas here, this is very open.
Yeah, I agree.
When laying flooring
in different directions,
there's really no right
or wrong.
It's just personal
preference,
and when it comes to the
chevron, it's going to be beautiful
no matter what, but I love
the idea of it flowing outside
to that beautiful backyard.
Final decision?
- Yes.
- Final.
Okay. I can't wait to see it.
I'll get everything ordered.
It's been a few weeks since I've
been by Kevin and Katie's project,
and oftentimes in this job,
I play marital mediator,
and apparently they're having
an issue, so I'm stopping by
to see what's going on.
- Hello?
- We're in the kitchen.
- Hey, in the kitchen.
- Hi, guys.
- Hey.
- How's it going?
- Good.
- Hi.
- How are you?
- Good.
- Well, you still have a kitchen.
- Kind of.
- No flooring.
- Half kitchen.
- Right.
- Good job,
you made some
really good progress.
- Oh, yeah.
- He's been working hard, for sure.
All right, so what's going on?
I'm hoping that you can
help us settle a debate that
we've been having
for a little bit.
The last thing in here
is the window,
so we have a small window,
we have this big door.
We definitely, we want to get rid of
both and just do something centered.
- Right.
- I'm for a six-foot window
with some nice,
rustic shelves.
- Kevin is big, huge window.
- Big window.
How big?
Like, nine feet.
-So that would extend from
like here to, oh, wow, -Mm-hmm.
that's a big window.
Oh, wow, that's a big window.
I think it'll show a lot
of natural light,
it'll look great, and I don't
understand what you want
to put on the shelves.
What are you, what are
you even thinking?
I mean, obviously, like,
my plants and accessories.
What, some like, live, love,
laugh crap?
Exactly, because you know
that's so me.
Do you not see
the plants outside?
There would be
a gigantic window
showing all sorts of plants.
Normally, normally, I would
always say 100% floating shelves.
I love them, I always
put them in my own houses.
However, I do love
a golf course.
And I think, if I'm right,
you guys bought this house
- for that view, right?
- Mm-hmm, we did.
- Yeah, we did.
- So I feel like in this case
the bigger the window,
probably the better.
- Christina.
- Sorry.
I thought you were going to
come in here and back me up.
But I do feel like you can
still decorate the kitchen
super cute, like,
cutting boards, little plants,
things like that, so it'll
still have the warmth into it.
Will the upgraded window
cost be an additional expense?
- A little bit, maybe about $1,000.
- [Kevin] How much?
You can't put a price
on sweet, sweet victory.
- [all laughing] - I feel like
I'm on a winning streak.
And I have another project
that I'm working on that
I want to show you
and
- validate that it's yet another good idea.
- Where is it?
Uh, it's over here.
And, Katie, is it something
that you like?
Actually, surprisingly,
I think this is a win.
- This is good.
- Surprisingly?
I was going for modern,
really clean lines
and wanting something
really bright,
but I think he did good.
This is the old mantle
right here, right?
[Kevin] This was the old
grandma mantle.
[Christina] I mean, everything
looks better in matte.
Absolutely.
We like to save at least one
thing when we do a house,
you know, and this was
definitely a conversation piece
- for all the wrong reasons before it was painted.
- Yep.
And I remember the first
day you came, you were, like,
I do not like it.
[Christina] Yeah, it literally
looks brand new.
It looks super cool.
I love the matte.
- You do?
- Yeah.
Yeah, I think we need, like, a
dark, like, kind of bold moment.
So I think this will be
really cool with
some dark marble.
You said I was
your bold moment.
- You still are everyday.
- Okay. All right.
And what do we have
going on here?
These are LVL support
beams, and we're putting
that up, so we can open up
all the walls.
This whole room
is just going to be open
- to one big room, right?
- That's right.
That's going to look
incredible.
- So excited.
- Can't wait.
It's coming together.
All right, guys, let's go.
Let's make some s'mores.
What do you mean?
Don't we need the metal stuff?
The metals? No.
We use sticks in the country.
There's lots of sticks here.
Let's go find some sticks.
So in California, when Christina
wants to do s'mores with the kids,
it's over a propane flame,
fake rocks, not a real fire.
In Tennessee, we're going
to do things differently.
Audrey, you want to get
one of those?
Three marshmallows at a time.
That's a good one. We
can fix it. Watch yourself.
- You'll give that for Taylor?
- Yep.
[laughs]
I got a mother lode.
Real sticks?
Yes. Real sticks.
They're sanitary.
Okay.
Let's clean this up
and get it ready, Brayden.
So you don't get too much stick in
your mouth with the marshmallows.
Oh, look at that.
Nice point.
A couple Grahams,
some chocolate.
Yes.
Kind of hard with
the stick situation.
It was gross?
Do you want a regular
marshmallow stabber?
[Josh] Where did you find
those?
Those are so unacceptable.
We bought these for here
a while ago.
- We use sticks.
- Well, some of us do.
I use this.
They painted the house?
Looks so good.
Kevin and Katie love a black
and white palette,
so I'm not surprised they
chose white with black
for their house exterior.
Okay, so let's talk fireplace.
We have some options
for the insert.
We have this beautiful
matte black now,
and the flooring looks so
nice with the matte black.
Ad I know you guys like black,
so we have some black options.
This one has a little bit
of a thicker white veining,
a little bit shinier.
This one has some kind of
cool bronze flecks to it,
and then this one I feel like is
just a really pretty combination
of a subtle amount
of the white.
- I'm not into that one.
- This one?
It looks like someone
spilled some milk.
Okay. Katie, what's your fave?
I think I really love,
like, these two here.
Okay. I think both of
these two would be
a really good option.
I definitely have
a favorite of these two,
but what do you guys think?
- This one for sure.
- Me too.
This one looks
so nice with the matte black
and the flooring.
It's just like it really
makes this pop,
but it also just feels
really subtle.
- So pretty.
- It pops in all the right ways,
so I'm definitely into it.
I think it really does make
your hard work look extra nice.
It looks like it was
meant to be here.
Yeah. It's really pretty.
So, I see that all
the flooring has come up,
and the faux kitchen
is finally gone.
- It's faux no mo.
- It's faux no more. Mo.
- All right. Want to go check that out? Okay.
- Let's do it.
[Christina] I can't believe how
much bigger it feels in here.
How amazing does this look?
- It's so good. I'm ready to go.
- It's, it's big.
It's going to be great.
It's going to be epic.
I think when you have
that view out there,
I think you're going
to be super happy.
This is really the last thing
left that's faux
is this bathroom.
I love a super unique
powder bath
because I think it's the one
place that you don't actually have
to see a lot, and it's just the
thing that guests always use.
Maybe incorporate
some black back in there
with either a black
wainscoting or shiplap
on the bottom.
-Well, you know I love
black and white, -Yes.
- so speaking of, I have a little bit of a twist.
- Uh-oh.
Dun, dun, dun.
- This is a good change.
- I have no idea what's going on.
Okay, so I have something new.
You haven't seen it either.
I know that we already
talked about materials
-for the kitchen, but I
found this amazing tile -Yes.
that I think would just be
a game changer in here.
That is so pretty.
- Dang.
- What do you think?
So you guys.
- It is, right?
- Yes.
I think it's beautiful.
I think it looks
very expensive,
and I'm terrified to ask
what that costs.
How much do you love it?
How much is it?
How much do you love it?
How much is it?
It's $60 a square foot.
Mm-hmm.
It's $60 a square foot.
Mm-hmm, and how much square
footage are we going to need?
I don't know. That's your
neck of the woods, not mine.
I picked out the pretty tile.
It's not a ton of square feet,
but what's the best guess?
Maybe 20.
All right. So, 60 times 20,
$1,200.
- Totally worth it.
- Yeah, for sure.
- Right?
- Okay. And I feel like also now that I saw this,
I can pull some materials
for the powder bath
that I think will look
super nice with this,
maybe, like, black and whites,
some cool wallpapers,
and, like, maybe a really
interesting floor tile,
- Yeah.
- some geometric.
- That would be great.
- Okay, perfect. So fun.
I'll bring those
next time as well,
and, yeah, it's all
coming together.
- Great.
- Sweet.
Yeah, I'm excited. It's
like we're moving forward.
- I know.
- It's so nice to feel kind of in progress here.
I feel like next time it's really
going to start feeling like home.
Okay, so I brought some
materials for the powder bath.
There are some amazing
wallpaper options,
so we're kind of going
for that, like, moody vibe.
We kind of have,
like, this really cool, like,
peacock vibe going.
I'm not sure, Kevin,
how you feel about that?
I mean, it's a little
Art Deco, I don't hate it.
Okay. And then we have
these different kind of
floral options.
Anything jumping out at you?
Yes, I love it. Well, I'm just
going to say this is a little
too reminiscent of what
the house used to be.
- [laughs]
- I mean, this is really cool,
but I feel like we need
a little bit, I like the light.
Do you want to see, like, kind
of put the whole thing together
and then decide maybe
between these three?
- Sure.
- Okay. So check out this flooring.
This is super cool.
That is beautiful.
Wow.
Okay. Get the
Get the feel.
Or there's this one,
it's a little more simple.
Okay, so are there
any wallpapers that
we're passing on, so we can
clear off the table a little bit?
- Yes.
- Which ones?
Well, for sure
the peacock is going.
- Yes.
- How about this one?
I think that this one might be
a little too dark.
Uh-huh.
- I think this one is beautiful.
- Me too.
I love the large scale
flower versus this.
- It's, like, very floral.
- Yeah, totally.
I like this a little bit
more abstract.
Okay, so these two colors
would be the option
for the paneling,
which we would run around
the powder bathroom
about four feet up.
So we have more of a black
and then we have a black
with about a hint of green.
I love the green.
I think going with
a little bit of color
versus everything
that we've done already
is black and especially
the kitchen.
In that case, I feel
like if it was me,
I would definitely go
with this flooring.
- Oh, for sure.
- It's a little more wild.
This one, I feel
like kind of everyone
- It's been done.
- It's been done.
Yeah. That is so unique
and I feel like very us.
[Christina] I love it.
Are you good?
- It's awesome.
- Thank you so much, Christina,
for giving us the nudge.
Adding this to the renovation
is just, I think, it's needed.
Well, great job because
choosing that backsplash,
like, I love the boldness to it
and I think this compliments it
really well and it's going
to look so cool.
It really will.
It's going to be amazing.
All right, guys.
You ready?
- No.
- Let's get going.
Is it puppy, Asher?
Do you miss the puppy?
- Aw.
- Aw.
That's Stella's toy.
- Oh
- He loves Stella.
Why are you guys over here? Aren't
we supposed to be at your house?
- Yeah.
- I know.
Old habits die hard.
- Yeah, they do.
- I still love this house.
No? You don't want this?
It's a tasty.
Oh, my gosh. You're
never going to guess what
your brother is
doing right now.
- What's he doing?
- [sighs]
So, James has been dying
to go line dancing.
Do you want to join?
I mean, I wouldn't miss this
for the world.
- This is hilarious.
- Do you dance?
No. I'm a terrible dancer.
- Have you ever seen Josh dance?
- No, is he bad?
Horrible.
This is going to be honestly,
I mean, Asher
Does Uncle Josh dance good?
Do you know how to dance?
I mean, obviously. [laughs]
Yeah.
Does James know
how to line dance?
Yeah.
Of course,
James can do everything.
- Yeah.
- Okay, so, right now, James took Josh shopping
for line dancing attire
or whatever that is.
That's so cute.
Yeah, they're, like,
downtown buying fringe jackets
and boots or something.
I love their friendship.
I love how much
they get along.
That's so cute. My husband
and my work husband.
Look at this, though.
[Christina] Ash, what are
you doing over there?
I told you he loves
your house.
[Christina] Can you please buy
some of those chairs for your house?
No, I just keep coming
over here every day.
Okay, it's time to get you
some country duds
for some line dancing.
- I've got country duds.
- Well, some nicer country duds.
Nicer than this?
Yeah. I just want you
to go with me.
I want you to trust me
and just put your arms out
and let me fill them up, okay?
This is overwhelming.
It's not. And you know, you
can also wear t-shirts with jeans.
- I can?
- But this has to be tucked in under your belt like that.
Well, I don't have
a belt buckle, though.
Well, we're going
to get you one.
- A belt buckle?
- I'm just going to start
- Just finding stuff for me.
- Rolling things.
Can I look too or
Oh, excuse me.
All right.
Yeah. This will get you
the looks.
Uh, not the looks I want.
[laughs]
Sweet.
Look.
- Look.
- Are you serious? Can I wear that?
You're going to try this on.
I mean, try it on
for your pleasure
or for actual line dancing?
- No. Oh, come on. For line dancing.
- [laughs]
Look at Oh, wait, I guess
I should check the size.
You are so motivated.
You're crushing it.
You're, like, eight
and a half.
I need to go double arm on
this, one arm's not holding a lot.
Are you a nine now
or eight and a half?
Eleven.
Hurry up.
I'm dying out here.
Happy Fourth of July.
What are you wearing?
That's not this line dancing
time, but we're taking it.
I love it.
I specifically said
line dancing upscale.
Oh
It's just such a no,
but such a yes.
Whatever, moving on.
I think I got it.
Well, that don't impress
me much.
Hold on.
Just messing with you.
I'm done with the jackets.
Dude, that is your
line dancing outfit.
I think I'm ready.
My work here is done.
- Hey, you look great.
- You look great.
Do you think Christina
will be able to tell us apart?
Both her husbands?
- Main husband, work husband.
- Husbands.
[laughs]
[Christina] We're nearing
the end of the project,
and I know that Kevin has
done a lot of the work himself,
including installing all
of the flooring.
So I'm headed over to check on
him and see how they're doing.
- Hello.
- Hey, what's going on?
- Hi. Oh, my gosh.
- [Katie] Hi.
- Great to see you.
- Right.
- Nice work.
- Thank you.
- Wow.
- Hi.
What do you guys think?
Big change, right?
[Christina] Uh, beautiful.
Lot of progress.
I think I'm in the flooring
business now.
- That's what I think.
- I think you are.
- You did an incredible job.
- [Kevin] Thank you.
[Christina] A plus.
[Kevin] Thank you.
I appreciate it.
[Christina] How long did
this take?
- Six days.
- Six days.
- Yeah.
- So six days is a lot,
and I'm sure you have
to be exhausted.
- Mm-hmm.
- And next up is the kitchen
and all that tile work
for the backsplash.
Is that something
that you want to take on,
or do you want me to give JB
a call?
I think calling JB
would be a good idea.
I mean, I'm burning
the candle at both ends.
And I personally think
I'm doing a good job.
However, you kind
of need a little rest.
- [Christina] Totally.
- And if you're going to rest on something,
something like the backsplash,
it would be nice to have
somebody hook us up with that.
- Especially it's very expensive.
- Yeah, exactly.
- And if you're tired.
- Yeah.
It's so focal.
Yes. Really,
you deserve it.
I mean, I got to take at least
one day off for the Lord.
Our marriage deserves it.
- Totally.
- Yes.
Go relax.
Go have, you know,
a nice dinner,
a spa day,
whatever you're into.
You deserve it.
- Let's do it.
- Okay.
[Kevin] Awesome.
James, what have
you gotten us into?
You going to show us
what's up?
- Yes.
- I know you are. Let's go.
I cannot believe that James
convinced us to do this.
Line dancing? Really?
Yeah, I'm not looking
forward to it.
- Are you a good dancer?
- I'm a terrible dancer.
Okay, well, that makes
two of us.
Well, that's why
we're together.
Should be interesting.
[country music playing]
You need to learn
how to line dance.
Best way to learn is
to throw you out there.
Can we take, like, a shot
first or something?
Yeah, absolutely.
Okay.
Bring out the tequila.
- [woman] One, two, seven, four.
- [all clapping]
Oh. Oh.
Yay!
Wait, what?
- Whoa.
- Wait, what are we doing now?
Oh!
I just don't really
have a lot of rhythm.
[exclaims]
I give up.
Don't follow me.
On a scale of A to F,
I would give myself a D.
Yeah, I'm washing those feet.
Whoo.
I'm definitely going to stick
to designing homes.
Line dancing is not
in my future.
James did really good.
Josh
He's about like me.
This is amazing.
[both] Ah!
This is so fun and different.
- I know.
- Isn't it?
It's not our usual color
palette, but I love it.
I feel like we're more in,
like, a swank
New York restaurant
as opposed to Franklin,
Tennessee.
What do you think
about this kitchen?
I love it.
It's so different
and it's so cool.
Such, like, glam vibes, right?
And this kitchen, if I
walked in it, I would say,
fun people with exciting
personalities live here.
You know who has a pretty
exciting personality last night?
Who?
You had some pretty good
moves on the dance floor.
Oh, jeez.
Well, so did you, sister.
Not quite.
[both laugh]
So James and I had
a lot of fun putting
this place together.
You guys gave us an incredible
palette to work with.
Kevin and Katie have been
living at their project
for the entire renovation
and seeing all the progress,
but nothing compares
to coming through the door
for the first time
and seeing your house
fully put together.
- Are you ready?
- Yeah.
All right.
Welcome home.
Oh, my God.
What do you think?
- Welcome home.
- Oh, my God.
[Katie] It's a home, finally.
It is not the same house.
It definitely is not
the same house.
Walking into this house
has been just such a surprise
to see everything
pulled together,
and I'm super
excited about it.
- I love it.
- I can't believe how amazing the floor looks.
Whoever installed that floor,
Modern-day Picasso.
We went from, like,
an old pizzeria in, like,
North Italia to, like,
a swanky speakeasy
in New York.
[Kevin] How you guys decorated
it and just everything you did,
it does not even seem
like the same place.
Christina and James
did an amazing job
with what they put together.
Obviously, we did a lot
of the work ourselves,
so they just made it
the next level.
You nailed our style.
I don't even know if you knew,
like, I have this, like,
love-Bohemian chic.
I pay attention
to your wardrobe.
- Right?
- I love your boots. I love your hat.
This project is
one of the most
unique projects
I've ever done,
and this one was
truly teamwork.
Kevin did an amazing job doing
so much of the work himself.
I love this project.
Step on in to the powder bath.
I want to see your hat
in there. It matches.
[Christina] What's
your favorite part?
Because I have so many
favorite parts in that powder bath.
I'm sorry I can't have one
because it's just everything.
Tile is just so cool.
I love this pop of pink,
but then the green walls
and the wallpaper,
and then when you're
in here in the chandelier,
it's beautiful.
It's too classy to do what you're
supposed to do in there, so
Uh, no, it's a lipstick
room. That's it.
It's to be pretty.
It's a powder bath.
- Yep.
- Touch up your makeup. That's it.
Check out
your fabulous kitchen.
- Oh, my God, it looks amazing.
- Wow.
This is not where they used
to make-a the pasta.
- No, it's not.
- This is crazy, man.
Just the before and after
of this room alone,
it just is not the same place.
Moving the door
from here added
so much more space
in the kitchen.
Now it just feels,
just, like, wide open.
Turning the island
this way allows for
so much seating
at the bar now.
[Katie] It just really is
the space to entertain,
and I can't wait to have
family and friends over
and be able to just
really enjoy.
Like, there's enough room
to cook, celebrate,
and enjoy our amazing space.
Through this whole process,
it's been so much fun
and so exciting
to work with you,
and thank you for being
a mediator between us
in some of these decisions.
- [Kevin] Yeah, thank you so much.
- Great. It's a pleasure,
and I'll definitely
see you soon.
