I thought about myself,
about my kids when they grow up
and see that their mom and dad
are not happy.
What life is that?
One of the consequences of my divorce
was my children didn't live with me.
There were a lot of problems,
families from both sides got involved.
It got really very ugly.
And out of fear for my children,
I gave up custody of them temporarily.
I'd also like to know
why men marry four times.
-Do they find the right time four times?
-Everyone has a different situation.
It's normal, it's fine.
My late husband got married three times.
-[Ebraheem] I'll explain.
-I want to know why.
Polygamy existed before Islam.
When Islam came,
it limited them to four wives,
And Islam said, "You can marry four wives
on the condition that you're being fair."
You have to be fair to every wife,
and it is impossible to be fair.
So, it is allowing
and not allowing at the same time.
The religion of Islam allows us
to take four wives.
Of course, all conditions have rules.
For example, if you're married,
but your wife can't have children,
it's okay for you to marry a second wife
and have children with her.
In this case, there'd be
an agreement between parties.
I'm sorry, the Muslims here
are actually marrying four wives
-They're not being fair.
-Yes. They don't go with the condition.
I'm not against anything in Sharia Law.
But even when it allows a man to have
up to four wives, there are conditions.
But most of the men who marry
more than one
are doing it because
they can never have enough.
They say, "It's nice to have a change.
Should I eat kabsa the rest of my life?
I'll eat kabsa and spaghetti." Really?
Can I please borrow Ebraheem
and Danya for two minutes? Please.
-[Danya] Uh-oh!
-I'll be back.
[Lojain] Okay.
[Marwan] After what happened with Safa,
I'm thinking it's time

Zeina and Ebraheem to talk.

She is actually the cause
of the problem everywhere.
And I know you guys

we got to make peace
with the right people. And I'm thinking
-We should make peace with Zeina first.
-I don't mind to make peace with anyone.
-I don't like to have enemies.
-[Danya] Mm.
However, it's not gonna come
at the price of my dignity.
I don't mind either. If she comes
and talks to me, I'm happy to talk to her.
[Ebraheem] I'm optimistic to having
a new start with Zeina in peace.
Enough. It's not worth it. Really.
