that has its own laboratory,
and they truly are pros in that field,
as I couldn't devise a formula on my own.

Basically, I decided to go to Italy
because I felt the project wouldn't
come to fruition at all otherwise.

The samples didn't look
how I had hoped at all.
I thought being at the factory in person
could give me more choice and control.
These sample bottles I received
didn't reflect the suggestions I made.
I really wanted them to be matte.
Although I think this packaging here
is truly excellent in terms
of it being eco-friendly.
I want it to be eco-friendly,
but I want to like it too.
For me, the bottles' aesthetics
is as important as
the quality of the contents.
Elisabeth, how about we just
put a label on this style of bottle?
