Previously on Hell's Kitchen.
You pushing mine in there.
There's no heat on it.
The chefs creativity was tested with a gourmet pizza challenge.
Oh, you've gotta be [Bleep.]
kidding me.
- And Chef Ramsay.
- My friend, Wolfgang Puck.
Brought in the toughest judge of all.
It's burnt.
The red team had to drop one pizza One, two, three.
And Melanie made sure it wasn't hers I definitely don't agree with the decision.
I'm not satisfied at all.
But maybe it should've been.
I would give it a one.
That's what your ass get.
The men were led by Anton This is my moment! All right, put it in.
Go.
Whose strong effort had Wolfgang impressed Wow, it actually tastes a little bit like the mediterranean.
Chef Ramsay declaring victory Congratulations, blue team.
And Anton in tears.
I just want to tell my family, I hope I made you guys proud.
And when Chef Ramsay added fuel to Kashia's fire Ladies, can I have a quick taste of the one you left behind? Oh, I like that.
That, for me, has been your best pizza.
She not surprisingly exploded.
No, Melanie! I'm so tired of your attitude.
At Italian family night Get some food over here.
Although Kashia and Bev failed many times at the pizza station The dough is raw! You're gonna poison the kids.
The red team managed to pull it together for Chef Ramsay's family.
That's my family.
Oh, no pressure.
"It's just my family.
" All good.
Go.
Joy was their leader once again Pick it up, ladies.
As they scored another victory over the men, which included a disastrous performance by Ralph on meat How do you manage lamb like that? Yes, Chef.
Not again, Ralph.
And Chris, Scott, and Gabriel, who had a complete meltdown on pizza.
Burned, burned, burned, burned, burned, burned, burned.
What the [Bleep.]
is going on in here? The blue team had a lot of choices but nominated - Chris.
- And Scott.
Although Chef Ramsay wanted to hear from one other Chef.
Ralph, get your ass up here.
He decided it was time to tell Chris to say good-bye to his dream of winning Hell's Kitchen and $250,000.
And now, the continuation of Hell's Kitchen.
Get out of here.
I've been strong just from day one.
I had no clue why Chef Ramsay called me up.
I don't understand how the [Bleep.]
I'm slipping when he said I did a phenomenal job last service.
Are you kidding me right now? Just shut the [Bleep.]
up.
It's over.
Leave it alone.
Ralph just needs to relax.
He better get over it, and he better get over it [Bleep.]
quick.
Damn, dude, I can't believe we have [Bleep.]
six people now.
While last night's dinner service was less than stellar - Good morning.
- Morning, Chef.
Let's go, ladies.
The chefs seem anxious to face Chef Ramsay's next challenge.
But first, he has a key observation for them.
Okay, chefs, based on last night's service, if there's one thing that I didn't see enough of, was teamwork.
I'm sure if you think about it, the happiest times in your kitchen is when you were bonding with your brigade, right? Yes, Chef.
Those are the individuals that I will be friends with forever, because, in my mind, it's like a sort of brotherhood or a sisterhood.
- Agreed? - Yes, Chef.
I'd like to introduce you to a group of individuals who understand the meaning of teamwork.
Here they are.
like it, like it, love it, love it, love it You and I, I'm a phi mu Stay a phi mu, phi mu till I die Oh, my gosh.
hold our phi mu banner high, hey, with a "p," with a "p" I got all these sorority girls coming running out from every door, all different directions.
That's the kind of girl that I used to look for when I was at fraternity parties, getting drunk.
like it, like it, love it, love it Please welcome the phi mu sorority.
Yay! I loved seeing the sorority girls.
They came out chanting and stuff.
I love them.
They're always so damn happy.
like it, like it, love it, love it, love it, you and I I'm a phi mu, stay a phi mu, phi mu till I die We will hold our phi mu banner high Hey! Wow.
These lovely ladies are a part of a sorority that has been in existence for 160 years.
That's right.
We are celebrating this anniversary right here in Hell's Kitchen.
- Yeah.
- Excellent.
Can I have your party planning committee come forward, please.
Nice to meet you.
Ladies, I can't wait to see you tomorrow night.
Thank you.
Incredible.
So that is what I call spirit.
Ladies, how important is this anniversary party to you? Oh, it is so important.
Like, there's gonna be a lot of alumnis here, so the pressure is really on, isn't it? Wow.
The blonde was just, like, all sexed up in her talking.
I tried so hard not to laugh.
Is there a theme that you'd like to have for your menu? Um, we were founded in Georgia, so we want some good Southern cooking.
Yeah! I am from the south.
That's all we eat every day is soul food.
So I know we got this one.
Chefs, for today's challenge, I want to see three stunning Southern entrees.
One chicken, one seafood, and one beef.
The team that has the most dishes selected by this esteemed committee will win the challenge.
Are you ready? Yes, Chef.
Good.
Your 40 minutes starts from now.
- Go, go, go, go - Get it, let's go, go.
For this challenge, each team will have just 40 minutes to plan and prepare three Southern-inspired dishes.
You got blackened catfish.
You got fried chicken.
The party planning committee will judge, and the winning dishes will also be added to the menu for tomorrow night.
We can do, like, a cream sauce with the fried chicken.
Candied yams with the beef.
You can do steak with cabbage, 'cause we eat that all the time.
I feel great.
I'm excited.
I'm pumped.
I've been needing to show some of my leadership qualities and do what I do best.
- Southern greens got some oil.
- I know, that's right.
- You need a little oil up in there.
- There you go.
With the red team being led by their outspoken leader, Kashia, they are off and running quickly I'm gonna show you.
- I want some chicken legs and thighs.
- Okay.
While over in the blue kitchen Let's get a menu together, guys.
The men are having trouble What about the blackened catfish with some lobster? We're not even gonna use the lobster.
Getting out of the starting gate.
Let's use that ham.
Like, some grilled ham.
We don't have a lot of time, guys.
We need to pick this up a little bit.
I could do a seafood, like, lobster and shrimp, like, a gumbo with, like, vegetables.
If I boil it down a couple of minutes, and then I coat it with mayonnaise - mayonnaise is not Southern at all.
- No.
Oh, no? Okay.
Let's go, guys.
Come on.
Speed up.
These guys have no idea what Southern is all about.
So I knew that I had to step up and get it done properly.
We're gonna do the blackened catfish with, um, grits.
- Okay, next.
- We could do a gravy.
- Like, a Southern gravy? - White mushroom gravy.
Unbelievably, the men have used a quarter of their time discussing the dishes - 30 minutes to go.
- Yes, Chef! And now, they finally begin to work on cooking them.
Gabriel, talk to us.
Lead us through this.
Meanwhile, over in the red kitchen, Kashia is clearly the Chef in charge.
- That leg is done.
- These are about done also.
You can tear in and taste it.
I'm letting Kashia take this one.
I kind of stuck to the sides.
I fried up the chicken.
Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah! Wait.
Drain that oil off of there.
Yes, Chef.
Yeah, that's good.
Should we put in cheese or anything in the - in what? - One of these mashed potatoes? No, let's keep them just like that.
They're gonna be candied, like a glaze.
- Really? - Yeah.
Just because Gabriel is from the south, he thinks he's the man.
He thinks he knows it all.
- Let me taste that.
- Taste it.
Go ahead.
Just a mushroom sauce, pureed down.
Ah, it's a little gritty.
That's what he's telling me is the style.
Normally, I'd put cheese in something like this.
Ralph, listen to me.
I'm from the south, man.
I know what I'm doing.
Looks good.
I would've just made a nice, clean sauce.
No, you want that grittiness.
Two minutes, ladies.
Let's go.
- Come on.
- Yes, Chef.
Start plating.
All right, guys, let's start plating.
It could use some more of this though.
Guys, I'm a little worried about that fried chicken.
That's not good.
That's got pink [Bleep.]
on it.
I went around, and I put my seal of approval on every dish.
Okay, you got that under control.
Ten You guys ready to put them on? Nine Watch it, watch it, watch it.
- Eight - Run it, run it.
- Seven - Let's walk.
Six, five - Watch out, right behind.
- Four - Right behind! - Three Two, one, and stop.
Ladies, please take a seat.
- Thank you.
- Thank you.
Good luck.
- You already know what this is about.
- Good luck.
This is about pride of the south right now.
Okay.
Let's start off with chicken, please.
Let's go.
Up first with their chicken dishes are Jason and Kashia.
Let's start off with Kashia.
Yes, Chef.
I have for you all some classical fried chicken with a mac and cheese, some collard greens, and a little ham.
And I also put a side of hot sauce, because everybody loves hot sauce with chicken.
My grandparents is from Mississippi, and this is what their chicken looks like.
Looks like home, baby.
That mac and cheese was perfect.
Good.
And, darling, how was that for you? Um, love the collard greens.
Loved 'em.
Thank you so much.
Kashia's not gonna lose to Jason.
We got this challenge in the bag.
Jason, please.
We have a leg and thigh, double-breaded, mushroom gravy, and a mashed potato with a little bit of white cheddar.
- Good, good, good? - Mmm.
There is definitely a crunch to this one.
- Mm-hmm.
- Yes.
Come on, baby.
Vanessa, how was that for you? You can just really, really taste the mushrooms, - which I love.
- Yes.
I'm like, "okay, we got this one.
" That dish was composed perfectly.
Kayla, do you prefer the chicken dish from the red team or the blue team? This is a new kind of Southern for me, and I really, really enjoyed it, so I think I'm gonna have to go with the blue.
- Thank you.
- Nice.
And Vanessa.
Both exceptional dishes.
But she won me over with your collard greens.
- It was just delicious.
- Thank you.
So red team.
Uh, Rachel.
I have to say that I loved the coating on blue team's chicken.
- Thank you very much.
- Yes! I'm shocked right now.
I thought the chicken was on point, but apparently, it wasn't good enough.
It's just very frustrating.
- Jason.
- Way to go, buddy.
Way to go.
Okay, next up, the seafood dish.
Let's go.
Jessica hopes to claim a point for the red team against Gabriel with her Traditional shrimp and grits.
I did a little orange-bourbon sauce with tasso ham for the shrimp, and cayenne pepper, so there's a little bit of heat in there as well.
The flavors are delicious.
It's really good.
- Thank you, girls.
- Brilliant.
- Mmm.
- Rachel, do you like it? I do like it.
It's very warm and hot.
I'm very hungry.
_ "Ah, the flavors, they just meld so well.
" This is a married man you're trying to flirt with.
She was crazy flirtatious.
I think I want some more of that shrimp.
Nice.
Gabriel, present the dish to the ladies, thank you.
Ladies and Chef, we have a blackened catfish with sauteed green beans, homemade grits with white cheddar and lobster.
Vanessa, how is that for you? - I love the flavor of the catfish.
- Thank you.
Oh, my gosh, I have to go for a second bite.
Let's start off with Rachel.
Is it the shrimp and grits or the catfish, blackened, from the blue team? I love the sweet and spicy, so red team it is, with the shrimp.
Thank you.
Awesome.
I absolutely loved the catfish, so I'm gonna go with the blue team on this one.
Uh, break the tie, Kayla.
If it is the blue team that you decide is the best one, they've won.
So no pressure.
No pressure whatsoever.
Um I ooh, this is hard.
So far in the phi mu sorority tasting menu challenge, Jason's chicken beat Kashia's.
So now, Jessica's shrimp must defeat Gabriel's catfish in order for the red team to stay in the game.
So no pressure.
No pressure whatsoever.
Um Mm, I think I'm gonna have to go with the red team.
I really, really liked the shrimp.
Yes! The blue team better watch out.
Give it to me, ladies.
We're back on track.
Thank you, lord.
Okay, now the final dish the battle of the beef.
Let's go.
How you doing, ladies? - Hi.
- Good.
All right, let's start off with Joy.
Could you present the dish, please, darling? Hi, ladies.
Um, for you today, we have sauteed string beans.
And right there, we have rhubarb.
And on top of that, we have a Southern-style gravy, which has sage and a little bit of mushroom in it.
Very tasty.
And I'm loving that gravy on top.
Kayla, how is that for you, darling? Delicious.
I love it.
Ralph.
Here you go, ladies.
So we have a grilled rib eye with candied yams, smoked bacon, and onion collard greens.
It's delicious, full of flavor.
You guys are just amazing me with your collard greens today.
Yes.
_ Let's start with Vanessa.
Gosh, they're both delicious But I would have to go with the blue team.
Blue team.
Yes.
Um, Kayla, you're next.
Is it the rib eye from the blue team or the rib eye from the red team? Oh, my God, please, please.
This is too much for me to handle.
I am about to have myself a [Bleep.]
heart attack.
This is really hard.
I'm gonna have to pick the red team, though.
I know.
Sorry, guys.
Now, Rachel, is it the rib eye from the blue team or the rib eye from the red team? I have to go with, hands down The red team.
We brought this one home for our team.
Aah! It feels so good, y'all.
"Hands down"? Are you [Bleep.]
kidding me? Do you even know what "hands down" means? That means it was without even a doubt.
Ladies, thank you.
That was amazing.
- Thank you, ladies.
- Thank you.
- Thank you.
- Bye, guys.
See you tomorrow.
See you tomorrow.
Ladies, well done.
Thank you, Chef.
Well done.
This reward is one of the best rewards we've ever had in the history of Hell's Kitchen.
You're heading to a place where all sorority girls want to head to when they turn 21, Las Vegas.
I'm going to Vegas! You'll be staying at Caesars Palace.
Aah! In addition to that, each of you have a $500 shopping spree at the Caesars Palace forum shops.
Oh, my God.
Thank you.
It doesn't end there.
I have arranged for a very special dinner tonight, cooked personally by one of my mentors Guy savoy.
Head up to the dorm.
Let's go.
- Thank you, Chef.
- Thank you.
- Thank you.
Let's run.
I'm going.
I am so excited! Guy savoy is the big cheese of the michelin star world.
While the girls are living it up in Las Vegas, you'll be completely transforming this dining room ahead of tomorrow night's All of you, you have a lot of work ahead of you.
We dominated that competition today.
All of our food was delicious.
And the girls gave it to the girls.
We should be sitting in Vegas right now.
Now, lots to happen.
The ladies are gonna come, yeah? They will supervise, yeah? And it's their party, so we need to make it happen.
You know, it's just getting on my nerves, because we keep losing.
And now I got to listen to some 18-year-old girl.
You picked the wrong dishes, girls.
Oh, my God.
Are you serious? And you know it.
Ralph, he's pissed off.
We're all pissed off.
So you guys need to dress the tables, and I hope you guys do it nicely.
Yeah, [Bleep.]
the girls.
They're being rude.
You know, screw them.
Oh, wow.
Here you go.
Thank I hope it tastes just like the red team's [Bleep.]
.
Hey! Oh, my goodness.
He's not upset at all.
No, not at all.
Not at all.
We really didn't want to go to Vegas.
Vegas bound! I've never been to Vegas before.
I feel like a [Bleep.]
rock star.
Have fun in Vegas.
Thank you.
I can't imagine what's gonna happen in Vegas.
Oh, yeah, Vegas.
I'll take anything Chef Gordon Ramsay lays out for us.
As the women sit back and relax on their short, 45-minute flight, the men settle in for a long five hours How's that there? You should move it back.
Of miserable labor.
Maybe scoot this one over a little.
We got to come this way.
Back this way.
Well these girls don't know what the [Bleep.]
they're talking about.
They don't know how to set a dining room.
'70s, it says.
No, no, here.
I think you're looking at it backwards.
There you go.
They don't like it, they change it.
This is boring.
They don't like it, they change it.
I swear, if they make us move it again, table's gonna please, we're gonna move this, like, eight more times.
These beautiful letters.
Yeah, I'll do something with those.
- What would you like? - We want them glittered.
Oh, crap.
Crappity, crap, crap, crap.
This sucks so bad.
[Bleep.]
[Bleep.]
.
Oh, my God.
Thank you.
We walk up, and there's the red carpet, there's the paparazzi, and I'm looking around like, "Okay, is somebody else coming?" 'Cause I know this can't be all for just us.
It's amazing! Where do I go shopping first? Ooh.
These are beautiful dresses.
Wow.
I'm loving this right now.
Oh, my God.
I have never had the opportunity to go into a diamond shop and have a salesperson even look my way.
Oh, it was just incredible.
- Open the door! - I am.
After winning the sorority tasting menu challenge.
The women are busy enjoying a day in Vegas filled with V.
I.
P.
treatment.
Wow, that's totally you.
- Open the door! - I am.
Christina is here.
Aah! Oh, my goodness, oh, my goodness.
It's Christina.
I thought she was fake.
I was like, "it's really her.
" Congratulations, yeah? Grab some champagne and, uh, breathe.
To the girls winning a good challenge, right? Yeah.
Very nice.
Christina was so cool season ten.
I grew, like, a lot of respect for her.
Christina! It tastes delicious.
Thank you, Chef.
Push, push, push, push! Christina, I don't think I have ever met a more passionate Chef.
Oh, [Bleep.]
.
You know, what he's instilling in you, he's doing it for a reason.
And, you know, it's tough, and sometimes, you have to eat it.
And you might know that you're right.
You know what? Right now it doesn't matter.
How did you fight through your lowest moments? There was one time, I thought, "I got to go home.
" Like, "I can't do this.
" I was like, "Wait.
No.
No, no.
" You can't lose your confidence.
Always cook with confidence.
There's been times where I want to just be like, "Okay, I throw in my towel.
" And just knowing that, like, that even crossed her mind, and she's the one that got to walk through that door, just kind of made it like, "Okay, hands down, I'm gonna push through it.
I'm gonna do this till the end.
" Coming into this, I was a little intimidated because I didn't have the opportunity - to go to culinary school.
- Yeah.
I didn't go to culinary school.
I thought it was gonna be my biggest disadvantage, and it turned out to be my biggest advantage.
Anytime I feel weak, anytime I feel down, I'm gonna remember the things that Christina told us.
So you guys are gonna have dinner with Guy tonight, which is gonna it's gonna blow your mind.
- Thank you so much.
- Yeah, oh, you're welcome.
It was it's my pleasure.
Good luck.
Cook with confidence always.
Keep your head head high, yeah? And lean on each other while you still can.
Trust me.
- Yes, welcome.
- Welcome.
Welcome.
Guy savoy, he is, like, one of Chef Ramsay's mentors.
Are you hungry now? Yes.
Go to the table.
It was absolutely, like, mind-blowing.
I mean, this guy is such an amazing Chef.
- It's magic.
- Oh, wow, it is magic.
- It's Vegas.
- It's magical.
Wow.
- Oh, you like the taste? - It's good! Going into it, I thought he was gonna be another Chef Ramsay, but he was a sweetheart.
Before eat, you smell.
Smell.
Guy was all over Kashia.
He was flirting with her the entire evening.
Would you like to smell again? No, no, no, no.
He was rubbing Kashia's shoulders at one point in time.
He was a feisty little guy.
Thank you for coming.
And I am sorry for Oh, no.
I loved it.
Me, too! While the women spend the night in Las Vegas, back in Los Angeles - Good morning, guys.
- Hi, Chef.
The men are up early, prepping both kitchens for tonight's special event, the 160th anniversary of the phi mu sorority.
You got chops in here? Choppy? Choppity chop chops.
For the blue team, losing a challenge doesn't matter.
We still have plenty of hope.
We know we are better than the red team.
Vegas, Vegas, Vegas! - High rolling, baby.
- Hi, guys.
Vegas, baby.
Oh, yeah.
You see it, you see it, you see it.
That just pissed me off, dude.
The guys are just sore losers, and they're gonna be even more upset tonight after service, after we kick their ass.
Line up, please.
Tonight is the 160th anniversary of the phi mu sorority.
And when you're doing a special event, you take on a huge responsibility, and I mean huge, right? Yes, Chef.
So I want you on your game.
Make it an anniversary to remember.
Get on your stations.
Let's go, guys, yes? Yes, Chef.
Okay, J.
P.
, open up for this amazing anniversary.
Oui, Chef.
All right, ladies, enthusiasm.
- Yep.
- Whoo-hoo! For tonight's event, the dining room and the guests are decked out to represent the different decades in the 160-year history of the phi mu sorority.
Crazy.
As requested, in a nod to the organization's roots, Chef Ramsay has created a Southern-inspired menu, which also includes the challenge-winning dishes.
This one right here is looking at me, with the glasses.
Let's go, Gabriel.
Focus on the stove, not on the ladies.
Yes, rapidly.
Let's go.
Okay, blue team, here we go.
On order, six covers, table 23.
Three shrimp, three crab cake.
Yes, Chef.
I'm going right now with garnish.
We didn't win our challenge yesterday.
We didn't get to go to Vegas.
Grits! I'm bringing them right now, Chef.
You know, we need to redeem ourselves.
I know that we're gonna come out the gate with fire.
Grits right here, Chef.
Thank you.
Hey, how long on those crab cakes? Walking with the crab cakes, guys.
They're walking right now.
Crab cakes Good.
We're going good.
We're going strong, babies.
Every one of us on the blue team feels we beat those girls yesterday.
- Are these ready? - Ready! Take 'em now.
We're definitely not gonna lose again, not if I can [Bleep.]
help it.
Nice.
You know where you're going, yeah? Okay.
The blue team are on fire.
The men have gotten off to one of their stronger starts Keep it going, gents.
Keep it going.
We're on a roll now, guys.
And with a steady stream of appetizers making their way out to the diners The blue team are on their third table now.
- Let's go, speed up.
- Yes, Chef! Chef Ramsay is looking to the red team Dropping crab cakes.
To match the blue team's performance.
Bev, when those crab cakes are ready, I'll meet you at the pass.
It's still cold.
Bev, three salad, three crab cake how long? - Bev, are you in there? - Two minutes, Chef.
- Two minutes, Chef.
- You sure? Yes, Chef.
That's a real two minutes, yes? Yes, real two minutes.
Ugh! Dude, how [Bleep.]
hard is it to cook a crab cake? I'm about to walk over there and do it myself.
Let me know when you're walking with those crabs, Bev.
Yes, I know.
It's still cold, guys.
My station was not that easy.
I mean, I had crab cakes to fry off, and it's really hard to cook it correctly.
Bev! Yes, Chef? That's it.
Where are they? Chef, I need one more minute.
It's still cold in the middle.
So it's pretty much like Bev was put in front of a station and didn't have any arms.
I have three crab cakes ready.
Three crab cakes ready.
- Let's go, then! - Yes, Chef.
Don't keep on saying it.
Just run it to the pass! Yes, right here, Chef.
You're over here, eh? "Crab cakes are ready, Chef.
" Give them to me! Yes, Chef.
Yes, Chef.
Despite Bev's sluggish start on the garnish station, appetizers are making their way out to the dining room.
It tastes amazing.
Mm.
Back in the red kitchen Speed up.
Let's go.
Chef Ramsay is hoping the fried chicken station manned by Kashia and Jessica can keep up with the orders.
Hey, Kashia, is the chicken ready? Chef, we're gonna need two more minutes.
I know I can cook chicken.
I've cooked chicken 100 times.
I eat plenty of chicken.
This is raw.
It was browning real fast on the outside and it wasn't getting done on the inside.
It's still raw.
Any news? Chef, we're gonna need two more minutes.
Another two minutes? Chicken? It was chicken! Chicken! Give me no, no, no.
Don't even open it.
I'm not, I'm not.
I'm waiting.
She already know her mama gonna curse her out when she get home.
Baby, you can't come here if you can't fry no chicken.
Hell to the no.
Someone explain to Kashia, every time she opens the oven door, what happens? We lose ten degrees every second.
Right.
[Bleep.]
chicken.
Look at Jessica.
She's on the station.
She's like this.
Hey, look.
"I'll watch.
" - No, I'm not, ch - Jump in there! Yes, Chef! This station is going down I'm walking up with three pieces.
And Jessica's watching to see what happens.
All right, what do we have after this now? That's raw there.
It's pink and it's [Bleep.]
raw! Both of you, come here! Yes, Chef.
What in the hell is going on? What is happening? Hell's Kitchen is hosting the phi mu sorority's Southern-inspired menu.
It's pink and it's raw! Kashia and Jessica's failure on the chicken station You and you, come here, you.
Has led to some private time with Chef Ramsay.
What in the hell is going on? What is happening? Are you trying to kill somebody? No, Chef, I'm not.
Chef, the breasts it's only the breasts, like, the get them in early! Yes, Chef.
I was [Bleep.]
embarrassed.
I feel, like, this little on the inside.
But I need somebody who's gonna have my back.
Come on, Jess.
I'm asking for your help.
I mean, at least check it for me or something.
While Kashia tries to get back on track, whether Jessica helps or not I got I can't even get myself back together.
In the blue kitchen - Did you say chicken's almost up? - Yeah.
Jason is ready with his first order of fried chicken.
All right, I'm going up with chicken garnish.
- Right behind.
- Walking right now.
Chef, chicken.
Jason! Come here.
Holy [Bleep.]
.
All of you, come here! All right, I see my error.
Yeah, I see the error! But more importantly, it's [Bleep.]
ridiculous.
Chicken! I don't know how the hell I did that.
I was just trying to go on touch, and it's a bitch when it's fried.
Raw chicken.
- Start the table again! - Yes, Chef.
It's an hour into dinner service, and after a solid start, both kitchens have been completely stalled by uncooked chicken, and the sorority sisters are starting to get a little antsy.
Gordon, where's our food? Meanwhile, back in the red kitchen Check on my chicken, Jess, please.
Check on your chicken? Kashia is looking for some support from her station partner, Jessica.
Just get the one that's ready to go now, before Chef comes back over here breathing on my ass.
That one's good.
We got one order of chicken ready.
It's Southern cuisine.
I take this kind of personal.
Chicken.
I'm definitely not gonna go out on something that I'm used to, something that's basic and second nature to me.
Raw there.
All of you, come here.
It's still raw! Yes, Chef.
What is going on? It looked cooked.
I thought, I-I It looked cooked? It looked cooked.
My partner tested it.
That's why I assumed if you come up with one excuse, you and you can [Bleep.]
off.
I thought she checked it before we went up there, but that's fine.
I don't have no help on chicken over here.
I'm over here, like, by myself on the [Bleep.]
chicken.
Basically, I'm getting thrown underneath the bus for her [Bleep.]
faults.
I don't know what to do.
And this is her [Bleep.]
specialty, which she lost on the challenge.
Do you want to do the catfish? No.
I mean, no! Because you sent it up there.
- You checked the chicken.
- Calm down.
Don't worry.
Don't worry three orders in the oven right now.
I know, but I can't get them together.
Just give me a second.
[Bleep.]
.
I can't even get myself back together 'cause I'm getting irritated 'cause I'm sinking on something I know how to do.
Kashia, get it back together! Yes, Chef.
The message from Christina helped me out a lot to keep my mind cool.
I need a thigh and a wing.
As frustrated as I got, I remembered the words that she told me.
You can't lose your confidence.
Always cook with confidence.
I'm walking with these three now.
That's it.
Perfect.
Thank God.
Service, please.
With Kashia finally making a comeback on the fried chicken, entrees are once again making their way out to the dining room.
It's really good.
This is delicious.
And back in the blue kitchen, Chef Ramsay is looking for Three rib eye.
Yes, Chef.
How long on the three rib eye? I'm waiting on Scott's call.
I'm gonna drop the green beans.
I'm 1:30 out.
Talk to me, Scott.
You got to give me the times.
I'm not gonna be getting [Bleep.]
back because you can't talk out times.
Three rib eye.
All right, rib eyes.
We got about a minute out on rib eye? Scott, you're not communicating with me.
This is a team thing.
If we can't come together as a team, then we are gonna fail.
How long on the rib eyes? Rib eyes are up.
No, they're not.
Are they up there? No, the rib eyes are up, dude.
Hurry, hurry.
Scott, he's doing his stuff on his own.
Green beans? It's coming right now, Chef.
Oh, [Bleep.]
hell.
If you can't be a team player, why are you here? You got to let us know on time, man.
How many times do we have to [Bleep.]
say it? You never said it! I think I was communicating with everyone.
Um, thought they had the message.
Obviously, they didn't.
Green beans, Richard.
Yes, Chef.
Only you would [Bleep.]
up a green bean.
After a miscommunication between garnish and meat Service, please.
Gabriel and Richard have caught up with Scott.
Back in the red kitchen Three chicken, two rib eye, one vegetarian, yes? Yes, Chef.
Bev has a question for her team.
You got your vegetarian going? _ It's, uh, mac and cheese.
- It's a mac and cheese, Bev.
- Sorry, mac and cheese.
Are you clear with the vegetarian? Yes, Chef.
Just in case you're a little bit stressed out.
Sorry, Chef.
Well, you know what? I totally forgot.
I got mac and cheese going right now.
It was just a brain fart at that moment, but I'm not stupid.
Coming right now.
Yeah, hey It's still cold.
- Okay? - I'm sorry.
Yes, Chef.
Yeah, you're sorry.
Do you know what? Raw crab cakes.
Now cold mac and cheese.
Sorry, Chef.
What in the [Bleep.]
is going on here? Bev got flustered, and when you get overwhelmed, stop, cool down, collect yourself, and refocus.
Jumping over to help, Chef.
- I got it, I got it.
- Okay.
You need to be like that in order to work in this kitchen.
And you definitely need to be like that to be Chef Ramsay's head Chef.
You need to get this thing back on.
- Yeah.
- What is this back here? - We're not gonna use that, right? - No, no.
Now Rochelle is driving the section.
And Bev's just sat back, "hey, okay, Rochelle.
" No, I'm not, Chef.
"Take over for me, darling.
" Garnish is getting ready to walk in 20 seconds, Chef.
- You ready to walk with this? - Yeah.
Wow.
Thanks to Rochelle's support Service, please.
The garnish station is back on track.
Three chicken, three rib eye.
Three chicken, three rib eye, working on that right now.
And in the blue kitchen, Chef Ramsay is waiting for the re-fire on Jason's Chicken! Chicken is coming, Chef.
Coming up, behind.
Chicken at the pass.
Raw chicken again.
Hey! It's [Bleep.]
redder than your beard! Now, look at me! It's still raw! - Yes, Chef.
- No, no! Oh, my God.
I'm done.
I've had enough.
It's two hours into the phi mu sorority At this point, I'll eat the garnish, I'm hungry.
And with Jason once again choking on the chicken station Raw chicken again.
Chef Ramsay is finding it a little hard to be positive.
No, no! Oh, my God.
It's [Bleep.]
redder than your beard! Now, look at me.
It's still raw! No.
No! Come on, man.
We got to bounce back, baby.
Jason screwed up two times now.
Like, what the [Bleep.]
are you doing? I just need the [Bleep.]
chicken! - How long? - I need to check these.
I need to cut them open.
Then you cu where do you want me to cut it? Here.
You both sat there, discussing it! The plates are empty! That one's done.
Coming right now, Chef.
All right.
Right behind.
Chicken up.
Three chicken here.
Okay, go, please, John.
With Jason finally delivering an acceptable fried chicken - Are you ready, Scott? - Rib eyes are up.
Both kitchens have found their rhythm.
Go.
Ready.
Okay, walking.
Walking.
Walking with the rib eye.
Let's go, please.
Service, please.
And the remaining entrees are delivered to the grateful and satisfied sorority sisters.
I love chicken, so I give it an a-plus.
This is 160 years.
We all worked good.
Nice job.
We did.
While phi mu was celebrating their anniversary, there was no sisterhood in the red team.
No brotherhood in the blue kitchen, right? But as bad as it was, there was a kitchen that was definitely better.
So the winning team tonight, if you can call it that Is the blue team.
Thank you, Chef.
Ladies, come up with two names for elimination.
And [Bleep.]
off.
This was supposed to be the easy service, but garnishes was dragging all night long, and that chicken station trashed us.
All I know is, we got to put somebody up tonight, and I'm just trying to figure out who.
I don't know, like, if anyone else wants to jump in, or if we're gonna start around and I have to put up Bev first.
I agree.
And it was not just that the garnish was [Bleep.]
up.
You let us take over the station.
When somebody comes to help you on your station, you don't go, "okay.
" I was just trying to focus, 'cause the chicken kept coming back.
Use your head, common sense.
Who would you send home, someone who was behind on your garnish, or someone serving you [Bleep.]
raw chicken? Chicken was a big issue.
I'm just gonna be real, and it's not throwing nobody under the bus.
Jessica, at one point, I looked at the [Bleep.]
chicken, while you were just like this.
And I'm like, "come on.
" That's when I started freaking out.
Basically, I did feel like I didn't have a full support.
I was there.
I was cutting things open.
I was checking things.
And you checked the chicken, and it went up there, and it was raw.
When he came and got hot, you backed off from me, and you left me there panicking.
I'm frustrated because I know I can cook [Bleep.]
chicken.
But I couldn't batter, fry put it in the oven, take out I couldn't do all that by myself.
The chicken station went down.
I mean, I don't know whose exact [Bleep.]
fault it was.
We sunk.
And I'm gonna have to go with Jess, 'cause she shut down on me.
No! [Bleep.]
! Kashia was supposed to be the, "oh, I'm from Mississippi," fried chicken [Bleep.]
queen, and she [Bleep.]
it up tonight.
I have so much heart.
I have so much passion.
And me? Are you serious? I didn't throw her underneath the bus.
And now I will.
[Bleep.]
you.
There's no way I was the worst tonight, and I haven't [Bleep.]
you over once.
I don't think I deserve to go up.
Jessica has a point.
Just because, tonight, she let Kashia down doesn't mean she should be up for elimination.
We need two people.
Rochelle, women's first nominee and why.
Chef, our first nomination is Bev.
Tonight on garnish, it should have been a one-man job, and I had to come over and help her.
Second nominee and why.
Um, Chef, our second nomination is Having won dinner service, the men are enjoying their time to relax while the women reveal their choices for elimination.
Their first nominee is Bev.
Second nominee and why.
Um, Chef, our second nomination is Jessica.
There was a lack of communication.
Kashia definitely needed help.
There just kind of was a breakdown.
Let's go.
Bev and Jessica, step forward.
Bev Why do you think you should stay in Hell's Kitchen? Chef, I just have so much passion about food.
I'm a hard worker.
I'm a team player.
I screwed up on the garnish, but it was because of the chicken.
If I had four hands, I would have had everything right.
Oh, you had four hands.
Rochelle was there with you.
Jessica, why do you think deserve to stay in Hell's Kitchen? Chef, I'm a fighter.
I was homeless about a year ago Whoa.
And I've taken steps to come here and live my dream.
I may have lost a few battles, but I'm such a fighter, Chef.
Bev has not stepped up with any challenges.
She doesn't have any creativity.
She is weak on every single station that you put her on.
The challenges, I've been [Bleep.]
working hard.
I have that creativity.
I have that passion.
I have that drive.
And I don't [Bleep.]
cry and break down.
I am a rock, and I deserve to stay here.
I deserve it so much.
My decision is Jessica - Back in line.
- Oh, [Bleep.]
.
Bev, give me your jacket.
I don't feel the passion.
You talk the talk, but I do not get it.
- Thank you, Chef.
- Thank you.
Bye, guys.
Good luck.
- Bye, Bev.
- Bye, Bev.
Chef Ramsay, you made a very big mistake tonight.
You're willing to keep a bunch of crybabies who are emotional all the time.
Really? You want these people to run your restaurant? How about someone who didn't [Bleep.]
cry or never gave up? How about that? Get ready to fight for your place.
Now piss off, all of you, 'cause tonight was a [Bleep.]
embarrassment.
This is in my blood.
It's running through my veins.
So I'm gonna do what I got to do, and all of the rest of them better [Bleep.]
watch out.
We definitely dodged a bullet tonight.
We have to take responsibility, work as a team.
We need to stop being little bitches and be men.
I just feel so betrayed.
I'm never freezing up again.
I need to win this competition.
I am not going down.
Bev may be a great food truck Chef.
Unfortunately for her, Hell's Kitchen doesn't have wheels.
Next time on Hell's Kitchen I've decided to do something that I've never done before.
What? I'm starting to get nervous.
When Chef Ramsay asks the chefs to speak their mind Who's the weakest cook right now? The gloves come off Probably Kashia.
And everyone is pointing a finger.
Scott is the weakest Chef, in my opinion.
Rich.
Jessica.
She spaces out constantly.
But when the mudslinging sends one Chef into a downward spiral As the weakest person, you picked me? I just felt [Bleep.]
over.
I don't understand.
Will Chef Ramsay put her out of her misery? This is a very difficult decision.
All next time, on an agonizing episode Please, God.
Please, God.
Please, God.
