Hell's Kitchen (2005) s12e10 Episode Script

11 Chefs Compete

Previously, on Hell's Kitchen.
Go.
In Chef Ramsay's adaptability challenge.
Come on, now.
The chefs had to scramble for precious ingredients.
I took it first.
Liar.
I'll take the [Bleep.]
beets.
And everyone was looking to stand out.
This is my chance to shine.
I'll do this.
I'm gonna have to be really, really selfish.
But with Jessica not realizing she was working with tuna Oh, my God.
Why is it overcooked so much? I thought it was swordfish.
And Ralph's attempt to impress michelin-star Chef Cimarusti I went a little Moroccan style.
Coming up short.
The only flavor I get out of that really is the pistachio.
It came down to Sandra's highly creative combination Sandra just kind of shoved these ingredients on a plate.
It's properly cooked, it's tender.
Against Scott's more traditional mix of ingredients.
That's a classic combination, so I mean, you kind of had it a little easy there, I'd say.
I gotta go with the red team.
Resulting in yet another red team victory.
Thank God we won, because I was gonna get chewed the [Bleep.]
out for that tuna.
Later, during progress report time, each Chef was asked Who's the weakest cook right now? Two names stood out.
Richard.
Richard.
Probably Rich.
And Jessica.
Then Chef Ramsay dropped a bomb on everyone.
Jessica and Richard will be competing against each other, and the loser will be going home.
Oh, no.
What? After each cooked three dishes solo from the Hell's Kitchen menu I know that my team doesn't have faith in me, but I'm about to prove 'em wrong.
If you underestimate me, you're a damn fool.
Both had their hits Fish seasoned beautifully.
Good job.
Thank you, Chef.
And misses The rice is overcooked.
Leaving Chef Ramsay with a difficult decision.
The person leaving Hell's Kitchen is Find out which Chef is going home Please, God.
Please, God.
Right now on Hell's Kitchen.
And now, the continuation of Hell's Kitchen.
This is a very, very difficult decision.
- Jessica.
- Yes, Chef.
Highs and lows across your three dishes, but to get those three dishes out there, within that time, working on your own, - really good job.
- Thank you, Chef.
This is the most important thing that I've ever done in my entire life.
It's really big, it's huge.
It's really big.
- Richard.
- Yes, Chef.
Mistakes I didn't expect, but collectively, really good job.
Thank you, Chef.
I'm not scared.
No, scared of what? I'm not going anywhere.
I got the most experience.
There's nothing to be scared of.
Very difficult, let me tell you.
Based on the three dishes Please, God.
Please, God.
And today's performance evaluations, the person leaving Hell's Kitchen is Jessica.
Your time is done, my darling.
_ Yes, Rich.
Oh, please tell me to go back to the line, Chef.
Please.
Please, Chef.
- Please.
- You did No, please, Chef, don't do this.
Exceptionally well.
No, no, please.
Please tell me to go back in line, please.
You were a great competitor.
No, Chef, I need to go back in the line.
- The lobster - Please, Chef.
Was way undercooked.
- Please let me go back in line.
- Okay? And the halibut Let me go back in line, please, Chef.
Was way overcooked.
Please, Chef, let me go back in line, please.
I'm sorry.
You should be very proud of the work you've done.
I feel so bad for her.
You were a great competitor, and you must continue with that kind of attitude, the passion, and the love you have for food - Please don't, Chef.
- Outside of this competition.
Please don't.
Please don't.
You're just not ready to be a head Chef, okay? Please give me your jacket.
This is my dream, and it just is so crushing.
I have so much passion, and I know I'm the person that is right for the job.
I deserve to be here.
I know I do.
I know I do.
Tough.
But let me tell you, it's only gonna get tougher.
Get upstairs, get some rest, 'cause we have one hell of a day tomorrow, and it starts off with a bang.
Good night.
Good night, Chef.
Well done, Richard.
Thank you, Chef.
Whew, wow.
Oh, man.
Did that just [Bleep.]
happen, dude? God, this is just getting more real and real.
Whatever.
Honestly, all this crying and boo-hooing, and "no, da-da-da-da!" I don't care.
This is Hell's Kitchen, like, it is what it is.
- Good job, Rich.
- Good job, Rich.
Whatever.
Everybody on the team thought I was a weak Chef.
I bring more energy than some of these younger guys do, and to the guys on the team that voted me up there, [Bleep.]
you.
I'm here to the end.
"How's it feel?" How do you think it [Bleep.]
feels? Are you feeling okay? I'm just pissed.
[Bleep.]
Are you mad about? I'm pissed because I kinda let the team down.
Why? When? You guys see how I am in the kitchen.
I go to everybody and try to give 'em all my knowledge and help 'em as much as I can, so part of me feels like I kinda let Rich down in a way.
You ain't everybody's babysitter, man.
I agree, it makes no sense.
Anton thinks he's all, like, high and mighty and the clear leader on the blue team.
We gave him a chance, but not anymore.
The way I'm seeing it, you guys asked me to be the leader for the other day.
Okay.
I didn't think about trying to help Rich and give him some of my knowledge to help him get through this.
That's [Bleep.]
stupid.
I'm gonna go get a honey bun.
While Anton refuses to give his point of view a rest Later that evening, the chefs retire early to get some much needed rest.
But unfortunately, not all are succeeding at getting it.
Gabriel, I mean, he's the biggest snorer I've ever heard in my life.
I am not getting any sleep right now.
It's insane.
He's cutting so much wood at night.
I mean, I'm talking acres and acres of wood, like, unreal.
After a sleepless night for some Oh! All of the chefs are speculating what Chef Ramsay has in store for them today.
What do you think the big bang is? I don't know.
I got no sleep, and I'm just feeling a little under the weather.
I would love just to have a free, you know, relaxing day, but there has not been one easy day here.
Good morning.
Chef Ramsay has something up his sleeve.
I need you guys downstairs right away.
There's gonna be cars outside waiting for you.
Little field trip, that's cool.
Yeah, it could be a field trip into hell, though.
Chef Ramsay said this morning's gonna start off with a bang, and I don't think we're going to, like, an illegal firework factory.
- Field trips aren't always fun.
- No.
Right there! Right there! Oh, my God.
I'm nervous as [Bleep.]
right now.
I have no idea what's going on.
- Good morning, Chef.
- Welcome.
We're about to get screwed over some kind of way.
- Morning, Chef.
- Good to see you, Joy, welcome.
Ladies on this side, guys on the opposite.
Make yourselves at home.
And more importantly, welcome to my Gastropub.
It's a competition, and there's only one winner.
What could he be up to? The idea of coming this morning is Chef Ramsay has surprised the chefs with a field trip Welcome to my Gastropub.
To his Los Angeles Gastropub.
It's a competition, and there's only one winner.
Chef Ramsay has a plan to motivate and rejuvenate the chefs.
The idea of coming this morning is I want to show you around my Gastropub.
Gonna give you some inspiration and help you all get your head in the game.
Chef Ramsay threw us off.
He's so sneaky, sneaky.
For one of you, things are going to change.
Ladies, you ever seen this place before? - Yes.
- Uh, guys, what do you think? Awesome, yeah.
Beautiful.
We get to do a lot of exclusive, V.
I.
P.
parties.
We cater special events.
There's always something going on around here.
Awesome.
I am super pumped! I will fight to the bitter death.
Richard, take out some of the menus there, and pass them down.
This is our base menu that changes every month, and we have our daily specials as well.
"Skinny burgers.
" I'm allergic to that.
Any questions, guys? We can take these menus with us? Course you can take the menu with you, for God's sake, man.
And if you happen to use the bathroom, you can use the toilet paper as well.
The other big reason why I wanted to bring you here this morning is not just for inspiration to get you closer to your dream.
I want to bring some of the elements from what we're doing here into Hell's Kitchen.
So here's the menu for this evening.
Thank you, Chef.
Have a quick glance.
Tonight's menu in Hell's Kitchen will be very Gastropub-inspired.
Exciting, vibrant, cool menu.
All of us should be able to cook every single thing on that menu.
Like, hello? - Nick, how are you, sir? - You well? Yes, very well.
Good to see you.
Introduce Nick, ladies and gents, - he's our general manager.
- Hello, everyone.
Pleasure having you here.
I'm gonna leave you with Nick.
I'm gonna go back to Hell's Kitchen now.
We're gonna absolutely kick ass tonight On service.
Okay? Enjoy the rest of the day, guys, yes? Thank you, Chef.
I'll see you back at H.
K.
- Yes.
- Yeah? Enjoy.
Thank you, Chef.
You mind if I take a couple of you, show you the kitchen? Being able to see the opportunity right in front of you just makes it more real.
I suppose we all have a chance, but I'm gonna win the head Chef position.
It's my dream job.
Oh, look at the bread.
Yeah, it's a lot of work, but it's a lot of fun too.
Yeah.
I know they're like a family in here.
Absolutely.
You have to be.
Hell's Kitchen that's a opportunity to change my life for my daughter and myself.
You can do anything you put your mind to.
When everybody was, like, just looking around, I wanted to see, if I sat everywhere in that restaurant, how do I feel sitting in there? If didn't like the way I felt, then I wouldn't care if I lose.
High five.
Yes! I always wonder which side of the wall my picture is gonna be on.
I know where mine going, right there.
Mine going above Christina.
With the chefs greatly inspired by their morning field trip - It's a cool place.
- Yeah! - It was great to be there.
- That's for sure.
They can hardly think of anything else.
It's meant for a woman.
_ Exactly, yeah.
That's the perfect place for me to get back in the groove.
I understand what's at stake.
When you don't have much, you appreciate what you could possibly have.
And I'm looking at the people who are left, and it's like, the crazy thing is, I don't think I would pick any of them guys.
I came to win.
I came to conquer.
Everything I asked for is, like, sitting right in front of me.
So close I can smell it.
Mm-hmm.
With the sweet smell of opportunity in the air - Let's go.
- Doing good! The chefs begin prepping for tonight's Gastropub-inspired menu.
You guys, you should try to work every single station and know the setup of every single station.
Yes, Chef.
I'm gonna do garnish.
- You want to set fish up? - Okay.
While the women are feeling good about tonight's service, one of the men I'm getting sick.
- Dude, really? - Yeah.
Is not feeling good at all.
I don't know if I'm gonna be able to put up with this [Bleep.]
tonight.
I can't even walk right now.
Not feeling too well, you know.
I haven't gotten enough sleep I don't think it is, because Gabriel snored like a grizzly bear.
How you feeling, Ralphie? I got a fever coming, dude.
My bones are sore.
He don't look good.
Dude, I'm ready to die.
I'm, like, seeing triple.
Say what? What's going on here? Hey, Ralph, you don't look so good, man.
I got the medic waiting for you back there, all right? The medic brings back bad memories from when I was here on season nine.
Why do my arms feel, like, weak? 'Cause you're breathing all crazy.
Ahh.
We got you.
It just sucks, you know, to know that, like, you can still, like, cook and everything, and you don't want to leave.
I hope what happened to me doesn't happen to him.
We need him to stay.
Feeling all right? Tired, my legs can't feel my legs too well.
Shortness of breath? - Yeah.
- You get lightheaded, - anything like that? - Yeah.
I don't want you to go back out there.
Oh, my God, I can't believe this is happening.
We're down a man.
Ralph's sick, he's gone.
Oh, he pulled him? Dude, we need to power through this.
It's just the five of us.
Aw! Just minutes before Hell's Kitchen opens for dinner service I don't want you to go back out there.
Ralph's sudden illness has left the blue team down a man.
Ralph's sick, he's gone.
Oh, he pulled him? Dude, we need to power through this.
It's just the five of us.
Aw! All right, why don't you to lay down? Okay, all right.
Your well-being is more important.
Okay.
We're down a person now, and to lose a brother, it's gonna hurt.
In a nutshell, it's really all your fault, 'cause you don't let him sleep.
If you don't get sleep then your immune system gets compromised.
Yeah, but ain't none of us getting sleep, man.
You're sleeping, I heard.
This sucks, but we'll assemble strength, and we will keep on going.
We're gonna kick ass.
We got we gotta kick the [Bleep.]
out of them.
I want to see 'em cry again.
[Bleep.]
love that.
[Bleep.]
love that.
While the men hustle to finish prepping their kitchen Come on, girl, we're gonna - rock this [Bleep.]
.
- Yup.
The women appear to be more than ready for the big night ahead.
Ladies, let's go.
Yes, Chef.
Gents, let's go.
One, two, three, four, five.
Who's missing? Where's Ralph? He said he's got a fever.
Not feeling good? Oh, jeez.
Hey, actually, why don't you go check on Ralph? Make sure he's okay, and bring him down.
I feel bad for Chef Ralph.
If you do not get enough sleep, your body will not work, and that was my fault.
Ralph, man, how you feeling? Feeling all right, why? - You ready? - Yeah.
Go on down.
Let's go.
I'm strong, man.
I haven't missed a day in work for almost three years, so I'll stick through it, get through service.
Oh, [Bleep.]
.
Hey, dude, slow down.
- You all right? - Yeah.
I can carry most of the weight.
No, no, we work together like we always do, dude.
All right.
My fever's not gonna keep me from going all out, balls to the walls.
Oh, jeez.
Ralph, how are you feeling? I'm feeling good, Chef.
Bit under the weather, right? Hang in there.
What is it, fever? Spending too much time close to Rochelle? No, I'm good.
- She's a bit taller than you.
- Yeah, she is.
You can wear heels.
I have worn heels before.
Okay.
You know, I have four sisters.
They dress me up.
[Bleep.]
.
There are some things that are better left to yourself, young man.
Yeah, I know, I hear you.
But I appreciate the information.
Now, tonight, you get to perform a dinner service with a menu that is very similar to the one I serve at my Gastropub.
I want you to think about the prize and let it be an inspiration to you.
Yes, Chef.
And $1/4 million to go with it.
Get on your stations.
Yes, Chef.
Let's go.
Tonight, everything has to be perfect, because if we cannot produce the food, then Chef's gonna be like, "I know you can't do it later.
" Everyone just stay calm and never get flustered.
Exactly.
You got any questions, just ask me.
Okay, J.
P.
, please open Hell's Kitchen, let's go.
For tonight's special dinner service, Hell's Kitchen is once again the hottest ticket in town Cheers to the beautiful restaurant and good times.
Cheers.
With diners eager to try the Gastropub menu, featuring a gourmet sliders appetizer, ale-battered fish and chips, and a roasted chicken entree.
Too many good things to choose from.
I know, it's a good-looking menu.
Come on, ladies, let's push.
All right, here we go.
Let's go, guys.
On order, four covers, table one.
Two sliders, two oxtail.
Yes, Chef! Get a system going, Jason.
Scott, you got the fries are cooking? Yup, dropping fries right now.
Anton, we are four minutes out.
You heard that, right? How much time you need on that, Anton? All right.
When I'm in that zone, I'm not even looking at their faces.
I'm looking at my food.
This is a kitchen.
Think quick, act quick, cook quick, and that's all that matters in my mind at that particular moment.
I got two sliders underneath, just plate 'em up.
You got the buns ready for me, Rich? Your buns are right behind you, dude, for the first setups.
Yo, slow down on the sliders, man.
Sliders, 30 seconds! I said slow down! The problem with Anton is that he's a stupid idiot.
He doesn't communicate with any of us.
He just thinks that everyone's gonna follow him.
How you long you need, Jason, buddy? - How long? - I need a minute.
A minute.
Anton, just calm the [Bleep.]
down.
Dude, you're saying "calm down.
" It's not about calming down.
Yes, it is.
All right, watch.
Two sliders, two oxtail.
Come on.
- Jason, come on! - Yes, Chef! Change gear! Jason can call me out all he wants.
I don't give a [Bleep.]
rat's ass.
They say I'm crazy, but it's just that I move ten times faster than them.
Okay, I'm walking with the first two sliders.
- Let's go, thank you.
- Come on, guys.
Sliders going up now, Chef.
Hot behind, Chef, hot behind.
Two orders of sliders up.
Yeah, nice, good.
Service, go, 23.
Anton, well done.
Thank you.
Despite the men's lack of enthusiasm for Anton's work ethic We're working now, yes? We're right on track now, Chef.
The blue team is off to a fast start on appetizers.
That's pretty good.
This is the best slider I've ever had in my life, I'm telling you.
Meanwhile, in the red kitchen There's only five of you left.
Let's go, ladies, yes? The women are trying to keep up with the men with one less Chef in their brigade.
On order, four covers, table 50.
Two ricotta dip, two sliders.
Yes, Chef! Let's go, ladies.
I'm putting 'em down now.
How long, Joy? Three minutes, Chef.
Joy, don't forget to drop slider buns too.
I didn't know I was supposed to be building 'em too.
I thought I was just cooking 'em.
[Bleep.]
hell.
What are you doing? Um where's your team? Kashia, Melanie, help her put 'em together.
She's not gonna ask for help.
Come on.
Yes, Chef.
Come on, Kashia, you gotta speak! Yes, Chef! You're like an old woman.
I'm tired of being yelled at and called stupid for other people's mistakes.
I need three buns, yes.
Three buns, walking right now.
Whoa! Please be careful.
Oh, [Bleep.]
me.
Watch out right here, right here.
While the women try to get their buns moving [Bleep.]
, that hurt so bad.
Back in the blue kitchen Sliders are ready, yes? Give me the sliders.
I got the last two right here.
I'm walking with the sliders.
Let's go, guys.
The men, led by Jason and Anton, have been blazing through appetizers and are now moving on to entrees.
Away next, three New York strip, one fish and chips.
Yes, Chef! Anton, how long on three new Yorks? Six minutes.
After that, Anton, you got two chickens, two fish and chips.
I know it.
I'm on top of this.
How long how long on those new Yorks, now? I told you, six minutes.
Seriously, guys, it's coming up, six minutes.
Every station where I don't have Scott being a nuisance to me, I bang 'em out with no problem.
What am I, an idiot? How long on three new Yorks? Three minutes.
Make sure it's beautiful.
I understand.
I got it, I got it.
You got garnish for the fish ready? Get that salad up.
Fries are coming right here.
I'm trying to let everybody know what's happening so that you're doing what you're supposed to be doing, which is getting customers their food.
Scott, you're more distracting than you are helpful right now.
No, we're good.
I got this.
No offense, but I don't need any more friends.
Garnish for the fish.
Here's the salad.
We're looking good, guys, we're looking good.
Oh, my God.
Hey.
Soggy.
Hey, hey.
Yes, Chef? Soggy, soft [Bleep.]
fries.
Not even [Bleep.]
crisp.
Hey! Hey, fries! Not even crisp! How do you bring up [Bleep.]
soggy fries? I have no idea.
Get some fries in right away please.
Right here, they're already in.
It's called "pure stupidity.
" It's called "cracking under pressure.
" Hey, all of you.
All of you, come here.
Yes, Chef.
[Bleep.]
! All of you! Damn it! Hey.
That's the salad.
That's the [Bleep.]
salad.
I got it.
Just make another one, I'll clean that.
Scott, I mean, come on, dude, like, watered salad and soggy French fries, it's just ridiculous.
All he does is talk.
- That was my fault, Chef.
- Oh.
That was my fault, Chef.
- Hey, now, we're serving - Come on! Piss [Bleep.]
fries and salad soaked in [Bleep.]
water! Where's our rhythm, guys? Where the [Bleep.]
is our rhythm? We're finding it, Chef, we're finding it.
We're looking, Chef.
While the men desperately search for their missing rhythm Right there, right behind you.
In the red kitchen Sliders right here, Chef.
That's it, let's go.
Service, please.
The women are now delivering appetizers to happy customers Pretty good.
And Chef Ramsay is ready to move forward on entrees.
On order, two chicken, two New York strip.
Yes, Chef! Let me know, Joy, when you're four minutes out.
I'm gonna let you know.
We need to really, like, kick it into some type of gear.
We're finishing service.
This job is gonna get done.
This is for the strips, Chef.
Mm.
Cold.
Not even hot.
Come on, Kashia.
You're warming stuff up.
It's a little too late to be lost.
Kashia, it's cold! - Yes, Chef, I got it.
- You're reheating.
Yes, Chef, right now.
I gotta get myself together.
I have to make sure this is this is this is this is right, like I gotta get myself together.
Let's go, Joy.
Mel, I'm up here.
Kashia, let's go, we're not holding back for the garnish.
Protein's ready.
Come on, Kashia.
Ah, [Bleep.]
me.
The greens for the chicken.
Right there, Chef, right there.
No, that's for the [Bleep.]
New York.
Do you understand? There's two greens.
- Yes, Chef.
- One for the chicken, one for the New York strip.
Everything is on.
You know that, right? Yes, Chef.
Like, I don't know, I gotta have a talk with my girl Kashia like, "hello? Hello, is anybody home?" Do you know what's going on? While you sat there stuffing your face, I'm [Bleep.]
dying here.
I was tasting garnish for the chicken! I got it, I-I got it.
While Kashia appears to be eating more than some of the customers, it'd be nice to get some food.
I'm really hungry.
Over in the blue kitchen - Anton.
- Yes, Chef? I've got nothing coming out.
Chef Ramsay is looking for Three New York strip, one fish and chips, let's go! Yes, Chef.
New York strip, how long? Anton, give me a time.

They're not even on.
It's [Bleep.]
raw, get it on.
Coming right now, Chef.
That's your job.
I know, I didn't hear you on the call, Chef.
I forgot the three new Yorks.
That was my mistake, absolutely.
Can I get two chicken, two fish and chips? Yes, we can put that out right now, Chef.
- How long? - I got chicken right now.
So I need to fry one? Guys, you're not [Bleep.]
telling me anything over there.
Anton's just a hothead who can't remember the next ticket.
Shut the [Bleep.]
up and just put your head down and work.
Ralph, get me that [Bleep.]
fish and chips now! - Guys! - Yes, Chef.
There's nothing coming out again.
Hurry up.
Any time, anybody! Hurry, hurry, hurry, hurry! How long, Ralph? Stop doing that, dude.
Let him talk.
- Anton! - Three New York steak, how long? Chicken's got three minutes.
I'm waiting on fish and chips from Ralph, Chef.
No, that's not what I'm asking.
Three New York steak.
He's asking for the steak.
[Bleep.]

He wants the chicken first, guys, he flipped 'em! I know, dumb ass! - It's three minutes, Jason! - Guys, guys, guys, guys! - He wants the chicken! - Guys, calm down! - Why don't you [Bleep.]
listen? - He wants the chicken! - After that - Stop [Bleep.]
yelling! Stop! It's an hour into dinner service.
- Guys! - Yes, Chef.
There's nothing coming out again.
The blue team has hit a brick wall on entrees.
How long, Ralph? Stop doing that, dude.
Let him talk.
And right now, they are doing more arguing than cooking.
Anton, three New York steak, how long? Waiting on fish and chips from Ralph, Chef.
No, that's not what I'm asking.
No, he's asking for the steak.
[Bleep.]
Hell.
He wants the chicken first, guys, he flipped 'em! I know, dumb ass! He was asking you about after that.
- Why don't you [Bleep.]
listen? - He wants the chicken! Guys, guys, calm down! I know, dumb ass, but after that Stop [Bleep.]
yelling! Stop! Hey, blue team, there's a lot of shouting going on, but there's no food coming out.
The [Bleep.]
momentum's gone! Come on, momentum! Ralph, get me that [Bleep.]
fish and chips now.
I'm gonna need about three minutes, guys.
Three minutes! I got the chicken coming.
- How long, Ralph? - Yeah, yeah, yeah, grab it [Bleep.]
! Guys, I'm gonna need three minutes.
Like, why are you guys rushing? - Walk.
- Dude, you can't walk! The fish and chips are not done! Hold on, I gotta wait for the chips, okay? What the [Bleep.]
, guys? Anton is a disaster.
He's just all over the place.
How long? I told you, three minutes.
Me, I mean, I'm sick as a [Bleep.]
dog.
I'm seeing double, triple, sweating, shivering, blurriness, like, dozing in and out.
- How long? - I'm ready! Let's go! We're coming right now, Chef.
I'm just trying to get through it, hopefully, you know, make it through another day.
Fish and chips are up.
Next order.
Raw fish.
[Bleep.]
.
Raw [Bleep.]
fish.
Because you're so fragmented and so distant from each other, we're now getting raw [Bleep.]
fish! Get three more get two more in right away, please.
Ralph said he was sick before service, how sick is he really? I don't [Bleep.]
know.
Come on, you can't get one fish and chips right? My bad, Chef.
Oh, my God.
My bad.
I'm cooking fish.
While Ralph is burning up with a high temperature and raw fish, in the red kitchen How much longer on your chicken, baby? Two minutes, start frying the garnish.
Two minutes? Okay.
Kashia is focused on getting back into a groove on the garnish station.
I'ma walk with my garnish in one minute.
I'm gonna feed you it steaming hot.
Chef Ramsay was getting on my ass a couple times, but I didn't let it frustrate me.
Here it goes, right here, Chef.
I just let it roll down my back and just drove myself harder.
Hey, Kashia! They're cooked beautifully.
- Yes, Chef.
- Let's go, Joy.
Walking with the meat.
Following right behind with fish and chips too.
Service, please.
Keep it going, ladies.
- Keep it up, ladies, keep it up.
- Let's push, babies! Our communication is [Bleep.]
great right now.
Are you good on garnish in a minute with the New York? Man, they are bumping food out.
I'm working on the beans now, baby.
And our tickets are going out left and right.
Behind.
Let's keep this momentum, ladies.
Watch out, watch out.
Walking, walking.
All you hear is, "okay, walking in two minutes.
" I'm walking with the meat.
"Hey, walking and walking, walking, walking, walking.
" Walking with my fish right now.
"Walking, walking.
" I mean, it's pretty much the end of our conversation.
Service, please.
We got this, we got this.
All right.
We got this.
As the women march on, the Gastropub-inspired menu - Really good, yeah.
- Is it good? Is striking a chord with the diners.
That is really good.
But back in the blue kitchen Let's go, come on! Everyone is waiting on Gabriel and his chicken.
How long you got, man? Eight minutes, eight minutes, eight minutes on the chicken.
And this kid's yelling "eight minutes.
" I'm checking it now.
I'm checking it now.
Hey, I got chicken in five minutes! Talk to him again, he's yelling "five minutes.
" No, no, no, no, no, hold on, hold on.
Still got seven minutes, man.
Seven minutes.
Actually, seven minutes.
You know what I mean? How long, Gabe? Seven minutes.
You said that two minutes ago, Gabe.
Six minutes.
It seemed like it was 20 minutes.
Chicken! Checking it out, I'm checking it out.
That's taking way too long.
Way too long, dude.
Yeah, they're still raw.
You know, whether it takes five minutes or ten minutes or an hour, I'm not gonna send it raw.
Give it to me, come on.
They're not ready yet.
If you don't like it, [Bleep.]
off.
What is Gabriel doing in the back there? What's he doing? Look at him.
While Gabriel is having difficulty figuring out when his chicken will be ready _ The blue diners are beginning to wonder How long has it been? I see they have their fish and chips.
If they'll ever receive entrees.
- Hi.
- Hello.
_ Well, yeah, uh Chef? - What? - That table wants to walk out.
Can you bring them over, please? Yeah, please, come.
Come with me.
Please come through.
Hey, blue team! Come here! You as well, Anton! This couple are now walking out, 'cause they're not prepared to wait any longer.
And you're just saying "five minutes, Chef, two minutes, Chef.
" I'm gonna apologize on their behalf.
My apologies.
Please take their details.
I'd like to invite them back in a couple of weeks' time.
- Definitely.
- Wake up! We apologize, folks.
Now, when you look at me, Gabriel, and say, "hey, it's five minutes," they're leaving now.
I can't send out anything raw, Chef.
Hey, come here, you.
I told you at the beginning of the service to get the [Bleep.]
chicken cooked.
- Yes, Chef.
- Yeah, you're right.
You can't send it out [Bleep.]
raw, but how long do you need? Yes, Chef.
While the men can't seem to do anything right Last table, ladies.
Okay, I'm walking with the meat.
Fish and chips.
The women can't seem to do anything wrong.
Beautiful, let's go.
Let's go.
And after sending out their final entrees Oh, my God, that is so good.
Chef Ramsay has at least one kitchen he can be proud of.
Ladies, well done.
Thank you, Chef.
It feels so good to kick the blue team's ass.
We whipped it hard, man.
Sandra, stay on desserts.
Four of you, come with me.
Let's go Yes, Chef.
Uh, men! Yes, Chef.
You have left me no frickin' choice! One of you on each station.
Hurry up! Chef, where are we at on meats? We're waiting on our last two steaks.
- How you doing, Richard? - All the meats are fired, - all the chickens are fired.
- I'm fine here.
I didn't need girls.
I was caught up fine.
My stuff was ready to go.
We need speed.
Nobody's been giving it to me! - Melanie? - Yes, Chef? He serves raw fish and chips.
Watch him.
Why are you serving raw fish and chips? Why are you I was on apps.
What a bitch.
Are you dressed? No, I'm not dressing anything yet, I'm waiting on food.
- That's what I was asking.
- They want us to have no help.
No, thank you.
We're just waiting on chicken right now.
"Oh, I got this, I got this.
" No, you don't.
You guys have three New York in the oven, right? Two for that order, one for the next one.
Three, yes, yes.
Gabriel, you have two chickens following that, make sure those are in right now! Is she [Bleep.]
for real? I got this girl yelling in my face, and I'm laughing at her, like, "are you [Bleep.]
kidding me? You sound like a The other one's coming out in 30 seconds.
- How long on two strips? - Put it back in.
- 30 seconds.
- No, no, no, no, the strips, - the strips.
- I'm doing chicken first! - Strips.
- Strips are coming right after.
- What are y'all talking about? - How long is your strips? - 30 seconds.
- Stop [Bleep.]
yelling! Stop yelling! Communicate together! 'Cause you all think you know what you're doing! [Bleep.]
! Say a time, he said, "how long on two strips?" Exactly, but I gotta get the chicken before I get steak.
- That wasn't the question.
- That wasn't the question.
I already told him six times.
I don't want to [Bleep.]
listen.
I want to rip that [Bleep.]
head off right now.
Where's your dignity, blue team? Anton lost our dignity.
Chicken walking.
Fish and chip.
Fish and chip.
Hey.
Hey, blue team.
All of you, come here! - Yes, Chef.
- All of you! Just just touch that.
Yeah, just touch it, how wet it is.
It's not overcooked.
It's like mush.
It's, like, soaking wet, diaper [Bleep.]
fish and chips! Men, you have left me no frickin' choice! One of you on each station.
Hurry up! It's two hours into dinner service, and with the red team successfully serving all their diners Are you dressed? No, I'm not dressing anything yet, I'm waiting on food.
- That's what I was asking.
- They want us to have no help.
Chef Ramsay has ordered them to help the floundering blue team.
Two fish and chip.
Unfortunately, they were a little too late to save one of the entrees.
It's not overcooked.
It's like mush.
It's, like, soaking wet, diaper [Bleep.]
fish and chips! All of you, come here! This is way too painful.
You, you, you, you, you, and you, [Bleep.]
Off upstairs and have a rapid meeting, and come up with two individuals for elimination, to get the [Bleep.]
out of here.
Now, get out! Two fresh fish and chips, urgently.
Dropping right now, Chef.
The blue team is a disaster.
It's a little hard for me to be a leader when I got the three stooges standing on the other side doing [Bleep.]
.
Open your ears and listen to what I'm saying, because I'm speaking for a [Bleep.]
reason.
These are the rules that we were stated, guys, and I want you guys to seriously think.
En I say "two minutes left on steak," that means steak goes up 30 seconds before, so if I tell you two minutes oh, no, no, no.
It's gotta be realistically two real [Bleep.]
minutes, dumb ass! I did give two real [Bleep.]
minutes! Are you [Bleep.]
serious? Anton's no [Bleep.]
leader.
It'sit's [Bleep.]
we have to put up with him.
He's gonna keep doing it his way, the wrong way, and he's sucking us all down with him.
You ain't no leader, man.
I could run that meat station with my eyes closed.
You want to bitch about the meat station, but not one [Bleep.]
steak came back! You're a bitch, Anton.
Nothing! Yelling is not doing [Bleep.]
, dude.
I'm pissed off.
I want to argue.
I never asked to be the leader.
You guys asked me.
Now you're gonna jump on me and stab me in the [Bleep.]
back? You're gonna burn, I'm gonna watch you burn.
Dumbest chefs I've ever seen.
He can't be flying off the handle like that.
That's no [Bleep.]
leader at all.
Yeah, that ain't how you lead, dude.
That's how you sink a ship.
While Anton has failed to navigate his men through dinner service Last ticket, two fish and chips, two chicken, two burger.
The red kitchen's chefs push out the remaining entrees to the blue kitchen's diners.
Enjoy your main courses.
Thank you.
It's about time, seriously.
- Mmm.
- It's really good.
The red team is strong.
We're leaders.
And the blue team, their [Bleep.]
attitude stinks.
That's why you got your ass kicked out the kitchen.
Garnish, quick.
Right behind you, Chef.
Good.
No, it's fine, good.
- [Bleep.]
awesome, dude.
- Ow.
Who's going up? We all [Bleep.]
up tonight.
We know who the weaker links are right now.
So who do you think, Anton? Honestly, all three of you on that side, standing there getting your asses chewed out all night.
I mean, I understand I [Bleep.]
up tonight, but personally, I think it would be Scott and Gabriel.
I don't think so.
Dude, tonight was so confusing.
How was it confusing, Ralph? Dude, obviously, it was, we had tickets still hanging, bro.
Because we had [Bleep.]
raw fish going up! Dude, that wasn't the only issue, man.
The chicken was [Bleep.]
perfect! Dude, you were giving us [Bleep.]
random times.
- No, I wasn't.
- Yeah.
How was I giving you random times? Every two minutes, you'd be like, "another two minutes.
" It needs to be exact times, and that's what we didn't get at all.
I had two bad services, all right? Let's just do it like that.
I had two bad services.
I've had one.
- I had one tonight.
- I've had one.
I've had one.
So let's not no, no, no, no, no.
Gabriel, every single service when's the first time you took a front man to any station? You shut the [Bleep.]
up.
You can't even say nothing, dude, 'cause all you do is talk.
All you do is talk, Scott.
That's it, baby.
I screwed up one French fry, and I had some water in a salad.
I have no idea why I'd be going up there.
I have no idea.
Gabriel and Ralph really sunk everything, and my name gets called out.
What? Who do you think should go up? Gabriel and I'm gonna say Scott.
I'm not gonna lie to you.
- Jason? - Yeah, Gabriel and Scott.
I'm gonna agree with you guys.
I can't believe this [Bleep.]
right now.
To pick me over Ralph? All he had was fish and chips, and he completely [Bleep.]
it up.
Like, are you serious? He ain't better than me.
I'm not going up.
- We already voted for you.
- I'm not going up.
- It's not your choice.
- I'm not going up.
All right, well, we're all voting for you, so it doesn't matter, I'm not going up.
It's not your choice, dumb [Bleep.]
! It is what it is, man.
I'm not going up there.
Blue team.
That was a disaster.
Gabriel, who was the first nominee and why? Chef Scott, Chef.
Why? He's nothing but a professional expediter, Chef.
All he does is talk.
Second nominee and why? Chef Ralph.
After a horrific dinner service that got them thrown out of the kitchen, the blue team had decided to nominate Scott and Gabriel for elimination Second nominee and why? But Gabriel had other plans.
Chef Ralph.
What's wrong, Jason? We actually all agreed on Gabriel.
I don't think I should be going up.
It's like a continuation of service.
Still, this far down the line, we don't know what we're doing.
Enough is enough.
Scott, Gabriel, Ralph, why not? Step forward.
Gabriel, tell me why you should stay in Hell's Kitchen.
'Cause I'm a fighter I've been going strong every service, every challenge, and I haven't stopped.
You know, I started off bad, but now I'm progressing every day.
You know, I keep moving forward.
Why do you stand on the side so many times? If something's standing out there waiting to be fired, what's the first thing you should be doing? Communicating with my team.
Cook it.
Scott, why do you think you should stay in Hell's Kitchen? Chef, I've got a big heart, and I put everything I have into what I do.
I helped out everybody else around me as fast as I could.
I helped run apps when I could get 'em out.
I put myself out there on every station.
I put myself out there every single time.
Ralph, why do you think you deserve to stay in Hell's Kitchen? Tonight was a disaster on all of us, and I think I have a lot more to show and I'm very talented.
So how can you screw up fish and chips? It was not communicated right, Chef.
Oh, you didn't talk to the fish enough? Oh, no No, no, it's funny for you - No, it wasn't.
- But it's [Bleep.]
Not funny for me! Okay.
The person leaving Hell's Kitchen Ralph.
Give me your jacket.
Your time is done.
You are not ready to be a head Chef.
Thank you.
Where I come from, you don't rat people out.
You take it on the chin, and you go forward.
Gabriel choked tonight, and it'll catch up to him.
His time will come.
I'm definitely not the worst Chef in that kitchen.
Chef Ramsay, you just made the wrong decision tonight.
I feel bad, 'cause, you know, I could've showed you a lot more.
Gabriel, Scott, back in line.
Ten chefs gone, ten chefs remaining.
At this stage in the game, I need you to step up to the plate.
I need to find a head Chef, not a head cook.
[Bleep.]
off, will you? They backed me up in the corner, and I had to do what I had to do.
At the end of the day, I'm here to win, period.
I'm feeling good, my girls are on a roll, and we're gonna continue to weed the men out one by one.
Their bubble has been busted.
Boop! Gabe made a complete fool of himself.
It's on now.
He's gonna have to watch his back, man, because we're all gonna be gunning for him.
Ralph has a lot of heart, but when it comes to cooking, he comes up a little short.
Next time on Hell's Kitchen Don't play the blame game.
Who's playing the blame game? You're a loser.
When a feud in the blue kitchen Right now, I got one person in this place that I want to [Bleep.]
bring down.
Causes one Chef to abandon his brigade I need two scallops now.
Nobody talk to me unless I ask, please.
Will the ensuing chaos Let me do my [Bleep.]
my way.
Drag the entire team down? Get in here! Sort your [Bleep.]
out! And will a disagreement in the red kitchen Don't pull it out yet.
Sandra, you gotta move - with purpose, girl.
- Don't pull it out.
Oh, my God.
End in violence? Hold on, hold on, hold on, no! Sock the [Bleep.]
outta her.
Oh, my God, you guys.
All next time on a slightly painful Whoa! And definitely outrageous Ice [Bleep.]
cold! Can't just always blame it on us, man.
What? Hell's Kitchen.
I've seen it all now in Hell's Kitchen.
