After a much needed day of relaxation, courtesy of Chef Ramsay Ciao, ciao.
The finalists Head back to Los Angeles, where the dinner service that will decide the winner of Hell's Kitchen is less than 24 hours away.
And we're back.
We've had a really nice, relaxing day.
I cannot wait to get back into Hell's Kitchen.
Unfortunately, your car is not available yet.
Oh, man.
I just want to get in the car and go.
Okay.
Great.
She's back.
Let's go.
- You got it all? - Yeah.
- Good.
Okay.
- Yeah.
Oh! No! Oh, my god.
Whoo! Man, I'm glad I have a strong heart.
You never know what to expect from Chef Ramsay.
Ladies and gentlemen, our Hell's Kitchen finalists, La Tasha and Bryant! I'm so excited, man.
I feel like a rock star right now.
I couldn't believe it.
My daughter and my wife I'm just like, "[Bleep.]
, is this a [Bleep.]
hologram?" Oh, my gosh.
This is awesome.
All these people are here to see you compete in your final challenge that you'll be cooking right here.
- What? - Oh, yes.
Come on.
Are you serious? I've never cooked in front of hundreds of people before.
It's crazy.
You both got one hour to create five stunning dishes.
Your one hour starts now.
Off you go.
Oh, wow.
Oh, my gosh.
Okay.
My mind is all over the place.
I did just get off a jet, for crying out loud.
Look, there's da-da.
For this final challenge, Bryant and La Tasha must create five unique dishes The protein's started.
One cold appetizer, one hot appetizer, and entrees featuring beef, chicken, and fish.
All right, I'm starting the risotto now.
These are creamed collards for the airline chicken.
Mom and dad ain't raised no fool.
I'm here to win this challenge and make them proud.
Chicken's basted.
I'm gonna start charring those mushrooms.
We're gonna take extra-virgin olive oil too.
My daughter's clapping.
My family is a huge inspiration.
Ten Nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one.
Great job.
Well done.
Now, before we get to the judging, I think it's important to show you what you've been competing for.
Please welcome the chefs that are gonna make up your brigade.
Ashley Wow.
Yes, yes! Next is Frank - Fernando! - Fernando Sterling I'm back! Followed by Santos, Roe Yes! Jennifer.
- Jen.
- Mwah, mwah, mwah.
Whoo! And our final returning Chef, Sade.
Whoo! Oh, honey, I'm home.
Chefs, great to see you.
Welcome back.
Thank you, Chef.
Whoever wins this challenge will have a huge advantage, 'cause you'll get to pick first, and you know how crucial that is.
Yes, Chef.
Looking at the eight chefs standing before me, I damn sure don't want Frank.
I got to win this challenge.
Let's begin.
I've invited an extraordinary panel of chefs with a combined total of eight Michelin Stars to judge your dishes.
Here to judge the cold appetizers, the Executive Chef of the Michelin-star Ame Restaurant in San Francisco, please welcome Chef Randy Lutz.
- Welcome.
- Thank you, Chef.
Good to see you.
Whoo.
These are real palates coming to judge.
I am definitely nervous.
Now, each of our esteemed judges will be scoring each of your dishes on a scale of one to ten.
Whoever scores the most points at the end of five rounds wins the final challenge.
La Tasha, please describe your dish.
What I've done here is a creamy avocado bisque Mmm! With butter-poached lobster in a spicy mango salsa.
Good texture.
Maybe a touch more lemon would be nice just to kind of cleanse the palate a little bit.
Out of ten, how would you mark it? - I would say a solid eight.
- A solid eight.
Great start.
Yeah, boo! Bryant, please describe your dish.
I did a grilled peach burrata salad Mmm! Extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, and lavender.
It's delicious.
I think a seven.
It just lacks a little creativity.
Okay, fine.
I'm one point away.
More dishes to come.
Please welcome two-star Michelin Chef Josiah Citrin, ladies and gentlemen.
- It's an absolute pleasure.
- How are you? In the battle of the hot appetizers La Tasha, please describe your dish.
Chef Citrin will be sampling La Tasha's mushroom risotto with five-minute egg Oh, there you go.
Nice, beautiful.
Look at that.
Baby.
Really good flavor.
I would like to see a little more creamy, but I'd give it an eight.
Thank you very much.
And Bryant's Cajun-seared prawns.
Beautifully cooked.
Nice balance of sweet, acidity.
I would give it a nine.
Wow.
Whoo! Thank you.
With the score now tied, judging the fish entrees is two-Michelin-star Chef Matthew Kirkley from L2O.
Hi.
How are you? Up first, La Tasha's pan-seared Chilean sea bass with bacon-brazed chard Fish is beautiful, but lot of bacon flavor there, and it's little salty because of that.
It's a seven.
A seven.
Okay.
Wow.
Followed by Bryant's pan-seared halibut with edamame succotash.
I think the succotash is beautiful.
Love the corn in there.
To me, you could be pushing the salt a little bit harder on that.
But I think it's creative.
- I mean, I think that's an eight.
- Thank you.
Whoo! With Bryant maintaining a very small lead, judging dish number three, the chicken entree, is two-Michelin-star Chef Dominique Crenn.
Good to see you, darling.
Welcome back.
She begins with La Tasha's herb-crusted chicken breast.
I don't serve chicken in my restaurant, but I think I could put that there.
- It's kind of sexy.
- Oh.
I'm gonna give it ten.
Ten.
Whoo! Yeah, Tash! Bring him down.
After a perfect ten for La Tasha, Bryant is hoping to match that and take back the lead with his airline chicken breast with creamed collards.
It's a little bit dry for me.
I think you over-salted and kind of killed the dish.
Seven.
Really? What world are we living in? Judging our final course, another Michelin-star Chef and owner of MB Post, Chef David Lefevre.
Good to see you, bud.
Welcome back.
There's no way I'm losing.
This steak is gonna kill it.
Bryant, explain your dish to Chef.
I made a chipotle coriander rib eye Mmm! And a chimichurri sauce to finish it.
You know, the chimichurri tastes great with the steak.
Technically, very sound.
For me, I would give that an eight.
An eight.
Good job.
Thank you very much.
I am so close to winning this right now.
I can taste it.
What I've done here is a pan-seared rib cap with a little horseradish creme fraiche finished with a cabernet sauce.
You might be trying to put a little too many different flavors in the same plate, 'cause the horseradish and the red-wine sauce together you may want to just go one or the other.
Out of ten, what would you give it? You know, for me Please, lord, I need the first pick.
Come on.
Come on, come on, come on.
This is mine to win.
Um Oh, my god.
By a live welcoming audience in an airport hangar and then challenged to create five courses for a panel of Michelin-star judges.
You know, the chimichurri tastes great with the steak.
Thank you.
Bryant is ahead with a score of 39 to 33, and so La Tasha's final dish Is this the temperature that you wanted to have on the meat? Yes, Chef.
Needs seven points or more to win.
Um I'd have to give that a nine.
Congratulations thank you.
Winner right here.
La Tasha, you will get the very important first choice.
Picking me would be really smart I'm a beast.
Someone who has been consistent from day one my first choice would be Sade, Chef.
Sade, wow.
Understandable.
La Tasha has a relationship with Sade.
Whatever.
Good job, yo.
First pick.
I mean, I am the best remaining contestant.
I need Hell's Kitchen quality chicken.
.
- Right here.
- Thank you.
Bryant, time for your very important first pick.
Okay, I'm team Bryant all the way.
It's time to see him through the end and have him walk through that door, man.
I'm gonna go with Jennifer.
Bryant, choose a top dog, this chick right here the strongest Chef in the competition.
- Who cooked those wellingtons? - I did, Chef.
Perfect.
Back to La Tasha.
You get goose bumps.
Your adrenaline starts pumping.
Here we go.
My next Chef is Roe.
Roe, wow.
La Tasha, are you [Bleep.]
kidding me? - I'm so proud of you.
- Thank you.
Roe has definitely had her ups and downs.
That doesn't stink of garlic to anybody here? Yes, it does, Chef.
- Or are you all just kissing Roe's ass? - No, Chef.
Roe does fight back.
- Risotto, delicious.
- All night, Chef.
All night.
Okay, Bryant, second choice.
I'm right here.
Pick me.
I'm gonna go with Sterling.
Holy [Bleep.]
.
Sterling.
He said me? I was not expecting that.
I hate the food.
Then good.
Shut the [Bleep.]
up.
You shut the [Bleep.]
up.
You don't got to tell me that I woke up with [Bleep.]
this morning.
He gave me a damn kiss.
Let me shock you with this love, baby.
Got to love that smile.
Great choice.
My next, Chef, is Fernando.
Fernando, let's go.
Get up here.
I'm very confident that Fernando can get it done.
Whoa! Make it up here, baby.
Let me start that over.
I think that I made a mistake.
Fernando.
Thank you for taking the day off school.
I'm feeling a little pissed off.
What am I chopped liver here? Bryant.
I'm gonna go with Santos.
[Bleep.]
took you long enough, Bryant.
La Tasha, final pick.
We have Ashley and Frank.
Frank, I'm sorry.
Not gonna happen, my friend.
Ashley.
Come here, girl! I'm not surprised I was the last one chosen, given my last service.
They're all overcooked! I know.
You're right.
I'm sorry.
Here we go.
Let's just be honest I would've picked Ashley.
Whatever, I'll take Frank.
Ladies and gentlemen, please, our finalists.
Fire brigade here.
Here we go.
Come on, let's do it, baby.
Oh, man, it feels great to be back in Hell's Kitchen.
I'm ready to get in there and fight for my teammate, La Tasha, and now my boss.
Let me just say I'm very proud of my brigade right now.
I assembled my team the way I did because I know that all four of these chefs can follow my lead.
Sade, garnish.
You're gonna be responsible for carrot puree, Brussels sprouts, sweet-potato succotash.
That's a lot.
Garnish is gonna be packed.
Couldn't Roe pick up the risotto or something to lighten Sade's load a little bit? No.
No.
This is my menu.
It's gonna be done my way.
Did you ever think about doing a trifle? - No.
- Or a spiced, white hot chocolate? Mm-mm-mm-mm.
I ain't doing spiced hot chocolate.
La Tasha keeps blowing off all of our suggestions.
It's okay, girl.
We'll live, and we'll learn.
And tomorrow night if we go down, I guess we learned.
While La Tasha is busy telling her team what to do - If I can make one suggestion.
- Please.
Bryant is listening to his.
To add a different texture in there, you want to throw a nut in there.
Pecan would be good with that peach, man.
That's a Southern thing.
Yeah, that would work.
I'm only as good as my team.
I want them to know, yes, it's about me, but it's about my team too, because they'll put that much more love into it.
This is awesome, man.
I'm feeling so good, man.
I'm gonna win this for you, man.
After a late night of preparing their teams for battle, La Tasha and Bryant are back early in the morning Make sure you're always constantly doing something.
Making sure they are fully prepped for tonight's life-changing dinner service.
There goes all the nuts.
Son of a bitch.
I got more nuts.
I'm sorry, man.
Damn, Frank, how did you burn the pecans? [Bleep.]
crazy.
Now, with just an hour left before dinner service Right there, done.
It's time for the finalists to present their dishes for Chef Ramsay's approval.
Visually, it looks lovely.
What's the mushrooms? Wild mushrooms, herb cream.
Mm-hmm.
Very, very tasty.
Next, describe it to me.
It's a bone-in pork chop with butternut white barley risotto.
Yeah, beautiful.
Great effort, great flavors.
La Tasha should watch out.
I am confident in my menu.
I just know that it'll work.
La Tasha, stop there.
There's an imbalance somewhere.
On the appetizer, the scallops way too much white.
This shows me a Chef that doesn't have the ability to make the food the hero.
Got it.
Oh, my gosh.
He's gonna shut me down before I even get started.
You got a big problem with your batter there, okay? Looks like corn dogs.
I'm freaking out.
Too much char on there.
It's overcooked.
This is definitely embarrassing.
You got lot of pancetta everywhere, so I'm worried.
I'm second-guessing my entire menu.
I'm completely screwed.
It's less than an hour before the final dinner service, and La Tasha's menu has Chef Ramsay I'm worried.
A bit concerned.
So rein it in a little bit.
I will.
Debrief your team.
- Yes, Chef.
Get them up to speed on the changes.
- Yes, Chef.
I know it was not gonna be a walk in the park.
We still got a lot of work to do.
The plating is gonna change on this.
I hope my team can pull together.
We got to rock out this service.
With the menu adjustments complete, La Tasha and Bryant have just one more change to make.
It's showtime, baby.
This jacket lets me know how far I've come.
Tonight is the service of my life.
I'm confident in each and every one of you.
I know I chose the right brigade.
Let's go.
All right.
The day I began here, I had this vision that I would be in this position.
It took a lot of [Bleep.]
hard work, but I knew that I was not gonna fail.
This is the biggest night of my entire life.
I love each and every one of you.
We're gonna have an amazing service.
One, two, three Team T! Bryant! All right, let's go, guys.
Let's go, guys.
It's a big night tonight.
- Marino.
- Yes, Chef? Please open Hell's Kitchen.
Yes, Chef.
The doors of Hell's Kitchen have opened for the final dinner service of the season.
Cheers.
And this is definitely the place to be in Los Angeles.
The demand for tables for this year's finale is higher than ever before I want everything on this menu.
With everyone anxious to see how Bryant and La Tasha will do with their menu The menu looks really good.
And leading a brigade Let's get some blood flowing.
Of former adversaries.
- You know, let's go.
- We ready, B.
This is for you, man.
La Tasha, first ticket.
First table two scallops, two tartare.
I need three minutes on scallops.
All right, let's get those eggs down, yes, Sade? Eggs are going right now.
How long on corn garnish? Garnish walking, hot.
Roe, that's a little light for two portions of scallops.
Yeah, give me more.
I am setting a standard.
I will accept nothing but the best tonight.
I'm calling all mistakes.
While La Tasha pushes for perfection from her brigade, in the blue kitchen, right now Bryant All right, listen up.
Let's go, Frankie boy.
Two prawn, two tagliatelle.
Is focused on one Chef's performance.
- Frank, I want to hear you.
- Yes, Chef.
The app station is highest importance.
If you can't get the apps out, you can't get the entrees out.
Two prawn, two tagliatelle, how long? I created this menu so it could be easy execution.
- Give me five.
- Five minutes? Great.
I will not let Frank get in the way of my chance at $250,000.
Frank, can I help you with anything? Right now I'm in great shape.
That's what I want to hear, Frank.
Don't drip on the prawns.
- Let's go.
- Got you.
While Bryant Good god.
Places his faith in Frank, over in the red kitchen Scallops walking, walking.
Walking on tartare.
La Tasha I need a hot pan.
Hot flash on this.
This is under.
Is one scallop away from sending her first table of appetizers.
[Bleep.]
, you know? It's just one scallop.
This is a quick fix.
Just throw it in there and get it done.
Here, Chef.
All right, go.
All right, listen up three tartare, three scallop.
- Heard! - Yes, Chef.
I'm letting them know this is how it has to be done.
Don't bring me those tartares until he is walking scallops.
I'm really feeling like a boss.
I'm giving you one minute, one minute only.
Oh, I am the boss.
All right, I need those scallops.
Fernando, you good? I want to walk tartare.
Three eggs.
Three eggs.
Fernando is really slow getting these scallops out.
How long scallops? Coming out right now.
Slow but mostly steady All right, go.
Fernando finally delivers on the scallops.
Over in the blue kitchen We're already ten minutes in, and we don't have an appetizer out.
Coming out right now first one.
Frank is just slow.
Let's go, Frank.
Frank is making me nervous right now.
I need you to to appropriately do this.
Tagliatelle needs to come out.
Throw that [Bleep.]
away.
He's messy, disorganized.
Frank, you need to get it together, or I'm gonna switch you out.
No, I'm good, man.
Bryant, just calm down.
Let your team take care of you.
Pull the shrimp off, on the pan now.
They're done.
I can see it visually.
Then again, Frank is stupid.
Let's go.
Come on, Frankie.
You're killing this mushroom right now, man.
No, that's good.
I just put that in.
Yeah, it's separating.
The fat is separating.
Okay, heard.
Frank has no clue what he's doing.
Bryant They're overcooked.
How in the [Bleep.]
, Frank? All right, this is what I need to happen.
Sterling, you need to switch to hot apps.
Yes, Chef! I will! - Frank, I need you to switch to garnish.
- All right.
Frank, look at me in the eyes.
- Wake up.
- Yes, Chef.
Hey, hey, young man.
Quick.
As Bryant places his trust in Sterling to right the ship on appetizers I'll make sure it goes.
All right.
Over in the red kitchen Four tartare.
Walking four tartares.
All right, go.
It's smooth sailing Mmm, that's good.
And La Tasha Two bass, two pork.
Is already moving on to entrees.
Ashley, how long on the first two pork? I'm pulling out.
Ready to go.
it doesn't matter.
Bring it on, suckers.
How long, two pork, two bass? Give me six.
All right, six minutes, two bass.
No.
- Is the pork cooked? - Yes, Chef.
And six minutes for the fish? Come on.
Why didn't I catch that? All right, let me see the two that you're firing.
- Yes, you're good.
- Okay, all right.
One minute, that fish is done.
Ashley's ready to go on pork.
You trying to overcook the fish? Come on, Fernando.
That's already cooked, that bass in there.
Come here, you.
Oh, [Bleep.]
.
You're trying to sabotage her.
Come on! It's an hour into dinner service Give me six.
And Fernando's questionable time on the bass Six minutes, two bass.
Has slipped by La Tasha Six minutes for two bass? But not by Chef Ramsay.
Come here, you.
Oh, [Bleep.]
.
- You're trying to sabotage her.
- Absolutely not, never.
Look at me in the eyes.
That bass is not six minutes away.
- No, it's you [Bleep.]
know it's not.
- Yes, Chef.
You know it's not.
I have to be a perfect leader tonight, and right now this mistake doesn't look good.
I definitely have to take control of this service.
- Come on, Fernando.
- Give me two minutes.
Fernando, you got picked before me, bro.
You're on La Tasha's "dream team.
" Do some fish, bro.
All right, how long you have on that pork? I'm good to go when you are.
How long okay, let's go.
Guys, really? Would you like the garnish to be ready? - How long? - I need at least three minutes.
This risotto has to cook.
Come on, Fernando.
You told me that you have six minutes.
I am so confused, but I have to make sure that La Tasha is successful tonight.
How long on two bass, two pork? - Pork here.
- Yes.
Two sea bass.
Despite Fernando's miscalculations on fish All right, go.
La Tasha has entrees moving out of the kitchen.
It's delicious.
And her diners are content for now, but on the blue side of the dining room Where's our food? We haven't even gotten appetizers.
- They have entrees.
- So hungry.
Customer Patience is starting to wear thin.
- How long on two prawn? - Right here! All eyes are on Sterling, who has replaced Frank on the appetizer station to save Bryant's dinner service Service, please.
And Mr.
100 delivers.
It's really perfectly cooked.
- Tagliatelle.
- Service, please.
Bryant needs me, and I'm gonna step up for Bryant.
- Two prawn, two tag? - Coming right now, Chef.
Service, please.
Shrimp is delicious.
Sterling, I love you.
You're my rock.
I need him here.
I need him there.
- He got me.
- I got you, man.
And now Bryant Entree, two halibut, two pork, two rib eye.
- Five minutes.
- Five minutes, thank you.
Is back in a groove and moving on to entrees.
Meanwhile, back in the red kitchen I need two salmon, two short ribs.
- Fernando, I need perfect salmon tonight.
- Yes, Chef.
La Tasha is looking to make up for lost time on entrees, which means keeping a close eye on Fernando.
Can we go with salmon and sea bass? Salmon and sea bass is in the window.
Okay.
La Tasha, this salmon's raw.
Roe, fish.
Fernando, hot apps.
- Whoa, whoa, whoa.
- Get off of fish.
You're off.
You're done.
Fernando, get on the other side of the kitchen and let me do the job - that you should've been doing from the beginning.
- This is under.
While La Tasha makes a decisive move to get her service back on track, over in the blue kitchen Two pork, two rib eye, two halibut, yes? Okay, I can go in a minute.
Frankie, garnish in one minute.
All Bryant needs to start sending out entrees This I didn't salt and pepper it yet.
Is garnish.
Is that too overcooked for you or no? It tastes burnt, yeah.
Fix it.
I tasted it.
I thought it was unbelievable.
But do whatever you want.
You're about three minutes from getting the [Bleep.]
out of this kitchen, dude.
No, Bryant, I will get it for you.
[Bleep.]
serious, Frank.
My menu was supposed to be Frank-proof.
Can you imagine if this menu was any harder? How long, garnish? - Two halibut, two pork, two rib eye? - Give me 30 seconds.
While Bryant prays Good god.
For a small miracle on the garnish station, over in the red kitchen I need those salmon now! Walking salmon, La Tasha.
Thank you, salmon.
Roe has delivered for La Tasha on fish.
Perfect salmon.
Thank you.
That completes it.
And behind, two pork, two short rib.
I am pushing my team now harder than ever.
I am so close to winning this right now.
I got garnish now, Ashley.
Two salmon in the pan.
- Where's my pork, Ashley? - Walking, two pork.
I need two short rib now, Ashley.
- Coming at you.
- Come on.
All right, so next, I'm getting two bass, two salmon, yes? Yes, salmon's ready to walk.
Meat finally gets their [Bleep.]
together.
Fish finally gets their [Bleep.]
together.
Hey, La Tasha, what else do you need, girl? - Bring me two salmon - Yes, walking.
Walking and two bass.
You're ready on two bass as well, yes? With strong performances by Ashley on meat and Roe on fish All right, there we are.
Entrees continue to leave the red kitchen at a steady pace.
Oh, my god, this fish is so good.
I've never eaten pink food before But it's delicious.
Meanwhile, over in the blue kitchen Two halibut, two pork, two rib eye.
- How long? - Can you walk? I can walk.
I got the mash coming with that.
Broccolini, how long? Frank continues to be an obstruction.
This is ridiculous.
Frankie's [Bleep.]
us up right now.
It's just unreal.
Broccolini, how long? - Time call, Frank.
- A minute an a half.
I'm giving pretty [Bleep.]
accurate times.
If anything, I'm off by a minute.
I mean, it's pretty [Bleep.]
accurate.
Get it together, Frank.
- Keep talking.
- Yes.
"Yes" is not a proper response.
Look, all right, you know what? At this point, I can't let them run me.
I need to sell this food now, dude.
People are getting pissed off, and they're tired of waiting.
I have to do anything I possibly can.
You know what? You know what? I'm coming, Chef.
See you later, man.
- I'm sorry it had to end like this.
- Come on, man.
I'm [Bleep.]
serious.
All right.
- Sterling, I need you here - Yes, Chef! - To run this damn station.
- Yes, Chef! - Bye-bye.
- Oh, my god.
It's just over two hours into the final dinner service Frank, I need you to switch to garnish.
And after Frank was moved off of the appetizer station Broccolini, how long? And melted down on garnish You know what? See you later, man.
- I'm sorry it had to end like this.
- Come on, man.
I'm [Bleep.]
serious.
Bryant has one more move for Frank.
- Bye-bye.
Frank - All right, yes.
- Have a good night.
- Yes.
[Bleep.]
.
- Let's go, Sterling.
- Yes, Chef! I started off a little slow, but everything was going perfect.
Everything was perfect.
Dude, what just happened was so beyond [Bleep.]
up.
Deep breath, everybody.
Two broccolinis.
With both La Tasha and Bryant making pivotal decisions All right, go.
Food is flowing easily out of both kitchens.
That looks incredible.
We'll give this place a good yelp.
You're the man, Sterling.
- No, you the man, Chef.
- Okay, let's go.
Let's go.
Walk it, walk it.
Walking.
And both teams are well on their way to completing dinner service.
- Walking two halibut.
- That's what's up.
Follow me with these two right here so we can get these out of here.
Here we are, two short rib.
That's really pretty.
- Hey.
- Love you, man.
Couldn't have gotten this far without you, Chef.
Thank you for everything.
The smartest move you made tonight was getting rid of Frank.
Great job.
Bryant and La Tasha, you have made my decision a virtually impossible decision to make.
Right now I need time to study everything you've both done.
I want you to say good-bye to your brigades and a big thank-you.
Jennifer, thank you so much for your heart and soul, okay? You got this.
You already know.
I'll see you, Frank.
Frank good person, not a very good cook.
I still love you, though.
No hard feelings.
I've got some serious thinking to do.
Head upstairs and try to relax.
Thank you.
This is it.
So many emotions are going through my head.
I could walk out of this with a quarter-of-a- million-dollar salary.
We'll obviously take this with us - for the rest of our lives.
- Yep.
I worked so hard for this, and I want this so badly.
I'm just hoping I don't pass out right now.
- No matter what, man, you're a great guy.
- You too, honey.
Hey, that risotto is delicious.
Thank you, Chef.
It's not a celebration.
I know it's not, Chef.
Time to announce the winner - Bryant.
- Yes! Well done.
All right, Frank.
Look, you know what? You know what? See you later, man.
The smartest move you made tonight was getting rid of Frank.
Great job.
The dish that takes their team to Vegas belongs to La Tasha.
I need a hot pan.
Hot flash on this.
This is under.
La Tasha, good job.
- What? - Let's do it.
Let's do it.
- This is Bryant.
- I've made my decision.
Could you and La Tasha meet me in my office? Yes, Chef, right away.
This is the boiling point.
This is it.
Racing through my head right now is every single thing I've done here.
I've literally dreamed of this.
This moment right here I'm about to find out my destiny.
Sorry that took so long.
Let's be honest a lot has happened.
La Tasha, you were rock solid, and it was no surprise that you were the only person never to be put up for elimination.
Young lady, you belong in the kitchen.
Bryant, you finished stronger than anybody.
You were born to cook.
You both came out on top.
That's why this decision has been so difficult, but after much thought, I've made my decision.
Please step up to your doors.
I want this so bad.
This will solidify that I am good, I am great.
Place your hand on top of your handle.
I am proud of everything that I've done here.
I let my actions speak for me day in, day out, and now may the best Chef win.
The Chef whose door opens will become the winner of Hell's Kitchen and become head Chef of the brand-new Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill with Caesars Entertainment in Atlantic City with a salary of a quarter of a million dollars.
La Tasha and Bryant, on the count of three, turn your handle.
One Two Three.

One Two Three Yeah, boo! Yeah, boo! Oh, my gosh.

This is the most incredible feeling of my life, and having my parents there, sharing that with me priceless.
Ladies and gentlemen, your Hell's Kitchen winner, La Tasha.
La Tasha has all the right ingredients to be a great Chef.
She's creative, a strong leader, has great attention to detail, and has an outstanding palate, but the thing I love most about La Tasha is her determination.
I know that she's ready for the challenge of being my Head Chef in Atlantic City, and I couldn't be happier.
Yeah! Yeah! Frank, what the [Bleep.]
happened tonight, dude? Huh? Honestly.
Man.
How are you, sir? You happy? - Oh, very happy.
