I wanna go around now to identify things that you know that are wrong with the business and things that you'd like to change in the business.
I think, um, one thing is, I've known Shelly.
We kinda grew up together, and she is a control freak.
If she does not see it being implemented the same way that she would do it, she's gonna jump in and she's gonna take over.
