LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures (2016) s02e09 Episode Script

Flight of the Arrowhead

[light mystical music.]
When are we getting to Home One? - Is it soon? Please tell me it's soon.
- Rowan, it's hyperspace.
It doesn't take much time, but it takes some time.
- Coming up on the fleet now.
- Sorry, I'm just anxious.
I mean, we've finally got all the pieces we need for the Arrowhead, so everything's [blasters firing.]
[music.]
A disaster.
We're doomed! Abandon ship! - No.
- Ahh.
The Rebellion needs us now more than ever.
Man the blaster cannons.
Time for Zander Freemaker, daredevil-dogfight guy to get in the game.
[blasters firing.]
Run the Sidewinder.
Way ahead of you, little brother.
[blasters firing.]
[music.]
Whoo-hoo! Nice! Freemakers, where have you been? The Empire's got Home One penned in.
If we don't turn this battle around, the Rebel Alliance is history.
We're here to help, lieutenant.
[Chuckles.]
Next time they'll think twice before they tangle with Zander Freemaker, daredevil Eats-his-words guy? [Star Wars fanfare.]
2x09 - "Flight of the Arrowhead" [both scream.]
They're closing in fast.
- I'm giving it everything we've got.
- Not everything.
No! Not the salvage! Augh! Both: Yes! It's like throwing away money.
You get that, right? Quarrie, we can finally finish the Arrowhead.
We got the Kyber crystal.
And you brought it here? Don't you know Kyber crystals are explosive? One this big could blow up like.
Ahh! Ugh! a supernova.
Now that you mention it, they did go - pretty ka-boomy on that crystal planet.
- Roger roger.
Zander, his is something you could have mentioned earlier.
- Ahhh! - Ahh! That was close.
It's too dangerous to work here.
We have to move the Arrowhead somewhere safe before we can install the crystal.
But without the crystal, the Arrowhead has no shields.
How can we fly it through that mess? We'll need a pilot of extraordinary skill I have a suggestion.
Someone who can handle an unconventional ship like this No pilot knows the Arrowhead like me.
Someone with chromium nerves and nexu reflexes.
- I am so flattered, rested, and ready.
- I know.
Who's the nerf herder that pulled me off the front lines? That nerf herder would be me.
We need you to fly the Arrowhead.
[loud thump.]
- What's an Arrowhead? - The ship that's gonna save the fleet.
[music.]
That is one pretty ship.
Fire up the converters.
Open the hangar door.
- Whoa! - Here we go.
Ugh! What's up with the steering? Sorry, Lieutenant Valeria.
- We haven't fine-tuned everything.
- Fine-tuned? This isn't even rough-tuned.
Okay, if I keep the control 30 degrees to port, feather the accelerator, and lean slightly to my right we might make it out the hangar.
We're right behind ya, little brother.
[blasters firing.]
Look out.
You can't do a hard flip without the vector plates.
- Where are they? - Right here.
Oh, good, that's great if we need you to do a hard flip.
[blasters firing.]
- Whoa! - Where are my blasters? Um, we haven't connected the the blasters yet.
That comes after fine-tuning the steering.
[blasters firing.]
Guys, could you help us out here? Oh, sure, they don't want me to fly the Arrowhead, but they do want me to clear everything in its path.
Zander, less eye-rolling, more barrel-rolling.
Roger, how you doing back there? Great.
Oof! Love this.
Ugh! This is just ugh the kind of job ow I was programmed to do.
[alarm blaring.]
We got more TIEs coming up on our tail.
Gimme hyperspace.
Ooooooh uh hyperspace let us tweak a few things.
[Chuckles.]
What are you doing? We always build these things with way too many wires.
Whoops.
Guess we needed those.
Hyperspace.
Please.
Now.
So, where are these coordinates taking us? Somewhere we can work in undisturbed peace and quiet.
Jakku.
The most deserted, desolate, depressing place in the universe.
I almost moved there, but then I found out Shantipole had worse weather.
Sold! Great.
Then if something goes wrong, the only people we'll blow up will be ourselves.
In what way is that "great?" Gah! Land anywhere you like.
There's nothing here but sand.
Mark 23: yellow sand.
Mark 24: yellow sand.
Mark 25: sand with an off-yellow glow.
Look: yellow sand, yellow sand, yellow sand.
There's nothing on Jakku but sand.
Done.
Now let's head inside for a delightful iced caf.
Whoa, no.
After your "Kyber Crystal Debacle Demotion," I am the commanding non-officer here.
And ya never miss a chance to mention that, do ya, - Ensign Plumestriker? - No, I do not, sub-Ensign Durpin.
Now log this data.
Mark 26: amber yellow sand with a slight sprinkling of white.
Okay, guys, how long will it take us to get the Kyber crystal installed? Shouldn't take long though it'd be easier if we had a ship.
See? You shoulda let me fly.
I would've landed over there.
Then we'd still Not that it matters at the moment.
[loud explosion.]
Mark 32: A very, very pale yellowish sort of beige sand.
- You hear something? - Hear what? - That.
- Ugh.
[grunts.]
[blasters firing.]
[music.]
Sir, heavy damage to our starboard shields and weapons arrays.
We have only one last hope.
Get me Quarrie.
Admiral, the Arrowhead's almost done.
That is very good news.
Yep, we just need to shake out the sand and slap her back together.
Sand? Slap her back together? Quarrie, what is going on?! Everything's under control, admiral.
We've got this; see you real soon.
That was not reassuring.
- He didn't seem reassured.
- You're very perceptive.
Okay.
Uh, we we can fix this.
All we're missing is the energy matrix activator.
Oh, that? That sailed sky high.
I'd guess it came down over there.
No, wait.
Over there.
I'm presuming we need that part.
Quarrie, Rowan, you two get the ship back together.
The rest of us will find the activator.
Yup, and thank you for not mentioning coming here - was a terrible idea.
- Well, seemed obvious.
I see sand and sand and a nice pale yellowish sort of beige sand.
But no activator.
- Found it.
- Nice! Unfortunately, you won't believe who has it.
Durpin and Plumestriker? What are those sleemos doing here? You know these guys? Yeah, we fought them on Kashyyyk, Naboo, Hoth, Qalydon Am I forgetting anywhere? - Space.
- Oh, right, space.
We're gonna need a plan.
Something clever something smart.
Yeah, no time for smart.
- Ahh! [clank.]
- Right.
No time.
Waah! Both: Ahh! [blasters firing.]
Both: Ugh! Oof! Ugh! Okay, maybe we needed a plan.
- Does it always go like this? - Pretty much yeah.
These muckwogs are wanted by the Empire.
They might even lead us to their brother, Rowan.
If we call this in, we'll get promoted.
Have I taught you nothing? Promotion equals responsibility, and responsibility equals, "You have failed me for the last time.
" [gagging.]
Call it in, huh? I've got a plan.
Tell me it's smarter than your brother's.
No, it's way dumber.
But that's the point.
[music.]
The problem is, you're afraid to take chances.
And your problem is, you're not.
[comm chimes.]
Durploom.
Pinstriper.
Lord Vader.
Yes.
That's our names, sir.
Or close enough; what you said was fine.
How can we help you? I felt a disturbance in the Force.
Is there something promotion-related you have to tell me? Yes, sir.
We've bravely tracked down the dangerous criminals known as the Freemakers.
They're here on Jakku under our ever-vigilant eyes.
Excellent.
I will be there shortly, and you will receive your just rewards.
Look at you; I suppose you're happy about this? More than you could know.
Behold.
It is I, Lord Vader.
[imitates Vader's breath.]
- Wow.
That was fast.
- Lord Vader.
Is that you? Of course, it is.
Now bring me the prisoners.
It's just could you step into the light, please? No.
I'm more of a "dark side" kinda girl guy! - Now bring me the prisoners.
- No.
[gasps.]
What? Don't make me use this perfectly real lightsaber.
You're under arrest, Kordi Freemaker.
[blaster firing.]
Fine.
I'm under arrest.
Like that bucket would fool me.
I knew it was you all along.
- You did? - Of course I did.
That was a very dumb plan.
It was, but, honestly, I'm just distracting you while Lieutenant Valeria sneaks around your rear flank.
- Um, who's Lieutenant Valeria.
? - Me.
[blasters firing.]
That was the smart plan.
I'll take that.
Move! [music.]
Ugh! - Hee-ya! - Oh, no, you don't.
After them.
Hee-ya! Hurry.
They're getting away.
- Move, already.
Move! - We could run faster.
Right.
Run! Hmm, they got away from us.
Ah, well dinner? No.
Unlike some other commanders of mine - who shall go unnamed - Me.
You're talking about me.
I'm not giving up that easily.
[whirring.]
[dramatic music.]
I'm impressed with you Freemakers.
- Really? - Yeah, impressed you're still alive.
[blasters firing.]
Ugh! They've got an AT-ST? Yep.
And they've got us in their sights.
We're not prepared to handle that kind of firepower.
We're doomed! And now to end our Freemaker problems once and for all.
[beeping.]
This is going to be one big fat promotion.
What? Gimme that.
You are not getting us promoted.
You hear me? - I'm getting me promoted.
- Give it to me.
You can stay on this dead rock for all I care.
[both grunting.]
Give it to me.
Um - Give it to me.
- No! Leave that alone! Fly, Zander.
Fly! - Done.
- Ain't done till we install the energy matrix activator and Kyber crystal.
Where are your siblings anyway? There! - We got the part.
- But you need to install it fast! Super fast.
Like "there's an AT-ST coming to get us" fast.
That's oddly specific.
[yelling.]
Because there's an AT-ST coming to get us! [blasters firing.]
Ahh! The Arrowhead's got no shields.
That walker will carve it to pieces.
I'll draw their fire.
You get that ship fixed.
Come on, chicken walker.
Let's see what you've got.
Whoa.
[blasters firing.]
She's gotta be crazy.
What's she doing? She's trying to distract us.
We stay on target.
But she can't get at us.
We're safe in here, right? Ahh! She can! She can get at us! - Do something! - [sighs.]
Fine.
Zander? [panting.]
Hang on, Lieutenant.
I've got you.
Ahh! Ugh! [groans.]
That Arrowhead better be worth this.
Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Whoa-oh-oh! [laughs.]
How do you like that? [blasters firing.]
Way to fly, Freemaker! I wish I could think of a better idea.
[spitting.]
I think I swallowed half the desert.
- You okay? - For now.
Good.
Let's get you out of here.
[mystical music.]
- Whoa.
- Roger: Wow.
Ohh, you did it, lad.
Lieutenant Valeria, get this ship to Whoa, ease off of your main thruster.
I'm in no shape to fly.
- You're not? - No, but you've already got an ace pilot here.
- Me? - Well, then, Freemaker, do me proud.
[music.]
Powering up.
Engines to speed.
Shield activated.
[engines whirring.]
Aw.
I am so ready for this.
[music.]
[blaster firing.]
What the heck is that? A giant glowing hunk of I wish I weren't here right now.
Rowan, give me the blade.
Deploying Embersteel blade.
[music.]
[all cheering.]
- I love this ship! - I know.
Working for the Empire is a thankless job.
Why do I even try?! I knew someday you'd see it my way.
[blasters firing.]
Our fighters are getting wiped out.
The TIE bombers are moving in for the kill.
We need a miracle.
Did somebody ask for a miracle? Oh, Freemakers.
Whoo! Like a lightsaber through Kaadu butter.
Zander, Star Destroyer closing in on Home One.
On it.
- Hey, Rowan? - Yeah? - This is gonna work, right? - I sure hope so.
- Wow these things are big.
- Yep.
- I mean, much bigger than you think.
- Yep.
Great work, Freemakers.
The Rebels get a win, and we get our salvage back.
Yes! [cheers and applause.]
- You did it, Rowan! - No, Kordi, we did it.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
You're telling me a ship built and designed by a 12-year-old cut my fleet to ribbons? - Actually, sir, he's 12 1/2.
- Oh, 12 1/2.
Yes, I see Well, in that case zappity zappity zap zap zaaaap! Get me Vader! Get me M-OC! Get them now! [sighs.]
Some days it's just not worth being the iron-fisted dictator of the entire galaxy.
Ah, who am I kidding? Of course it is.
[cackling.]
[triumphant music.]
Zander Freemaker, for bravery and excellence in flying, I hereby promote you to Flight Cadet.
Thank you, thank you.
I mean, I guess flight leader wasn't available.
[chuckles.]
I mean no, no, no, this is great.
Thank you so much.
Kordi Freemaker, you have shown courage, intelligence, and unprecedented frugality.
I appoint you my new Quartermaster.
Thank you, sir.
But are these genuine aurodium? Please tell me you got a bulk deal.
[chuckles.]
And Rowan Freemaker, for your visionary design, impressive skill, and extraordinary perseverance, I award you the rank of Master Ship Builder.
- Master Builder? - Hey.
That's my rank.
[chuckles.]
And you very much deserve it.
Congratulations, my boy.
[cheers and applause.]
Ahem forgot the droid.
