in one of the pipes outside City Hall.

I can fix those.

[fingers snap]

I can just close the holes here
by melting the metal together.

Perfect! Now everything is under control.
-[rumbling]

I'm not sure.
But something is definitely wrong.
[gasps]

a teeny-tiny problem with the pipes, and
uh now the whole city is flooding.
[gasping]
We are going to need all wheels on deck
to rescue the Motorvanians
trapped in the flood.

[thunder crashes]
[engines revving]
[tires screeching]

We need to figure out what's causing
the pipes to burst and flood the city.
Something could be stuck in the pipes
so the water can't flow.
I can swim down and take a look.
Time to dive and glow!
-[electricity crackling]
-[water splashes]
[laughs] Yay!
[Bolts on radio] See anything?
Not yet.
Wait. [gasps]
What's that?
A tire?!
[chuckles]
That's not what's clogging the pipes.

Shello! There's a bunch of big rocks
blocking one of the pipes.
[Axyl] That must be
what's causing the leaks.
If you can move those rocks,
the water pressure
should go back to normal.
-[grunts]
-[motor revving]
They're too heavy!
I might need some help with this.
Towline, coming down!
[towline fastening]
Okay, let her rip!
[whirring]
-[Axyl gasps]
-[engine revving]
[grunts]
[electricity crackling]
[grunts]

[Axyl chuckles]

The water pressure
is going back to normal.
That means no more leaky pipes.
-Yay!
-Yes! We did it!
Oh, boy.
That's quite a mess down there.

[gasps] Really?

[Briggs chuckles]
[Gill E. giggles]
