It sure is starting to look like Halloween in here! I just hope we made enough bats! Halloween is my favorite holiday.
It's every monster's favorite holiday.
'Cause we get lots of candy! And, after we go trick-or-treating, we're going to have the best party ever! Yeah.
It's the one time that other kids get to stay out late at night, like us! And they dress up to look like us too.
[CHUCKLES.]
All of that is fun, but the most important part of tonight is getting to practice your special powers out in the neighborhood.
That's right.
It's something that everyone who lives near Pitchfork Pines Preschool really looks forward to.
It's a chance for them to get to know you and to see you use your monster powers.
So, while our neighbors get ready to hand out treats, you should all be thinking about what you want to do for your tricks.
We have been thinking about it.
That's right! We're going to treat everyone to Super Monster tricks they'll never forget! - [CHUCKLES.]
- [GASPS.]

Ready, everyone? [ALL LAUGHING AND WHOOPING.]

[GASPS.]
Hurry up! Hurry up! We don't want to miss anything! Oh! This is the best night of the year! [HOWLING.]

Okay, Super Monsters, gather around.
It's trick-or-treat time! And there will be plenty of treats for everyone.
But tonight is really all about practicing your powers with a good trick.
It's gonna be a spook-tacular evening.
Remember, nothing too scary.
[CHUCKLES SOFTLY.]
Got you, Igor.
Trick or treat! [CHUCKLES.]
Ta-da! [LAUGHS.]
That was an amazing trick! Oh! And here's your treat.
- [KATYA CHUCKLES.]
- Yes! - Thanks! - Thank you! [LAUGHTER.]
- Well done, girls! - [ALL CHEERING.]
Drac, Frankie, you're next.
[FRANKIE GRUNTING.]

Trick or treat! Happy Halloween! [CHUCKLES.]
- Boo! - [GASPS.]
Can I give you a lift? - Uh-huh.
- [GRUNTS.]
Fangs a lot! [FRANKIE GRUNTS.]
Well, you both are fang-tastic! [LAUGHS.]

Hey, that's my joke! - Thanks for the candy! [BOTH.]
Trick or treat! [DOORBELL RINGS.]

What? [GIGGLES.]
Okay, whoa! That is, like, the coolest! [GRUNTS.]
I don't have my keys.
Don't worry, they're right near the door.
May I? - [BOTH.]
Thanks! - Best trick ever! [GROANS.]

Super Monster selfie! - [CAMERA SHUTTER CLICKS.]

Well done, kiddos! [SPIKE.]
You guys are the coolest! Can I go trick-or-treating with you? Well, hello, Spike.
It's nice to see you again.
He's quite welcome to come with us.
[GASPS.]

He'd love that.

At the next house, you'll all need to plan carefully and work together if you want to pull off a really big trick! Ready? [ALL AGREE.]

Our neighbors, the Sanfords, really do love Halloween.

then Katya can turn the scarecrow into a bat! Not everything has to be about bats, Drac.
What about a classic Cleo windstorm? Remember what Igor said, we can't be too scary.

- Trick or treat! - Lobo, we're not ready! We don't have a plan yet.

They're coming! - Quick, we gotta do something! [ALL.]
Happy Halloween! [DRAC WHOOPING.]

Spooky, spooky skeleton, wave hello to everyone.
[LAUGHS.]
[HISSES.]
- Oh, no! - [HENRI MEOWS.]
Ooh, I'll get Henri, you go get that skeleton.
[PANTING.]
I've got this! Hey, you know what would be cool? Some dark spooky clouds.
[THUNDER CRASHING.]
[CLEARS THROAT.]
I shouldn't have rung the doorbell before our trick was ready.
I ruined Halloween for everyone! It wasn't all your fault, Lobo.
I didn't practice my Halloween spells.
I made my wind too strong and blew everything away! I got too excited and started stomping! - [GRUNTS LOUDLY.]
Oops.
- [THUDS.]
Well, at least you were watching where you were going.
We all should have been more careful.
We're sorry, Igor.
Well, kiddos, I know that you all feel bad about the mess you made, but remember, an important part of taking responsibility for your actions is figuring out how to fix your mistakes and do what you can to make things better.
Igor's right.
Our Super Monster powers made this mess.
So we should use our Super Monster powers to clean it up.

We just wanted to celebrate Halloween with some really good tricks.

Ah! Much better! My favorite part was when all those clouds blew in and you made it rain! Oh, yeah, that was the coolest! Cleo's got some awesome skills! Thanks, I do! But I didn't make those clouds.

Maybe it was Katya's magic? - Oh, yeah! - Definitely.
- [LOBO.]
That makes sense.
- What was magic? The clouds and the rain! Um that wasn't me.
If none of us did it, then who did? [SLURPING.]

Do you know where those clouds came from? Um, maybe [ALL CHEERING.]

I see you've met your new classmate! Everybody, say hello to Spike! He's going to be a new student at Pitchfork Pines Preschool.
[ALL EXCLAIMING.]
Spike is a very talented young dragon.
Well, you sure made some big clouds.
And a lot of rain! Sorry.
I saw all the super stuff you guys were doing, and I wanted to play, too! I was just trying to make the clouds really dark and spooky.
I didn't mean to make it rain.
My mom says I have a lot to learn about being a dragon.
Then you're in just the right place! Hey, maybe we can help Spike with his powers and help make the party even better! I think that would be a super idea! Come on, Spike! Show us what you got! Hey, um, can you shoot fire out of your nose? No, only grown up dragons can do that.
I just puff clouds.
And I can sort of make waves and stuff.
Waves, huh? Too bad we don't have a pool.
But we do have a punch bowl! [GASPS.]
Great idea! Do your thing, little buddy! It's okay.
We all get nervous sometimes.
[ALL EXCLAIM.]
Uh-oh! Don't worry, I've got this.
But maybe playing with the punch wasn't such a great idea.
Maybe Spike can make those clouds bigger.
Ooh! That will make it look really spooky! But no rain! [CHUCKLES.]
No rain.
I promise.
[ALL EXCLAIM.]
[ALL MURMURING.]
[MEOWS.]
- Oh, no - Um huh? Don't worry, I've got this.
Magic, magic, bright and clear, make this fog now disappear.
[ALL CHUCKLING.]
So, Spike, part of being a monster is being a little scary sometimes.
Not too scary, Drac.
Aw, we get to be a little scary on Halloween, right? [GROWLS.]
Yeah! It's our one night to let our inner spookiness shine! [STAMMERS.]
I don't think I can be scary.
Sure you can.
All you need is a little surprise.
Watch me! - Boo! - [GASPS.]
[BOTH LAUGH.]
Watch this! - [STOMPING.]
- [ALL GASP.]
[ELECTRICITY CRACKLES.]
Whoo-hoo! Great job, Frankie! [LAUGHS.]
That was fun! - [ALL LAUGH.]

Okay, Spike.
It's your turn.
But what if I goof up again? Just try your best.
[CHUCKLES.]
Okay, I'll try! - Boo! - Aw! - You're, like, so cute! - [CAMERA SHUTTER CLICKS.]
[SIGHS.]
Be scary.
[INHALES DEEPLY.]
[ROARS LOUDLY.]
[ALL CLAMORING.]
It's chilly out here.
Wouldn't you like to come back inside? No, thanks.
I don't want to ruin the party with any more messes or mistakes.
You know, Spike, everyone makes mistakes.
Even Super Monsters? Especially Super Monsters.
Remember the big mess they made tonight in the neighborhood? Their mistakes almost ruined Halloween.
But when they realized what they'd done, they cleaned up their mess and apologized.
All of the neighbors understood.
[GASPS.]
And then they all came to the party! Exactly! You know, the Super Monsters have something very special planned for our guests, and I'm sure they could use your help! [INDISTINCT CHATTER.]
Everyone! Looks like we have another Super Monster for the show.
[ALL EXCLAIMING.]
- You're just in time! - We're having a Halloween show! [CHUCKLES.]
A Super Monsters Halloween show! Yeah, we have a special dance and everything.
We'll teach it to you! Uh, but what if I mess up and ruin the show? Just give it a try! All you have to do is step, touch, step, touch, step, touch.
[GRUNTS.]
You got it! Just like that.
And you keep doing that while I dance a solo! [CHUCKLES.]
Ta-da! Wow, you're really good.
Thanks! Almost ready, Super Monsters? Our guests will have to leave soon.
Ready, Igor! [CLEO LAUGHS.]
Whoo-hoo! It's showtime! - Welcome, everybody! - We hope you enjoyed the party.
[ALL EXCLAIMING.]
Now we have one more treat before you go.
It's a Super Monsters Halloween dance! Starring me! Cleo! - Whoa! - [ALL GASP.]
- Oh! - Are you okay, Cleo? I'm okay, but I don't think I can dance! So, we have to cancel the show? [UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING.]
[GASPS.]
The music's starting! We can't disappoint our guests! Someone has to go out there and dance! Don't worry, I've got this! [ALL EXCLAIM.]
[ALL APPLAUDING AND CHEERING.]
[ALL EXCLAIMING.]
Where did you learn to dance like that? Mmm all dragons know how to dance.
My family dances all the time.
We even have a special dragon dance that we do for Chinese New Year.
What's Chinese New Year? Oh, it's a really special holiday in my family.
Halloween's a special holiday, too.
So I thought my dragon dance would be okay.
It wasn't just okay, it was fang-tastic! [CHUCKLES.]
