Tonight's episode was filmed before the outbreak of COVID-19, which prompted us to suspend shooting at the end of the third leg.
I am excited to tell you that after a long break, we did finish shooting this season, and once again, the world is waiting for you, so sit back, relax and enjoy The Amazing Race.

We've never been out of the country, so London, England.

Just being able to have the kids of Newark watch people that look like them, sound like them go see parts of the world, no, this is, like, surreal.
We met in college.
We both played basketball.
And we've been married for 17 years.
I started off teaching elementary school, and I became an administrator in high school.
Then we got the news that I was going to West Side, and at West Side there was violence, drugs, guns.
It literally was the worst school in the state of New Jersey.
So I said, "You know what? I'm gonna open up my school from 6:00 p.
m.
to 11:00 p.
m.
to be a safe haven for them.
" There it is I run the kitchen.
On any given night, we can feed 300 to 500 people.
We named the program Lights On, and then.
Oprah Winfrey came and gave us $500,000.
Since we started the Lights On program during the school year, I haven't lost any more kids to gun violence.

And I was finally able to choke him unconscious.
He sliced me up a couple of times, and - With a knife? - With a box cutter.
Almost cut my thumb off.
Life was just insane right after the attack.
Within 24 hours, it was international news.
We got the Legion of Honor from the French president.
Clint Eastwood decided to make, um, a movie about it The 15:17 to Paris.
We even acted in the movie as ourselves.
The things we've been through and what we've experienced I would say we have a closer bond than any relationship here.
It's only right that we're doing this together.
Wow.
Like, I can I can even thank y'all.
I wasn't there, but, geez, y'all saved a lot of people, man.

I think being flight attendants, there's a lot of advantages.
You know, it's the common sense stuff of, like, navigating through airports, navigating through cities you've never been in before.
People are gonna underestimate the heck out of us.
I want you to think I'm this girl that's like, "My God, I broke a nail.
I can't do this.
" I had to take mine down, which is so unfortunate.
They're disgusting now.
- What's the relationship here? - Childhood friends - since 24 years roughly, so - Yup.

So-so-so so what did you guys do? - So, right? - It's what we didn't do, like I was actually wrongfully convicted of a crime I didn't commit, obviously.
- Really? - Wrongfully convicted, yeah.
When I was 19, I was leaving school.
I was surrounded by a SWAT team.
They arrested me for murder of a person that I had never seen, that I had never talked to.
I thought, "Okay, you're gonna interrogate me, "see I wasn't there, and then I'm gonna go home and take midterms.
" I didn't go home for a decade.
The fact that Dusty stuck by me that whole time was the most incredible thing I can imagine.
It was a no-brainer for me.
He's like my brother.
What happened to me has happened to so many other people.
Part of the reason that I'm here I want to humanize the wrongfully convicted individuals who don't have a voice.
We could not be more excited to run the race.
It's an opportunity to make up for lost time.

We've been watching this together - since I was eight years old.

I was born in Bangalore, India.
I came over to this country, started working as a cashier in a fast food restaurant, and now I am a partner in one of the restaurants.
Today, we happen to do well in life.
Natalia has done some wonderful things.
MVP of her track team, student of the year in her college two years in a row, has a very good job.
So I think it's the true immigrant story, and it's a true American dream.

Sam and I have been married for eight years.
I'm a high school football coach.

Our family consists of our two little girls Charli and Journi.
And we have a bonus son.
Kind of a unique situation.
I met Braheam Murphy at Harding High School.
He was in a tough situation, living couch to couch, and I went home and said, "Hey, baby, can we make dinner for this kid?" And, she's like, "Yeah, bring him home.
" And he never left, and greatness came from him.
We were even able to win a state championship, and he went and earned an opportunity to go to West Point where he's at today.
- I love him like he's my biological son.

This detour gives teams a chance to make their own public statement by posting a piece of original artwork.
Once their artwork is on full display, they'll get a clue.
This detour requires teams to time-travel through London.
Their journey will begin here in Parliament Square, where they'll need to find the bobby near Big Ben, then find Little Ben and finally connect with Digi Ben.
