Captain Dave is taking
me into the stunning
Tasmanian interior.
And down there
there are thousands of thousands of
square miles of untouched beauty.
That's Lake Saint Clair over
there to the right?
Just as a bit of a heads up
for our landing today.

The smoke just tames
and quiets them down.
Without the smoke they would just come
out of that hive and go absolutely mad.
It takes three years to
train a beekeeper.
And that damp grain is
tumbling through the smoke.

That wallaby is excellent.
You can taste the whiskey
flavor on the outside.
I think the crayfish lost
a little bit of its natural flavor there.
You definitely win the wallaby
in my book
like, that wallaby was amazing.
