Potatoes, duck, limes, lemons, heirloom tomatoes, and pine nuts.
That is gonna be a very, very interesting dish.
Have fun with that.
Great job, red team.
We'll definitely be thinking about you when we're in Vegas.
Blue team, you started off with cauliflower, Chilean sea bass, leeks, mache, daikon, and then tomatoes.
- Wow.
Yes, Chef.
- Yes, Chef.
Great ingredients there.
Oh, boy.
I'm hoping this red team has definitely brought their creative juices today, 'cause we're damn sure gonna need it.
Each of you have got 30 minutes to create a stunning dish using all the ingredients your team has selected.
- Got it? - Yes, Chef.
Your 30 minutes starts Now.
- Let's go, guys.
- Come on, move.
In today's Hell's Kitchen craps challenge, each Chef must compose a dish using only the six ingredients selected by their team.
Let's make it happen.
- Who's got the daikon? - I have the daikon.
Coming out.
Coming out.
I'm gonna do a tomato confit that's got leeks in it.
Just keeping it simple, keeping the natural flavors.
We're gonna destroy this.
Our flavors all go together.
You know, we're just gonna rock this out.
While the blue team dives in with confidence and a game plan, over in the red kitchen Everybody got an idea? I don't have a I don't know.
Some of the chefs seem to be drawing a blank.
Oh, [Bleep.]
.
All right, pignoli nuts.
I'm putting pignoli nuts in it somewhere.
Where am I exactly going with this? I had ideas, but those ideas I don't know if they're gonna work.
- 15 minutes gone.
- Yes, Chef.
Let's go.
Come on.
While chefs in the red kitchen are still trying to figure out what to do with their ingredients, in the blue kitchen, one Chef Do you need this? Yeah.

How about all this? Whose is all this? - Mine.
- Are you gonna use all of that? Yeah, I am.
[Bleep.]
.
Is hoarding them.
Damn it.
Whatever.
I'm focused on my dish, because the last challenge, I did so poorly.
I have to prove that I can make a really good dish, better than the guys on my team.
Come on, Steve, I need that after you.
Please, buddy.
Last minute, guys.
Right behind you, hot pan.
Come on, guys.
Confidence.

Five, four Come on, guys.
Push, push, push.
Three, two, one, serve.
Now, red team, blue team, I've decided that I'm gonna make one of you a hero, because I'm not tasting all your dishes.
I'm gonna be tasting the best dish from the red team, and I'm gonna be tasting the best dish in the blue team.
Wow.
Here we go.
You've each got two minutes to decide which dish you're putting forward.
Hurry up.
Let's go.
- Spoons! - Spoons, baby.
Choosing the right dish is easy Mmm, these three with the mache.
Especially when it's mine.
Bryant's is really good.
How about somebody taste Sade's? Because it's right here and it's good.
Really? Are you guys stupid? Like, seriously, taste my dish.
I'm going with mine.
Me too.
Bryant or Fernando? Damn it.
In today's Hell's Kitchen craps challenge, each Chef created a dish based on the six ingredients selected by their team, but before judging I'm not tasting all your dishes.
Chef Ramsay has added a twist to the competition.
You've each got two minutes to decide.
Hurry up.
Now each team must choose only one dish for Chef Ramsay to taste.
How about somebody taste Sade's? Because it's right here and it's good.
But right now Sade is feeling overlooked.
Come on.
- I'm going with mine.
- Me too.
Taste my dish.
Bryant or Fernando? - Damn it.
- Bryant or Fernando? Bryant or Fernando? How many are going Jen's dish? I like Jen's.
You going with Jen? I'm voting me.
I'm voting me, yeah.
[Bleep.]
, that's so hard.
- Well, it's on you.
- Tasha.
- All right, Bryant.
- Line up.
Vegas, here we come.
Okay, red team, whose dish is gonna determine your fate? My dish, Chef.
Wow.
Tash You need to win.
I want to go to Vegas.
Blue team? Bryant's, Chef.
Mine, Chef.
Okay.
We got it, baby.
[Bleep.]
.
La Tasha, please describe your dish.
What I've done is a pan-seared duck breast, Chef, with a citrus roasted heirloom tomato chutney, scalloped potatoes seared in duck fat, and a pesto using toasted pine nuts.
Wow.
Delicious.
Thank you, Chef.
I mean, the duck is cooked beautifully.
You've managed to put all those flavors - brilliantly well together.
- Thank you, Chef.
Good job, Tash.
- Good job.
- Good job, Tash.
Good job.
Bryant.
Chef.
Describe your dish, please.
I have a cauliflower puree, melted leeks, a sweet tomato jam, and then I tossed the mache in a extra-virgin olive oil, salt, pepper.
It looks beautiful.
The fish is glistening.
- It is so moist.
- Thank you, Chef.
It's cooked to perfection.
The daikon, what have you done with that? I kept it just as is.
I feel like the texture and the sweetness in it will help bring the dish together.
Mmm.
You got this.
You got this.
You got this.
Guys, this is really tough.
Two phenomenal efforts, but let me tell you there's one dish that has the edge.
The winning dish, the dish that takes their team to Vegas, belongs to La Tasha.
We're going to Vegas! Yeah! We're going to Vegas, baby! We're going to Vegas! - Yes! - Oh, wow.
Yay! Wow.
Hot stuff.
That's some [Bleep.]
.
My [Bleep.]
was composed perfectly.
I stand by my dish, and it should have won.
Red team, you're in for a treat.
Once you're there in Las Vegas, you will check in to your magnificent mega suite.
Whoo-hoo-hoo! There's more.
I've arranged for you to fly to Vegas in your very own private jet.
I [Bleep.]
love you, Chef Ramsay.
Thank you so much.
I [Bleep.]
love you.
Get out of here, start packing, and have fun.
Whoo! Amazing! That was so much fun.
Thank you.
Thank you.
What is that? Ooh, baby, Vegas! A little love note, huh? I wanted to thank Chef from the bottom of my heart, and I just wanted to let him know I appreciate everything that he's done for me.
He's a hero.
I love you, Chef.
I love you, Chef.
I love you.
Blue team, that was a very close second, but it came down to the daikon just going on the dish raw with nothing on there.
Chef, I wanted to keep the texture there - for a bit of the bite.
- You're not listening to me.
I'm sorry, if you're gonna put daikon on a plate, then you got to season it.
But there was one dish that caught my eye.
That dish belongs to Sade.
Pass your dish down, please.
Visually, it looks stunning.
Thank you, Chef.
It's seasoned beautifully.
What's the sauce? It's a tomato leek.
That is delicious.
It actually tastes better than Bryant's dish.
I don't know why you didn't put that dish up.
Taste that.
It tastes salty to me.
- It's salty to you? - Tastes salty to me.
I mean, it was better than yours, apparently.
Blue team, unfortunately for you, today is D-day.
In fact, it's double delivery day.
Oh, [Bleep.]
.
We need all our ice machines replenished, so there's over 600 pounds of ice, and we have a monstrous 65-pound halibut.
Please be careful.
Watch your backs.
I don't want anyone straining.
It's nonstop all day, all evening.
This is gonna be the longest day ever, just thinking about them in Vegas [Bleep.]
partying, and I'm stuck here.
It's a hard day.
Let's go.
Here we go.
Ay-ay-ay-ay We just got [Bleep.]
Got to get this truck out of here, so get a move on it.
Delivery day sucks really, really bad.
We're going to Vegas.
Guys, we're going to Vegas.
Make sure the ice don't melt on y'all, being so heated.
Way to season the daikon.
At least I didn't pick lemon, bitch.
Vegas, here we come.
Mr.
100 is off to Vegas, baby! Me! Private jet to Vegas! Yee-haw! Doesn't get much better than this.
I think I can see Sade's sad face from here.
Ohh! I've been here for five punishments.
Five.
I'm just gonna bitch the whole time.
Sade's being a sore loser.
Wah-wah-wah.
[Bleep.]
dying to get out of here.
Very nice attitude.
[Bleep.]
idiots.
Vegas, baby.
- We here.
- Turn it up.
Let's go.
Turn it up.
Vegas, Vegas action I'm here.
This is the dopest thing I've ever seen in my life.
Oh, my god.
Oh, my god, the suite is absolutely gorgeous.
I don't even know where to start.
I'm trying it all.
Man, I could get used to this lifestyle.
Thank you, Chef.
V.
I.
P.
All the [Bleep.]
way.
Hi.
Hi.
Welcome.
Oh, thank you.
Frankie's enjoying the bartender a little bit too much.
What would you like? Something extra special.
Hey, Frank, you know, you do have a team over here.
Frank, you need help over there, my friend? No.
While Frank takes a break from the red team.
Back in Hell's Kitchen, the blue team takes a break from deliveries.
I don't know if it was me, but it seemed like when you guys got my dish, you, like, all brushed it off.
It was like, "oh.
Oh, nope.
Next.
" Should have fought for your dish.
[Bleep.]
you.
I did fight for my [Bleep.]
dish, and y'all looked over it.
She did.
She did.
Your dish is the one that has us here, so you're not the hero you're the [Bleep.]
loser.
- Stop talking about it.
- No.
What the [Bleep.]
? We're gonna discuss it.
'Cause I'm pissed I'm still here, wah-wah.
You should have fought for your [Bleep.]
dish.
Bryant, [Bleep.]
off.
You're a [Bleep.]
idiot.
[Bleep.]
you.
That's it.
Sade, stop.
The blue team selected Bryant's dish over Sade's to represent them in the challenge.
Your dish is the one that has us here, so you're not the hero you're the [Bleep.]
loser.
But Sade, who feels her dish was superior, is having a hard time getting over it.
- That's it.
- Sade, stop.
Relax.
Calm down.
It is what it is.
It's over with.
Let's [Bleep.]
move on and worry about the next service.
I haven't really felt a part of the blue team, and that's okay.
All I care about is me, black jackets, and winning this competition.
[Bleep.]
everything else.
Oh, that's the sound we're gonna hear a lot today.
This is never-ending.
Oof.
That's the biggest fish I've ever seen.
Don't drop that fish.
While the blue team receives a king-sized fish, in Las Vegas The red team is receiving the royal treatment.
We walk up to Burgr, Chef Ramsay's restaurant, and the line is wrapped around the corner.
But, of course We're not waiting in line, baby.
We're the red team.
To an amazing meal.
To Chef Ramsay.
Thank you, Chef.
This sucks.
My body's sore.
You know, carrying [Bleep.]
heavy-ass boxes all day long My knee is killing me.
It never ended.
After a long and punishing day, the blue team finally gets some much-needed rest without any interruptions, but the next morning, one Chef looks a little worse for wear.
You all right, bro? Well, like, I can't straighten my leg.
My leg doesn't go straight like this.
And, like, there's this sharp, shooting pain right here.
And this knee is, like, twice the size of this knee.
Damn.
I might need a medic.
Steve's not looking too good.
I hope everything is okay, and he can kind of recover to get back in.
I'd suggest that we send you out, see if we can't get X-ray, MRI.
All right.
Take your time.
I can't go down 'cause of a bum knee.
I won't let it break me, so I'm just gonna come back, and I'm gonna come back stronger than ever.
Yep, here they come.
[Bleep.]
this one, guys.
Missed quite a trip, guys.
Vegas.
Go to hell.
After a high-roller reward in Vegas Everybody good? - Yep, good.
- Yeah, yeah.
All right.
The red team is ready for battle, while the blue team What do you think's gonna happen with Steve, man? Is still a man down.
He'll come back.
Line up, please.
Yes, Chef.
Red team, let's go.
Thank you.
Line up, please.
Let's go.
Hey, Chef, you got a second? Yes, of course.
So Steve yesterday apparently really hurt his knee, and I'm not sure he's gonna be able to join us for service today.
Really? Where is he? He's on the patio.
Stay there, guys.
Two seconds, please, yeah? Steve.
Chef Ramsay.
Wow.
This is a bit of a shock.
That doesn't look good.
What happened, bud? My knee's won't straighten out.
Damn.
All around here's all swollen, and it's shooting pain.
This is bad news.
I'm sorry.
And I think you know what this means.
The competition's gonna get tougher.
There's a lot of running around to do, more challenges.
You cannot do it on one leg.
And I am not comfortable with you even attempting.
You should not be standing on this.
I'm pissed.
I have to leave because of my [Bleep.]
leg.
It's heartbreaking, telling Chef Ramsay I can't go any farther.
It's tough.
- But you know what? - What? You've been strong in that blue kitchen.
I want you to walk out of here with your head up high, and just remember what you've done, - what you've achieved, okay? - Yes, Chef.
Who knows? I may see you again.
I hope so.
I'm not gonna let this break me.
I'm gonna get my knee fixed so I can get better and get back in the kitchen.
Chef Ramsay definitely hasn't seen the last of me or heard the last of me yet.
Bye, Steve.
Bye, Chef.
[Bleep.]
.
Okay Blue team, heartbreaking news.
Steve will not longer be participating in this competition.
It looks like a serious injury to his knee.
Oh, [Bleep.]
.
That's unfortunate.
He cannot stand on that, and I am not prepared to take the risk.
His health is far more important than anything, okay? Yes, Chef.
It works for me.
One less person I got to get out of here.
So, see you later.
Bye.
Get well, though.

One, two, three, four, five, six, seven tables still to go.
Seven tables! And Chef Ramsay is forced to do something drastic.
You four, in the red kitchen.
Let's go.
Yes, Chef.
We're seven tables behind.
They need you.
Let's go.

I mean, different night, because whilst one kitchen continued to excel, the other took a step backwards.
Congratulations, blue team.
Great service.
Thank you, Chef.
Red team, the blue team finished seven tickets in front of you.
Frank, what happened? I didn't accept help because I wanted to literally show what I got to try to get back into it.
I just kept on trying to fight back and fight back, and I [Bleep.]
up my team, and I didn't mean to do that.
I feel like a piece of [Bleep.]
.
And I apologize to everyone here including yourself and the customers.
And Steve's out.
Red team, I want you to think about everything that's happened so far in Hell's Kitchen and give me two nominees for elimination.
Now get out of here.
Yes, Chef.
Damn, man, we got to nominate two people? Who we gonna nominate? Who? We know Frank, of course, but everybody else is doing good.
Why be punished for what he did wrong? Come on, Chef Ramsay.
I can't do that.
Wait.
Blue team, red team, come back.
Hurry up.
Red team.
Oh, man, what's happening? Line up.
Whoa, what is going on? Here's the thing.
After a disappointing service from the red team, Chef Ramsay sent them to nominate two people for elimination, but before they could get too far I can't do that.
Wait.
Come back.
Blue team, red team.
Come back.
Hurry up.
Sometimes things happen in Hell's Kitchen, and we have to adapt.
Steve left tonight because of injury, so we already lost a Chef.
And you know what? Sometimes when this happens, I choose not to send anybody home.
But that won't be the case tonight.
- Sterling.
- Yes, Chef.
- Roe.
- Yes, Chef.
- Jennifer.
- Yes, Chef.
- La Tasha.
- Yes, Chef.
Say good-bye to Frank.
Your time has come.
Keep your head up, man.
I love you, man.
I'm very, very, very sorry about tonight.
- Young man.
- Yes, Chef.
I really appreciate what you wrote to me.
Unfortunately, tonight, Frank I can't believe it.
I didn't appreciate your cooking.
Give me your jacket.
Your time is done in Hell's Kitchen.
Thank you.
Chef.
Good night.
- Thank you.
- Good luck.
Thank you very much.
Bye, Frank.
Bye.
Love you, man.
I feel sick to my stomach.
The saddest part is that I didn't get to show Chef Ramsay I'm so much better than this, and that's what's really ripping me apart.
But I still will always have the passion to do what I'm doing, and I still will succeed in life doing what I do.
Elimination, trust me, can happen at any time, as was the case tonight.
So I suggest you be at your best at all times.
I'm not taking anything less from now on in.
Is that clear? Yes, Chef.
Now get out of here.
This [Bleep.]
just got real real [Bleep.]
fast.
We're down to nine.
I smell that black jacket, so I'm ready to go on next service and beast it out.
Only eight people standing in the way, and I just got to start knocking 'em down.
I'm definitely more focused and determined to take this all the way and win it for my family.
Frank wrote me a letter of gratitude, and then with his performance tonight, he wrote his ticket out of here.
Ciao, Frank.
