as fast as the speed limit allows.

More like a mystery!
We better make our way to City Hall.

I believe a ghost car
is haunting our halls.

There has to be another explanation.
Whatever's causing the problem,
we'll find it.

-[gasps]

Gotcha!
[Bolts sighs]

[Briggs giggles]
Looks like the Meter Mouse was the one
haunting City Hall the whole time.
Aww! She wasn't haunting anything.
We all just got a bit spooked.
[Bolts grunts]
[squeaking]
Aww! I think she found her new home.
-She'll be a perfect mini mayor me.
