This agency has lost 16 models.
And it's not funny! And that pisses me off! Narrator: And 4 new models are sent to New York fashion week.
My biggest dream is just to have a huge career in the modeling industry.

Most supermodels aren't discovered in New York.
They come from small towns all over the world, but the New York agencies steal them away, make all the money, and get all the credit.
That's why I created The Network.
My goal is to link together small-town agencies, make them over, and create the next generation of supermodels.
But if you want to join the network, there's one rule.
You have to do things my way.
The Network can actually change the way the modeling industry operates.
And if I can teach each agency how to discover one star every single year, my agencies will make a ton of money and when my agencies make money, The Network makes money.

5' 10", a killer! Not only has she never walked down a runway ever before, she's never done a modeling job ever before.
We found Meghan a week ago working at kiva juice.

Meghan is gonna become a huge star.
I think when the biggest designers in the world see this kid Marc Jacobs, Zac Posen I think they're gonna lose their mind over this kid.

She's a huge star in Mexico.
Now it's time to break her here in the states.
She walks into a casting, Paul, and she nails it.
5 seconds my job as the new faces director is to launch as many of our new models as possible.

She's just a very editorial kind of girl.
Annelise was scouted in a shopping mall.
And as soon as I saw her picture, I knew that she was the kind of girl that I wanted to work on and that could really generate buzz.
And I think we need one girl like this to come with us.
Jt? I'm not 100% on board with her.
She may not be as fresh for our brand.

It devastated me, and we're still struggling.

I like to be checked in with, whether it's via e-mail or via phone.
I went 3 months without hearing from them.
And I think that's a little bit concerning.
I mean, here at arquette, the roster's way smaller.
We're able to be, like, "ok, what are we doing for Kayla today?" And then again the next day and the next day and the next day.
You need one person to manage everything "ok, this is her schedule" and deal with all of that crap.
I do need to have a plan.
Here at arquette, we're really focused on not only just looking at the local market.
We've gotten much stronger with having The Network behind us.
