Wiith the villagers being held hostage by thieves Ryu and Ken were forced to enter the cave where a monster supposedly dwells and retrieve the treasure inside.
Inside the cave the two of them faced different monsters and it became clear that their battle was a test they had to pass.
They passed it brilliantly, returned from the cave and saved the villagers.
