The Glee Project (2011) s02e10 Episode Script

Actability

The Glee Project How crazy is it that we have a week left until the finale? Crazy.
Dude, the finale is next week.
I am literally one week away from the finale.
And I want it more than anything that I've ever wanted in my life.
Hey, you guys.
Robert's here.
- Hey.
- Hello.
So now there are five.
How do you guys feel about that? - Amazing.
- Excited.
We talk a lot about how you have to be a triple threat to be on Glee, singing, dancing, and acting.
So it's time to concentrate on what is absolutely the most important skill of the three.
- Awesome.
- Oh, that's gonna be fun.
My first reaction when I heard actability was Blake.
'Cause he's an actor.
This is super high-pressure.
It's definitely nerve-racking.
But I'm really excited to do it.
When you're performing numbers, you're always acting a scene, whether you're singing or dancing, no matter what the song is.
And your homework song this week is Addicted to love by Robert Palmer.
- Yeah! - You know it? Does anybody else know it? You are the only one that knows it.
That is awesome.
I feel so good right now.
So I have the lyrics sheets.
And as usual, it's up to you to pick your parts.
This looks like a lot of words.
Wow, we all have a verse.
Tomorrow, you'll perform for myself and one of my very favorite actors, luckily.
Good luck.
Have a great time.
I can't wait to see you.
Let's get this goin'.
So '80s.
I think this theme is essential to the competition.
Because if you can't act, then you shouldn't be on Glee.
This week, I'm gonna have to work hard.
I have to connect.
And I have to show that I can be more than just big and brassy.
I'll just be like I'm so excited that this week is actability.
I'm just gonna focus on the fact that it's the last week before the finale and do my best and, like, really believe and everything.
might as well face it you're addicted to love might as well face it you're addicted to love - Hey.
- Hey.
- Excited? - Yes.
Well, great.
We're really gonna have some fun today.
And our guest is a serious triple threat, and plays one of Glee's most iconic characters.
Oh, my God.
- Really? - How's it going? - Whoa.
- Dianna agron.
She walked in, I'm just like, "wow.
" She's really pretty.
Well, as you know, this is dianna agron who plays Quinn Fabray on Glee.
I've heard so much about you guys.
I think dianna's had more to do and more changes as an actress than any of the other characters on Glee.
Do you have any kind of secret to tell them how you keep in character while singing? I think one of the most common things for people to do is just, "I'm so focused on my lines.
"I'm so focused on my words.
Like, these people can't affect me.
" But the need to affect you.
You need to just kind of roll with the punches.
So your homework assignment this week was addicted to love by Robert Palmer.
So we're gonna do something a little different for your performance today.
- Ooh.
- What ooh.
What is going on? Wh - so I have some flash cards here.
And each card has an emotion on it.
There's gonna be one emotion for each of you.
And we're gonna go down the line.
Dianna's gonna hold the card up to you.
And as you're singing the song, you're going to have to play the emotion as real as you can.
Everything that we learned, and practiced, and got down, and felt great about, that's out the door.
Didn't see this one comin'.
That's fun.
I'm really excited to see what you have.
the lights are on but you're not home your mind is not your own you can't see your body shakes another kiss is what it takes you can't sleep you can't eat there's no doubt you're in deep your throat is tight you can't breathe another kiss is all you need whoa, you like to think that you're immune to the stuff oh, yeah it's closer to the truth to say you can't get enough you know you're gonna have to face it you're addicted to love might as well face it I'm addicted to love might as well face it you're addicted to love might as well face it you're addicted to love might as well face it you're addicted to love might as well face it you're addicted to love might as well face it might as well face it you're addicted to love you're addicted you're addicted I'm addicted to love - that was great.
- That was great.
I love it.
It's so good.
It was great, you guys.
You know, what we were looking for with this particularly was acting through the song.
And I think the look on your face, Michael, when you saw the card, the determined card, was fantastic.
You really conveyed it.
Lily, I wanted you to go a little bit bigger.
In the future with things, I think it's really good to process, like, where's the line.
You know what I mean? So, Blake with the anger, you're so fun.
And I thought you were really fantastic.
I really liked the aggression that I thought I felt with your face.
Thank you.
Aylin, you were anxious.
I could feel that, you know, almost.
There was a good balance.
And I think you did a great job.
And Ali, oh, my gosh, with the excited.
I just loved it when you saw it.
Immediately, you were so happy to have that, and you were excited.
It was perfect.
It was, um yeah.
You were a ball of light, all of you are.
So, dianna, who do you choose as the winner? Okay, so, for me, it was between Michael and Ali.
Michael, you are the winner.
Whoo! I am announced as the homework winner for the first time.
And I am very happy.
So, Michael, you have won a one-on-one mentoring session with dianna, lucky you, to work on your role in the big group number, which is Perfectby pink.
Ballad! So the group number is also going to be a little different than usual this week.
You are going to make a movie trailer.
Dude! That's amazing! That's awesome.
It's a trailer for a movie that doesn't exist obviously, called "perfect.
" A coming-of-age story about a group of high school kids in a small town.
Erik has assigned each of you a character in this fictitious movie.
That's awesome.
Aylin, you are gonna play a turkish girl with a very conservative family who thinks that they have the perfect daughter.
What they do not know is that you have been seeing the school quarterback in secret.
You're in love with him.
And you found out that you are pregnant.
Oh, my God.
Blake, you're the quarterback.
Most of the kids look up to you at school.
They think you're really cool.
But actually, you're kind of just not really a nice guy.
Michael, you're a football player as well, on Blake's team.
Used to hero worship him, but now, you have fallen for Aylin.
Whoa, love triangle.
Ali, you are Michael's sister.
You once dreamed of being an olympic runner until you were injured.
So everything that you've worked hard for is now gone.
Lily, your character is struggling.
Because you are the person that was driving the car when Ali was injured.
So this week, you'll record the song as usual with Nikki.
However, there will be no choreography, as there's no dancing in this movie.
So for the rest of the time, you should concentrate on your characters.
Because Erik's gonna ask you to improvise short scenes on the shoot.
Oh, my God.
That's so cool.
Michael, I'm looking forward to working with you one-on-one on your character.
Good luck, guys, I can't wait.
See you soon.
Bye.
Bye.
This is, like, the biggest challenge This is the true test.
Of the competition.
This week, we're getting to hear the contenders for an extended period of time.
And they're really gonna have to dive into the story and tell it, instead of just singing it.
Made a wrong turn once or twice what I'd like to hear is more of a story.
Mistreated, misplaced, misunderstood miss "no way, it's all good" it didn't slow me down - it feels a little bit sung.
- Okay.
And not enough, "Blake just got me pregnant, and I'm left here on my own.
" Oh, God.
Okay.
Yeah okay, one more.
You're still a little bit high on the the start of the yeah.
- Yeah.
- Aah.
Aah.
Was it sharp? - Yeah.
Yeah.
- Really? Okay.
But we tried too hard it's a waste of my time Whoa, you approached it like an actor, right? - Yeah.
- Um, just give me another option, 'cause that was really great.
They don't like my jeans they don't get my hair exchange yourselves and we do it all the time why do we do that? Why do I do that? Why do I do that? Feels good.
I mean, and bad at the same time, but in a good way.
Yeah.
No, I know what you mean.
It hits home a little bit.
It does? Yeah.
I look in the mirror and I think I'm beautiful.
And that's all that should matter.
Yeah.
Lily sounds amazing.
She's really, for me, acting this part.
And I want her to keep those emotions ready.
But I hope that she can keep them in check, to give the right performance.
Up next Cut, cut, cut, cut, cut, cut, cut.
They didn't hit what I wanted them to hit.
He looks like American w I mean,American psycho.
Get to the point.
Get to the point.
What's up? Good morning.
Hey.
So, today, we're not shooting specific scenes for a movie.
We're shooting a trailer, since we have a very short day.
A lot of shooting today, a lot of acting today.
I want you guys to focus, dive in, and just show me what you got.
Can't wait to work with you guys.
- Thank you.
- All right, so see you later.
- See you soon.
- Bye.
The theme this week is actability.
It's gonna be really interesting to see if they have developed their characters and have a backstory.
But it's also gonna really be a chance to see their improvisation skills.
You're just really gonna walk in, and you're gonna talk right here.
This is a line that I want you guys to catch.
Because the movie's called "perfect.
" So this is the line that says "perfect" in the movie.
I want you to say something to the effect, "she was going into the Olympics.
Everyone loved her.
" You know, "she had everything.
" But as long as you say, "you were perfect.
You had all this going for you and I messed it up.
" And you say, "I still am perfect.
" Everything else, you guys just work it out.
- Okay.
- Okay.
- All right, here we go.
- Rolling.
And, action.
So, how's it goin'? I'm good.
I'm good.
How are you feeling? Are you does it does anything hurt? Um, no, I'm, like, on a lot of meds.
So, like, I'm not in too much pain.
But how are you? I'm okay.
- Cut, cut, cut.
- Cut.
Like I said earlier, we're not shooting scenes.
So just, like, get to the point.
Get to the point.
Get that feeling, take it in, and just deliver it.
And action.
How can you even look at me? You're my best friend, Lily.
I can't look at you and not feel guilty.
You know, it's like God, I just relive every moment of it.
And - But it was a mistake, Lily.
It was a mistake.
It was a mistake.
But I don't know what to do.
I don't know where to go from here.
I did this to you.
I ruined everything.
Cut, cut, cut, cut, cut, cut, cut.
They didn't hit what I wanted them to hit.
Let's go handheld.
I think Lily was incredible.
- Incredible.
- But, all she had to get to was say, "you were perfect.
" Mmhmm.
It's tough, because I see Lily working herself up into the emotion of the character.
But what's happening is the scene's becoming all about Lily.
And Ali is trying everything to engage Lily so that Ali can actually enter to the scene.
It's a little frustrating I'm sure for Ali.
Because she's kind of hung out to dry.
This is another look for you.
We wanna see the dark side of Blake.
I wanna see darth Blake.
After Blake's previous last chance performance, Ryan wanted to see something other than just a likable jock.
And what is fantastic about this opportunity for Blake in this video is he's playing a bad guy, a real jerk.
And I'm curious to see how he will do.
And, action.
I saw you at the Ferris wheel with Michael.
What was that all about? You thought I wasn't gonna find out? You don't understand, Blake.
No, I think I can understand completely.
- He was comforting me, Blake.
- He was comforting you? Huh? So you're having trouble with me, and then you get comfort from my best friend? Huh? No, you know how many girls would love to be with me? Huh, you know how many girls would die to be with me, and I chose you? Look at me.
Look at me! I chose you, okay? Cut, cut, cut, cut, cut, cut, cut.
I don't even recognize him.
I know.
He looks like American w I mean, American psycho.
- Yeah, he is - He's really transformed, from the inside, out.
He's an incredible actor, I think.
Listen, I guess y'all are fighting.
- Oh, yeah.
- It's gonna start here.
This week is super high-pressure.
This where I'll need to prove that I deserve to be here and just try and beat Blake.
Hopefully I show that I really learned from my session with dianna.
I think, you know, especially for this 'cause it's improv, you should really think about your backstory.
So, how do you feel about your relationship with your friend? Are you jealous of him? Are you just frustrated by him? Is it a combination of a few emotions? - Let's say we're seniors.
- Mm-hmm.
All seniors in high school.
Does he pick on you, or are you his right-hand man that he'll stand up for? What do we think about that? I had friends that, like, we're tight one-on-one.
But once we're in a group, it's just like the whole friendship goes out the window, so - yeah, as long as you have that, then you can access it all.
You just have to trust yourself so much and just go with it.
And action.
Huh, you gonna mess with my girl? So what, man? You treat her like garbage.
I've been looking out for you since grade school and you're gonna treat me like that? I don't care, man.
You go behind my back and get my girl? She's not your girl, man! I love her! No, I know what this is.
- I love her! - You've had a little crush on me since we were kids.
You don't care about her.
I wanna be nothing like you! Come on, get up, Michael.
Let's g - Cut, cut, cut.
- Cut.
So good.
It was great.
Blake is just so present from the second that he starts even rehearsing.
But I have to give Michael credit too.
He he was too.
And it was just really a powerful, powerful scene.
And it was it was really impressive.
My next scene is when my parents find out that I'm pregnant.
And they make me go back to this conservative Muslim life.
And Michael's running after me in the car.
Oh, my God.
Oh, my God.
I have to put on the Muslim head scarf.
It's a very emotional scene for me.
Because I've kind of fought against that my entire life.
And I have kind of broken the stereotype of what a traditional Muslim looks like.
And it was hard for me to put that on.
I mean, this is a good test for you.
Because sometimes you might have roles that take you there emotionally.
And it actually might be good for the scene.
Puts you in a good place for camera.
- Yeah.
- But I know it's hard.
Action.
Hop in the car.
Wow.
No, don't go.
Don't go.
I love you.
Please.
Please, no.
I love you.
Don't go.
Don't go.
Aylin! Cut.
That was good.
I'm really proud.
I think that this, um this video's gonna be fantastic.
So picking the bottom three today will be extremely difficult for Zach, Nikki, and myself.
Because the two that we save go straight to the finale.
So, who do we wanna save? - And marker.
- Here we go.
And, cue playback, please.
It's senior year, dude.
Yeah, man.
What are you gonna do when you get out of high school, man? Dude, I don't care what I'm doing.
You know what coach says though.
- Once a panther - Always a panther.
Mistreated, misplaced, misunderstood miss "no way, it's all good" it didn't slow me down as long as I got fame, money, and girls, I will be just fine.
Second-guessing underestimated so what about Aylin, man? What about her? Pretty, pretty please don't you ever, ever feel isn't that your mom's car? - Yeah.
- Okay, press the gas pedal.
No, no, no.
Oh, my God.
Yeah.
Ooh, he is dead meat.
Mwah.
Am I crazy, man? That's what everybody wants.
Not me, man.
Not what I want.
The whole world's scared so I swallowed the fear I can't shake it, Ali.
Everywhere I go in this town, everyone knows what happened.
I'm the girl that did this to you.
Oh, now you're gonna be with Michael? You don't understand, Blake.
What was that at the Ferris wheel? What was it? He was comforting me.
I don't give a damn about you anymore.
Aah! I'm pregnant.
Why do I do that? Yeah you're going after my girl behind my back? Who cares, man? We've been best friends since we were kids - you treated her like garbage! That's how you're gonna treat me? I love her! Pretty, pretty please.
Don't you ever, ever feel like you're less than less than perfect all right, it's over between us.
My grandmother once told me, "don't let anybody define who you are.
" Get off me! - Don't go.
- I'm sorry.
Aylin! People will only love you as much as you love yourself.
Feel like you're less than less than perfect like you're less than perfect You were perfect.
I still am.
Perfect you're perfect to me promise to be friends forever, no matter what.
All right, uys, that is a wrap.
Great job.
Give yourselves a round of applause, From my top five.
Up next This is the very last time we're gonna do this.
So that's our final gift for you.
I wasn't expecting that.
It's pretty insane.
So, I can't believe we're finally here.
This is the very last time we're gonna do this.
You know, it's been incredible working with all of you.
And I really am just so proud of each and every one of you.
I'm gonna miss it.
You know, working with you guys has been such a ride.
I mean, to see your growth has been amazing.
And that, yes, is what this competition is about.
But getting to know you guys and just kind of form more of a bond has been the most meaningful for me.
And I see qualities in each of you that I'd love for my kids to have.
So I really appreciate that.
If and when the time comes to say good-bye, I don't ever want you guys to think that we don't believe in all of you.
And I think all of you deserve to be here.
It's been a an absolute pleasure To get you guys to this point.
And I-I'm you'll all make it, one way or another.
We love you all so much.
And honestly, you all deserve an equal shot of getting into the finale.
So that's our final gift for you, from three very, very proud mentors.
Tonight, Ryan will bring the entire writing team from Glee.
And all five of you will perform for them.
We're all doing last chance performances.
And I wasn't expecting that.
I thought it was more probable that we would all just get called back.
It's pretty insane.
What? All right, let's get down to business and talk about what you're gonna sing for them tonight.
Lily, your song is Son of a preacher man, made famous by dusty Springfield.
Oh, okay.
All right.
Michael, your song is girls just wanna have fun made famous by cyndi lauper.
Awesome.
This is a very cool and slower version that Cory sang on Glee that I think you're gonna sound incredible on.
Lookin' forward to it.
- Ali? - Yes.
Your song ishere's to us by halestorm.
Cool, I don't know what it know it.
Blake, your song is I'm still standing by Elton John.
It's a classic.
- Do you know it? - No.
You don't know it.
It might ring a bell once I hear it and all that.
Okay, Aylin.
Your song is fighter by Christina aguilera.
You know it.
She knows it.
She loves it.
Ahh! So, you guys, I think the thing to really keep in mind is, just be yourselves.
So six members of the writing team will be here tonight.
So really tell them your story.
You have two hours to rehearse.
Now go sing.
Out through the backyard we go walkin' Jt's pretty shocking to have to perform in front of all of the writers, definitely added pressure.
I feel like this week is almost more important than the finale.
One more drink oh, yeah Performing for the writers tonight is definitely an added pressure.
It's just, like, everything's at the highest stakes that it possibly could be.
I think that the biggest challenge for me is, uh, conveying my character through this song.
It's a little bit outside my comfort zone.
I think it's gonna be really difficult.
I'm still standing yeah, yeah, yeah not being called back to the finale, it would just it would really kill me inside.
I'm not done showing what I can do.
I'm not done, period.
You won't stop me I have worked so hard for the past ten weeks.
And at this point in the competition, I am fighting to stay here.
Hello, guys.
So here we are at the end.
This is where the competition, for us, has gotten really hard.
So we're thrilled you guys are here to help us.
We're gonna bring out our top five finalists for the show.
They're all really special.
And they're all really different.
And I think that the thing that we want to do is who, of these five, is the most inspiring to you guys to get seven episodes.
You've seen the videos.
And you've heard some stories about each of the kids.
And we have a lot of performers to get through.
So after all five perform, we'll have a discussion of who we should call back for the finale.
The first person up is Michael.
And Michael has been the person who's grown the most over the whole competition.
He was the youngest contender of all 14.
He's had probably the least overall experience performing.
But he has really, really grown, particularly grown as an actor.
Hello, my name is Michael weisman.
And I'm going to sing girls just wanna have fun, made famous by cyndi lauper.
I came home in the middle of the night my father says "whatcha gonna do with your life?" well, daddy dear you're still number one oh girls they wanna have fun oh girls they wanna that's all they really want Those girls they wanna have fun He's very natural and genuine as a person.
He didn't seem like he was very affected in any way.
He's just incredibly the real deal.
And that's just the thing about Michael, is I think that kids would love him.
I think girls would love him.
Because he's just a sweetheart.
So, next we have Lily Mae.
And Lily has also grown a lot in the competition.
She came on and she was just this sassy, sexy, very theatrical girl in all her performances kind of e-note.
And she suddenly got better, and has become more of a nuanced actress.
And she's wonderful.
Okay, let's bring her out.
My name is Lily Mae Harrington.
And I'll be singing son of a preacher man by dusty Springfield.
Billy-ray was a preacher's son and when his daddy would visit he'd come along when they gathered 'round and started talkin' that's when Billy would take me walking out in the backyard he'd go walking then he'd look into my eyes and lord, to my surprise the only one who could ever reach me was the son of a preacher man the only boy who could ever teach me was the son of a preacher man yes, he was he was oh yes, he was how well I remember the look was in his eyes stealing kisses to me on the sly takin' time to make time tellin' me that it's all right learnin' from each other knowing lookin' to see how much we're growing the only boy who could ever reach me was the son of a preacher man the only boy who could ever teach me was the son of a preacher man yes, he was oh, yeah he was he was he was yeah, he was She's really interesting and really complex, and would be really, really interesting to write towards.
She's sort of, like, poised, cute.
The only thing, I did find, like, the sort of acting of it just cloying.
And I wonder if she would be hard to direct.
She has been very strong willed I think with in some of the assignments.
That was part of why she kept getting in the bottom three at the beginning, was that she couldn't take constructive criticism.
Up next How many of these people are we really inspired to write seven episodes for? And I think maybe now is the time to not do our usual one elimination.
Maybe we need to do two or three.
Ouch.
The finale is next week.
Tomorrow is our last Last chance performance.
And then it's the finale.
I will do anything to get into the finale.
I think they'll just be really, really hyper-analytical.
I'm hopeful that I will not be in the bottom three.
But, the majority of us will be.
I feel like I would be so excited to be at the top.
And then I would also be excited to be at the bottom.
Because I have not done a solo for Ryan.
I want to win.
And I'm hoping I can wear this turban for it.
Next is Ali.
She's a really good actress.
I think for me, in the music video I have to say I think she struggled a little bit.
- That's that's not her.
- Yeah.
That was unfortunately because Lily wasn't delivering a line to a line to Ali.
So Ali's whole scene became about trying to get Lily to say the line.
This is the crunch.
If you wanna win, you have to bring it.
And for me, she didn't bring it.
But she's better than that.
Well, let's bring her out.
So many people.
- Hi.
- Hi.
I'm Ali Stroker.
And I will be singing here's to us by halestorm.
We could just go home right now or maybe we could just sit down for just one more drink oh, yeah get another bottle out let's shoot the breeze just sit down for just one more drink oh, yeah here's to us here's to us Here's to us here's to love 'cause the past few days have come too fast if they give you hell show 'em what you can here's to us here's to love Here's to us Wow.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- So, what did you think? - She's great.
I kept picturing her as a promiscuous bitch too.
I think she'd be good as a bitch character.
I think the key to the show is if you're going to do a character with a disability, make the disability almost the least part of them.
- Yeah.
- So next is Blake.
And Blake is the best actor.
And in the video this week, it was like a master class in improve.
I'm not kidding.
He was incredible.
And he drove every scene he was in.
Okay, bring him out.
My name is Blake and I'll be singing.
I'm still standing by Elton John.
you can never know what it's like your love like winter freezes just like ice and there's a cold lonely light that shines from you you'll wind up like the wreck you hide behind that mask you use and did you think this fool could never win? well look at me I'ma coming back again I got a taste of love in a simple way and if you need to know while I'm still standing you just fade away well don't you know I'm still standing better than I ever did lookin' like a true survivor feelin' like a little kid I'm still standing after all this time picking up the pieces of my life without you on my mind I'm still standing yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah I'm still standing I'm still standing I'm still standing I'm still standing whoo! What did you think? - He's a star.
- Wow.
He's got it all.
I did feel though like I missed his wound.
I mean, he's great and gorgeous and all those things.
But, like, to be in Glee, it's like you wanna see the big vulnerability.
Why are you there? You're there because you're a misfit.
Okay.
Okay, next is Aylin.
And Aylin is, um, Muslim and from a very conservative family.
And she, uh, is not.
She's growing as an actress.
But when she's in the moment and featured right, she's amazing.
Okay, let's bring her out.
Wow.
I'm Aylin.
And I'm gonna be singing fighter by Christina aguilera.
Well I thought I knew you thinkin' that you were true guess I-I couldn't trust called your bff 'cause you think that you've had enough you were there by my side always down for the ride but your your ride just came down in flames 'cause you think that you've had enough so I wanna say thank you 'cause it makes me that much stronger makes me work a little bit harder makes me that much wiser so thanks for making me a fighter made my skin a little bit thicker made me learn a little bit faster made me that much stronger so thanks for making me a fighter you tried to hide your lies disguise yourself with living in denial but in the end you'll see you won't stop me oh, oh, oh Thanks for making me a fighter oh Thanks for making me a fighter Okay, what'd you think? I think America's curious about Muslim cultures.
Yeah, I agree.
What's interesting to me about Aylin is sometimes you see some of the kids come out and you think, "oh, that could be the new 'x'.
That could be the new 'y'.
" She comes out and you think, "wow, that really she really hasn't been on the show.
" You know, we we write about disabilities.
We write about different sexualities.
We've never written about that.
It's fresh to me.
It's always been fresh, as soon as I saw her.
Well, first of all, as a group, who are we the most excited about? I think Blake, Lily Mae, and Michael.
I wanna write most for Aylin.
I was impressed with Michael in the video quite a bit.
'Cause he really pops in that video.
That's been his thing the whole time.
Aliher song still it just knocked my socks off.
And so much of it comes down to can they sing these songs? And can they come through these songs? And she just she killed it.
And Lily Mae's extremely confident.
It was really fun to watch her onstage.
Ali also had a really country blonde kind of vibe.
She would be a nice new flavor.
Do you feel that we have an obligation this year when we pick a winner to sort of do something on the show that we haven't done before? Or do you think that we just have an obligation to pick a star? I think first and foremost, you have to pick a star.
I think that we really have to decide how many of these people are we really inspired to write seven episodes for.
And I think maybe now is the time to not do our usual one elimination.
Maybe we need to do two or three.
Ouch.
There's so many talented kids here.
Maybe we just make a hard choice.
No matter what happens, guys, I love you all.
I can make peace with about anything.
But I'll be really disappointed if I got this I don't know.
I'll be disappointed.
They're five great kids.
They're five really unusual talents.
I think this year was harder than the last for me at this point.
So, I think we've made our decision.
So, this is it.
The list is up.
Go take a look.
Thanks for your help.
Thank you.
I really, really wanna make it to the finale.
It would mean the world to me.
This is it.
I've worked so hard.
I wanna be here so badly for the finale.
So badly.
Just knowing that I'm so close, I'm just praying to God that I get called back.
I'm wishing, I'm hoping, I'm praying, because I don't want to go home.
I just wanna have my shot at the finale and do what I can.
I wanna be in this finale so bad.
I wanna show the world what I can do.
And I wanna do that very last chance performance.
Whoa.
Oh, my God.
Oh! You doing all right? Be proud.
You should be really proud.
We love you.
I'm really proud of myself.
Uh, I've learned so much.
Um, this really has been an absolutely incredible journey.
The Glee Project was a pretty wild ride.
I've learned more in these last ten weeks than I have in my entire life.
And that can never be erased.
there's nothing you can say there's nothing you can do there's no other way when it comes to the truth so keep holding on 'cause you know we'll make it through we'll make it through Oh, no way! - We're back, bitches.
- Ryan is only gonna pick one winner.
I am one song away from making my dreams come true.
This is my last shot and my last chance to show Ryan that I belong on Glee.
This has been one of the hardest things I've ever done.
And I want to win.
