World of Dance (2017) s01e09 Episode Script

Divisional Final

1 When we said that "World of Dance" was the biggest dance competition in the world, we told you we were not playing.
[dramatic music pounds.]
This is a dream come true to me.
And I just can't believe I made it this far.
Since day one, we've been talking about how badly we want this.
This is all of our hard work culminating into this very moment.
We want to take this thing.
male announcer: Tonight it's the Divisional Final.
The remaining two acts from each division will go head-to-head for a place in the World Final and the chance at one million dollars.
We're at the Divisional Finals.
To fall short at this stage would be devastating.
You have to just leave everything on the floor.
[cheers and applause.]
It's do or die at this point.
announcer: The Junior Division Diana Pombo.
You danced your heart out.
announcer: Versus Eva Igo.
You came out for blood tonight.
announcer: The Team Division Swing Latino I felt the same thing you feel when I perform.
This is who I am.
announcer: Versus Kinjaz.
It was amazing.
It was moving.
announcer: The Upper Division Keone and Mari That's magic.
Nobody else can do what you do.
announcer: Versus Les Twins.
[music broods.]
[crowd gasps.]
announcer: Two acts enter, one survives.
This is "World of Dance.
" Please welcome your host, Jenna Dewan Tatum.
[cheers and applause.]
And your judges, Derek Hough, NE-YO, and Jennifer Lopez.
[upbeat electronic music.]
So we have two acts left in each of the Juniors, Uppers, and Teams.
Six acts, only three can stay.
This is "World of Dance.
" The Divisional Final starts now! [cheers and applause.]
[Missy Elliott's "Pep Rally".]
Uptown, downtown, everywhere we get down announcer: Up first, the Team Division.
Are you ready? announcer: It's Kinjaz versus Swing Latino.
Let me hit you with it Hey! Over the last weeks, Kinjaz have transformed the stage with their cinematic choreography.
It was like a movie.
It was so cool.
Let me shake my jelly Swing Latino have wowed the judges with explosive energy and tricks.
Clappers that stomp, clappers that stomp [laughs.]
Clappers that stomp Both teams have very different strengths.
They've beaten 13 other acts to get this far.
That million dollars is within their reach.
Performing first, it's Kinjaz.
Hi, guys.
all: Hey.
You made it to the top two.
[chuckling.]
Yeah We're ready to make Jennifer proud.
We're super ready to go up against Swing Latino.
I was just-- I was just thinking, "Okay, how do we out-energy Swing Latino?" It's--not gonna happen.
Yeah.
But you have to create enough impact for the audience that they feel like you did.
Do you have a concept that you're working with right now? We really wanted to dedicate this one for the people that support and love us.
For some of us, our parents were directly affected by the Vietnam War.
They had to survive in order to give us opportunity.
This number is specifically created for them.
I like that.
Surprise me.
Make me cry.
This particular routine symbolizes that our parents succeeded.
One shoulder on here, and then the support right here.
And you'll see us constantly reaching for something.
And when we come together to form this mountain, we can reach those-- those goals.
[smooth hip-hop music.]
Kinjaz.
So, this is obviously a huge moment in the competition.
How are you guys feeling? Me? I--I feel incredible to just share such a really special moment with these guys.
Like, nobody can take that away from us.
[cheers and applause.]
We currently hold a one-in-six chance of taking home a million dollars.
That's a life changer.
[cheers and applause.]
Divisional Finals.
Okay.
Here we go.
[dramatic music.]
[Hozier's "Work Song".]
Kinjaz, to overcome your greatest obstacle, you must work together to achieve what one cannot.
[scattered cheers.]
Boys, working on empty Is that the kind of way to face the burning heat? If the Lord don't forgive me I'm so full of love I could barely eat I was burning up a fever I didn't care much how long I lived In the low lamplight I was free Heaven and Hell were words to me When my time comes around Lay me gently in the cold dark earth No grave can hold my body down I'll crawl home to her When my time comes around Lay me gently in the cold dark earth No grave can hold my body down I'll crawl home to her [cheers and applause.]
Yes! Kinjaz, Kinjaz, Kinjaz, what's going on, guys? Y'all good? We're happy to be here, yes.
[laughter.]
The piece was amazing.
Like, nobody can match your precision.
That's a definite.
But I feel like the energy level of the piece itself, like, where was that one magic Kinjaz moment? You know what I mean? We didn't get that this time.
I think the magic moment is in their precision.
There was definitely moments when they just did, like, they moved their shoulder, bah-bah.
And I was like, "Whoo!" [laughter.]
It was crazy clean.
And it was a bottled-up, controlled emotion that, as a group, had a power that really blew me away.
We're down to the last two in each category.
And I think Swing Latino's gonna have to bring something just as special and just as emotionally moving to beat you.
[cheers and applause.]
Oof.
What's "nervous" in Spanish? - Nerviosa.
- Nerviosa.
All right, guys.
Let's lock in scores.
[suspenseful music.]
All right, Kinjaz.
Let's check out your scores.
[cheers and applause.]
Give us the scores.
[Imagine Dragons' "Thunder".]
Wanna let loose I was dreaming Of bigger things and Wanna leave my own life behind Thunder, feel the thunder 92.
3, score to beat for you guys.
Feel the thunder Lightning then the thunder That precision was crazy.
Is it enough to beat Swing Latino? - That's true.
- Is it? I don't know.
[upbeat electronic music.]
announcer: Coming up each division will battle it out to claim their spot in the World Final.
You guys embody "World of Dance.
" [cheers and applause.]
Crystal clear story.
You have what it takes to win this entire thing.
Wait up, hold up.
Next up in the team division Swing Latino, who must score higher than a 92.
3 to beat Kinjaz.
[cheers.]
Hi, guys.
[muffled.]
Let's look at what you have put together.
[uplifting music.]
I don't know, like, I feel like there's something else that can be done, like.
Going up against the Kinjaz, whatever you guys do, it's gonna have to-- to have that-- that next-level concept.
It could be a concept of, like, how all Latinos, we're so different, but we're the same.
announcer: Next up on stage, it's Swing Latino.
[dramatic music.]
[cheers and applause.]
[Violeta Parra's "Gracias a la Vida" .]
Gracias a la vida Que me ha dado tanto Me ha dado la risa Y me ha dado el llanto Gracias a la Vida [dramatic music pounds.]
[Cuba Cuba's "Dime Se Soy Latino".]
- Latinos - Yeah! - Dime si son Latinos - Hell yeah! - Dime si son Latinos - Say it loud! - Dime si son Latinos - We move the crowd! - Dime si son Latinos - Yeah! - Dime si son Latinos - Hell yeah! - Dime si son Latinos - Say it loud! - Dime si son Latinos - We move the crowd! España, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Santo Domingo Honduras, Guatemala, México, Nicaragua Chile, Ecuador Panamá, El Salvador Perú y Cuba Uruguay, Paraguay, Colombia Costa Rica, Argentina, Bolivia, I'm feelin' ya Mi gente está caliente Latino hasta la muerte! - Dime si son Latinos - Yeah! - Dime si son Latinos - Hell yeah! - Dime si son Latinos - Say it loud! - Dime si son Latinos - We move the crowd! - Oh! - Hey! [bombastic musical flourish.]
[cheers and applause.]
That--I mean--listen.
You--you guys embody "World of Dance.
" I mean, with all the flags - Yes.
I mean, it's just like literally there's "World of Dance" right there.
[cheers and applause.]
Unbelievable.
Again, the fact that you were dancing on top of that platform, I mean, that-- how are you guys' shoulders, by the way? You're sitting there; there's dancing up there.
[laughter.]
This wasn't the cleanest performance I've seen from you guys.
But with that said, you make up for it in so many other ways.
Yeah, also I believe it was just such an ambitious piece.
They did so many different styles of Latin dances.
You did samba, bachata, tango.
- Merengue.
- Uh, Merengue.
Salsa.
They were representing for everybody.
It was a beautiful thing that you did that, that you even took my note and decided to do something like this.
Because here in the United States, it doesn't matter [cheers and applause.]
it doesn't matter if you're Colombian, or Puerto Rican, or Cuban, or Dominican, you're Latino here.
- Latino.
[laughs.]
- Okay? That's what we are.
- Latinos in the house! Yeah! [cheers and applause.]
That's right.
Latinos have so much to offer the world, I feel.
And it--it's such-- I--I got emotional because I felt--I felt--I felt the same thing you feel when I perform, which is "This is who I am.
" "This is who I am.
Take me or leave me.
" But I have a lot to give.
You guys are going up against the Kinjaz.
And this is definitely not a one-sided competition.
One thing that translates in any language is passion.
- That's right.
- Absolutely.
And beyond-- beyond anything else, you guys are passion.
[cheers and applause.]
All right, we're gonna lock in the scores.
[dramatic music.]
Kinjaz, let's go out there.
Let's see what their score is.
Let's go.
[epic music.]
In, okay.
Kinjaz, you scored 92.
3 from the judges.
Swing Latino, you need more than 92.
3 to be Divisional Champions.
Let's see who's taking the spot in the World Final.
[dramatic music pounds.]
[upbeat Latin music.]
[cheers and applause.]
The winner of the Team Division is Swing Latino! Kinjaz, it has been an absolute privilege having you guys on this competition.
Judges, what do you want to say to them? You should be amazingly proud of yourselves.
We love you, and we wish you the best.
Thank you guys so much.
We still want to be Kinjaz! [laughter.]
We definitely want to congratulate Swing Latino, you know, and all the other performers.
Swing Latino, you've won your division, you've made it through to the World Finals.
You are one step closer to a million dollars.
Congratulations, guys.
[upbeat electronic music.]
announcer: Coming up That is what wins competitions.
The doctor said that things were serious.
This is no joke.
Next up the upper division It's Keone and Mari versus Les Twins.
[upbeat hip-hop music.]
Yeah Keone and Mari have shown us all the emotions of their marriage within their razor-sharp modern partner dancing.
It is a beautiful thing to watch.
[whistles.]
Unbelievable.
Les Twins are the highest scoring act so far in the competition.
They move in and out of sync with each other with such natural rhythm.
[screams.]
They're performing moves no one else can do.
Hey! They've survived three rounds at the world's toughest competition to get here tonight.
This is the battle of the power duos.
announcer: Up first, Keone and Mari.
- Good to see you, sir.
- Good to see you.
- Hello.
Good to see you.
Good to see you.
What are you guys gonna do that's gonna win it for you? The storytelling is what we always try to bring.
So it was actually the first dance at our wedding.
Ah, okay.
A song that's very important to us.
- It's our song.
- both: Yeah.
I dig it.
I dig it.
[Clean Bandit's "Symphony".]
Now your song is on repeat And I'm dancing on to your heartbeat There are two very, very powerful connections going head-to-head right now.
There's the connection between a husband and a wife.
But then there's the connection between two brothers.
It's gonna be interesting to watch.
Yes! Yes, yes, yes! I love that it's a little bit of the old, a little bit of the new.
This has such a "Fred and Ginger" feel to it, I would love for you guys to go here just one time.
Just--just once.
- both: okay.
I just want to be part of your symphony I think we knew that if we wanted to get far in this competition, that we would have to go through the twins at one point.
announcer: Next up on stage, Keone and Mari.
We're ready to fight for this.
We've been saving this piece for them.
All right.
Let's see Keone and Mari.
This is it.
Now or never.
- Here we go.
[cheers and applause.]
[elevator dings, rumbles.]
[Frank Sinatra's "The Way You Look Tonight".]
Some day When I'm awfully low When the world is cold I will feel a glow Just thinking of you And the way you look Tonight And that laugh That wrinkles your nose It touches my foolish heart Lovely Don't you ever change Keep that breathless charm Won't you please arrange it? 'Cause I love you A-just the way you look Tonight Mm-mm Mm-mm Just the way You look Tonight [cheers and applause.]
They got you.
They got you.
- Yeah, yeah.
- They got you! - I got the chills! - Wow.
- Yeah.
Keone and Mari! You just make me feel good.
You guys are, like, so smart in your choreography.
[cheers and applause.]
My only, like, little critique, if I were to add something in there, was you know that little lift there, when you walk around? It was a little like [groans.]
, little shaky, but I have to disagree a little bit.
I feel like the lift was really clean.
And your power, your strength, it's your ability to tell a crystal clear story.
And I applaud you for that.
As I was watching that, I was thinking, "Wow, this is like Fred and Ginger for a new generation.
" When the rose petals started falling, I was like "Oh!" [laughter.]
Oh, my God.
- But her reaction-- her reaction to the proposal.
- Yes.
Yes, I was like, "Oh, my God, she said yes.
" [laughter.]
The sad truth is that we're gonna lose half of everybody today.
So we have to do the scores.
- Yeah.
[suspenseful music.]
All right, let's find out your scores.
Good luck.
[Ben Rector's "Brand New".]
Like a one way trip on an aeroplane It's the way that I feel When I'm with you Brand new Oh, oh, oh-oh-oh, oh, oh Oh! There you go! I feel when I'm with you I feel brand new Yes, yes, yes.
Yes! I feel brand new Oh, oh, oh-oh-oh, oh, oh That is what wins competitions.
Go on, brother.
Go on with your hundred.
That is what wins competitions.
Go with the hundred, NE-YO.
- It was perfect to you? - What? It was perfect.
- It was perfect? - It was perfect.
- All right.
- Hands down.
Okay.
What's happening over here? You can't stand up at all? I-- I feel brand new announcer: Keone and Mari scored a 95.
Up next in the Upper Division, Les Twins.
[bombastic hip-hop music builds.]
This week, something went horribly wrong.
[scattered cheering.]
Laurent was injured.
[crowd exclaims.]
[bell rings.]
Hold up, hold up, hold up.
No, this can't happen, not at this level, not right here in this competition.
We all just were in complete shock.
Guys, give it up for him! It could cost them a million dollars.
[music broods.]
[exhales.]
I was dancing and j-- I just twisted my whole leg on the floor.
And I didn't believe that happened till I could not walk anymore.
The doctor said that thing's serious.
It's just--this is no joke.
And at the hospital, I was like [groans.]
The competition-- the competition is dead.
I cannot do anything anymore.
Most likely, had a little probably tear right through here We need to shut you down for a couple days.
And my brother was like, "Yeah, so what we gonna do?" Like [brooding hip-hop music.]
I put everything on my brother.
And I tell myself that you don't give up.
Everything-- everything is on ideas and the creation that me and my brother put together.
To dance with a messed-up leg.
Tell me where--where our minds are at right now.
How do we-- how do we feel? It's always a yin and yang, on the part of the twins.
I get hurt more than him.
- Mm.
[soft laugh.]
You know, because, uh, his mind is good 'cause he--he feel the pain.
But because I don't feel the pain, I'm really in pain.
Don't feel like you're at a disadvantage by this, 'cause you're not.
There's Keone and Mari, who are-- a husband and wife connection, which is a strong connection.
- Strong.
- But then there's the not only brotherly connection, but the twin brother connection.
If y'all can tap into that, you could beat them.
NE-YO is really make us feel like, "All right, work is not done.
This--we cannot stop here.
" [Banks' "Beggin for Thread".]
Stooped down and out You got me begging for thread Now, for Les Twins, it's gonna be about-- it's gonna be about an emotional connection.
Stupidly think you had it under control Don't know what you were getting yourself into Hold it out Whoa announcer: Next on stage, it's Les Twins.
Are better Stooped down and out You got me begging for thread To sew this hole up That you ripped in my head Secretly I think you knew - What'd he just say? - "No mercy.
" [dramatic music.]
[cheers and applause.]
[lightning cracks.]
[thunder striking.]
[Flume's "Some Minds".]
In our home all day I waited for the change Something warm that I could say But I admit it won't come Somehow I don't care Though I love the clothes she wears And I love her body bare Bare, so I pray I pray that it won't Feel the same and Don't think that I can't see it In your eyes Darling yeah We both knew it from the start Some minds are better kept apart [beat drops.]
[cheers and applause.]
Okay, okay.
This was probably your more powerful pieces, and a really good way to take something that was a negative and turn it into a positive.
Absolutely.
This is the round before the finals.
The narrative was crystal clear.
It was emotional.
It was heartfelt.
And when that beat dropped, and you guys--the musicality, I was like, "Okay, here we go.
Here's Les Twins.
" And also the classic Les Twins hairdo going on right now, too.
I love it, I love it.
I gotta say to you, Laurent, you are just as dynamic with one foot missing.
The chair, in my personal opinion, took nothing away from you, 'cause once you started moving and once the beat kicked in, you might as well have been standing up.
It was that dynamic.
Thank you.
So I have a question.
I mean, how--how are you guys feeling right now, going up against Keone and Mari right now? I will never just give up.
Where I come from, I born poor, in the streets, and I made it here.
And I'm not gonna give up 'cause of this.
[cheers and applause.]
A true performer knows how to face adversity.
And you did that extremely well.
So thank you for that, and a great performance.
This is gonna be a difficult one to judge.
All right, we're gonna lock in our scores.
- Yeah, thank you.
- Okay.
This is it, let's go find their scores, see who's gonna be the Upper Division Champion.
[suspenseful music.]
[electrical sounds of data.]
- Locked in.
- Are you locked? Keone and Mari, you scored 95 from the judges.
Les Twins, you need more than 95 to be Divisional Champions.
Let's see who's taking the spot in the World Final.
[dramatic music pounds.]
This is it.
Keone and Mari, you scored 95 from the judges.
Les Twins, you need more than 95 to be Divisional Champions.
Let's see who's taking the spot in the World Final.
[dramatic music pounds.]
[OneRepublic's "All the Right Moves".]
All the right moves in all the right places The winner of the Upper Division is Les Twins.
All the right moves and all the right faces Slow down.
You're gonna hurt yourself.
Keone and Mari, you two are-- I mean, I'm, like, sick right now.
- Me too.
Me too.
- I feel sick to my stomach, because I love you so much.
This is a competition.
Unfortunately, somebody has to go home.
You made a name for yourself in a way that everybody will remember.
All the right friends in all the right places So yeah we're going down We left everything up there.
And we did every-- everything we could have.
Les Twins, you have won the Upper Division and made it through to the World Final.
Congratulations! Please, give it up for Les Twins.
One step closer to $1 million.
Next week, my leg's gonna come back.
And I--I cannot disappoint.
Yes, yes, yes.
'Cause if the show is 1 million, yes.
[Charli XCX's "Boom Clap".]
Boom boom boom clap announcer: In the Junior Division, it's Diana Pombo versus Eva Igo.
Boom clap - What Diana's doing at 11 years old is mind-blowing.
Over the last six weeks, she's shown phenomenal strength and technique.
You got that Latin fire.
I can see it in you! - Thank you.
14-year-old Eva has grown more than anyone in this competition.
She's shown massive progress, because she's become more vulnerable.
Boom clap You belong here, 110%.
We've got two powerful contemporary soloists going head-to-head.
Up first, it's Diana Pombo.
- Diana! - Hi! [soft groan.]
It's you and Eva.
How do you feel? I feel that doing something different will tell us apart.
So I want to show that I'm a kid and dance is not just about, like, being so slow and so, like, into it and so emotional.
It's--you could have fun too.
Okay, cool, well, do you want to show me some stuff? [Katy Perry's "Chained To The Rhythm".]
Turn it up, it's your favorite song, dance, dance, dance to the distortion For Diana to win the Divisional Final, I think that she just has to make sure that her performance stays consistently childlike throughout the routine.
Yeah, we think we're free Whoo! And it could be towards the audience.
You can be, like, bringing them in.
Maybe you are just skipping around, 'cause you're "Alice in Wonderland," or you're "Diana in Wonderland.
" [laughs.]
The emotion can be used in a playful, fun, edgy way that is--just-- it will feel different.
Just go out there and be Diana.
Thank you so much.
I really appreciate it.
Of course.
Of course.
We think we're free, drink, this one's on me Eva is so good We're all chained to the rhythm So I want to give it my all, and show the world why I dance.
announcer: Next on stage, Diana Pombo.
[cheers and applause.]
Let's go! 'Cause we're all chained to the rhythm Here we go.
Divisional Final already.
[dramatic music.]
[Alessia Cara's "Wild Things".]
I lose my balance on these eggshells You tell me to tread I'd rather be a wild one instead So aye we brought our drum And this is how we dance No mistakin' We make our breaks If you don't like our 808s then Aye leave us alone 'Cause we don't need your policies We have no apologies for being Find me where the wild things are Oh my we'll be all right Don't mind us yeah We will carve our place Into time and space We will find our way Or we'll make a way Say hey, hey, hey Find you're great Don't you hide your face Let it shine, shine, shine, shine, shine Find me where the wild things are Oh my we'll be all right Don't mind us yeah Find me where the wild things are [cheers and applause.]
[uplifting music.]
Yeah, baby.
Diana came to play! [laughs.]
You know, I-- I love watching you dance 'cause you're living in the moment in a way that a lot of performers can't do.
And that is such a gift that you have.
Honestly, you give me chills every time.
Every time.
- Thank you.
So much.
Diana, I'm so proud of you.
When you're on that stage, you absolutely take control and-and-and ownership of it, and it's--it's beautiful to watch.
Thank you so much.
I'm interested to see how that performance goes up next to Eva, since that's who you're competing against.
But great job.
You should be very proud.
- Thank you.
- Good job.
[cheers and applause.]
I think you did an absolutely fantastic job.
I like the fact that there was a bit more dancing in this one than what we've seen from you before.
I dug that.
The one thing, if I had to critique anything, is that, okay, the song is really upbeat.
Your setting is really upbeat.
But you have this "oh" on your face that didn't really tie to everything else that was happy.
I can feel what you're feeling when I-- when I watch you dance.
Because I feel like there's a lot of angst in that, you know? You have that-- you have that down to a T.
But I love the moment when you just smile.
And you were that 11-year-old girl up there, dancing.
For me, that is so beautiful.
[cheers and applause.]
We're gonna lock in our scores, okay? - Yes, locking it in.
- Okay.
[suspenseful music.]
All right, baby doll, let's see your scores.
[dramatic music.]
All right, Diana.
[Bea Miller's "Fire N Gold".]
[cheers and applause.]
That's good.
Still a very high score, 89.
3.
- Thank you.
- Thank you so much! Let's see how it goes.
That's a strong score.
So we'll see if you can hold on.
- Thank you.
Good job, Diana.
[upbeat electronic music.]
announcer: Coming up I got chills.
Only one can go into the World Final.
This is it.
- Hi, Eva.
Hi, Mom.
- Hello.
How are both of you feeling right now? Nervous and excited.
How are you, Mom? Confident.
Confident.
[uplifting music.]
Eva! Whoo! What's up, girl? - Nothing.
Oh, oh, my gosh.
You nervous? Are you excited? Well [laughs.]
I believe in her so much.
I really want her just to believe in herself as much as I do.
My dance isn't as emotional as "Creep" was last week.
Which makes me a little nervous, because I--I want to make sure that you start strong.
[Alessia Cara's "How Far I'll Go".]
That first look-- I want Miss Lopez-- I want her to be like [laughs.]
I think Derek is seeing the more confident side of me.
Sea stays behind me One day I'll know There's just no telling how far I'll go [laughs.]
What the heck, man? That was so good.
Okay.
Just keep that confidence.
- Okay.
See the line where the sky meets the sea It calls me Diana's really amazing.
But I've gotten to a point where I can let go of my insecurities and just be myself on the stage.
I'll go I'm ready to fight.
[laughs.]
Let's go, Eva.
[dramatic music.]
[Mischa 'Book' Chillak's "Ready or Not".]
Ready or not Here I come You can't hide [music stops abruptly.]
[cheers and applause.]
Whoo! [music resumes.]
[beat drops.]
Ready or not Here I come You can't hide Ready or not Here I come You can't hide [music broods.]
[cheers and applause.]
[laughing.]
[laughs.]
Oh, that was awesome.
Clearly the crowd feels it.
I want to know how you feel right now.
I feel a lot better than I have ever felt.
[gentle music.]
Last week, and the weeks before that, I haven't really thought that I was enough.
And something changed in me last week.
- Yes, it did, baby.
- We could tell.
- Yeah.
- Yes, it did.
- We could tell.
The girl I saw the very first time on this stage? I'll tell you, I'm gonna be 100% honest, I was like, "She's amazing, but there's something missing.
" And that girl is not the same girl that just danced right now.
[cheers and applause.]
Without sounding corny, but it's an Eva-lution.
[laughter.]
Whoo! I mean, when you came off that thing, and you were like "boosh," I was like, "I got chills.
" [laughter.]
Thank you.
Thank you so much.
Are we ready to lock in scores? - Yep.
- Yes, baby.
Let's do it.
[dramatic music pounds.]
Okay, Diana, it's time.
Let's go get her scores, see who's gonna be the winner of the Junior Division.
- Okay.
- Let's go.
[suspenseful electronic music.]
[electrical sounds of data.]
[dramatic music pounds.]
Okay, the scores are locked.
Both acts from the Juniors have performed.
Only one can go into the World Final.
This is it.
Diana, you scored 89.
3 from the judges.
Eva, you need more than 89.
3 to be Divisional Champion.
Let's see who's taking the spot in the World Final.
[cheers and applause.]
96.
7.
The winner of the Junior Division is Eva Igo.
[Alicia Keys' "Girl on Fire".]
This girl is on fire Oh, my God.
This girl is on fire She's walking on fire Congratulations.
Oh, Diana, my little baby.
It was my pleasure to meet you and to talk with you and to watch you dance.
Thank you.
Look out, world, for this one.
