both: Here we go.
Yes.
We're giving away a million dollars tonight.
Ooh.
["Whatever It Takes" by Imagine Dragons.]
announcer: First up, Les Twins.
To be in the "World" final I never danced like this ever in my life.
Whip, whip, run me like a racehorse Whoo! Pull me like a ripcord Ah! I wanna be the slip, slip We never performed like this with that much power.
We really work hard for it.
Tonight, when we get on stage, we just have to do it, and destroy the whole place.
[soft dramatic music.]
- Hi, guys.
- What's up? It's just so beautiful to have someone that have a lot of experience speaking to us.
You won your division.
You're competing for a million dollars.
How you guys feeling? - Feeling good.
- Feeling good? Yo, you're not even aware to dance.
- I'm gonna dance anyway.
Nobody wants to hear about the ankle.
I hate to say it, this is what this business is like.
That's right.
- He's almost there.
I have to do a show tomorrow night.
Nobody cares I'm sick.
That's what it's like to be a singer and a performer.
If there is away, he will find a way.
'Cause that's what performers do.
- I'm gonna rock it with it.
- It's gonna be awesome.
We're gonna give you a good final.
You get to have two performances on the final.
You will get to choose a song, and then I get to choose a song for you.
I think you should do "Stole the Show" for the finale because I think you need an emotional performance.
Oh, my gosh.
She's looking to see Les Twins rock it.
- Thank you so much.
- Twin hug.
This is crazy 'cause right now we're in a final and the final is no joke.
Whatever it takes Good luck.
Go out there.
'Cause I love the Adrenaline in my veins I do whatever it takes I wanna think that my brother's gonna kill it.
I wanna think that I'm gonna kill it.
I wanna think that no matter what happens, we will see who will be the best.
It's gonna be amazing.
Yo, let's do this.
[cheers and applause.]
I'm ready for whatever it takes It's a little-- little different walkout than the very first performance.
Remember how they ran out? [cheers and applause.]
["Stole the Show" by Kygo.]
Darlin', darlin' Oh turn the lights back on now Watchin', watchin' As the credits all roll down Cryin', cryin' You knew we're playin' to a full house House No heroes, villains, one to blame While wilted roses one to blame And the thrill Whoo.
The thrill is gone Our debut was a masterpiece But in the end for you and me Oh the show it can't go on We used to have it all But now's our curtain call So hold for the applause Oh-oh, Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh And wave out to the crowd And take our final bow Oh it's our time to go But at least we stole the show At least we stole the show At least we stole the show At least we stole the show At least we stole the show At least we stole the show [vocalizing.]
At least we stole the show [cheers and applause.]
Les Twins! Okay, seeing that performance, you guys deserve to be here.
You guys are amazing.
Also, I wasn't sure if you were gonna be up for the challenge this week because of the injury, but I-I can't even tell.
[cheers and applause.]
I was a little worried about the platform, but I liked it 'cause it focused your movements.
That was really my idea really to make sure that you guys are focused on what we're doing.
[laughter.]
- That was beautiful, beautiful.
- Thank you.
This performance was pure emotion.
Your artistic decisions, like, the moves that you guys choose to do.
Like, there's some moves that kind of feel like dance moves.
and then there's other moves that kind of feel like, "What the hell was that?" [laughter.]
Like, I would have never thought to do Yeah.
- It was great to do the little turn table thing, and then when it started moving at the end, we feel that emotion of the two of you kind of in the center of the world.
I picked "Stole the Show" for them because I feel like since the beginning of this competition, that's exactly what you've been doing.
[cheers and applause.]
Great start to what I think is gonna be an awesome finale.
both: Thank you.
All right, let's lock in our scores.
Yeah.
I may be selfish But I'll take your pain When you get weak I'll make you strong again Okay, let's see your round one score.
[cheers and applause.]
I need it All right, all right, here come the scores.
I need it Give me your love I need it Aw yeah Why don't you give me your love? [cheers and applause.]
Give me your love All right.
Obviously, you guys are in first since your first out.
Congratulations.
Good job.
[cheers and applause.]
- That's not bad.
- It's not bad, it's not bad.
Yeah, it's not bad at all.
If I get to 80, that would [grumbles.]
Like, it would be-- - That's, um--yeah.
I'd be crying maybe.
[upbeat music.]
announcer: Swing Latino and Eva Igo take the stage.
Yeah! That is more like it now.
announcer: And later Whoo! announcer: All three acts announcer: Perform one last time.
The winner of "World of Dance" is ["Giants" by Lights.]
announcer: Next up is Swing Latino.
Are you getting tired of hanging around here All the city towers over us All the city towers over us Top of the world We could be giants Bigger than the walls that hide us If we could be, we could be giants Oh, oh, oh Swing Latino! [cheers and applause.]
This is so funny, seeing you guys so calm 'cause I've only ever seen you like [screams.]
[laughter.]
And then the footwork, and then the footwork.
So, like, what is it? It goes [hums.]
[cheers and applause.]
[laughs.]
I think Swing Latino have a bit of an edge because they have that energy that is really hard to compete with.
So, for your first performance, I get to pick a song for you.
I want you guys to have a good song 'cause it's popular, but also it has that Latin Feel.
Gloria Estefan "Conga.
" [cheers and applause.]
It has great moments to the song that will really, like, complement their style of dancing.
What I wanna see this performance is the best Swing Latino.
The footwork, the speed, the synchronicity, the tricks, the wow moments.
But this one, I wanna see it all come together.
- all: Yes! - Swing Latino, you got this! [cheers and applause.]
Steven, what happened to you? [sighs.]
Friday, they broke my ankle.
- So you broke your ankle? - Yeah.
For me, is so sad.
I know, it's heartbreaking for you, but your group is rallying around you, and they're gonna go out there and do an incredible job.
- Yes.
- Good luck, guys.
Go show 'em what you got! [cheers and applause.]
With a little faith I won't, I won't, I [cheers and applause.]
They never disappoint with the wardrobe.
[laughs.]
[cheers and applause.]
["Conga" by Gloria Estefan.]
Come on Shake your body, baby do that conga I know you can't control yourself any longer Come on shake your body, baby do that conga I know you can't control yourself any longer Once the music hits your system There's no way you're gonna stop There's no way you're gonna stop [music stops.]
[cheers and applause.]
- Whoa! - Hey! Come on shake your body, baby do that conga I know you can't control yourself any longer Feel the rhythm of the music getting stronger Don't you fight it till you tried it Do that conga beat Oh! Come on shake your body, baby do that conga [cheers and applause.]
You guys are easily the biggest risk takers in the competition 'cause you're not risking artistic integrity or style.
You're risking your lives.
Like What--what was this moment when you went up and then you went back this way and then you tossed her acro-- like, what? One false move, and it's like, "Ah, man, you remember Swing Latino? Damn.
" You know what I mean? [laughter.]
Like, it's that serious.
I'm saying.
I am always at the edge of my seat.
- Oh, my gosh.
- I'm--I'm making weird noises when I'm watching you.
[laughter.]
For me, it wasn't as clean as I would have liked to have seen in certain places, but again, your energy, your passion, your commitment, is just infectious.
It's just beautiful and wonderful and a joy to watch.
I love you guys.
[cheers and applause.]
I feel the unity.
I feel the joy.
I feel the happiness that you have for being here, and it's a beautiful thing.
- Yes, yes.
[cheers and applause.]
- Are we locking? - Yes.
We're gonna lock in our scores.
Lock in our scores, all right.
Who's gonna walk you Through the dark side of the morning? Who's gonna rock you When the sun won't let you sleep? It ain't me All right, let's see your round one score.
["It Ain't Me" by Kygo, Selena Gomez.]
[cheers and applause.]
91.
7.
Okay, let's look where that puts you on the round one leaderboard.
It's close.
[cheers and applause.]
That puts you in second place.
You still have one more performance to go.
Anything can happen.
Good luck.
- Thank you.
- Good luck, guys.
- Let's go! [cheers and applause.]
It ain't me' [soft dramatic music.]
male announcer: Next to take the stage, it's Eva Igo.
I can't believe that I'm in the "World" final.
When I first stepped on the "World of Dance" stage, it was really scary.
I didn't even think that I'd make it through the first round.
Yeah we started as a spark We only brought a week's worth of clothes.
But then she just goes out there and nails it.
I'm dancin' in flames [laughs.]
Whoa.
And I was, like, shocked.
[exhales.]
I ain't scared of the blaze I didn't think that the judges would like my dance as much as they do.
Seeing Eva pursuing her dream here is the most joyous thing I've ever seen.
She's in heaven.
No it's not a false alarm My score for last round was 96,7 I'm one point behind Les Twins.
That's really crazy because Les Twins are amazing.
No it's not a false alarm In the beginning, I thought that I would learn how to dance better, but I've learned a lot more than that.
I just believe in myself more.
Didn't wanna jump I think she's gonna leave here knowing there's a big world out there, and she's good enough to-- to do it.
- Hello.
- How are you? - Good, how are you? - Hugs, hugs, hugs, hugs.
- No it's not a false alarm Good to see you.
Good to see you.
You too.
So, in your last performance, you showed a power and a confidence that--that we hadn't seen before [laughs.]
And I feel like if you just continue to show a little bit of vulnerability, a little bit of emotion, with this--this energy and this--this animal that's inside.
The song that I have selected for you is "In the Air Tonight.
" I have a reason that I've picked the song, but I want you to find a reason to dance to the song 'cause it's gonna make whatever movement you put to it that much more purposeful.
- My biggest challenge with this song is it's a little bit out of my style, so I really have to push myself.
And if anybody can pull it off, the beautiful monster can, I think.
There's this beast in Eva that I really, really feel like Les Twins and Swing Latino should be absolutely afraid of.
["Solo Dance" by Martin Jensen.]
I'm here to fool around I really want the judges to see a different side of me, and really feel my story.
[cheers and applause.]
I think I can do it.
[laughs.]
announcer: Next up to take the stage is Eva Igo.
[cheers and applause.]
Let's go, baby! Dance, dance, dance both: Whoo! Whoo-hoo! [cheers and applause.]
["In the Air tonight" by Natalie Taylor.]
I can feel it coming in the air tonight Oh Lord Oh Lord Well if you told me you were drowning I would not lend a hand Whoo! I've seen your face before my friend But I don't know if you know who I am Well I was there and I saw what you did I saw you with my own two eyes So you can wipe off that grin I know where you've been It's all been a pack of lies And I can feel it coming in the air tonight Oh Lord Oh Lord Oh Lord [cheers and applause.]
[laughs.]
Eva, to see you evolve through this competition, it's so magical to watch.
For me, you're a complete package.
You're a complete package.
[cheers and applause.]
I told you to take this song, give it your own meaning.
What meaning did you give to the--to the song? Well, before this competition, some things have happened to me, so I kind of closed off.
So this coldness is, like, me freezing a wall.
Until I came here, and I started to be able to trust myself again, so You knocked that wall down.
[laughs.]
[cheers and applause.]
You took every note I gave you, and you did it beautifully.
Great job.
Great job.
[laughs.]
There's a maturity that's happened to you from the beginning to now.
You have to tap into something inside yourself to be "an artist," and you did that.
To me, that was your journey.
No matter what happens beyond this, if you win tonight, if you don't win tonight, to me, you have won.
Thank you so much.
- All right, let's lock 'em in.
- Yeah.
Let's do it.
Almost pretty I'll never ever sing like Whitney To me, the choreography was lacking in it.
- Me too.
- Do yo--yeah.
Ooh-hoo-hoo Let's see your round one score, Eva.
No I don't wanna play the part I just wanna dance with somebody I just wanna dance with somebody I just wanna dance with somebody I just wanna dance with somebody It could be anybody Great, 91! Oh, boy.
She'll go first? I don't want - One more round.
- Round one.
One more round.
I don't know who you are - Anything can happen.
- Close.
- It's close.
- Dude, it's so close.
[laughs.]
[upbeat music.]
announcer: All three acts dance one last time.
Oh! It's a fitting final for a million dollars and for the title, the best in the world.
[cheers and applause.]
Okay, now the acts are going to dance again and their average score for both dances will decide the winner.
First up is the act in third place after round one, Eva Igo.
One last performance for $1 million.
Let's do it! [cheers and applause.]
Got another round.
Got another round.
- Yeah, got another round.
- And it's close enough to where it can be turned around.
- Yeah.
- You know what I mean? - So, Eva, you look amazing.
- Thank you.
- Second performance.
Okay, so tell me what's going through your head as you prepare for this.
Um, I really just need to do it for me.
Yeah.
Go out there and do the best that you can do.
- Whoo! - Thank you.
- All right, Eva.
- I love you.
- Love you too.
["False Alarm" by Matoma.]
Really sad that this is the last time that I'm gonna be going out on the stage.
For sure.
"World of Dance" has definitely changed my life already.
This is a dream that I don't wanna wake up from.
It's just been so amazing.
No It's not a false alarm Whoo! [cheers and applause.]
["Alive" by Sia.]
I was born in a thunderstorm I grew up overnight I played alone I played on my own I survived Hey I wanted everything I never had Like the love that comes with light I wore envy and I hated that Whoo! I survived I'm still breathing I'm still breathing I'm still breathing I'm still breathing I'm alive I'm alive I'm alive I'm alive I'm alive I'm alive I'm alive I'm alive [glass shatters.]
[cheers and applause.]
Ah! [laughs.]
Come on now! [cheers and applause.]
That's how you do it.
Okay, that is more like it now.
In your first performance, for me, the choreography was a little bit lacking.
This was the total opposite of that.
The choreography was amazing.
It had concept.
It had story.
It's like they're taking shots at you through this whole competition.
You're like, "No, I'm not dead yet.
I'm here.
I'm alive.
I'm still breathing.
" Yeah, "I'm still breathing.
" "I'm in it.
" We saw moves that you hadn't done before.
Beautiful performance, baby.
- Thank you.
- Beautiful.
- Oh, my gosh! Way to come back! You are exceptional, Eva, and you are a star.
Thank you.
[laughs.]
Let me gather 'cause you give me proud papa feels all day.
Hold on.
[laughter.]
There's a ferociousness in you when you dance.
- Thank you.
It's like the second you start moving, you turn into this little beautiful monster.
You're the only soloist.
There's not a lot of props.
There's not a lot of stuff up there with you.
You've, like, embraced, "You know what? "I'm up here by myself.
and I'ma rock this by myself.
" Like, I love that.
I love that.
[cheers and applause.]
I mean, how--how has this experience been for you? Well especially since this experience is so amazing, my last time on the stage is sad, but it just felt really good to - Scream? - Yeah.
[laughter.]
Let me ask you a question.
If you won the million dollars, what--what happens? What do you do? - What would you do with it? Well, dance is expensive, and [laughs.]
My families been having a hard time the past couple years, so I guess it's kind of hard to pay for it all, so - It's all right.
I would probably pay for my own dancing.
crowd: Aww.
[applause.]
Is your family here? Um, my brother, sister, and mom.
They should be 100% proud of you.
- So proud.
- As you should be proud of yourself.
When I was 14, if somebody asked me what I was gonna do with a million dollars, it would have been, "Pizza and I'ma buy a unicorn, and I'ma" You are thinking about somebody other than yourself.
That speaks volumes to your character.
[cheers and applause.]
We're gonna score you now.
[cheers and applause.]
["Most Girls" by Hailee Steinfeld.]
Let's see your score.
Most girls Are smart and strong and beautiful Most girls Work hard, go far, we are unstoppable I wanna be like That's crazy! Most girls [cheers and applause.]
- Good.
That's good, babe.
Thank you.
crowd: [chanting.]
Eva! Whoo! The scores from both performances have been combined Let's see your average score.
Most girls You're obviously at the top of the leaderboard.
You went first in the second round.
So we'll see what happens.
It's a pretty good score though, baby.
Thank you.
[cheers and applause.]
- Eva! - Fantastic.
[cheers and applause.]
[soft dramatic music.]
Okay, um here we are, second performance, We saved the best for last.
Light everyone up like you always do.
I love you guys.
[cheers and applause.]
We could be giants The laws of science We could be giants Oh, oh, oh, we could be giants Let's go! We could be giants I swear, their outfits are always the best.

[cheers and applause.]
Swing Latino! [cheers and applause.]
You guys are the most energetic group.
You guys are the loudest group.
[laughter.]
Every single Swing Latino performance is always, "Oh! Ooh! Oh, my God! Oh!" [laughter.]
It's nerve-wrecking and entertaining at the same time.
[cheers and applause.]
I really loved this performance more than the first one.
I thought you guys did great on this one.
It was very clean.
You guys were so challenged this week, and I think, like, to come out and do a performance like that with the difficulty level that that has and to be as clean as you were, was really the best you could do.
And I-I loved it.
I loved this one.
This one was-- this one was one I like.
This one--this is the one.
I agree.
I asked you guys to be a little bit more clean.
That was precision.
So together.
The concept, the use of the props.
The way you actually stacked them on top of each other, which by the way, that's not secure.
Like, that--those could have, like, fallen off at any time, so--you just keep adding the danger.
Adding the element of just risking it all and you guys do that every single time you're on that dance floor.
- We dance because this is our life.
This is all we have.
All with-- with this beautiful art, andI don't-- I-I want to speak English, but I-I am-- - That's okay.
You say--you say more than enough with your passion and your dancing.
'Cause that is universal.
It's so wonderful.
- Should we lock in the scores? - Yes.
- Let's do it.
- both: Let's do it.
[dramatic music.]
Okay, Eva, it's time to go get the scores.
- Okay.
- You ready? - Yeah.
- Let's do this.
[cheers and applause.]
Are we locking in? Yup.
[cheers and applause.]
Just to let you know, we don't know what's gonna happen.
We really don't.
- I know, it's close.
Yeah.
It's gotta be.
Eva Igo, your average score after two performances is 93.
7.
Swing Latino, you need a final combined average of more than 93.
7 or higher to stay in the competition.
Let's see your final score.
["Only One" by Sigala.]
[cheers and applause.]
Eva Igo, congratulations.
You are still with the chance of winning $1 million.
Wow.
[cheers and applause.]
Feelin' like Feelin' like the only one Oh, man, you guys, you brought so much passion and so much life to this show.

[cheers and applause.]
[cheers and applause.]
["B.
I.
G" by X Ambassadors.]
If they ace this performance, you think it's enough to win? - They absolutely can.
- They can.
At this point, will you crack under the pressure? Yeah.
I've been workin' Night and day It's time.
It's time.
We don't want to be the number two.
I can't wait to show what we're about, but I'm scared to at the same time.
I'm going insane Hey! [laughs.]
I called my mom and she was super positive.
She make us realize what we are here for.
I'm gonna go big My mama, she's been the mom and dad for both of us.
Yeah, I wanna make her proud.
B-I-G Talking to my mom, it means so much.

[cheers and applause.]
Les Twins, Les Twins, Les Twins! You guys took a very, very familiar song-- ooh, that was dangerous.
That was dangerous.
To come out here-- 'cause everybody knows that song.
Everybody knows that video.
But you took it and you Les Twin'd it.
Everything you guys do just becomes your own - Thank you.
- And this was no exception.
- Exactly, exactly.
[cheers and applause.]
You guys--when you hit things, it's so strong.
It makes you, like--we feel it.
You know what I mean? When you hit it, it goes, boom, and it hits us in the chest.
I mean, we feel that.
There's definitely something about you that's undeniable.
You create an invisible energy that we somehow can see.
[cheers and applause.]
You're like oil and vinegar.
You know what I mean? Like, you don't mix, but your perfect together - Yeah, we don't match.
and it's been such a pleasure watching you.
This particular performance was great.
When you guys came out and you were in silhouette, and the way you were moving, it was so powerful.
You did Les Twins.
[cheers and applause.]
Eva came out and honestly smashed.
She just did so amazing.
You guys came out with the same killer instinct, It's a fitting final for a million dollars and for the title of best in the world.
All right, guys, we're gonna lock in our scores.
